부산항 컨테이너 물동량을 이용한 시계열 및 딥러닝 예측연구 (Time series and deep learning prediction study Using container Throughput at Busan Port)

  • 최근에는 딥러닝과 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 수요예측 기술이 전자상거래, 물류, 유통 분야의 스마트화를 가속화하고 있다. 특히, 글로벌 운송 네트워크와 현대적인 지능형 물류의 중심인 항만은 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 세계 경제 및 항만 환경의 변화에 발 빠르게 대응하고 있습니다. 항만물동량 예측은 신항만 건설, 항만확장, 터미널 운영 등 다양한 분야에서 중요한 영향을 담당하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 항만 물동량 예측에 자주 쓰이는 시계열 분석과 타 산업에서 좋은 결과를 도출해내고 있는 딥러닝 분석을 비교하여 부산항의 미래 컨테이너 예측에 적합한 예측모델을 제시하는 것이다. 부산항 컨테이너 물동량을 이용하여 학습시키고 그 이후 물동량 예측을 진행하였다. 또한, 상관관계 분석을 통해 물동량 변화와 관련된 외부변수를 선정하여 다변량 딥러닝 예측모델에 적용하였다. 그 결과 부산항 컨테이너 물동량만 이용한 단일변수 예측모델에서 LSTM의 오차가 가장 낮았고, 외부변수를 이용한 다변수 예측모델에서도 LSTM의 성능이 가장 우수하였다.

Analysis of Numerical Model Wave Predictions for Coastal Waters at Gunsan-Janghang Harbor Entrance

  • Gunsan-Janghang Harbor is located at the mouth of Gum River, on the central west coast of Korea The harbor and coastal boundaries are protected from the effects of the open ocean by natural coastal islands and shoals due to depositions from the river, and two breakwaters. The navigation channel commences at the gap formed by the outer breakwater and extends through a bay via a long channel formed by an isolated jetty. For better understanding and analysis of wave transformation process where a wide coastline changes appear due to on-going reclamation works, we applied the spectral wave model including wind effect to the related site, together with the energy balance models. This paper summarizes comparisons of coastal responses predicted by several numerical wave predictions obtained at the coastal waters near Gunsan-Janghang Harbor. Field and numerical model investigations were initially conducted for the original navigation channel management project. We hope to contribute from this study that coastal engineers are able to use safety the numerical models in the area of port and navigational channel design.

  • This study is on the focus of the cost-effective and time-effective in the BCTOC which commenced the On Dock Termainal System in 1998 for the first time in Korea. On this process of study two categories should be considered : (1) Improvement on Business Process (2) Improvement on Information Technology. Reflection Characteristics of Eco Block on Seabed

  • In order to protect coastal facilities mainly from wave and current actions, the self-locking eco blocks constituting elements of protecting shore structures against scouring were designed. These blocks are adapted to the sloping bottom, coastal dunes, and submerged coastal pipelines, counteracting the destructive and erosive impulse action. A series of laboratory experiments has been conducted to investigate the reflection of water waves over and against a train of protruded or submerged shore structures and compare the reflecting capabilities of incident waves including wave forces. In this study the hydraulic model experiment was conducted to identify the performance of newly designed water affinity eco blocks to keep the coast slope and bottom mound from scouring by reduction of the wave reflection and to convince stability of the block placement. Revised design of each block element was also tested for field conditions. From the result of experiments, the field applicability of the developed blocks and placement was discussed afterward.

Multi-step Predictive Control of LMTT using DR-FNN

  • In the maritime container terminal, LMTT (Linear Motor-based Transfer Technology) is horizontal transfer system for the yard automation, which has been proposed to take the place of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle). The system is based on PMLSM (Permanent Magnetic Linear Synchronous Motor) that is consists of stator modules on the rail and shuttle car (mover). Because of large variant of mover's weight by loading and unloading containers, the difference of each characteristic of stator modules, and a stator module's trouble etc., LMCPS (Linear Motor Conveyance Positioning System) is considered as that the system is changed its model suddenly and variously. In this paper, we will introduce the soft-computing method of a multi-step prediction control for LMCPS using DR-FNN (Dynamically-constructed Recurrent Fuzzy Neural Network). The proposed control system is used two networks for multi-step prediction. Consequently, the system has an ability to adapt for external disturbance, cogging force, force ripple, and sudden changes of itself.

