한국어판 네이메헨 설문지(Nijmegen Questionnaire) 개발 - 횡문화적 번역 및 내용타당도 검증 (Development of the Nijmegen Questionnaire in Korean : Cross-Cultural Translations and Verification of Content Validity)

  • Objectives Nijmegen Questionnaire is one tool used internationally to evaluate hyperventilation syndrome. However, there is a necessity of developing Korean version of the Nijmegen Questionnaire, as the questionnaire of the original one are written in English, marking it hard to apply for Korean patients. So as a first step, we conducted a cross-cultural translation of the Nijmegen Questionnaire into Korean and verification of content validity. Methods We translated the Nijmegen Questionnaire into Korean up to guidelines of cross-cultural adaptation. We conducted a survey with 45 subjects to get content validity, using the translated questionnaire. Results About the translated Nijmegen Questionnaire, 28 out of 45 subjects replied that they had no difficulty understanding them, while 17 were pointed out ambiguous items and 7 offered ideas about ambiguous expressions of them. Upon further examination of five Korean Medical doctors, one sentence was additionally modified in the translated version. Conclusions We translated and adapted cross-culturally the original Nijmegen Questionnaire to develop a Korean version in accordance with internationally accepted guidelines. Then we conducted a survey for content validity with the translated questionnaire and gathered opinions from those questioned. After going through some examining and correcting procedures based on the opinions, we finalized the Korean version of Nijmegen Questionnaire. It will also require a follow-up verification process to prove reliability and validity of the final version of the Korean version of Nijmegen Questionnaire.

  • In this paper, we introduce a novel approach to enhance document security by integrating Computer Generated Hologram(CGH) encryption technology with a system for document encryption, printing, and subsequent verification using a smartphone application. The proposed system enables the encryption of documents using CGH technology and their printing on the edges of the document, simplifying document verification and validation through a smartphone application. Furthermore, the system leverages high-resolution smartphone cameras to perform online verification of the original document and supports offline document decryption, ensuring tamper detection even in environments without internet connectivity. This research contributes to the development of a comprehensive and versatile solution for document security and integrity, with applications in various domains.

Ice Hockey Research Data Platform from Official Records Data and Verification

  • In this study, a database was established by analyzing the record data research produced in ice hockey sports. The deployed data verification with Ice hockey reference service was demonstrated with ice hockey officials and players. This research utilized the data stored in the KNSU Datanest data repository and developed PDF parsers for batch processing of records. Among the types of records, the game summary, team roster, team statistics, and player statistics files were collected, and tables were extracted from the records. PDF records were converted to text in CSV format which are converted to DataFrame and loaded into the database. Out of the total 22 types of records, 4 types were constructed with OO data parsed as element values. Data verification has found no problems with the quality of the data deployed, showing a high satisfaction with providing 66 factors against the 30 factors provided by the service previously used.

  • We present the results HELIOS verification against VENUS PWR critical experiments loaded with high plutonium content mixed oxides fuels. The effective multiplication factors are calculated to be slightly supercritical within an acceptable error bound. In the prediction of power shape, HELIOS results are in close agreement with the measured values. The RMS errors of re-normalized calculated fission rate distribution are less than 1.4 % with either explicit or implicit models or micro tubes/rods in each fuel assembly for both ALL-MOX and GD-MOX mock-up cores.

효과적인 XaaS 구현을 위한 NDN 데이터 인증 기술 (NDN Contents Verification Scheme for Efficient XaaS Implementation)

  • 서비스형 IT 요소 배포 기술(XaaS)는 소프트웨어, 프랫폼, 인프라와 같은 IT 요소의 기능 중 사용자가 필요로 하는 기능만을 서비스로 배포해 이용하도록 한 IT 서비스 형태를 말한다. XaaS와 같은 서비스를 안전하고 효과적으로 제공하기 위해서는 네트워크 병목현상, 취약한 보안 문제와 같은 인터넷의 문제들을 해결해야만 한다. 미래인터넷 기술은 이와 같은 인터넷이 갖고 있는 다양한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 제안되었다. 특히, 데이터 이름 기반 네트워킹 기술 (NDN)은 네트워크 노드 또는 멀티미디어 프락시 서버 등에 데이터를 임시 저장한 후, 해당데이터에 대한 요청이 다시 수신되면 앞서 저장된 데이터를 사용자에게 전송함으로써 데이터 배포자에게 집중되는 과다한 요청 메시지를 효과적으로 분산 처리하도록 설계되었다. 그러나 NDN은 수신된 데이터의 실제 배포자가 원배포자와 다르고, 실제 배포자를 확인할 수 없기 때문에 수신된 데이터를 신뢰할 수 없다는 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 수신된 데이터를 이용하기 전에 반드시 해당 데이터를 검증해야 한다. 이와 같은 검증 프로세스는 XaaS의 서비스 운영 지연을 초래할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 인증에 따른 문제점을 살펴보고, 효율적인 데이터 인증을 위한 개선된 운영 방안을 제안한다.

