건조인삼제품의 품질 특성 조사 (A Survey on the Quality Characteristics of Dried Ginseng Products)

  • 시중에서 유통되고 있는 건조인삼제품인 백삼, 홍삼, 태극삼의 품질을 인삼산업법과 한국산업규격 등 국내 규격과 관련하여 조사하였다. 모든 제품이 일반품질기준인 수분함량 14.0% 이하, 회분함량 5.0% 이하, 물포화 n-부탄올 추출물함량 2.0% 이상에 적합하였다. 고려인삼의 유효성분인 진세노사이드 $Rb_1$, Rf, $Rg_1$도 HPLC 분석결과 관찰되었다. 그러나 홍삼제품을 제외하고는 단위포장내 개체중량의 균일성이 거의 지켜지지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

초등 실과 교과서 분석 연구 -6차 교육과정 중심- (Textbook Analysis on Practical Arts for Elementary School -focused on 6th curriculum-)

  • Purpose of this study is to analyze the validity of textbook content on practical arts for the 6th curriculum, to grasp the content problems and to propose the strategy of reformation to be satisfied with consumer better than supplier. The data collected from 196 elemantary school teachers who lived in Gyungsang-namdo and analized by SPSS/PC(sup)+ package program. The statistical methods used for analysis were frequency, descriptives, validity, t-test, oneway ANOVA. The major findings can be summarised as follows: 1. The textbooks on practical arts for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades showed unbalanced division for picture, figure, table unite and evaluation type of all units doesn’t show diversity. 2. The validity of textbook contents on practical arts was found to be the highest for 3rd grade textbook and the lowest for 6th grade one. Among the validity of the evaluation items,‘differentiation with other subject’and ‘usefulness of living’showed high scores, wheres ‘fitness of child level’marked lowest score. 3. There was no significant difference Among the validity contents of teachers based on socio-demographic variables.

다항회귀분석을 활용한 혼합경량토의 강도산정 모델 개발 (Development of Strength Prediction Model for Lightweight Soil Using Polynomial Regression Analysis)

  • The objective of this study was to develop a strength prediction model using a polynomial regression analysis based on the experimental results obtained from ninety samples. As the results of a correlation analysis between various mixing factors and unconfined compressive strength using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences), the governing factors in the strength of lightweight soil were found to be the crumb rubber content, bottom ash content,and water-cement ratio. After selecting the governing factors affecting the strength through the correlation analysis, a strength prediction model, which consisted of the selected governing factors, was developed using the polynomial regression analysis. The strengths calculated from the proposed model were similar to those resulting from laboratory tests (R2=87.5%). Therefore, the proposed model can be used to predict the strength of lightweight mixtures with various mixing ratios without time-consuming experimental tests.

  • This study examines the use of electronic databases (e-databases) by faculty members of the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU). The study used a descriptive research method. Copies of the questionnaire were used for the data collection. Due to the manageable population, no sampling method was used in this study. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM-SPSS 21.0) was used for data analysis. The results showed that most faculty members were aware of the availability of databases in the library. Additionally, the findings established that Emerald, as well as Taylor and Francis, were ranked highly in terms of availability and accessibility. The study identified problems such as difficulty in downloading information as well as poor internet connectivity. Based on the results, the study recommended that library management should address all the challenges that users encounter as soon as possible.

대전 지역 일부 재래 시장과 대형 마트에서 시판되는 반찬류의 나트륨 및 칼륨 함량 비교 (Analysis of Sodium(Na) and Potassium(K) Content of Side Dishes Purchased from Traditional and Super Market in Daejeon Area)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the sodium and potassium content of the 19 kinds of side dish purchased from traditional market and super market in Daejeon area. The results are summarized as follows. Sodium content(mg/100 g) among samples was the highest in the Jangachies. The sodium contents of Yeongeun jorim, Bellflower saengchae, Kkaetip jangachies, Chonggak kimchi, Changranjut in super market were significantly higher than those of the traditional market (p<0.05). On the other hand, the sodium contents of the other side dishes in traditional market were significantly higher those in super market. These results suggested that the sodium content of side dishes in the traditional market were higher than those in the super market. Sodium intake from Kimchi and Jangachies per one serving size is estimated significantly highest among samples. Also, potassium content of side dishes were low detected compare to sodium content and potassium content of side dishes in the traditional market were higher than those in the super market. From these results, it was suggested that food labeling (Na content) on the package of side dishes is to be required for lowering Na intake, and standard cooking methods is to be established.