안벽크레인 시뮬레이터 원격운전 시스템 개발 (Development of a Remote Operation System for a Quay Crane Simulator)

  • Quay cranes are considered core equipment for container terminal operation. However, unmanned operation systems have not as yet been announced due to the technological difficulties of implementation. In this paper, we developed a wireless controller to control a quay crane simulator remotely and conducted its performance test, a first step toward unmanned operation of quay cranes. The communication delay of a developed wireless controller was about 9.4ms on average while that of existing wired controllers was about 5.6ms. The same functions were implemented and tested on a smart phone where the average communication delay was 7.3ms. In addition, to apply the developed system into a real environment, we proposed a network architecture based on IEEE 802.11ac and carried out its performance evaluation. When the distance between two nodes was 50m apart, the throughputs of the TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) and UDP (User Datagram Protocol) were 57Mbps and 189Mbps, respectively. The communication delay of the control data was 9.1ms through the TCP channel. These results reveal the proper working of remote quay crane operation if we adopt the IEEE 802.11ac network.

컨테이너 터미널 내 ISM 대역 무선통신 시스템 간의 주파수 간섭에 대한 실험 (Experiments on Frequence Interference among ISM Band Wireless Communication Systems in a Container Terminal)

  • 본 논문에서는 항만에서 사용되는 무선 통신 시스템중 ISM 대역을 이용하는 WiFI와 ZigBee 통신 시스템의 주파수 간섭에 대한 실험 결과를 기술한다. 동일 지역에서 동일 대역의 주파수를 사용할 경우 충돌로 인해 데이터 전송의 신뢰성이 저하되므로 주파수 간섭 현상에 대한 파악이 필요하다. WiFi와 ZigBee 통신의 간의 주파수 간섭에 대한 실험을 통해 ZigBee 통신의 26번 채널은 WiFi에 간섭이 없다고 알려진 것과 달리 주파수 간섭의 영향을 받는 것을 확인 하였다.

크레인 휠 형상에 따른 구동 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study on Driving Characteristics of Crane Wheel Shape)

  • This pacer studied on the lateral motion and yaw motion of the gantry crane which is used for the automated container terminal with two driving wheel types. Though several problems are occcurred in driving of gantry crane, they are solved by the motion by the operators. But, if the gantry crane is unmanned, it is automatically controlled without any operation. There are two types, cone and flat t y pin driving wheel shape. In cone type, lateral vibration and yaw motion of crane are issued. In flat type, the collision between wheel-flange and rail or the fitting between wheel-flanges and rail is issued. Especially, the collision between wheel-flange and rail is a very critical problem in driving of unmanned gantry crane. To bring a solution to the problems, the lateral and yaw dynamic equations of the driving mechanism of gantry crane with two driving wheel types are derived. Then, we investigate the driving characteristics of gantry crane. And this study used PD(Proportional-Derivative) Controller to control the lateral displacement and yaw angle of the gantry crane. The simulation result of the driving mechanism using the Runge-Kutta Method is presented in this paper.

  • 항만배후단지가 잠재수요 고객에게 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 단순 기능에서 벗어나 통합 물류기능을 담당하는 미래형 물류배후공간으로 활성화 될 수 있도록 배후단지를 구성하는 요인들을 평가하고 전략을 도출하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 광양항 컨테이너터미널 배후단지 활성화에 필요한 요인들을 도출하고, 실증평가를 통해 활성화에 필요한 요인의 우선순위와 전략들을 제안하고자 한다. 배후단지 활성화 요인은 델파이기법을 이용한 전문가 조사를 통해 선정하고, 선정된 배후단지 활성화 요인에 대한 측정영역과 요인들을 평가하는데 있어 다기준의사결정 모델인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용한다. 또한 분석방법으로 언어척도의 애매모호하고 불확실한 상황을 고려하여 가치판단에 있어 정교함이 더해진 방법론으로 평가되고 있는 퍼지이론을 결합한 Fuzzy-AHP를 적용한다.
