힘 센서를 이용한 CMM용 프로브 개발을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Development of the CMM Probe using Force-Sensor)

  • In this paper, a mechanical probe for CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) with a three-axis force-sensing unit is proposed, which is capable of measuring an actual contact position without the lobbing effect and the pre-travel error. The force-sensing unit detects the external force, which is act on the stylus of CMM during the measuring process. Thus, the contact point of the stylus of CMM can be estimated ken the direction of measured force components. Based on the structural analysis of the proposed CMM probe, the transformation matrix is derived and calibrated so that it shows linear relationships between the estimated force components from the output voltages and the real input forces. And, the relationships are verified through the computer simulation. The results show that the proposed mechanical probe is very useful fur detecting the contacting force components on measuring process of CMM.

  • This paper deals with the development of a shape inspection system of the Light Guide Panel(LGP), and the study for the performance of the system. The conventional contact sensing methods have been used to inspect the shape. However the contact-sensing methods have some problems. The contact between a tip of the sensor and the surface of objects make a sensor tip abraded and generate a defect on the surface of objects. In this paper, we employed the Non-Contact Optical Sensor[1] to measure the shape inspection system of LGPs, The Sensor composed of Hologram laser[3] unit used for CD Optical Pickup[2] is low cost and has a good performance to measure a transparent objects.   • 본 논문은 온도센서 RSD. Pt 100Ω의 감지신호가 Temperature Controller의 릴레이 출력을 발생시키고 PLC 입력접점으로 입력시켜 1Scan Time으로 연산된 PLC 출력을 접점 P030에 Interface Unit를 연결시키므로 부하를 구동시키는 개발장비인 Wired Logic Type Unit에 대해서 기술하였다. 현재 PLC 교육장에서 프로그램 되어진 PLC가 부하를 구동시킬 수 있는 국내의 교육 PLC Test Kit로는 PLC와 부하 사이에 Interface 과정이 무시된 상태에서 PLC의 교육을 하도록 되어있다. 개발 키 트는 이 점을 보안하기 위해서 각종 센서 중 전자에서 언급한 온도 센서 Pt 100Ω을 이용한 온도 제어기의 릴레이 출력이 PLC 입력으로 피드백 되었을 때, 연산된 PLC 출력접점에 WLTU를 삽입시켜 PC, PLC와 부하 사이에 실시간 시스템으로 구동 시킬 수 있는 설비로, PLC 사용의 핵심원리를 쉽게 이해하고 알아 볼 수 있었다. 부하 Interface Unit인 WLTU의 구성은 구동 부분인 유 접점, 무접점, 센서, 지시 등, A접점, B접점 부하인 Motor로 나누었다.

  • 본 논문은 인체 감지 센서 모듈 및 그에 의한 관리 시스템의 구현 및 개선 방안에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 초음파 센서에 의하여 화장실 변기의 사용 여부를 탐지하는 인체 감지 센서 모듈과 각각의 화장실에 설치된 인체 감지 센서 모듈을 이용하여 건물 전체의 화장실의 상태를 제어할 수 있도록 하는 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 제안된 인체 감지 센서 모듈은 인체의 이동 여부를 탐지하는 탐지 센서, 변기로부터 일정 거리에 위치하는 인체를 탐지하는 것에 의하여 변기의 사용 여부를 감지하는 접촉 센서로 구성되고, 관리 시스템은 탐지 센서와 접촉 센서로부터 전송된 신호를 처리하는 제어 유닛, 탐지 센서와 접촉 센서로부터 전달된 신호의 처리에 따라 개폐가 제어되는 전자 개폐 밸브 및 작동 상태에 대한 정보를 저장하고 일정 주기로 전송하는 근거리 무선 통신 유닛을 포함한다.

