건설기계의 오일진단 관련 특허 분석 (Analysis of Patents Related to Oil Diagnosis of Construction Equipment)

  • This study analyzes patents related to oil diagnosis of construction equipment. Oil diagnosis is extremely important for maintaining construction equipment properly. Through the evaluation of existing patents, a patent strategy for the future construction equipment market is presented. The related patents are classified and selected in several steps. Finally, 16 valid patents are selected and analyzed in detail. In the classification process, patents are classified by country, year, and company. A market analysis shows that the top 10 companies have a market share of more than 50. In addition to patents related to the oil analysis of construction equipment, patents related to automobile oil analysis and development of oil sensors are investigated to identify the contents of patents in other fields that can be applied to oil diagnosis technology for construction equipment. Moreover, not only the contents of research articles of two Korean construction companies, but also the research trends in the literature in this field are used in the analysis. The related patents of the two Korean companies are few. Companies with a high market share, including Caterpillar, hold many patents, and patents for diagnosis algorithms using such technologies as artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks, along with oil sensor-based condition monitoring technology, are gradually expanding.

  • Real-time information on the construction project required by the owner make the project's transparency and overall productivity will be improved. This study analyzes domestic and foreign patents for construction project management to identify trends in technology development, construct cloud-based construction project management system solution UI, and proposes functions and services for each module. Trend research is conducted through patent search, and the analysis is divided into quantitative analysis which means quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis which means the technical contents of each patent. The construction project management system solution is based on smart devices at small and medium-sized sites, allowing both the owner and the construction personnel to share information.

폐목재의 활용을 위한 기술동향 분석 및 경량잔골재로서의 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Trend for Recycling Technology of Waste Wood and Its Utilization as Lightweight Fine Aggregate)

  • 폐목재의 활용에 관한 특허동향 분석을 위해 한국특허정보원의 특허정보검색서비스(KIPRIS)에서 관련 키워드로 한국, 미국 및 일본의 특허 검색을 실시하여 2011년 12일 31일까지 특허 등록된 한국 77건, 미국 316건 및 일본 317건의 특허 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료 중 거절, 소멸, 무효, 취하, 포기 및 폐목재와 관련이 적은 내용의 특허를 제외시키고 얻은 한국특허 71건, 미국특허 216건, 일본특허 227건에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 폐목재를 콘크리트용 경량골재로 활용하기 위한 기초 연구로서 파쇄시킨 소나무 임목부산물을 No. 8(2.4 mm)체로 쳐서 이를 통과시킨 것을 $100{\pm}5^{\circ}C$에서 24시간 동안 건조시킨 다음 잔골재의 일부로서 대체 사용한 모르타르 물성 실험을 실시하였다. 목재와 시멘트를 혼합하는 경우 목재의 수종과 부위에 따라서는 시멘트의 경화를 저해하는 것으로 알려져 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 파쇄폐목재를 $20^{\circ}C$, $50^{\circ}C$, $80^{\circ}C$$100^{\circ}C$의 수중에서 일정 시간 동안 침지시킨 후 건조시킨 다음 이를 사용한 모르타르의 물성실험을 실시하여 파쇄폐목재의 전처리 효과를 함께 고찰하였다.

  • 빅데이터의 활용은 비즈니스 가치를 높이는데 필수요소가 됨에 따라 빅데이터 시장의 규모가 점점 더 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 빅데이터 시장을 선점하기 위해서는 경쟁력 있는 특허를 선점하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 특허의 동향을 분석하기 위하여 영문 키워드 네트워크 기반 특허분석을 수행하였다. 분석 절차는 빅데이터 수집 및 전처리, 네트워크 구성, 네트워크 분석으로 구성되어 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 빅데이터 특허 대다수는 예측 등을 위한 데이터 처리를 위한 특허이며, analysis, process, information, data, prediction, server, service, construction 키워드가 연결정도 중심성 및 매개 중심성이 높았다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 향후 빅데이터 특허 출원 시 참고할 수 있는 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있다.

물산업 시장과 기술 비교분석 (A comparative analysis on market and technology in water industry)

  • This study investgates Korean water technology through the water market perspective and analyses its competitiveness. Based on the water technology classification, water technology competitiveness is analysed through the technological influence index and market dominance index which are based on the extracted water technology patents from the US, Europe, Korea, and Japan for the last decade. As a result, the Korean water technology patents were lack in influence and competitiveness in global market considering the large volume of patents. There are two most tech-influential industries in Korea; manufacturing industry consisting pipes, sterilization, disinfection, and advanced water purification equipment, and construction industry including seawater desalination and water resource development. Due to the domestic usage of the patents, the Korean water technology patents scored low in global market PFS(Patent Family Size) index compared to their CPP(Cites Per Patent) index. The study is meaningful in a way that the analysis on Korean water technology competitiveness using water technology classification system and patent analysis was conducted based on the perspective of the global water market.