School Setting Interview(SSI)의 번안 및 내용타당도 검증 (Translation and Content: Validity Verification Study of the Korean Version of the School Setting Interview (K-SSI))

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 9-19세의 학생과 학교 환경과의 적합성을 평가하는 학교 환경 인터뷰(School Setting Interview; SSI)를 한국어로 번안하고 내용타당도를 검증하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 번역-역번역의 과정을 거쳐 완성된 한국판 SSI를 전문가 집단 35명에게 항목 적합성에 대한 설문을 총 2회 실시하여 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 연구결과 : K-SSI(Korean-School Setting Interview) 도구 전체의 내용타당도 지수(Content Validity Index; CVI)는 1차 검증에서 .90으로 나타났고, 1차 검증에서 .75 이하로 나온 항목들인 읽기 항목의 '지도와 도표', 스포츠 활동하기 항목의 '샤워하기'에 대해서 수정을 거쳐 2차 검증을 하였다. 그 결과 2차 검증은 .93로 더 상승된 결과를 보였다. 결론 : K-SSI는 국내문화에 부적합한 항목이 없음을 확인하였으며 높은 내용타당도를 가진 평가도구임이 증명되었다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 타당도와 신뢰도 연구가 진행되어야 하며, 실질적으로 학교 환경에서 어려움을 겪는 학생들에게 적용하는 연구와 같이 임상에서의 지속적인 활용이 이루어져야한다.

PACS DATA CD의 호환성 평가 및 DICOM 적합성에 대한 검증을 통한 기준 제시 (A Compatibility Assessment and Verification of Suitable to DICOM of PACS DATA CD : Current Situation Investigation of Korea)

  • Purpose To analyze the input and output error of data CD which records the image information and the problems of the server of the compatibility. And to report a compatibility assessment and verification of suitable to DICOM of PACS data CD with investigation of current situation of Korea METHOD AND MATERIALS Date CD of each 8 vendors in 30 hospitals was analyzed. We grasped a main verification element existence of a generation compatibility of data CD. The items of element are media identification, DICOM compression, DICOM viewer send, specified object information modify, auto-run, DICOM content type, etc, and give 1 point for each item. We divided the assessment about an each item into 5 levels. Verification about. DICOM conformance by using DICOM validation tool kit is shown to be classified pass or fail according to error occurrence of tag valus. Classify the prequency of tag occurrence as the item. RESULTS The average point of date CD compatibility is 8 point (very good), lowest is 5 point (6.6%), and highest is 10 point (23%_. Most high occurrence frequency's distribution is 7 point (36.6%). As a result of verification about DICOM conformance, PASS in 8 occurrence frequency's distribution is 7 point (36.6%). As a result of verification about DICOM maximum length numbers (14 items), DICOM error of modality (10 items), discord of pixel data length (6 items). etc.

콘텐츠 중심 네트워크를 위한 안전한 패킷 단편화 기술 (Secure Fragmentation Technique for Content-Centric Networking)

  • 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 중심 네트워크(CCN, Content-Centric Networking)를 위한 안전한 패킷 단편화(fragmentation) 기술을 제안한다. 제안하는 기술은 패킷조각(fragment)들에 대한 불법적인 위변조 가능성을 차단하고, 패킷조각 수신 시 높은 확률로 즉각적인 신뢰성 검증을 제공함으로써 검증 지연을 악용한 DoS 공격으로부터 높은 안전성을 제공한다. 본 논문의 성능 분석 결과는 약간의 부하 증가만으로 제안하는 기술이 기존 기술보다 훨씬 더 높은 안전성을 제공함을 보여준다.

  • 비디오 객체 분할(Video Object Segmentation)은 MPEG-4 부호화의 핵심기술로 실시간 요구사항을 위해 빠르고 정확하여야 한다. 그러나 대부분의 존재하는 알고리즘은 계산량이 많으며 실시간 응용을 위해 적합하지 않다. 또한 이전 MPEG-4 VM(Verification Model) 기본 모델은 MPEG-4 부호화 처리를 위한 기본 알고리즘을 제공하였으나 실시간 요구사항을 위한 카메라 입력 시스템, 실용적인 소프트웨어 개발, 비디오 객체 분할 그리고 압축효율에 많은 제한이 있다. 이에 본 논문은 기본 MPEG-4 VM모델에 내용 기반 비디오 코딩의 핵심인 VOP 추출알고리즘, 실시간 카메라 입력 시스템, 압축율을 높일 수 있는 움직임 감지 알고리즘을 추가하여 최대 180:1의 압축율을 보여주는 실시간 고압축 MPEG-4 전처리 시스템을 개발하였다.

노인의 무료요양원 적응 척도 개발 (Scale Development of Free Nursing Home-Adjustment for the Elderly)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a scale of free nursing home adjustment for the elderly in Korea. Method: The developmental processes were construction of a conceptual framework, development of preliminary items, verification of content validity, twice data gathering, verification of construct validity, and reliability of final items. The first 53 preliminary items were obtained through review of literatures about nursing home adjustment and in depth interviews with 5 staffs of nursing home. These items were reviewed by five specialists for content validity and 39 items were chosen. The first data was collected from 107 elderly residing in 3 nursing homes and the second survey was from 147 residents who were living in five nursing homes. Finally this data was analyzed for construct validity and reliability. Result: There were 23 final items which were sorted into 5 factors. The factors were identified as 'Relocation distress symptom'(8items), 'Making friends'(4items), 'Acceptance of new residence'(6items), 'Difficulty in group life'(3items), and 'Having self-worth'(2items). The cumulative percent of variance was 53.466%. The reliability of the scale, Cronbach's alpha was .837. Conclusion: The result of this study could be used for measuring nursing home adjustment of the elderly. However, for further validity and reliability, repeated researches are needed.
