쇼핑가치가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 분석 : 인터넷 구매 경험 차이의 관점에서 (The Impact of Online Shopping Experience on Consumers Shopping Values and Purchase Intention)

  • This study deals with shopping value and trust as the factors to influence consumer attitude and purchase intention in online shopping. Utilitarian and hedonic shopping values, trust, attitude and purchase intention are incorporated into the Value-Attitude-Behavior model to find out how differently shopping values and trust influence online shoppers attitude and purchase intention when they have different purchase experiences. Data are collected from survey of 187 subjects and divided into two groups according to their online purchase experiences : 97 shoppers with low online purchase experiences and 89 with high experiences. PLS(Partial Least Square) method is applied to estimate the research model and to test 7 hypotheses. The results show the difference of the way how shopping value and trust influence purchase intention. In the case of low experienced online shoppers, trust has the greatest influence purchase intention, followed by hedonic shopping value mediated by attitude. However utilitarian shopping values have a bigger impact on it for shoppers with high purchase experiences. In the latter, trust also has a significant impact on purchase intention at confidence level of 0.05. The results also provide useful implications for practitioners to build and manage their marketing strategies. Managers of online shopping mall should react to the different shopping value by shopper's experience.

치과 감염관리에 대한 의료소비자의 인지도에 관한 사례 조사 (A survey of cognition on infection control of the clients in dental hospital)

  • Objectives : To figure out the status of infection control (IC) in dental healthcare field and to propose the way for improvements through assessment about cognition of the clients. Methods : Study subjects were 151 patients who visited H dental health organization (DHO) of the four DHO in Busan city. The questionnaire survey performed from November 10 to December 7, 2010. Results : 1. 43.0% of consumers were interested in perception and experience in the infection control, and 38.4% were related behavioral changes in the infection control. 2. In the clients survey, the major considerations about the performance for IC were hand washing(73.5%). 3. There was significantly higher in middle-aged to think for ages infection prevention behaviors recognized as important to wear safety glasses. 4. In the confidence for dental care organization according to gender and age, appearance and outfits of staffs was the highest major consideration items. Conclusions : Infection control closely related to the clients' satisfaction and credits, therefor changing of interest, cognition and attitude for the client's IC have to be emphasized.

델파이 기법을 통한 친환경 농산물 생산자 대상 농산물 이용 활성화 방안 연구 (Activation Plan for Utilizing Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products from Producers' Perspective through Delphi Technique)

  • We studied an activation plan for utilizing eco-friendly agricultural products from agricultural producers' perspective through delphi techniques. Certification types of eco-friendly agricultural products held by producers were low-pesticide 26.1%, no-pesticide 39.1% and organic 52.2%. The major problems in handling the eco-friendly agricultural products were as follows: 'consumer distrust', 'lack of reliable and continuous shipping quantity' and 'lack of storage facilities, such as cold storage'. The major benefits of direct transactions between producers of eco-friendly agricultural products and processed food manufacturers including HMR processing companies were 'obtaining fresh food ingredients for processing' and 'confidence-building and income stabilization'. Regarding requirements for cooperation of eco-friendly agricultural producers and processed food manufacturers including HMR processing companies, the most common answers was 'multi-year contract based on trust'. When asked about governmental support for efficient cooperation between eco-friendly agricultural producers and processed food manufacturers including HMR processing companies, the most common answer was 'supporting plan for small producers' and 'arrangement for appropriate potential consumers'.

친환경 식재료 구매 집단의 식품 구매 고려 변수 비교 연구 - 부산 지역 거주 여성 소비자를 대상으로 - (A Study on Purchasing Variables in the Consumption Group of Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Material in Busan)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate purchasing variables in the organic food consumption level in Busan. To achieve this purpose, 240 residential women who are organic food consumers were chosen. Among them, 149 women took part in the study. The questionnaire was composed of three parts: 8 demographic characteristics, 9 organic food purchasing conditions, and 22 purchasing variables. The research was continued from August 20th until September 10th, 2007. To derive the results, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and ANOVA were used by spss 14.0. To sum up the results, three organic food consumption groups were classified into high, middle, and low consumption levels depending on buying condition for organic material. For the factor analysis, 5 factors were named as confidence, quality, safety, appearance, and economy. On the high consumption level, economy factor was highly important than other groups. In general, price would be a more sensitive factor, so they answered the adjusted price range; 52 participants said under 10%, 22 between 11% and 20%, and 17 over 40%.

Relational Benefits and Visual Arts Outcomes via WeChat Business

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of WeChat relational benefits on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Due to the rapid development in the technological field, the use of WeChat has expanded drastically in recent years. In visual arts industry, WeChat business occupies a significant proportion of emerging industries. The recruited participants that were recruited via an online survey website were 335 (www.sojump.com). SPSS 22.0 statistical system was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, reliability, and validity. This study conceptualizes the positive relationship among relational benefits, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention of visual arts products. The findings indicated that WeChat users' relational benefits can be categorized into two distinct benefit types: confidence, and social benefits. The more relational benefits WeChat users perceived, the higher the level of satisfaction. In contrast, the positive influence of customer satisfaction on purchase intention is weaker in consumers with a higher level of perceived risk. The results of this study will help WeChat business to retain its customers, thus, gaining a long-term value for visual arts industry. Theoretical and managerial implication for WeChat business are provided.