포장 기체가 곶감의 품질 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of packaging gas on the quality characteristics of dried persimmons)

  • 본 연구에서는 온도별 포장기체에 따른 곶감의 저장 중 이화학적, 미생물학적 변화를 분석하여, 품질특성을 비교 하였다. 상주 둥시 품종의 곶감을 온도별 (-10, $10^{\circ}C$)로 60일간 저장하였으며, 이화학적 변화는 색도, 텍스처, 수분을 분석하였고, 미생물학적 변화는 효모와 곰팡이 수를 측정하였으며, 마지막으로 관능검사를 통해 품질 특성을 조사하였다. 내부색도는 $10^{\circ}C$에서, 질소구와 Ar구가 유사하게, $-10^{\circ}C$에서 Ar구가 확연하게 무처리구와 이산화탄소에 비해 변화가 적었으며, 그에 따라 계산된 색차값은 이산화탄소 구에서 가장 높았고 지속적으로 증가하였다. 텍스처는 $10^{\circ}C$에서는 저장 40일차까지 Ar구가 가장 변화가 적었으며, 전반적으로 모든 온도에서 텍스처의 변화는 질소에서 가장 적었다. 수분함량은 Ar는 유지되거나 증가하는 모습을 보였다. 곰팡이와 효모 수는 $-10^{\circ}C$에서 Ar구가 유의적으로 다른 구에 비해 집락 수가 감소하였다. 마지막으로 관능검사 결과, 40일차까지 $10^{\circ}C$에서는 색, 향, 전반적 기호도 항목에서 대조구 다음으로 이산화탄소가 낮은 점수를 받았으며, Ar구는 색, 겉모양, 향, 전반적 기호도 항목에서 유의적으로 높은 점수를 나타냈다. $-10^{\circ}C$에서는 전체기간 동안 Ar가 겉모양을 제외하고 가장 높은 값을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해, 곶감을 포장함에 있어 기체 치환포장은 유통과 저장 과정에서 곶감의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 인자임을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 그 중에서 이산화탄소 기체 포장은 부적절 한 것으로 보인다. 또한 질소와 아르곤 기체 치환포장이 고부가가치의 고품질 곶감 생산에 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

한국에서 시판되는 가정간편식 제품의 당류 함량 평가 (Assessment of the Sugars Contents in Home Meal Replacement Products Sold in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the sugars contents of home meal replacement (HMR) products currently sold in Korea. This study surveyed and examined the sugars contents in 835 popular HMRs (294 ready-to-eat foods; RTE, 499 ready-to-cook foods; RTC, 42 fresh-cut vegetables; FCV) through the nutrition labels. The average price, weight and energy content of 835 HMR products were 3,917.5 Korean won, 336.0 g, and 522.7 kcal, respectively. The sugars content per product was significantly higher in the RTCs (13.4 g) and RTEs (10.3 g) than that in the FCVs (4.2 g) (P<0.001), and the percentage of energy from sugars was 9.7% for the RTEs, 10.2% for the RTCs, and 8.7% for the FCVs without any significant difference. The sugars contents of 9 RTE types were in the order of side dishes (34.3 g), sunsik (22.5 g) and hamburgers (12.1 g) per package. The percentage of energy from sugars was highest in side dishes (28.1%), followed by kimchi (24.9%), sunsik (17.2%), and hamburgers (10.6%). Among 14 RTC types, the sugars contents were in the order of hot dogs (52.9 g), tteokbokki (30.4 g) and noodles (21.2 g) per package. The percentage of energy from sugars was the highest at 22.9% for sauces, followed by side dishes (17.3%), porridges (14.4%), instant stews (14.3%), and hot dogs (13.1%). Strategies and practices are needed to reduce the sugars contents of HMR producers and the sugars intakes of HMR consumers.

