도시 거주자의 주택상담 요구도에 관한 연구 (Needs for the Housing Consultation in Cities of Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the need for the housing consultation and information about housing in 6 cities except Seoul. This study examined the relations among socio-demographic characteristics, housing characteristics, and the level of need for the housing consultation and information. The number of 629 housewives were interviewed in Pusan, Daefeon, Inchon, Daegu, Kwangju, and Jeonju. The data were analysed by statistical methods such as frequencies, means, and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the significant variables related to the needs for the housing consultation were the age, education level, and the experience of housing consultation. Respondents were required urgently the parts of housing environment and housing maintenance and repair.

여대생의 도움추구 행위, 자기개방성 및 자기은폐 간의 관계 (Relation between the Help Seeking Behaviors, Self-disclosure and Self-consealment in Female College Women)

  • The college students were faced with not just technical challenges that require skill acquisition but adaptive challenges that require transforming one's mindset to a more complex way of making meaning. The purpose of this study was confirmed the relations among the help-seeking behavior, self-disclosure and self-concealment of 343 female college students'. As a result of data analysis, positive help seeking attitude was higher when the level of self-concealment was lower and self-disclosure, but regarding help-seeking intention, consultation intention was shown to be higher in the case of lower self-disclosure and higher self-concealment. Therefore, female college students need to visit college consultation centers more often while attending college and it needs to provide those students with mediation so that they can use mental health consultation services easily.

빅데이터 분석을 활용한 중소기업의 상담요구 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Consultation Needs of SMEs through Big-Data)

  • 본 연구는 중소벤처기업부가 영위하는 비즈니스지원단의 운영효율성 제고에 관해 제언을 하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 비즈니스지원단 홈페이지에 게재되어 있는 7천여 개의 상담 사례와 현장클리닉 사례의 제목을 크롤링한 후 유효 키워드를 중심으로 한 워드클라우드 분석과 연관어분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과로써, 상담사례의 분야별 빈도는 창업, 경영전략, 인사노무, 금융 순으로 많았으며 법무, 정보화, 수출입 순으로 적었다. 워드클라우드 분석 결과, 상담수요와 관련하여 높은 빈도를 보인 키워드는 소상공인, 수출, 방법, 절차, 등록, 인증 순이었다. 또한 최근의 중소기업의 상담 요구는 주로 소상공인에 대한 지원과 대출인 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구의 성과는 빅데이터 분석을 활용하여 비즈니스지원단의 상담분야에 대한 적시 개편 필요성과 지원단 인력 모집 및 상담분야에의 배치 등과 같은 지원단 운영정책의 효율성에 대한 시사점을 제시했다는 점이다. 향후 연구의 한계점을 보완하여 인관관계 분석과 네트워크 분석까지 연구를 확대해 나가고자 한다.

환경영향평가 변경협의 및 재협의 제도 고찰 - 국내외 제도 운용현황을 중심으로 - (Review of Environmental Impact Assessment Re-consulting System - A Comparative Analysis of Korea and Foreign Countries -)

  • 환경영향평가 협의는 개발사업에 대한 주변의 입지 및 토지이용 현황, 사업유형 등을 고려한 현황조사와 영향예측 및 평가를 바탕으로 다양한 이해관계자가 참여하고 결과를 공유하는 최종적 의사결정 단계라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나, 사업계획에 대한 잦은 변경협의와 환경영향평가 협의 이후 이어지는 변경협의 등으로 인해 다양한 이해관계자들이 공유하고 장시간에 걸쳐 인적·물적 자원을 투입한 환경영향평가 과정 및 결과가 훼손되는 등 문제를 초래하고 있다. 변경협의 및 재협의는 기존에 협의가 완료된 개발사업에 대해 토지이용의 변화나 공사 지연, 주변환경의 변화 등 다양한 원인으로 인해 발생하는 계획의 중요한 변경이 이루어질 때 요구되는 프로세스이다. 이러한 변경협의 및 재협의는 주변 여건 변화에 따른 탄력적 대응과 지역주민과의 갈등 조정 측면에서 중요한 과정으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구는 변경협의 및 재협의에 대한 요건과 국내 운영현황에 대한 고찰, 그리고 해외사례 분석을 통해 국내 변경협의 및 재협의에 대한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 따라서 국내 법규분석을 바탕으로 변경협의 및 재협의 제도의 도입과 변천, 발전 과정을 고찰하였으며 미국과 유럽연합(EU), 스코틀랜드, 일본을 중심으로 변경협의 및 재협의 관련 제도와 지침 등의 운영 현황을 파악하여 우리나라와의 차이점 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 이같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 변경협의 및 재협의 제도의 개선을 위한 개선사항을 제시하였으며 이는 환경영향평가가 다양한 자연 및 사회환경적, 경제적 변화로 요구되는 변경협의 및 재협의를 효과적으로 운영하는데 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

