슈퍼자미를 첨가한 생면 파스타의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of Fresh Pasta Containing Various Amounts of Superjami)

  • 본 연구는 생면 파스타 제조 시 슈퍼자미를 첨가하여 파스타의 품질과 관능적 특성을 높이려는데 그 목적이 있다. 슈퍼자미 가루를 밀가루 대신 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%를 대체하여 시료로 준비하였다. 슈퍼자미 첨가량이 증가할수록 수분, 중량 및 부피, adhesiveness 및 인장 길이가 높아졌고, 반면에 L, a, b값, hardness, chewiness 및 인장 강도는 낮아졌다. 특성차이검사 결과 슈퍼자미 첨가량이 증가할수록 색의 강도, 슈퍼자미 향, 구수한 향, 슈퍼자미 맛, 구수한 맛, 입자감 및 삼킨 후의 느낌이 유의적으로 강하다고 평가되었다. 기호도 검사 결과 슈퍼자미 20%를 첨가한 것이 외관, 향, 맛, 조직감 및, 전체적인 기호도에서 가장 좋다고 평가되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과 생면 파스타 제조 시 슈퍼자미를 첨가할 때에 20%를 첨가하는 것이 가장 최적이라고 사료되었다.

  • 넷플릭스, 아마존, 유튜브 등 대형 플랫폼에서는 고객의 다양한 정보를 활용하여 정밀한 추천시스템을 마련하고 여기서 추천된 상당수의 아이템이 실제 구매로 이어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 추천 컨텐츠의 속성에 따라 사용자의 선호도에 차이가 있을 것이라고 예상하고 콘텐츠의 속성에 따라 군집분석을 실시하였다. 속성의 형태와 관계없이 사용할 수 있도록 Gower 거리를 사용했다. 본 논문에서는 영화 평점 사이트인 'The Movie Dataset'의 자료를 이용하여 영화의 기본정보인 장르, 감독 및 배우 변수를 바탕으로 사용자를 계층적으로 분류하고 영화를 추천하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 추천 시스템을 평가하기 위하여 각 사용자 그룹별로 훈련자료와 검증자료로 나누어 정밀도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 UBCF보다 월등히 높은 정밀도를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템의 주요 속성에 대한 이용자 선호 분석 (Analyzing consumer preferences by major attributes of in-vehicle infotainment systems)

  • 자율주행 환경이 도래함에 따라 자동차는 미디어를 향유할 수 있는 공간으로 진화하고 있다. 차량 내 인포테인먼트(IVI) 시스템의 성장은 운전자와 동승자에게 다양한 혜택과 가치를 제공할 수 있다. 이를 위한 사업자들의 기술 개발 및 관련 연구가 이루어지고 있지만, 이용자가 실제로 원하는 IVI 시스템이 어떤 모습인지에 대한 연구는 부족했다. 이에 본 연구는 IVI의 주요 속성별 이용자 선호를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인포테인먼트 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 운전자를 대상으로 컨조인트 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 응답자들은 IVI의 여러 속성 중 제공사업자, 시스템 구동 형태, 중심 서비스, 중점 콘텐츠의 순서로 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 통신사 주도형, 탈부착이 가능한 형태, 정보 중심의 서비스와 기존에 소비하던 콘텐츠 위주로 제공되는 인포테인먼트 시스템을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 IVI 개발에 있어 사업자들이 참고할 수 있는 실무적 시사점, 특히 융합 관점에서의 시사점을 제공하며, 향후 전문가 조사에 기반한 연구가 이루어지면 의미 있으리라 기대한다.

칼라 특징을 이용한 내용기반 화상검색시스템의 설계 및 구현 (The Design an Implementation of Content-based Image Retrieval System Using Color Features)

  • A content-based image retrieval system is designed and implemetned using the color featurees which are histogram intersection and color pairs. The preprocessor for the image retrieval manage linearly the existing HSI(hue, saturation, saturation, intensity). Hue and intensity histogram thresholding for each color attribute is performed to split the chromatic and achromatic regions respectively. Grouping te indexes produced by the histogram intersection is used to save the retrieval times. Each image is divided into the cells of 32$\times$32 pixels, and color pairs are used to represent the query during retrievals. The recall/precision of histogram intersection is 0.621/0.663 and recall/precision of color pairs is 0.438/0.536. And recall/precision of proposed method is 0.765/0.775/. It is shown that the proposed method using histogram intersection and color pairs improves the retrieval rates.

$Li_2O-B_2O_3-P_2O_5$계 유리의 이온전도성 (Ionic Conductivity of $Li_2O-B_2O_3-P_2O_5$ based Glasses)

  • Li2O-B2O3-P2O5 glasses with high lithium content were analysed by electrical characterization. The electrical conductivity increase with Li content and exhibits a maximum value of 1.2$\times$10-4S/cm near B2O3/P2O5=1 at 15$0^{\circ}C$. Glass transitiion temperature increased with conductivity. Concentration of charge carrier and distribution of relaxation time were independent of temperature. In this system the variation of conductivity with the composition was depend on mobility of lithium ion. Basically, it is attribute to primitive activation energy. Enhancement of conductivities was related to be formation of (B-O-P)-, di-, and metaborate group, which give additional available sites for Li+ diffusion.

