임플란트 보철 수복 후 발생한 악관절 장애 환자의 T-Scan 분석을 이용한 재수복 증례 (Re-restoration of temporomandibular joint disorder acquired after implant prosthetic restoration using T-Scan: A case report)

  • 광범위한 보철 수복에서 교합접촉의 재설정이 필요한 경우가 많이 있으며, 교합접촉은 보철물 성공의 필수요소이다. 만약 교합접촉 관계가 잘못 부여된다면 다양한 교합외상의 증상이 발생할 수 있으며, 악관절 장애도 그 중 하나이다. 이런 악관절 장애의 흔한 증상의 하나로 저작근 장애 및 악관절 부위 통증이 발생될 수 있으며 이는 환자에게 많은 고통을 준다. 본 증례는 보철물의 잘못된 교합접촉으로 인한 지속적 악관절 통증을 가진 환자에서 교합 재설정한 보철물로 재수복하여 저작근 및 악관절 통증이 개선되는 등의 만족스러운 결과를 얻어 이를 보고하는 바이다.

드롭 랜딩에서 발끝자세가 무릎관절 운동역학에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Toe Headings on the Biomechanics of Knee Joint in Drop Landing)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the toe headings on the biomechanics of knee joint in drop landing in an attempt to find the potential risk of non-contact anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. Seventeen male college students ($20.5{\pm}1.1$ yrs; $175.2{\pm}6.4$ cm; $68.8{\pm}5.8$ kg), having no neuromuscular injury within an year, participated in this study. Three different toe headings such as toe-in (TI), neutral (N), and toe-out (TO) positions were tested. Motion capturing system consisting of eight high speed cameras and two force platforms were used to collect three-dimensional motion data and ground reaction force data during landing. Results indicated joint angles and peak joint moments were significantly affected by the toe headings. TI position produced larger valgus angle due to reduce knee distance in addition to higher flexion and valgus moment than other positions, which was somewhat vulnerable to the potential risk of non-contact ACL injury. TO position caused the largest internal rotation angle with smaller joint moments. Therefore, it is recommended that athletes need to land on the ground with neutral toe-heading position as possible in order to minimize the potential risk of non-contact ACL injury.

  • The effect of surface texture on elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) point contact of a ball Joint mechanism in small reciprocating compressors is studied numerically by using multigrid method. Pressure and film thickness profiles have been calculated for surface roughness with waviness of different orientations and transverse ridge and dent at minimum and maximum Hoes M parameter conditions. The influence of the amplitude and the wavelength of the surface roughness was also studied. Results show that the oblique waviness with orientation angle of 30$^{\circ}$generates the smallest minimum film thickness as compared with those of longitudinal, transverse, and other oblique roughness. The influence of transverse waviness on the minimum film thickness is smaller than for the longitudinal waviness case.

  • A mathematical framework for deriving acceleration bounds from given joint torque limits of two cooperating robots are described in this paper. Especially when the torque limits are given in 2-norm, the resultant geometrical configuration is ellipsoid(the ellipsoid is often called manipulability ellipsoid in many works). At first, the mathematical derivation starts from the dynamics of both object and robots as well as the kinematics of the robots, and is finally arranged in a form of equation relating joint torques to object acceleration through a complete constraint contact(or “very-soft contact”). To show the usefulness of the proposed method, two examples are included, and especially the case where friction effects the ellipsoid shape is also considered In the example.

왕복동형 압축기 볼 조인트 접촉의 탄성유체윤활 해석 (EHL Analysis of the Ball Joint Contact in a Reciprocating Compressor)

  • In this study, a multigrid multi-integration method has been used to solve the steady-state, elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) point contact problem of a ball joint mechanism used in small reciprocating compressors. Pressure and film thickness profiles have been calculated at minimum and maximum Moes M parameter conditions during one revolution of crankshaft. The effects of various lubricant viscosities, loads, ball velocities, elastic modulli, and radii of curvature on the calculated pressure distribution and film thicknesses have been investigated. The results indicate that the viscosity of lubricant, the sliding velocity of ball, and the reduced radius of curvature have considerable effects on the minimum and central film thicknesses. Solutions obtained with the multigrid analysis are compared with results calculated according to the Hamrock & Dowson relations for the minimum and central film thicknesses.

  • Seals in universal joint bearing are a important component reinforcing lubrication performance by holding a lubricant and preventing infiltration of dust, moisture, etc. There is a great difference in seal performance according to seal shape and bonding position. Therefore, in this study, as for the lib type seal and O-ring type seal, FEM analysis are conducted using Mooney-Rivlin Model. The results are indicate that O-ring having higher contact stress and larger contact area than lib type is more profitable.

  • In many structures a common method of construction is to make use of bolted or riveted joints. With this type of joint the load is transmitted through a pin from one section of the structure to another. Fatigue cracks often start from the edges of holes, due to local stress concentration. In order to predict the fatigue crack growth, the stress intensity factor K for hole-edge cracks should be available. In this paper the stress intensity factors are computed for cracks in bolt-joint region considering the contact condition.

Orthogonalization principle for hybrid control of robot arms under geometric constraint

  • A principle of "orthogonalization" is proposed as an extended notion of hybrid (force and position) control for robot manipulators under geometric endpoint constraints. The principle realizes the hybrid control in a strict sense by letting position and velocity feedback signals be orthogonal in joint space to the contact force vector whose components are exerted at corresponding joints. This orthogonalization is executed via a projection matrix computed in real-time from a gradient of the equation of the surface in joint coordinates and hence both projected position and velocity feedback signals become perpendicular to the force vector that is normal to the surface at the contact point in joint space. To show the important role of the principle in control of robot manipulators, three basic problems are analyzed, the first is a hybrid trajectory tracking problem by means of a "modified hybrid computed torque method", the second is a model-based adaptive control problem for robot manipulators under geometric endpoint constraints, and the third is an iterative learning control problem. It is shown that the passivity of residual error dynamics of robots follows from the orthogonalization principle and it plays a crucial role in convergence properties of both positional and force error signals.force error signals.

  • AS City traffic means, the electric railway of the role is overwhelming with recognizing good merits of safety, no environment disruption and accurate destination time. Currently, Korea subway are running about 290km through eight subway lines. The latest constructed subway had been made by imperoved matherials which is going on improving. Therefore, we researched this project to keep up facilites easily, repress a leakge current and reduse install cost and repair time in changing facility at overhead Contact wire system because of arc by reforming construction plan about Expansion Joint and Air Section which is regarded as weak point when facilities are fixed and maintianed of Rigid Trolley bar System. as above we can contribute various part to making useful O.C.S(overhead contact wire system)

고경질 도막을 이용한 PET 필름 접합공법의 필름 표면처리 방법에 따른 접합특성 연구 (A Study on the Joint Property by the Surface Treatment Method on the Jointing Method of PET Film using the High Hardness Liquid)

  • 본 연구에서는 고경질 도막재로 PET 필름을 접합하는 시공방법에 있어서 PET 필름의 표면처리 조건 및 겹침이음 길이에 따른 접합특성 및 내구특성을 검토하였는데, 그 결과 무처리 보다 코로나 방전 처리에 의해 접촉각, 접합 인장강도, 벗김저항성이 개선되었다. 특히 시험체 E (코로나 방전+프라이머+강접접착제+폴리에스터 부직포)에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 겹침 이음길이 15mm 이상일 때 16주간 장기간 열화처리에도 안정적인 접합성능을 확보하는 것으로 나타나 방수재료로서 수밀성을 확보할 것으로 판단된다.