PLA 필름으로 포장한 딸기의 품질 (Quality of Strawberry Packed with PLA Films)

  • 포장재별로 처리한 딸기를 $10^{\circ}C$에 저장하면서 품질변화를 살펴보았다. 중량 감소율은 OPP필름에 비해 PLA 필름이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으나 저장 6일까지 0.12% 이하의 감소율로 처리구간에 큰 차이를 보이진 않았다. 경도의 경우 펀칭형 PLA3 포장구가 다른 처리구보다 가장 변화가 적은 것으로 나타났으며, 산도변화에서는 펀칭형 PLA2와 PLA3가 가장 적은 변화를 보였고, 색도의 경우는 포장구간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 가용성고형분 함량과 비타민C 함량 변화에서는 PLA2 포장구가 변화율이 가장 적었으며, PLA 필름구가 OPP 포장구 보다 높게 유지되었다. 딸기 포장재로 PLA 필름중 PLA2와 PLA3 필름이 저장에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

수확 후 저장 조리조건에 따른 배추 가식분위내 $NO_3^-$함량변화 (Changes of Nitrate Contents in Edible Parts of Chinese Cabbage by Conditions of Cooking and Post-Harvest Storage)

  • Inorder to minimize the daily intake amount of nitrate by chinese cabbage, the favorate vegetable for Korean, the influences of storage conditions at different temperature and light or dark treatments after post-harvest and effects of cooking temperature and infrared rays on changes of nitrate contents in edible parts of chinese cabbage were determined. The nitrate contents on midrib and leaf blade in chinese cabbage during post-harvest were decreased steeply in 2 days and decreased slowly again in 5 days. The temperature treatment to decrease the nitrate contents in midrib and leaf blade of chinese cabbage were effective as the following of $25^{\circ}C$> $15^{\circ}C$ > $-4^{\circ}C$ > $-10^{\circ}C$. The nitrate contents of midrib and leaf blade were decreased in the timecourse of post-harvest. It is more effective to store in $4^{\circ}C$ than in $15^{\circ}C$, and is more effective in transparent vinyl package than in black vinyl package, but the treatment of light is more effective than the treatment of temperature. The nitrate contents of midrib decreased rapidly by 17.9% in the treatment of 5 days at$ 15^{\circ}C$. By treatment of $80^{\circ}C$, $90^{\circ}C$, $100^{\circ}C$ water, the nitrate contents of midrib were increased slightly, but decreased in leaf blade. It reached 68.5%, 50.6%, 45.9% in the leaf blade respectively by treatment of 80%, 90%, 100% water at 1 min. By infrared rays treatment, the nitrate contents of midrib did not change in 3 min but increased rapidly after 6 min, and in the leaf blade it increased continually after 1 min.

시각정보 메타데이터를 이용한 축산 심벌 표현에 대한 연구 (A Study on Livestock Symbol Representation Using Visual Information Metadata)

  • 최근 소비자의 취향이 다양해지고 소비패턴이 변화하며 상품 포장디자인이 점차 발전한다는 것을 체감할 수 있다. 상품 포장디자인은 내용물을 정확하게 알 수 있게 만들어져야 하고 소비자의 눈길을 끌어 상품을 구매하고 싶도록 만드는 매력을 가지고 있어야 한다. 또한 상품디자인은 소비자들에게 시각적 효과를 유도한 그래픽 요소와 더불어 브랜드 네이밍, 패키지 레이아웃, 내용물 표현방법, 맛을 상상할 수 있는 색감 등에 따라 구매의욕을 일으켜야 한다. 상품의 포장디자인에서 내용물에 대한 이미지를 한 눈에 알 수 있게 표현한 그래픽 요소는 상품의 부가가치를 높이고 소비자의 구매동기 유발이나 유통의 합리화를 이루는 가장 핵심적인 요소라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 축산상품에서 시각정보 메타데이터를 이용한 시각정보 심벌 이미지에 대한 연구이며 다양한 축산 포장에 대한 사례를 살펴보고 메타데이터 요소로 축산 이미지를 한 눈에 알 수 있게 표현한 그래픽 요소를 제시하여 축산상품에 활용하고자 한다. 축산 상품의 프리미엄화를 추구하고, 브랜드 가치를 높이며 차별화된 디자인 전략으로 경제적 효과와 더불어 축산 시장 활성화를 위한 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.
