This paper disscusses about the e-commerce and the various types of e-commerce disputes. Through empirical examination on the dispute consiliation system and by comparative analysis it is derived out of the weakness of current system and finally some suggestions for improvement. First, it is recommended that the more sophisticated knowledge concerning e-commerce should be proliferated through the existing institutions. For example, disputes for B2C could be managed by the consiliation system of consumer dispute consiliation in Consumer Protecion Board of Korea, while B2B by the arbitration system of the Korean Commercial Arbitraion Board. Second, the role of Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce established for the purpose of consiliation of e-commerce disputes is much emphasized. For successful achievement, it is necessarily required to reinforce the related laws, systems, institutions and human resources. Finally, it is also suggested that the the Korean Commercial Arbitraion Board and Consummer Protection Board of Korea fully cover consiliation and arbitration, while Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce activates its proper role of consulting and ad hoc arbitration by using electronic information. The paper points out the last one as the most desired practice.
Purpose: The career education of the college student needs a new awareness. This research provides fundamental data from analyzing necessities of student's career education according to plans of a career education. Methods: Make use of SAS 8.0 of windows and descriptive statistics analysis on investigate Dental Technology 570 students in Daegu. And also it analyzes difference of ispectable t-test and ANOVA. Results: According to a gender, a job experience, where they are come from, there is a meaningful difference of an information and an entrance motive for choosing a major (<.05). The time of choosing the major are different meaningfully (<.001). An awareness about the method of a career achievement is a meaningful difference between men and women(<.05). As getting old, the method of a career achievement is higher and there are meaningful differences according to a grade, job experience and a entrance screening(<.01). In accordance with a gender, a grade, entrance screening, there are meaningful differences of a degree for obtaining the career information activities(<.01). In accordance with an age, when they choose a major, there is a difference(<.001). In accordance with a gender and a age, there are meaningful differences of a career plan(<.001). The age difference is slight. In accordance with a gender and a age, there are meaningful differences how to effort for the career(<.001), and also according to an entrance screening, an entrance motive(<.05). These mean that the first priority for choosing the career and going into the world is a school record. There are meaningful differences of people that the student choose for consulting the career(<.01). According to the job experience there are meaningful differences(<.001). Conclusion: By investigating and analysing the student's career plan, we need to seek how students choose their career reasonably and desirably. And also we need to teach a career education systematically.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of shocking events in the career aspect experienced by Korean workers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, and to find out whether these career shocks affect individual perceptions of the importance of subjective career success. Design/methodology/approach - In the survey of 146 respondents, the career shock events experienced in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic were largely divided into three categories; 'work change', 'employment anxiety', and 'life anxiety'. For the subjective career success, seven dimensions - 'financial security', 'financial achievement', 'entrepreneurship', 'positive relationship', 'positive impact', 'learning and development', 'work-life balance' - were used. Findings - As a result, there was no difference in the perception of subjective career success due to the experience of 'work change' during the Covid-19 period. However, the respondents who experienced 'employment anxiety' came to recognize that 'financial security' and 'financial achievement' were more increasing in terms of the degree of difference of importance. And respondents who experienced 'lifetime anxiety' perceived that the degree of difference of importance was increasing in the six dimensions except for 'social influence'. Particularly, the increase in the importance of 'work-life balance' and 'positive relationship' was found to be the greatest among the career success dimensions. Research implications or Originality - Finally, it was concluded that changes in the external environment such as Covid-19 pandemic influence as a career shock and affect the level of importance in subjective career success perception. Based on the results, the theoretical implication on current career study and some practical implications for organizational career management were suggested.
Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.

The university assessment of Industrial point of view that is the evaluation of university's outcomes was started in 2008 to find out university's social and industrial contribution rate by evaluating the added value of raising up competent people and technical development through university courses. This study is for analyzing outcomes of university assessment of Industrial point of view in the second period and searching for improvement suggestions of evaluation indexes and ways. The outcomes of university assessment of Industrial point of view in the second period is that are the contributions overcoming the difference of industrial requests and university's courses, information offering to university about industrial requests, the substantiate indicator for evaluating the suitability of university's courses and the improvement of university's competitiveness through course's upgrades, The ways improving the university assessment of Industrial point of view are introducing the ways of industrial university's consulting, evaluation for certification and involving graduate school's courses assesment, reinforcing the analysis of industrial requests, improving the indexes of courses and setting up feedback system.