VR점포의 생동감이 점포 몰입과 쇼핑경험에 대한 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of VR Store Vividness on Immersion and User Satisfaction)

  • This study explores the effects of VR (Virtual Reality) store vividness, which is one of VR shopping environmental features used in previous research, on user satisfaction. In addition, the mediating role of immersion between VR store vividness and user satisfaction is investigated. The moderating role of self-efficacy is also explored since the effects of vividness and immersion on user satisfaction may depend on a consumer's perceived shopping self-efficacy. A total of 58 participants experienced a VR store with the Oculus Go VR headset. To test the hypotheses, model 14 of Process Macro 3.4 is used (95% Confidence Interval). According to the results, immersion mediated between VR store vividness and user satisfaction. Additionally, there was a significant interaction effect between immersion and self-efficacy on user satisfaction. When a consumer experiences high immersion at a VR store, consumers may have a strongly positive experience, especially among those who have a perceived low shopping self-efficacy.

Factors Influencing Experiential Value Toward Using Cosmetic AR Try-on Feature in Thailand

  • Purpose: The objective of this research is to identify the core aspects of persuasive factors influencing consumer's experiential value towards using Augmented Reality (AR) try-on feature while shopping cosmetic products online. The conceptual framework of this study is adopted and integrated from the theoretical study on how narrative experience, media richness, and presence affect the formation of experiential value in the augmented reality interactive technology (ARIT) process. Research design, data and methodology: The sample (n = 550) were collected from online and offline questionnaires by using stratified random sampling and purposive sampling methods. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were used to analyze the data to confirm goodness-of-fit of the model and hypothesis testing. Results: The results indicated that media richness induced higher experiential value (consumer ROI, playfulness, service excellence and aesthetics), followed by narrative experience and presence towards using AR try-on feature. Conclusions: Consumer's experiential value towards using AR try-on feature when shopping cosmetic products online rely on media richness, narrative experience and presence respectively. Therefore, marketing practitioners are recommended to develop the feature design and content to be more useful, authentic, user-friendly and entertaining to better connect and provide confidence to consumers when shopping cosmetics online.

Determination of safe levels and toxic levels for feed hazardous materials in broiler chickens: a review

  • Feed safety is needed to produce and provide safe animal feeds for consumers, animals, and the environment. Although feed safety regulations have been set for each country, there is a lack of clear feed safety regulations for each livestock. Feed safety regulations are mainly focused on heavy metals, mycotoxins, and pesticides. Each country has different safe levels of hazardous materials in diets. Safe levels of hazardous materials in diets are mostly set for mixed diets of general livestock. Although there is a difference in the metabolism of toxic materials among animals, the safe level of feed is not specific for individual animals. Therefore, standardized animal testing methods and toxicity studies for each animal are needed to determine the correct safe and toxic levels of hazardous materials in diets. If this goal is achieved, it will be possible to improve livestock productivity, health, and product safety by establishing appropriate feed safety regulations. It will also provide an opportunity to secure consumer confidence in feed and livestock products. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a scientific feed safety evaluation system suitable for each country's environment. The chance of outbreaks of new hazardous materials is increasing. Thus, to set up appropriate toxic levels or safe levels in feed, various toxicity methods have been used to determine toxic levels of hazardous materials for humans and animals. Appropriate toxic testing methods should be developed and used to accurately set up and identify toxicity and safe levels in food and feed.

패밀리 레스토랑 브랜드 아이덴티티가 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Family Restaurant Brand Identity on the Purchase Intention of Consumer)

  • As multinational brands have made inroads into domestic food service industry, and its recognition has been high to consumers, This research has tried to examine the general identity of brand, their recognition, and re-purchase behaviors. The purpose of this study is to inquire into how the brand value by brand identity was caused by recent development of food service industry, and how it had an effect on the purchase behaviors of them. In particular, factors of general identity have a significant effect on the revisit and purchase intention, as the image and ads of family restaurant among brand property factors of family restaurant showed an significant effect on the revisit intention. This study was made with priority given to the brand identity as four brand factors such as product brand, organizational brand, community brand and design brand based on the confidence. Results found that the community brand and design brand had a significant difference on purchase intention. Consequently, it has been suggested that the marketing strategies to make the brand identity strong have to be established with various brand enhancement tactics in the food service industry.

체험매장의 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of experience store on satisfaction and loyalty)

  • 본 연구에서는 전통적 유통과 차별되는 체험매장의 혁신적 속성에 대한 지각 (지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성)이 소비자의 만족과 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고, 이에 대한 소비자 특성의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 지각된 유용성과 용이성은 소비자의 만족과 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 용이성과 유용성 중 만족에 더 강한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 용이성인 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 체험매장의 마케팅과 프로모션에는 이 매장을 이용함으로써 더욱 빠르고 쉽게 원하는 제품을 구입할 수 있다는 편리함을 강조하는 것이 유리할 것이라 판단된다. 그리고 혁신적 속성에 대한 소비자 특성(월평균 스포츠 용품/의류 구입 금액, 스포츠 용품/의류를 구입하는 유통을 선택할 때 직접 제품을 체험해보는 것을 중요하게 생각하는 정도)의 조절효과는 검증되지 않았다. 이는 아직까지 우리나라에 체험매장 자체가 생소한 개념이므로 그에 대한 만족, 충성도 형성과정이 소비자의 특성에 따라 조절될 만큼 충분하게 경험되어지지 않았기 때문이라 풀이된다.