지역약국 필수 실무실습 교육의 중요도, 수행도 및 교육요구도 분석 연구 (A Study on the Importance, Performance, and Educational Needs of the Community Pharmacy Practice Education)

  • Objective: The purpose of the study was to analyze the difference in the importance and performance of the educational content of the community pharmacy practice and find the factors that influence it. Methods: A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire asked about the importance and performance of the pharmacy practice education items to community pharmacy preceptors, current students, and professors. Data were analyzed using Microsoft office 365 Excel and IBM SPSS 21.0. Results: A total of 117 people participated. The averages of importance and performance were 4.34±0.34 and 3.71±0.45, respectively. Except for the computational entry of prescriptions and medication history, the average score for the importance of all educational items was statistically significantly higher than the one for performance. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) identified over-the-counter medication counseling, over-the-counter drug selection consultation, pharmacy management, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and understanding and implementation of drug use evaluation as the items that needed focused effort. Borich's needs were highest in the adverse drug reaction monitoring. Conclusions: Overall, high importance and low performance indicate a need for improvement in community pharmacy practice education. Since the demand for education was high in over-the-counter medication counseling, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and OTC drug selection consultation, various supports are urgently needed to strengthen pharmacy practice education in this area in the future.

Exploratory Study on Professional Baseball Fan Experience Management: Based on In-Depth Interview and Customer Journey Map

  • The purpose of this study is was to analyze customer experience attribute of professional baseball. To achieve objectives of this study, a method was used the in-depth interview and experts' consultation which understanding the attributes and structure of customer experience attribute of professional baseball. As a result, the professional baseball customer experience attributes are 'viewing plan & purchase', 'stadium movement', 'entrance stadium', 'move to seat', 'game viewing', 'amenities/services', 'events/cheering', 'move after match'. The review of the experience section and attributes derived through in-depth interviews with professional baseball fans was verified through an expert' consultation to secure content validity. Through this process, 8 experience section and 41 attributes were analyzed. The customer experience journey was analyzed for a more in-depth analysis of the viewing experience of professional baseball fans. The customer experience journey was presented based on the needs of fans and discomfort in each experience section activity.

강원도 보건진료원의 업무분석 (Job Analysis of the CHP Program in the Kangwon Area)

  • Purpose: The CHP program has been evaluated as one of the most successful program in the public health area in Korea. The objects of this study were as follows: 1) to evaluate the job activities of the CHP program, using service contents analysis. 2) to figure out personal factors and the outcome of CHP's activities. Method: Data were collected by sending questionnaires to 130 subjects through the mail from May to December 2003. The response rate was 48.0%. The Data were analyzed by the SPSS WIN program with t test and Pearson correlation coefficient. In using these methods. independent variables are CHP's personal factors (age, experience, certification of specialty) and regional factors (geographical classification, aged population, village workers, cooperation of community leaders, work-conditions), and a dependent variable is the outcome of CHP's job activities. Result: The results of t test analysis show that regional differences between factors are influential in the welfare service, the routine job, and the consultation. As a whole, this is shown that CHPs represent experience, the number of village workers and CHPs living condition of work and most of the categories of jobs that influenced over statistical meaning of differences (t=2.417, p=1.043, t=6.123, p=.004, t=4.309, p=.000). There is a significant positive relation between the routine job and the consultation(r=.455, p=.000), the consultation and the education(r=.461, p=.000). Conclusion: Finally, according to the results of this study, the CHP program should be developed and continue to meet the basic health care needs of the residents in accordance with the philosophy of their own primary health care.