자동운전 도시철도차량의 운전특성을 고려한 절연구분장치 이론적 고찰 (Theoretical Study of Neutral Section Considering the Driving Characteristics of ATO Urban Railway Vehicle)

  • In this paper, proper length of neutral section and neutral section system configuration is proposed to minimize accidents if ATO urban railway vehicle stops maintaining the leading vehicles in air section at regular intervals. When considering the minimum voltage sensing of power conversion unit in the urban railway vehicle, the effective length of 14,280[mm] with neutral section can be minimized damage due to high current because the urban railway vehicle is very little present chance compare neutral section with pantograph interval installed on a unit vehicle. In addition, uplift of catenary line and contact wire consider to minimize damage. The result of theoretical review, as the proposed neutral section shorter, isolated neutral section is effective than the integrated neutral section.

새로운 구조의 접촉식 미세구조 프로필러 (A Newly Designed Contact Profiler for Microstructure)

  • A simple and low cost stylus profiler made of ferrite cores is developed. The devised profiler consists of a contact probe, a measuring transducer, a signal processing unit, and a motorized stage. The contact probe attached to 4-bar spring maintains sufficient stiffness to protect disturbances. An overlap-area type inductive position sensing system is selected as a measuring transducer, which has high sensitivity, repeatability and linearity. The transducer is composed of coil bundles and ferrite cores which have good electromagnetic characteristics in spite of low cost. The repeatability of the profiler with the proposed inductive sensing system is better than 50nm. Experimental results are shown that the proposed profiler can measure the line or 3D profile of an object with sub-micron features.

혈압 측정을 위한 외팔보형 접촉힘 센서 어레이 (A Cantilever Type Contact Force Sensor Array for Blood Pressure Measurement)

  • Piezoresistive type contact force sensor array is fabricated by (111) Silicon bulk micromachining for continuous blood pressure monitoring. Length and width of the unit sensor structure is $200{\mu}m$ and $190{\mu}m$, respectively. The gap between sensing elements is only $10{\mu}m$. To achieve wafer level packaging, the sensor structure is capped by PDMS soft cap using wafer molding and bonding process with $10{\mu}m$ alignment precision. The resistance change over contact force was measured to verify the feasibility of the proposed sensor scheme. The maximum measurement range and resolution is 900 mm Hg and 0.57 mm Hg, respectively.

  • The MSC (Multi Spectral Camera) system is a remote sensing payload to obtain high resolution ground image. This system uses lossy image compression method for &Direct mission& that transmit whole image during one contact. But some image degradation occurred especially at high compression ratio. To reduce this degradation, the MSC uses NUC (Non-uniformity Correction) Unit. This unit correct CCD (Charge Coupled Device)'s high-frequency non-uniformity. So high frequency contents of image can be minimized and whole system SNR can be maximized. But NUC has some disadvantage either. It decreases entire system reliability by adding one electronic system. Adding NUC also led to difficulty of electronic design, assembly and testability. In this paper, the comparison is performed between on-orbit non-uniform correction and on ground correction. by evaluating NUC advantage for the point of view of image quality. Using real MSC parameter and proper model, considerable reference point for the system design came to possible.

접촉력 및 미끄러짐을 감지 가능한 촉각 센서의 개발 (Development of Tactile Sensor for Detecting Contact Force and Slip)

  • In this paper, we present a finger tip tactile sensor which can detect contact normal force as well as slip. The sensor is made up of two different materials, such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) known as piezoelectric polymer, and pressure variable resistor ink. In order to detect slip on the surface of the object, two PVDF strips are arranged along the normal direction in the robot finger tip and the thumb tip. The surface electrode of the PVDF strip is fabricated using silk-screening technique with silver paste. Also a thin flexible force sensor is fabricated in the form of a matrix using pressure variable resistor ink in order to sense the static force. The developed tactile sensor is physically flexible and it can be deformed three-dimensionally to any shape so that it can be placed on anywhere on the curved surface. In addition, a tactile sensing system is developed, which includes miniaturized charge amplifier to amplify the small signal from the sensor, and the fast signal processing unit. The sensor system is evaluated experimentally and its effectiveness is validated.

  • In recent years, as the demands of VBNS(Very high speed Backbone Network Service) and VDSL(Very high-data rate Digital Subscriber Line) increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, WDM elements increase. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important to fabricate the optical elements for communication. In this paper, the mechanism of rotational stage, the contact sensing unit, and integrated control circuit for the optical alignment system are studied.