This study was intended to examine the structural relationship between fan citizenship and sports marketing achievement. For that, 220 questionnaires were distributed to the fans of Lotte Giant in Busan region and 205 questionnaires were used finally. The hypotheses were validated by using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 based on the study model. All hypotheses were adopted, except for 4 hypotheses(Hypothesis 5-3, Hypothesis 6-1, Hypothesis 6-2, and Hypothesis 6-3), among a total of 17 hypotheses. For that, the results were derived as below: First, fan citizenship had a positive(+) influence on team equity(Hypothesis 1), sponsor assets(Hypothesis 2), and community equity(Hypothesis 3) as a whole. Second, team equity had a positive(+) influence on sponsor assets(Hypothesis 4) in all respects, and furthermore, had a positive(+) influence on local image(Hypothesis 5-1) and contribution to local community(Hypothesis 5-2). Meanwhile, team equity did not have a statistically significant influence on social interchange(Hypothesis 5-3. Finally, sponsor assets and community equity were found to have the relationship as follows: No statistically significant relationship was observed between corporate image and community equity. Corporate awareness had a positive(+) influence as a whole. The results of this study are expected to provide comprehensive understanding and theoretical and practical implications of the influence that fan citizenship would have on sports marketing achievement.
The purpose of this study is to examine the level and effectiveness of youth entrepreneurship and to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship level and career change perceptions, And suggested ways of mutual cooperation and cooperation for activating entrepreneurship education and career education. The research hypothesis is the effect of entrepreneurship on career recognition, the mediating effect of program satisfaction on entrepreneurship and career awareness, and the difference in entrepreneurship change before and after participation in the program First, all factors such as innovativeness, risk sensitivity, entrepreneurship, autonomy, achievement desire, etc., Which are components of entrepreneurship, have positive influence on career recognition. Second, the mediating effect of program satisfaction on entrepreneurship and career recognition has positive effects on innovativeness, enthusiasm, autonomy and achievement desire. However, the risk sensitivity was not significant. Third, as a result of analyzing the difference of change before and after entrepreneurship education, all components of entrepreneurship were analyzed as positive (+). Considering these findings, it is necessary to improve the current method and content of entrepreneurship education to focus on student participation and experience. Second, it is necessary to coordinate and manage entrepreneurship education councils in government ministries with various stakeholders. Third, it is expected that future-oriented education will be possible if software education, entrepreneurship education and career education are integrated and operated in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.
This study examined the impact of learning organization activities on burnout and the moderating effect of supervisor trust in a learning organization. The results of the study shows that among the activities of a learning organization, independent variables in this study, promoting inquiry and dialogue as well as encouraging collaboration and team learning affect burnout. In other words, the dedication of an organization to creating a culture in which various learning approaches are experimented through questioning and giving feedback as well as collaborative learning that can reinforce the effective use of team resources have an impact on reducing emotional exhaustion, which is considered to be at the core of burnout. Plus, these factors reduce impersonalization, which is activated to prevent further emotional exhaustion by dealing with customers, colleagues and jobs in a cold, negative and perfunctory way. In this study, the dimensions of promoting inquiry and dialogue as well as encouraging collaboration and team learning were found to reduce the decline in personal sense of achievement of an employee with a negative assessment of himself or herself derived from a lack of achievement in his or her job. Supervisor trust (integrity, benevolence and ability) had a moderating effect on the relationship between strategic learning leadership and impersonalization/emotional exhaustion. This suggests that the trust of supervisor helps mediate and moderate the emotional exhaustion and impersonalization of organizational members by encouraging leaders to drive change and take the organization to a new direction. The study has provided implications that communication plays an important role in reducing burnout in the learning context such as positive, appreciative inquiry and feedback analysis to identify strength, and that supervisor trust is critical in order to ensure strategic learning leadership exerts greater influence on the organization.
The purpose of this articls is to investigate the impacts of ISO 14001 certification on the compliance of environmental regulations by Korean companies. The impact of ISO 14001 certification on the industries obtained the certificates was studied through a survey with questionnaires, and the compliance of environmental regulations was investigated using governmental release data. Motivations of Korean companies' environmental management were mostly caused by customer's request and the requirement from foreign countries. Certified enterprises showed more 3 times compliance of environmental regulation than non-certified ones. Such results were accomplished by systematic environmental management such as clear implementation purpose and all employee's voluntary improving according to ISO 14001 requirement. The continuous monitoring system was possible through internal audit and biannual audit from the certification body, to be finally verified by the top management. The four steps in ISO 14001 environmental management system, which are objective, methodology, inspection and monitoring, has contributed to this achievement.