Analysis of the trends of applications for domestic patents, utility models and designs related to leggings

  • This study analyzed the trends of applications for patents, utility models, and designs related to leggings in order to understand the trend of development of technologies for leggings products that are continuously growing in the fashion market. In this study, trends in patent, utility model, and design applications related to leggings products filed from 2001 to 2020 with the Korean Intellectual Property Office were analyzed. As a result, first, the trends of applications for patents, utility models, and designs by year showed that the applications began to rise from 2006 and increased sharply in the 2010s. Second, applications for patents and utility models were analyzed by subject and, according to the results, the applications for compression shaping functionality were the most frequent, followed by those for construction/sewing, those for accessories and others, those for system/device, and those for multi-functionality. Third, when applications for designs were classified by target for wearing and by type of leggings, applications for general leggings designs were the most frequently filed, followed by applications for: item attachment type leggings, shapewear leggings, leggings for men, leggings for pregnant women, leggings for children, and leggings for the disabled. Although this study is limited to domestic patents, utility models, and design applications, it collected useful information related to leggings products and presented directions for future development.

특허분석을 통한 내장부품 리모델링 기술 개발 방향 설정 연구 (A Study to Set up the Direction of Internal Components Technology through Analysis of Patents)

  • Even though the life of a building fully remains, early complete withdrawal re-construction is carried out because of internal components fashioned. However, remodelling is activated by legal recently and the remodeling technology is increasing for sustainable development. This study grasp the internal components remodeling technology of Korea, America and Japan through analysis of patents so as to find out the proper direction of remodelling technology of internal components.

빅데이터 기반의 건설기술 개발 트렌드 분석에 관한 연구 - 4차 산업혁명 ICT 기술 관련 건설특허를 중심으로 - (Analysis of the Trends of Construction Technology Development based on Big Data - Focused on Construction Patents in Relation to the 4th Industrial Revolution ICT Technologies -)

  • 최근 전 세계적으로 4차 산업혁명에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 건설산업에서도 이를 대응하는 것이 중요한 현안이 되고 있다. 건설산업이 4차 산업혁명을 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 관련 기술을 건설기술과 접목시키는 노력이 필요하며. 이를 위해서는 4차 산업혁명 기술을 건설기술에 접목시킨 트렌드를 분석하고 이해할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터분석 기법을 활용하여 지난 10년간의 ICT 건설기술 개발 트렌드를 분석하고 주요 특징을 도출하는데 있다. 트렌드 분석 결과, 총 11개의 트렌드가 도출되었으며 ICT 건설기술 개발이 예상만큼 활발하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 그간 건설기술 개발은 소프트웨어 기술 보다는 하드웨어 기술 개발에 치중되어 있던 것으로 나타나 향후 소프트웨어 기술 개발에 대한 관심과 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • Recent Construction and Transportation R&D projects are larger in size, investment scale has been increasing rapidly. However, the results of Construction and Transportation in R & D are papers, patents and other results. So, the application record of R&D in the construction field is very lacking. In particular, Construction New Technology's ratio in the midst of R&D's results are about 2.29%. Therefore, this study suggested program that R&D's results has been connected Construction New Technology. The introduction of the new system has greatly increased Construction New Technology and the results of excellent &D will be applied in construction field. So, Cost-reduction and technology's improvement are expected.

도시지하공간 개발기술에 대한 특허동향 분석 (An Analytical Study on the Patents Substance of Urban Underground Space Development Technology)

  • The purpose of this study is to present systematic information and direction to urban underground space development industry, civil engineering and R&D. Regarding the development of urban underground space, the situation in Korea, especially now in Seoul, can be called an underground Renaissance. The Superground project, which has been going on for several years through international competition, is now completed and is about to open the Seoul Architecture Museum. Leading underground space complex development project of Yeongdongdaero, which is the largest living underground space in human history, spectral projects such as the Seoul section of the GTX routes, making underground roads of the Dongbu Expressway and the Seobu Expressway are now speeding up progress. Recently, plans have been made to use the underground more actively through the restructuring project of Gwanghwamun Square, the face of Seoul. And then, patents are indispensable resources for establishing a strategy for R&D as one of the indices showing what technologies have been developed and what technology development will be done in the future. Based on this background, this study attempts to classify and define the technical elements of urban underground space development through the analysis of patents of major countries in the world, and analyze and present state of technology level and situation accordingly.
