The competence of management consultants and consulting completeness influences to the management performance (경영컨설턴트 역량 및 컨설팅완성도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to consider how the competency of management consultants and completion index of consulting. influences the management performance. For this research. we chose 500 small & medium enterprises located all over the country that have implemented management consulting in recent 3 years. And we have done survey for the employees. and gathered and analyzed 294 samples. The result of research is as follows. First, Job competency of management consultants have reliable influence on the business performance and organization effectiveness. Second, Job competency and Common competency of management consultants have reliable influences on the completion index of consulting. Third, Job competency of management consultants and completion index of consulting have reliable influences on management performance. Fourth, Completion index of consulting have mediated job competency of consultants and management performance. Fifth, the impact was estimated that the more manager supporting is, the more job competency of consultant have an effect on organization effectiveness. These findings suggest that through the efficient way to perform successful consulting and identify an association between factors, it can contribute to small & medium enterprise management consulting activated.

  • Complex-shaped tall building causes many structural challenges due to its structural characteristics regarding inclined members and complexed shape. This paper is aimed at development of design process using computational-platform which is effective design tool for responding frequent design changes, particularly as to overseas projects. StrAuto, a parametric structural modeling and optimizing system, provides the optimized alternatives according to design intent and realize a swift process converting a series of structural information necessary to nonlinear analytical models. The application of the process was to a 45-story hotel building in Ulanbator, Mongolia adopting shear wall and special moment frame with outrigger systems. To investigate the safety of lateral force resisting system against maximum considered earthquake(MCE), nonlinear response history analysis was conducted using StrAuto.

  • 전력계통에서 풍력발전 점유율이 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 고장전류 계산은 풍력발전소 및 연계 전력계통 보호계전 방안 수립 등을 포함한 전력계통 구성방안 수립 등에 이용되는 기초 자료이다. 현재 건설되고 있는 풍력발전소 관련 자료를 토대로 고장전류를 계산하여 실효성 있는 계통계획 기초 자료로 이용하고자 한다.

A Study of the Effect of Learning Processes on Decision Making Performance of IT Consultants (학습프로세스가 IT 컨설턴트의 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • For the successful implementation of IT projects, individual consultant's competency in the project is very important. Especially, 3 key factors which are 1) Learning-by-Doing, 2) Learning-from-Others, and 3) Learning-by-Investment with individual consultant's competency, are required for solving various critical issues which can be occurred during implementing IT project. The objective of this research is to examine the effects of these learning processes on decision performance of consultants. Prior to setup the research model, we conducted 3 times in-depth interviews with IT consultants who have over 20 years IT project experiences. Through interviews with IT project expert, we tried to validate our research model and develop survey questionnaires. Over 100 consultants, who are working at SI companies those of Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C and other small SI companies, were participated to survey. In the contrary of our thoughts before conducted experiment, we got the interesting result from pilot experiment. Most influenced learning process was Learning-by-Doing and less influenced learning process was Learning-from-Others.

A study on the maintenance methods of the multi-purpose double-deck tunnel (다목적 터널의 기능별 유지관리 방법에 대한 고찰)

  • Recently, the development of multi-purpose tunnel that has functions of roads and waterways has been attention for efficient utilization of underground space. However, there is no study on the multi-functional tunnels behavior for the convert of iterative function and change of water pressure. In this study, the vulnerable section was analyzed due to repeated functional change. A basic review was implemented for the operation of the multi-purpose double-deck tunnel. Also, the vulnerable section for convert of iterative function of multi-functional tunnel has been analyzed by simulation. Management of multi-functional tunnel should considered in various analyzed and some problems. The criteria for management of multi-functional tunnels is proposed.
