Recently, nations around the world are putting various efforts in many aspects to decrease greenhouse gases and international cooperation is urgently required. As part of these efforts, the shipping industry is working towords establishing "green parts" that reduce the carbon content of the greenhouse gases emitted in ports and can also decrease the operating costs. This study has tried to look for how to supply shore power instead of suppling ship's own generated power as a basic researches for reduction of carbon emissions and construction of "green parts" system. And in this paper, the training ship 'SAENURI' of Mokpo Maritime University under actual operation was selected to investigate for environmental and expense effects. The results of this study showed that $CO_2$ emissions Mere reduced 34% and operating costs Mere reduced approximately 31% in case of using the shore paper.

As mobile Web technology becomes more increasingly applicable. the mobile contents market. especially the music downloading for mobile phones, has recorded remarkable growth. In spite of this rapid growth, customers experience high levels of frustration in the process of searching for desired music contents. It affects to a re-purchasing rate of customers and also. music mubile content providers experience a decrease in the benefit. Therefore, in aspects of a customer relationship management (CRM), a new way to increase a benefit by providing a convenient shopping environment to mobile customers is necessary. As an solution for this situation, we propose a new music recommender system to enhance the customers' search efficiency by combining collaborative filtering with mobile web mining and ordinal scale based customer preferences. Some experiments are also performed to verify that our proposed system is more effective than the current recommender systems in the mobile Web.

Generally, human eye blinks are closely associated with the cognitive state or visual attention such as attentional requirements on visual stimuli. These previous studies have reported that eye blinks are related to explicit visual attention using blink rate, pattern and blink timing across subjects. However, these results have been obtained in a well-controlled experimental settings. So, it would prove difficult to investigate human's natural response in a continuous and realistic situation. In our study, we measured the eye blink intervals while participants viewed a movie clip. And we analyzed the blink interval data for relationship between visual attention and eye blink intervals. 24 participants took part in two experimental sessions, first session to measure the IEBI while viewing the movie clip and second session to conduct a memory performance test using a self-questionnaire, which were spaced 3 weeks apart. The results indicate significantly higher memory performance at long IEBI period than short IEBI period while watching a movie clip(t = 3.257, df = 17, p < 0.005, 2-tailed). In addition, memory performance score significantly correlated with the IEBI value(spearman's rho = 0.40, N = 36, p < 0.01, 2-tailed). Our results suggest that IEBI is used to measure or assess visual attention while wiewing the movie that it is capable of simulating aspects of real-life experiences by visual attention. Thus, we expect IEBI to be used to measure or assess our visual attention, cognition, further emotion about not only movies, advertisements and other cultural contents but also cognitive science.

Using biochemical methods, we determined the potential of local female shrimp populations as breeding stock to select the best adult prawns for improving larval production. As condition indexes, we selected total RNA, DNA, their ratio, and trypsin activity. The DNA content in the pleopods of each local population was similar, i.e., between $0.90{\pm}0.06\;and\;1.02{\pm}0.04(SE){\mu}g/mg$. In comparison, the RNA contents differed markedly between $2.00{\pm}0.09$ and $0.96{\pm}0.08\;{\mu}g/mg$. Therefore, the RNA/DNA (R/D) ratio in the pleopod could be used as a condition index because it represents a biochemical characteristic of the population. The mean pleopodal R/D ratio of the Goheung population was the highest at $2.52{\pm}0.19$, which indicated the best condition. Trypsin activity was influenced little by shrimp condition and more by the amount of food ingested. The gonadosomatic index (GSI) and R/D ratio in the gonads provided offsetting information about the instantaneous gonad maturity. The Goheung population had the highest instantaneous GSI, despite some spawning. Based on the condition indexes and time of gonad maturation, the Goheung shrimp population is suitable for use as breeding stock.

