시스템 인증기법을 적용한 DRM 시스템 설계 및 구현 (A Design and Implementation of DRM System by Applying System Authentication Method)

  • The digital contents distribution system via network provides comfortability, usability, and diversified functions to content's users. However, for the characteristic of easy access of digital contents, the copyright infringements and indiscreet contents distribution are realized in this days. In other words, any users with the authentication key can access to copyright contents with any restrictions. To solve this problems, we proposed a user authentication mechanism which prevent indiscreet access to the digital content by using user system information. Also, to provide safe distribution of digital content, we used user's unique content authentication key.

Active Learning Environment for the Heritage of Korean Modern Architecture: a Blended-Space Approach

  • This research proposes the composition logic of an Active Learning Environment (ALE), to enable discovery by learning through experience, whilst increasing knowledge about modern architectural heritage. Linking information to the historical heritage using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) helps to overcome the limits of previous learning methods, by providing rich learning resources on site. Existing field trips of cultural heritages are created to impart limited experience content from web resources, or receive content at a specific place through humanities Geographic Information System (GIS). Therefore, on the basis of the blended space theory, an augmented space experience method for overcoming these shortages was composed. An ALE space framework is proposed to enable discovery through learning in an expanded space. The operation of ALE space is needed to create full coordination, such as a Content Management System (CMS). It involves a relation network to provide knowledge to the rule engine of the CMS. The application is represented with the Deoksugung Palace Seokjojeon hall example, by describing a user experience scenario.

자색고구마를 첨가한 증편의 품질특성 및 기호도 분석 (Quality Characteristics of Jeung-pyun Added with Purple Sweet Potato)

  • This study examined the quality characteristics of Jeung-pyeon made with wet non-glutinous rice flour and rice wine. The samples of Jeung-pyeon were prepared with different ratios of cooked purple sweet potato (0, 3, 6, 9, and 12%) to analyze the water content, sugar content, pH, chromaticity, texture characteristics, and sensory evaluation. No significant difference in water content, sugar content, and springiness was observed among the 5 samples. The pH and volume showed the highest level at 0%. The L-value and b-value decreased while the a-value increased. The hardness, chewiness, and gumminess were highest at 9% and lowest at 12%. The extent of violet chromaticity and pore size were optimal in 9%. In addition, 9%-added purple sweet potato showed the highest score of odor, taste, texture, and overall acceptability. In conclusion, the optimal addition for the highest acceptability of cooked purple sweet potato was 9%.

Developing a recommendation system for e-newspaper articles through personalizing digital contents

  • This study presented a personalization system that adopted a methodology which is applicable for digital content recommendation and executed by the Internet service providers. The system made a recommendation to the users on the basis of their preferences, while most techniques for recommending digital content have focused on considering the similarity of content. In addition, it developed a method of evaluation to determine the priority of recommendations and adopted measures when selecting a set of recommendations. To experiment the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented methodology, a prototype system was developed and was applied to an English newspaper on the Internet.

  • In this study, the research model of VR·AR contents convergence education for solving social problems was presented after benchmarking the domestic and foreign realistic educational contents industry and policy trends and Fishbone diagram analysis. The goal was to create VR·AR content convergence talent for co-prosperity in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, and the target of education was students, researchers, and business personnel who are interested in VR AR technology education and contents business such as game animation, etc. The education model is based on understanding about storytelling of the socially disadvantaged, such as children and the elderly, and is technology education for content production including the application of virtual and augmented reality SW, and is a convergence education for content planning and business model strategy development.

밤을 첨가한 설기떡의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Sulgidduk with Added Chestnut)

  • The results of a study on the effects of variable chestnut content (0~25%) on the palatability of Sulgidduk or steamed rice cake were as follows: moisture content and degrees Brix increased significantly following an increase in chestnut content. L value and a value decreased significantly, whereas b value increased significantly. Sensory evaluation scores increased in the order of 15% > 10% > 25% > 20% > 0% chestnut content. Thus, we believe that the addition of 15% chestnut increases the palatability of Sulgidduk.

  • 인터넷 기술의 발전에 따라 많은 사람들이 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠를 액세스할 수 있게 되었으나 이러한 접근은 저작권과 소유권 침해를 일으킬 수 있다. 디지털 콘텐츠가 다운로드 된 이후에 디지털 콘텐츠를 보호할 수 있는 방안으로 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권을 보호하기 위해 DRM(Digital Rights Management)기술이 연구되고 있는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠의 생성에서부터 사용자가 사용하는 Player를 사용자의 공개키로 암호화하고 Player 내부에 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 일정기간 사용이 가능한 대칭키와 CCI(Copy Control Information)을 넣는 시스템을 제안한다.

  • As individuals create many contents anytime and anywhere together with the widespread dissemination of smart devices as well as various social networking services (SNS), content centric networking (CCN) has regarded as a new networking technology. However, CCN is exposed to malicious attacks on the mobility management of mobile content sources during handover and high volume of control messages. Therefore, this paper presents a secure duplicate name detection (SecureDND) mechanism without additional control messages by signed information and secure token. It is shown from the performance evaluation that the proposed scheme can provide low control overhead, which results in the network scalability.

Intention to Subscribe to YouTube Channels: Trust in Creator and Trust in Content

  • This paper examines the features that make a YouTube channel attractive to users. Considering that drawing users' attention is challenging on this platform, where voluminous amounts of videos are available, it is crucial to identify the factors that make users intend to subscribe to a YouTube channel. In this study, we used an online survey to collect data from 1125 respondents and an SEM model using Smart PLS 3.2.8 to analyze it. The results show that integrity and familiarity with a YouTube channel are positively correlated with trust in its creator, which leads to subscribing to the YouTube channel; value and accuracy also positively affect intention to subscribe to a YouTube channel via trust in content. This study enriches the field of research about trust in the creator and trust in content.

상이한 DRM간 연동을 통한 DRM 상호 호환성 지원 방안 (DRM interoperable scheme by connection between heterogeneous DRM systems)

  • 오늘날 상용화된 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 제품들은 많이 있으나 DRM간 상호 호환성이 없는 상태이다. DRM간 호환성 결여로 인하여 사용자의 불편은 증대되고 디지털 콘텐츠의 유통은 제한된 범위로 제약을 받고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 DRM의 호환성 지원을 위해 DRM 표준화에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있으나 지배적 위치의 DRM 표준이 마련되지 않아 호환성 문제를 해결하지 못하고 있는 상태이다. 이에 본 논문은 MP3 파일의 저작권보호를 위해 사용되는 상이한 DRM 시스템간 상호 호환을 위한 보완재적 DRM 기술로써 DRM 콘텐츠의 반출(EXport) 및 반입(IMport)을 통한 연동 방안(EXIM)을 제안한다. 제안하는 EXIM 방안은 상호 연동이 필요한 두 DRM 시스템이 자신의 구조를 공개하거나 변경하지 않고도 개방형 기술규격을 통해 DRM 콘텐츠를 상호 호환될 수 있도록 한다.
