A floating dry dock is an advanced structure that can provide a solution for dry dock space shortages. The critical point in floating dock operation is compensating the deflection caused by a heavy payload by adjusting the water level in the ballast system. An appropriate ballasting plan warrants safe and precise construction on a floating dock. Particularly, in the case of a 2D floating dock, ballasting plan evaluation is crucial due to complex deformation modes. In this paper, we developed a method to calculate the optimal ballasting plan for accurate and precise construction on a 2D floating dock. The finite element method was used for considering the flexibility of the floating dock as well as the construction blocks. Through a gradient-based optimization algorithm, the optimal ballasting plan for the given load condition was calculated in semi-real time (5 min). The present method was successfully used for the actual construction of an offshore structure on the 2D floating dock.

Since the contents of large-scale repair of a condominium were various, a plan document was not prepared. The owners association of the condominium has given priority to decision-making of price priority over quality. Examination is not performed about the contents of the construction supervision business, which checks whether suitable construction is performed, either. On the other hand, the know-how for builders, such as decision of the process plan under which the repair work lessens influence to the safety and life as much as possible since the place where the resident is living turns into a construction site, and selection of a method of construction, is just going to ask. It is an important subject how the structure of the construction contractor selection, which considered quality, is built. Then, this research focuses on large-scale repair construction of the condominium, and arranges the actual condition of a series of processes from plan document creation to construction supervision. The method of research collects the construction documents of the condominium that carried out Barge-scale repair construction. Next, collection arrangement of the data of construction builder selection is carried out. The method of the construction builder selection of those other than a construction price is examined. The method of quality control of large-scale repair construction is examined.

According to the construction plan of Samcheok electric power complex from year 2009 to year 2020, many people are interested in this area. This national project which invests about 8.6 trillion won will have great influence to rail transport considering current depression days. Samcheok electric power complex will be the largest plan in Korea, and it is necessary to have railroad construction plan as soon as possible considering the route change of domestic coal transport and the possibility of coal transport by rail from North Korea, Russia and China after reunification of Korean peninsula. Also, Samcheok electric power complex will be located in the east area railroad route and it is important to study about this area. This study will mention about the railroad route of east sea north line and Pohang $\sim$ Samcheok line, and review the prospect and strengthening method of coal transport by railroad according to the construction of Samcheok electric power complex.

The construction machine is the composite machine assembled by about 30,000 parts. Excavator, one kind of a construction machine, plays the leading role for export of construction equipment. It is generally impossible to produce all of the items within one company. Especially the supply of hydraulic control valves, one of the core part of the construction equipment, depends on the import heavily. So it is important to make an efficient production plan of hydraulic control valves in the company. The most important thing for the production scheduling of a hydraulic control valve is to make production schedule keeping the start date for assembly line for an excavator and to make minimization of the stock level. The production plan of hydraulic control valve includes the decision of the quantity supplied by subcontractor. This paper presents a scheme for a scheduling system of the hydraulic control valve considering the schedule of the assembly line for excavator production. This paper provides a methodology, which can make a plan of supply and production and generate a detailed schedule for daily production.

However, there are difficulties in adopting knowledge management and increasing the use by establishing management plan, Performance Measurement, and knowledge maintenance system in reality. Therefore, this study is to provide assistance to successful realization of knowledge management by suggesting development plan of knowledge management that enables knowledge management more efficient with certain goals.

The study has effected checking the traditional Korean-style house condition in Farm village and the resident preference test in jeonnam area for examination propriety of development a traditional Korean-style house. Also, it was checked over the problem and improvement direction of new building the Korean style house. The resident wanted living in the traditional Korean-style house if it is compromised problem of living equipment and cost of building. First. Jeonnam area Korean style house must keep the 'ㅡ' type plan. Second, the plan must construct compact and effective plan with the main floored room as the center for prevention against an indiscreet plan space extend of outside. Third, it has must need suitable material and construction for applying traditional exterior with effect. Fourth, it has must need actualization plan for the cost of construction is 3,500,000/py for construction.

Recently, the construction of U-City or of U-City service (U-service) in many kinds of urban development projects becomes the general trend. However, as the construction of U-city comes into the spotlight like the trend of the times, various service constructions are being indiscreetly implemented since it's processed focusing on local specialized projects or local landmark project by a local autonomous entity or an institute in charge being off the original purpose of the improvement of living quality of residents and the efficiency of urban management, which causes a number of problems on the process, maintenance, operation and management of those projects. Therefore, this study is to derive the standard pattern of U-service construction through the analysis of patterns and numbers of U-service and problems during the process of construction in domestic U-City construction case district, and is aimed to suggest the reasonable direction of service construction based on this. 11 projects areas in which data related to U-service are available among U-City construction project areas were selected for the subjects of this study, and it's standardized with 228 detailed unit services that were suggested by U-Eco City R&D and with 11 service domains that are regulated in "the Act of ubiquitous city construction etc.", and it is limited to services that were suggested in U-City case area of which design was completed by July, 2010 based on this. The actual state of various U-service construction is analyzed through case studies as well as reviews on the legal and theoretical concept and the method of pattern classification of U-service, the plan for the standardization (pattern classification) of U-service and the plan for the construction body of service and to share the costs are suggested as the plan to construct reasonable U-service based on this for the method and the procedure of this study For the method to construct U-service, the plan to classify the pattern of U-service into the basic service and additional service is suggested, and whether it has the publicity, whether urban infrastructure is included, whether utilities are included, the body of realization, the recipients, the urgency, the importance and the spreading, etc. are suggested for the index to determine the pattern of service. The method to get the executor of a project to construct the basic service, the method to get the executor of a project to construct the most basic service among the group classification of service and to get a private entity and a local autonomous entity to perform additional service in the future, and the method to construct the whole service and to distribute the construction costs were suggested, and the first one that determines the body of construction after dividing U-service into the basic service and the additional service was evaluated to be the most reasonable one. And the plan to solve the problem that the excessive construction costs of U-service are shifted onto the executor of a project through benefit principle, balanced distribution principle and consultation and mediation between the interested parties was suggested for the criteria to share the costs.