This study is an evaluation index development research based on Gyeongju Historic Heritage Sites to identify the attractive Properties of Gyeongju, which decided to competitiveness of the historical city. We got the export Indicator candidate groups by the literature reviews and UNESCO, ICOMOS, and 49 Indicator candidate groups had been selected. In the end, we chose 42 attraction indexes in charm of the cultural heritage side, Cultural heritage tourism resources Side, Restraining force Heritage tourism Side three aspects based on the analysis of Importance(M), Standard deviation(SD), Content Validity Ratio(CVR), Agreement, convergence by using Delphi Technique. We can determine these indicators will be useful basic information, for improving the city's historic attractions. In the future, used these indicators as a basis for Attractions effectiveness evaluation of Gyeongju, Through which the attractions of Gyeongju can be re-recognized.

Due to Corona 19, non-face-to-face education was conducted at general universities, so it was necessary to conduct non-face-to-face faculty advisor counseling. SNS counseling using photovoices was conducted in the 6th session and FGI for 10, 3rd graders in the early childhood education department of a college in the metropolitan area. The results of the study analyzing students' perceptions of the counseling and content of the counseling are as follows. First, the research participants positively recognized the SNS counseling that applied the photovoice technique. Second, they gradually adapted to non-face-to-face daily life and learning and evaluated the positive aspects, but they complained of fear in career and employment. A non-face-to-face counseling strategy and follow-up studies were proposed through this case study.

This paper considers the research content and its historical significance of the Study of Nature conducted by John Ruskin(1819-1900) who had a profound influence on art, architecture, social reformation, and preservation of natural environment in Great Britain. Because Ruskin's Study of Nature would be the key to understand totally the implicative meaning of his various academic trials for integrating a wider contexts among human, culture, and society, without being bound by the rules of conventional disciplines. For Ruskin, 'Nature' is defined as 'a system' governing every aspects of human and non-human beings, formulating certain laws of composition. This system has an ecological quality to form a state of harmony by internal interaction and process. Such organic quality of nature worked as 'a metaphor' in Ruskin's research practices. Therefore, Ruskin's Study of Nature would be the conceptual basis for organizing and connecting its various elements of Ruskin's spiritual world.

Various data analysis methods used for customer type analysis are very important for game companies to understand their type and characteristics in an attempt to plan customized content for our customers and to provide more convenient services. In this paper, we propose a k-mode cluster analysis algorithm that uses information uncertainty by extending information entropy to reduce information loss. Therefore, the measurement of the similarity of attributes is considered in two aspects. One is to measure the uncertainty between each attribute on the center of each partition and the other is to measure the uncertainty about the probability distribution of the uncertainty of each property. In particular, the uncertainty in attributes is taken into account in the non-probabilistic and probabilistic scales because the entropy of the attribute is transformed into probabilistic information to measure the uncertainty. The accuracy of the algorithm is observable to the result of cluster analysis based on the optimal initial value through extensive performance analysis and various indexes.

In this paper, we describe two exploratory examples in the use of Augmented Reality (AR) for geographical visualization regarding refinement of visual content in geography textbooks and learning motivation of geography students. Currently, teaching and learning materials with AR technology and their utilization in the geography classroom have become a new topic in geographical research themes, and this trend has increased. Adequate development and utilization of geographical materials is an important starting point for smart education research in geography. This paper describes the system and software, and the implication of marker AR applications for teaching and learning geography in the classroom. For the AR applications to be utilized in geography education, two marker based AR examples, virtual globe and visualization of topographical features, are presented and their utilization aspects are discussed. Finally, from the discussion stated in this paper, it can be inferred that AR is useful for exploring geographical materials, and marker based AR will contribute to progress in spatial science and geographical education research.

Purpose: This study was to develop a cost-effective and efficient curriculum for advanced practice nurse (APN) programs in home health care and hospice. Method: The process was to: (1) compare and analyze the present curriculum in home health care and hospice programs, (2) identify the needs of 7 expert nurses in home health care and hospice, and (3) develop a common curriculum structure and contents between home health care and hospice specialty courses. Result: Out of the 10 credits constituting the home health care and hospice specialty courses respectively, 6 credits were identified the common courses, Common content areas included introduction to hospice, communication skills, pain control. symptom control. teaching methods, and agency management. Conclusion: These results can be utilized in the development of APN programs for home health care and hospice in terms of qualified and cost-effective aspects of education.
