식도 이물은 순간적인 부주의로 우리생활 주변에서 흔히 볼 수 있으며 대부분의 경우 곧 제거하게 된다. 그러나 보호자의 무지, 환자가 연소자인 경우 및 치료자의 적극적인 진단이 결여된 경우 뒤늦게 발견되는 수가 있다. 최근 저자들은 생 후 5개월된 남아에서 백일기념 1돈중(3.75g중)금반지가 식도 제 2협착부에 2개월간 체류하였던 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

식도이물은 대부분의 경우 식도경하에서 적출이 가능하지만 이물이 예리하여 적출시 더 큰 위험을 초래할 수 있거나, 식도강에 단단히 박혀있어 적출이 곤란한 경우 혹은 식도벽을 뚫고 들어가 농양을 형성한 경우등에서는 외과적 적출을 시도할 수 밖에 없다. 최근 저자들은 진행성근위축증을 가진 59세 남자의 의치가 식도 제 3협착부에 깊숙히 박혀있어 식도경하적출술을 시도하였으나 실패하여 흉부적출출로 제거한 예가 있기에 보고하는 바이다.

Influence of Akebiae Lignum on the renal function of the dog was observed with water-extract, utilizing clearance technique. Akebiae Lignum water-extract (AWE) given intravenously in does of 3.0mg/kg and 30.0mg/kg elicited a marked antidiuretic effect and produced a distinguished decrease of glomerular filtration rate and renal plasma flow as reduction of sodium and potassium excretion in urine, positive free water clearance and osmolar clearance. AWE infused into a renal artery in doses of 0.03mg/kg/min and 0.1mg/kg/min exhibited identical results to the intravenous action confined only to the infused kidney. These results suggest that AWE elicits antidiuresis in the dog by decreasing glomerulor filtration and renal plasma flow, which are caused by the constriction of vas afferens in the glomeruli.

Bethanidine, which is known as a sympathetic blocking agent, was injected into the vein of a dog in an attempt to investigate the influence on renal funciton. Bethanidine resulted in an increased urine flow and glomerular filtration rate, and it produced an increase of urinary sodium and potassium excretion and a decrease of reabsorption rate of sodium and potassium in renal tubules, whereas renal plasma flow showed no significant changes. After pretreatment of phentolamine, a specific alpha adrenergic blocking agent, bethanidine did not significantly increase glomerular filtration rate and diuresis, significantly increased urinary sodium and potassium excretion although the magnitudes were reduced when compared with that of bethanidine alone. In conclusion, bethanidine-induced diuresis appears to be the result of an inhibited tubuler reabsorpting of electrolytes within the kidney through its sympathetic blockade of renal nerves and of an increased glomerular filtration rate, which was caused by the constriction of vas efferense in the glomeruli.

객체지향 프로그램에 있어 클래스계층구조는 프로그램의 뼈대가 된다. 따라서 이러한 클래스계층구조를 얼마나 잘 만드느냐에 따라 프로그램의 품질이 좌우된다. 그러나 좋은 품질의 클래스계층구조를 구축하는 작업은 객체지향 초보자에게는 쉬운 일이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 FCA(Formal Concept Analysis)기법을 이용하여 클래스계층구조 설계 도구를 BlueJ 의 확장기능으로 구현하였다. 본 연구결과는 객체지향 프로그래밍 초보자들이 클래스계층구조를 보다 수월하게 설계함으로써 좀 더 좋은 프로그램을 작성 할 수 있는 지원도구로서 제공될 수 있다.

We presents a new method for the measurement and analysis of the volume of the vocal tract using 3D magnetic resonance image. The relative ratios of volume A, B, and C, which are divided by the 2constriction points formed on the horizontal and vertical plane in vocal tract, take a decisive role indiscriminating Korean monophthong. Together with Fl-F2 and the minimum cross sectional area in the vocal tract, the relative ratios of the regional volumes were proved to be significant parameter in statistic viewpoint.

Constrictive pericarditis is a rare complication after coronary artery bypass grafting In most cases pericardiectomy is required as a definitive treatment. However, there are several types of constrictive pericarditis such as transient cardiac constriction. Some types of constrictive pericarditis can only be managed with medical therapy. We report a 72-year-old female patient who developed subacute transient constrictive pericarditis with persistent left pleural effusion as a result of postcardiac injury syndrome. The patient went through coronary bypass surgery that was successfully treated with postoperative steroid therapy.

A newly recorded species of lysianassid amphipod, Anonyx schefferi Steele, 1986 which belongs to the family Uristidae Hurley, 1963 was collected from the East Sea of Korea. The genus Anonyx Krøyer, 1838 was subdivided into five groups mainly based on the amount of constriction of the inner ramus of uropod 2: A. bispinosus group, A. compactus group, A. laticoxae group, A. nugax group, A. validus group. Anonyx schefferi is included in one of the A. laticoxae group. This species is similar to Anonyx laticoxae Gurjanova, 1962, but A. schefferi is characterized by an unconstricted inner ramus of uropod 2 and an upturned epimeron 3 posteroventrally. The species is described and fully illustrated in the present study.

空氣乾燥法을 이용하여 B. kangii Yoon의 骨髓細胞에서 分裂像을 얻었다. 本種의 核型에 관한 특징은 다음과 같다. (1) 本種의 2倍體數는 22로서 큰 染色體 6쌍과 작은 染色體 5쌍으로 구분할 수 있다. (2) 모든 相同染色體는 metacentric 이었다. (3) 染色體에 第 2 收縮環이 없다. (4) 특이한 性染色體를 찾아볼 수 없었다.

A combination of acerocarininc-Wright C-banding technique was utilized to identify each chromosomes in durum wheat ,Triticum durum var. Hordeiforme (2n=4x=28 AABB), This technique elucidated qualitativr and quantitative traits of the indi-vidual chromosomes In coinplement. Most comspicuous bands were observed at thecentromere of B-genome chronmosomes. Each chromosomes of A-genome had some-what weak centromeric, proximal and terminal bands. Chromosomes 2A and 4A hasa small subterminal bands. 6A is smallest and metacentric chromosome and , has two faint interstitial band. Chromosomes 1B and 6B showed satellite and constriction lage band. Short arm of 3B has three heavily interstitial bands. Both arms of chromosome 4B has a lagc centromeric band and a very lage proximal band. 5B had heavilycentromeric band and the long arm showed prominent two interstitial bands. Chromo-somes 25 and 7B has a small terminal band of both arms.
