건설CALS/EC 지원을 위한 수자원 분야 전자도면 표준체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standard of CAD Drawing in the Water Resources Parts to Support Construction CALS/EC)

  • 건설산업의 생산성 향상 및 건설사업관리의 효율성 제고를 위해 국가차원에서의 건설 CALS/EC 표준을 개발한바 수자원 분야에서도 국가 전자도면 작성기준에 준한 표준체계의 개발이 필요한 시기이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가 건설CALS/EC를 지원하기 위한 수자원분야 전자도면정보의 표준체계 개발전략을 수립하였다. 이를 위해, 수자원분야 공공기관의 건설사업관리시스템, 건설유지관리시스템, 도면작성기준서 등 건설관련 분야의 도면정보 표준, 국내 전자도면 작성표준과 ISO, 미국 NCS, 일본표준에서 포함하고 있는 도면표준을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 건설CALS/EC 지원을 위한 수자원분야 도면정보 표준의 기본적인 방향을 제안하였다. 실무적으로 표준체계를 적용하기 위해, 수자원 분야 공공기관의 현행 표준체계와도 연계되면서 국가 건설CALS/EC을 준수하도록 번호부여체계를 수립하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설CALS/EC을 지원하기 위한 수자원 분야의 기본적인 표준화 방향 및 번호부여 규칙을 제시하였다.

  • Since 1990s, we have achieved a certain level of success in standardization of design, construction, and material on housing and public buildings with the national-level promotion. A practical connecting device that can synthesize all the serial processes is required to maximize the effect of construction material standardization. However, desired outcome of the standardization is not achieved yet because these serial standards and notification practices are decided by each part of the process and some are congested. In this study, we aim to improve a general organizational system of Korean Industrial Standard (KS) which is the most fundamental tool for the standardization of construction materials moving from a conventional idea that the standard is only for the material and components producers to a concept that can also be shared by the designers and construction workers. To achieve this, we propose an improvement plan for the Korean Industrial Standard in the perspective of three-tier classification system.

  • 국내 건설산업 전반에서 건설도면 정보교환 표준이 존재하지 않는 관계로 건설 정보 교환 및 공유에 많은 문제들을 발생시키고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 건설 정보를 효율적으로 공유하기 위해서는 국제 표준이며, 건설CALS 체계구축을 위한 표준화 기술인 STEP(STandard for the Exchange of Product model data) 표준의 적용이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기존의 건설도면 정보의 교환 및 공유에 대한 문제 해결 방안 제시와 국내외 건설도면 정보 표준화 연구 개발동향을 조사, 분석하여 STEP 표준의 적용 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, CALS/EC 건설도면 정보교환 표준(STEP)의 적용을 위한 검증과 인증 방안을 제시하였다.

  • During the construction project period, a lot of change orders happen in the design and construction stage Especially, The change order during construction stage causes the huge construction cost increase and duration delay. Accordingly, research on the change order of the construction stage is being progressed relatively active in the design stage, but the design changes are rarely made. In the design stage, the owner has to pay a design addition cost when change order due to the demands of owner happens. However Korea has not the specific standard about design additional cost in design stage. Therefore, this study analyzes problems of design additional cost estimation methods through the case study, and then indicates the method that the ratio distributes to details dividing design tasks and the method of the PM(Project Management). Eventually, this study expects to minimize claim related the design additional cost in design stage.

  • Recently, the application of BIM has been continuously expanded according to various government policies, and the application performance is being analyzed in BIM projects such as roads and railways. In line with this trend, the government is making additional efforts to introduce full-scale design BIM. The BIM design in the public sector is directly related to the estimated price. However, looking at the current status of BIM introduction, there is no support system in place for calculating the estimated price. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the priority activity that is easy to develop BIM unit price among the construction standard unit Price of construction work. In this study, in order to derive the BIM-based priority activity, BIM application statements and application guidelines were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, cast-in-place concrete construction (civil engineering) and reinforced concrete construction (architecture) were deduced as suitable construction activities for the preferential application of BIM. Since the results presented in this study are a rough analysis, it is judged that additional detailed analysis is necessary for the future.

  • With the recent emergence of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the government is promoting the development of smart construction technology and institutional improvement through various policies to induce cutting-edge and technological innovation in the construction industry. As part of such smart construction technology, the application of BIM is being activated, and related regulations and guidelines are constantly being supplemented. In relation to BIM, there are many studies on the fields of library, design standards etc., but research on specific unit price utilization and unit price DB construction for calculating construction cost is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, a basic study was conducted on the linkage of the construction standard market unit price and the BIM library. Based on the basic research conducted in the future, we intend to establish specific standards for calculating BIM-based construction costs.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of automatic building code checking for architectural drawings in the web environment to enhance the utility of CALS/EC standard drawings and efficiency of construction industry business. To fulfil this aim, the authors seek to standardize the architectural drawing automatic checking system by linked drawing information to the STEP based CALS/EC standard format. Therefore, the automatic building code checking system can represent a way of utilizing the relationship between the construction CALS/EC standard drawings and the related study as well as improve the efficient of the construction work by sharing a variety of drawing information.

신한옥 건설통합정보화를 위한 표준정보분류 및 사업번호체계 (Standard Classifications and Project Numbering System for Integrated Construction Management of Modernized Korean Housing (Hanok))

  • A comprehensive research effort in order to develop and disseminate modernized Korean housing (Hanok) has recently been initiated by Korean government. This large scale research project encompasses a wide spectrum of housing development including public policy, architectural plans, modules, construction materials and methods, prefabricated assemblies, automated production, construction management, and advanced information systems. For the purpose of integrating and automating the whole processes from an industry perspective, it is of great importance to develop a standard classification system and project numbering system (PNS) for the modernized Korean housing. This paper focuses on the standard classification systems and PNS for cost and schedule control. The distinct characteristics and managerial requirements were explored and embedded into the proposed classifications for modernized Hanok.

  • This study has established an appraisal standard to select VE subject when they evaluate of design VE by using of a qualify model in an early design step and has suggested an improvement method for importance's estimation method of an appraisal standard. An importance's estimation method is to arrangement of geometric average method using an AHP method to this study, When an evaluation of a quality model, we estimate an importance by establishing of an appraisal standard of economics, construction, security, environmental influence, maintenance, etc.