일 종합전문병원의 전문간호사 업무 분석 (An Analysis of the Role of Nurse Specialists in the General Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the role of nurse specialist in the general hospital, and to provide basic data for the role management of nurse specialist. Method: The subjects were 38 staff nurses who worked in a medical, surgical, or other department in one general hospital. Survey tools were developed with criteria for a clinical nurse specialist by American Nurses Association(1986), Korean Nurses Association(2001), Kim(2005)'s research, and the nurse specialists' self job description. Validity of the tool was examined by 5 clinical nursing experts and nurse specialists. Data analysis was done by using SPSS Win 12.0 program. Result: The results of domains for the job of nurse specialists were 61.6% for direct clinical practice, 21.7% for education, 5.7% for consultation, 5.2% for management, 5.2% for research, and 1.1% for other domains. The results for the large classifications in nurse specialists domains were 57.6% for direct nursing practice in direct clinical practice domain, 89.1% for patient education in education domain, 57.5% for medical consultation in consultation domain, 57.5% for medical research in research domain, and 39.2% for documentation in management domain. Conclusion: This research revealed that direct clinical practice domain was higher than the other domains of research, education, and management. Discussion and development about the nurse specialist's various roles needs to be addressed on a continual basis.

공적개발원조(ODA) 의료기기 관리 사례연구: 탄자니아 의용공학 교육 프로그램 컨설팅 (A Case Study of the Official Development Assistance Medical Device Management: Consultation for a Medical Engineering Education Program in Tanzania)

  • Objectives : To review a Tanzanian medical engineering education program and determine improvement measures for the Official Development Assistance (ODA) healthcare projects. Methods : A consultation of the Tanzanian medical engineering education program funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRFK) was reviewed. An on site survey, an environmental analysis, and in-depth interviews were performed. Results : Survey results highlighted a lack of medical device education and the low operating rate of medical equipment. The need to establish educational program was thus confirmed. The expansion of healthcare facilities appeared to be limited within the current medical management system. A master coursework plan for Tanzania medical engineering was developed. Conclusions : The needs of medical engineering education were recognized. A plan and curriculum were developed. The medical engineering education program should be planned and budgeted prior to the ODA healthcare program.

인민주권론의 관점에서 본 중국 협상민주주의(协商民主) (Consultative Democracy in Contemporary China: From a Perspective of Popular Sovereignty)

  • The Chinese Communist Party's 'with-Chinese-characteristics' discourse proclaims its superiority in reflecting people's genuine needs without poisonous partisan politics, as in Western democracies. The Party's Consultative Democracy is key to this superiority. To evaluate Consultative Democracy in Contemporary China from a perspective of popular sovereignty, which is the essential purpose of every kinds of democracy, this research looks into Consultative Democracy from two dimensions: theoretical dimension and institutional dimension. Theoretically, CCP's Consultative Democracy seeks its theoretical sources from their traditional thought as well as from Marxism, and especially emphasizes CCP's leadership to fulfill the consultation results. And through the analysis of various field investigations, we find that there are some prominent problems in grass-roots society's institutional mechanism for Consultative Democracy, such as insufficient connection between institutional innovation and existing legal system, inefficient consultation, insufficient representation of consultative subjects and weak motive force for sustainable development. By legitimizing certain groups or individuals as representatives in their consultative process, CCP can be de-legitimize by containing, dividing or denouncing others so that critics can be co-opted, neutralized or isolated. The CCP's consultative and representational processes are different from taking policy inputs as dialogue or negotiation as in democracies, it is a dynamic, largely one-way process of enforcement and direction with a clear political agenda: maintaining Party hegemony.
