In this paper we propose an expert system for content-based image retrieval with object database. The proposed system finds keyword by using knowledge-base and feature of extracted object, and retrieves image by using keyword based image retrieval method. The system can decrease error of image retrieval and save running time. The system also checks whether similar objects exist or not. If not, user can store information of object in object database. Proposed system is flexible and extensible, enabling experts to incrementally add more knowledge and information. Experimental results show that the proposed system is more effective than existing content-based image retrieval method in running time and precision.

The purpose of this study is to investigate awareness of librarian's job prospects, and to do this a survey was conducted with 502 college students in 14 Departments of Library and Information Science around Korea and 753 librarians in libraries and related agencies. The study results are as follows. First, satisfaction with educational curriculum was higher in students than librarians. Second, both students and librarians regarded workplace based practical training as employment requirements and also evaluated certifications and academic performance as important requirements. Third, both groups asked that information on employment rates be available in a timely manner, and perceived that the librarian's job prospects were not bright. Therefore, in order to improve employment of librarians, it will be necessary to establish a job information system, reorganize the current educational curriculum into a practice-oriented curriculum, and introduce the national curriculum statements (NCS)-based curriculum.

본 연구에서는 초등 교사가 교수-학습 활동에 있어 테크놀로지를 활용하는 정도와 TPACK 사이의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 2015년 6월 10일부터 7월 10일까지 웹 기반 설문을 통하여 수집된 140명의 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 조사 결과 수업에 활용하는 테크놀로지의 수는 평균 1.39개였으며, 테크놀로지를 활용한 수업을 하는 과목의 수는 평균 3.09 과목이었다. 수업에 활용하는 테크놀로지의 수와 테크놀로지를 활용한 수업의 수를 환산하여 활용 정도로 나타낸 결과의 평균은 1.72였으며, 이는 초등교사의 TPACK과 유의확률 0.01 수준에서 .227의 양의 상관을 보였다.

This study sought to examine five theses from major journals concerning Korea's Library and Information Science, published from 1970 to 2018, so as to diagnose the current stage of International Research collaboration in the field of Korea's Library and Information Science which researchers from two or more different nations jointly conducted. Furthermore, it proposed measures for activating International Research collaboration in the field of Korea's Library and Information Science. First, related conferences should be held and education need to be offered in terms of elevating the awareness of the need and importance of international research collaboration. Second, relevant policies need to be developed and projects should be implemented to strengthen the practical international research collaboration. Third, collaboration with various countries should be pursued in the area of detailed majors of library and information science of greater diversity than now in terms of the detailed majors and countries. Fourth, a research environment supporting the collaboration with various research institutions overseas moving forward will need to be created around the universities.

The purpose of the study was to examine early childhood teachers' content knowledge of movement education. The subjects, 60 early childhood teachers, were asked to draw concept maps about early childhood movement education. Their concept maps were analyzed in terms of superordinate and subordinate concepts by contents and frequency. The results were as follows. First, 263 superordinate concepts were shown, and they were categorized into 10 representative terms (body movement/health, music, expression, movement type, movement element, games, integration/arts, social studies, tool/instrument, and math/science). Second, 2,186 subordinate concepts were shown, and running, movement, jumping, musical instrument, and expression were frequently shown. In conclusion, early childhood teachers' content knowledge of movement education were various but insufficient in aspect of its systematic organization.

In this study, we wanted to investigate and analyze the current status of international joint research conducted on researchers who have actually conducted or are doing international joint research and to identify difficulties in promoting international joint research based on this study and propose ways to promote future international joint research. As a result, autonomy of research subjects needs to be guaranteed for the revitalization of international joint research, establishment of international joint research guidelines and contract legal infrastructure, simplification and unification of administrative work system and supplementation of performance-related regulations will be necessary.

In this study, in line with the era of the fourth industrial revolution, general concepts, technologies, trends, and examples of virtual reality and augmented reality were examined, and based on this, a plan that could be applied to libraries in the future was proposed. As a result of the study, first, it is necessary to construct a smart space as an experiential play space that can satisfy cultural desires transcending time and space by providing immersive contents using 4th technology such as VR and AR. Second, it is necessary to expand experiential cultural support services through VR, AR and MR. Third, to develop educational contents based on augmented reality technology. In order to apply and activate virtual reality and augmented reality in libraries in the future, based on a survey of librarians and users of public libraries, a survey on the application status, satisfaction, and demand of current public libraries should be conducted.

Whether This paper argues that teacher efficacy is an affective affiliate of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) based on empirical data of a study on the nature and construct of PCK. This study was a collective case study utilizing qualitative research methods. The participants of the study were three high school science teachers in the U.S. Data was collected from multiple sources such as classroom observation, interviews, teachers' written reflection, students' work samples, and researchers' field notes. Data was analyzed using the "In-depth Analysis of Explicit PCK" developed by the author. Data analysis indicated that teacher efficacy played a critical role in developing PCK by facilitating the movement from PCK to the enactment of PCK.

In this study, it was intended to explore a way to build a DB which links the resources and areas and regions already registered as cultural assets in connection with a project which is newly building local culture and arts resources. Towards this end, this study first identified the type and scale of existing local culture and arts resources that could be linked. Following which, to link the local cultural resources and collected cultural assets, this study investigated the websites such as the Cultural Heritage Administration's National Cultural Heritage Portal, municipal and provincial tangible cultural festivals, municipal and provincial intangible cultural assets, and Gyeonggi Memory. Furthermore, this study identified the amount of information sources to be built and the current status of each information source to identify detailed information sources. Finally, the metadata of local culture and arts resources were presented by classifying them into material and publication data metadata, document metadata, audiovisual metadata, oral recording metadata, village information metadata, and personal information village information metadata.

이 연구의 목적은 수업에서 드러난 초임교사의 과학내용지식 측면의 특징을 탐구하는 것이다. 수업동영상 분석을 위한 컨설팅 협의회, 초임교사와의 면담 자료 등을 활용하여 초임교사들이 지닌 과학교과에 대한 인식 및 과학내용 지식의 특징을 추출하였다. 분석대상으로 한 수업은 중학교 3학년 일과 에너지 단원의 9차시 수업이며, 6명의 초임교사와 선배교사로 구성된 6명의 컨설팅 협의진이 차시별 수업을 교차분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 초임과학교사들은 실증주의적 인식론을 지니고 있으며, 교사의 권위는 내용지식을 많이 아는 데서 나온다고 생각하며, 과학 엘리트 의식을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있다. 교과내용지식 측면에서 초임교사의 수업의 특징을 살펴보면, 때로는 교사 자신의 오개념으로 인해 수업 중에 표현 오류가 발견되고, 교사가 내용을 많이 아는 것이 오히려 독이 되는 경우가 발견되고, 생각나는 것을 모두 언급하는 산발적 내용 전개가 발견되며, 초임이나 비전공자가 진행할 경우 수업시간이 남아도는 등의 특징을 나타내었다. 아울러 초임교사의 과학에 대한 인식에 대하여 경력교사들이 제안하는 대안을 탐색하였다. 결론에서는 과학교사의 교과내용지식(SMK)은 과학 교수활동에 영향을 주지만, 다른 교사지식에 의해 매개되므로, 초임 과학교사들의 과학내용지식(SMK)을 과학 내용교수지식(PCK)으로 전환할 수 있는 지원 방안을 제안하였다.