알루미나-지르코니아 복합체의 제조공정 및 미세구조에 미치는 폴리머 첨가의 영향 (Effect of Polymer Content on Synthesis Process and Microstructure of Alumina-Zirconia Composite)

  • Two-component ceramic (alumina-zirconia) composites were fabricated by a soft-solution process in which polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used as a polymeric carrier. Metal salts and PEG were dissolved in ethyl alcohol without any precipitation in 1:1 volume ratio of alumina and zirconia. In the non-aqueous system, the flammable solvent made explosive, exothermic reaction during drying process. The reaction resulted in formation of volume expanded, porous precursor powders by a vigorous decomposition of organic components in the precursor sol. The PEG content affected the grain size of sintered composites as well as the morphology of precursor powders. The difference of microstructure in sintered composite was attribute to the solubility and homogeneity of metal cations in precursor sol. At the optimum amount of the PEG polymer, the metal ions were dispersed effectively in solution and a homogeneous polymeric network was formed. It made less agglomerated particles in the precursor sol and affected on uniform grain size in sintered composite.

Development of Practical Data Mining Methods for Database Summarization

  • Database summarization is the procedure to obtain generalized and representative descriptions expressing the content of a large amount of database at a glance. We present a top-down summary refinement procedure to discover database summaries. The procedure exploits attribute concept hierarchies that represent ISA relationships among domain concepts. It begins with the most generalized summary and proceeds to find more specialized ones by stepwise refinements. This top-down paradigm reveals at least two important advantages compared to the previous bottom-up methods. Firstly, it provides a natural way of reflecting the user's own discovery preference interactively. Secondly, it does not produce too large intermediate result that makes it hard for the bottom-up approach to be applied in practical environment. The proposed procedure can also be easily extended for distributed databases. Information content measure of a database summary is derived in order to identify more informative summaries among the discovered results.

Modeling Topic Extraction-based Sentiment Analysis Based on User Reviews

  • In this paper, we proposed a multi-subject-level sentiment analysis model for user reviews using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method targeting user-generated content (UGC). Data were collected from users' online reviews of hotels in major tourist cities in the world, and 30 hotel-related topics were extracted using the entire user reviews through the LDA technique. Six major hotel-related themes (Cleanliness, Location, Rooms, Service, Sleep Quality, and Value) were selected from the extracted themes, and emotions were evaluated for sentences corresponding to six themes in each user review in the proposed sentiment analysis model. Sentiment was analyzed using a dictionary. In addition, the performance of the proposed sentiment analysis model was evaluated by comparing the emotional values for each subject in the user reviews and the detailed scores evaluated by the user directly for each hotel attribute. As a result of analyzing the values of accuracy and recall of the proposed sentiment analysis model, it was analyzed that the efficiency was high.

황기가루를 첨가한 식빵의 품질 특성 (Effect of Astragalus membranaceus Powder on Yeast Bread Baking Quality)

  • In this study, Astragalus membranaceus powder was added (3, 6, 9%) during yeast bread preparation and its effect on product quality was examined. The results showed that the dough pH increased as the Astragalus membranaceus powder content increased. However, dough volume during fermentation did not differ significantly among the samples. Bread volume decreased (p<0.001) with an increasing amount of Astragalus membranaceus powder. Also, as the Astragalus membranaceus powder content increased, the Hunter’s color ‘L’ value of the crust decreased and the ‘a’ value increased, and for the crumb, the ‘L’ value decreased and the ‘a’ value increased. Textural property analysis indicated that hardness increased with an increasing amount of Astragalus membranaceus powder. However, up to the 6% level, there were no sensory attribute differences among the samples.

고압 금형 주조용 Al-4 wt%Mg-0.9 wt%Si계 합금의 인장특성에 미치는 Fe, Mn함량의 영향 (Effect of Fe, Mn Content on the Tensile Property of Al-4 wt%Mg-0.9 wt%Si Alloy System for High Pressure Die Casting)

  • Effect of Fe and Mn contents on the tensile properties of Al-4 wt%Mg-0.9 wt%Si alloy system has been studied. Common phases of Al-4 wt%Mg-0.9 wt%Si alloy system were ${\alpha}$-Al, $Mg_2Si$, ${\alpha}-Al_{12}(Fe,Mn)_3Si$ and ${\beta}-Al_5FeSi$. As Fe content of Al-4 wt%Mg-0.9 wt%Si alloy system increased from 0.15 wt% to above 0.3 wt%, ${\beta}-Al_5FeSi$ compound appeared. When Mn content of the alloy increased from 0.3 wt% to 0.5 wt%, morphology of plate shaped ${\beta}-Al_5FeSi$ compound changed to chinese script ${\alpha}-Al_{12}(Fe,Mn)_3Si$. As Fe content of Al-4 wt%Mg-0.9 wt%Si-0.3 wt%Mn alloy increased from 0.15 wt% to 0.4 wt%, tensile strength of the as-cast alloy decreased from 191 MPa to 183 MPa and, elongation of the alloy also decreased from 8.0% to 6.2%. Decrease of these properties can be explained as the formation of plate shape, ${\beta}-Al_5FeSi$ phase with low Mn/Fe ratio of the alloy. However, when Mn content of Al-4 wt%Mg-0.9 wt%Si-0.3 wt%Fe alloy increased from 0.3 wt% to 0.5 wt%, tensile strength of as-cast alloy increased from 181 MPa to 194 MPa and, elongation of the alloy increased from 6.8% to 7.0%. These improvements attribute to the morphology change from ${\beta}-Al_5FeSi$ phase to chinese script, ${\alpha}-Al_{15}(Fe,Mn)_3Si_2$ phase shape-modified from with high Mn/Fe ratio of the alloy.
