본 연구의 목적은 신뢰성 높은 교통정보 서비스를 위하여 교통정보센터 간 정보 연계체계 개선방안을 도출하는 것이다. 교통정보 연계체계의 문제점으로 교통정보센터 간 연계시간 과다 소요로 인한 오차 발생, 정보 생성시각 및 생성주체에 관한 정보 부재 등으로 인한 정보의 신뢰도 부족, 정보 연계 관리체계 미비 등의 문제점을 인식하였다. 교통정보 연계체계 개선방안으로 연계시간 최소화, 정보의 신뢰성 향상 및 연계 관리체계 구축방안을 제시하였다.

여러 기업들은 자사의 물류정보시스템을 구축하여 운영 중에 있지만 거래업체간 물류정보시스템 연계를 위한 표준화된 문서 형식이 제공되지 않고 있다. 따라서 업체간 효율적인 관리와 유지를 위해 표준화된 물류정보 연계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공급업체와 협력업체 간의 정보연계를 위하여 차세대 물류 시스템의 중요부분을 담당할 RFID를 활용하여 관련 정보를 e-Mail로 전송함으로 표준화된 물류정보연계의 프로토타입을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 RFID의 발전과 함께 물류정보시스템 연계의 근간이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Connection caching technique is widely used to reduce the overhead incurred by frequency connection establishment in distributed computing environment using connection oriented protocol. We present an efficient connection caching scheme where we divide the system into several host groups and connection between the hosts in the same group is kept prior to others. In other words it makes the connection kept longer by sharing the connection use information between hosts in the same group. Every host group consists of hosts which have heavy intercommunication. And we present performance evaluation of the effect of host grouping upon connection caching and performance comparison of various grouping in several aspects includingmeanservice request interarrival time, mean service time, group size, grouping and type of group. Simulation results show that host grouping is effective in evrey performance criterion and proper grouping of hosts enhances the performance. We also present analysis results for Markov process model of our scheme which are consistent with the simulation results.

본 연구는 공간정보 서비스 중심의 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공간정보 플랫폼 연계의 필요성에 대해 분석하고, 산 학 연 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계에 대한 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 토대로 효율적인 공간정보 서비스 제공을 위한 Single Point Access 플랫폼 연계 모델과 이를 구현하기 위한 기술과 정책 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 공간정보 중심의 플랫폼 정부 구현, 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 개발에 대한 정책 방향 수립 및 국가 정보화 계획에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, a new enhanced early fair rate allocation(EFRA＋) algorithm is proposed for ATM switches supporting ABR service. The central issue of explicit rate control algorithms for ABR service is the computation of max-min fair rates for every connection. The EFRA＋ inherits the main feature of the EFRA, uses the connection control information during the connection setup to prevent potential congestion in switches, and enhances the computation method of the max-min fair rate.

The signaling protocol for B-ISDN should support variety of services including point-to-pont single-connection call, point-to-point multi-connection call and point-to-multipoint connection call. an efficient signaling protocol for point-to-point multi-connection call based on ITU-T Recommendation Q.298X is presented in this paper. Sequential establishment of madatory and optional connections and common routing scheme for synchronization, along with separation of information elements for establishement of multi-connection call are included in the proposed signaling protocol. Limited network resources can be used more efficiently by proposed sequential establishement of mandartory and optional connection for point-to-point multi-connection call which can provide multimedia services. And common routing can be provided effectively by proposed common routing scheme for connectios requiring synchronization like as video-phone and video-conference.

In recent years, BLE technology has received extensive attention and has been applied to all aspects of life. The existing BLE device has two methods, one is the connection method, and the other is a non-connection method. The representative profile of the connection method is the proximity file. The most typical example of Non-connection method BLE device is a beacon. However, they are both independent and have their own shortcomings. Connection method device can provide service for only one user, others can't use. Security performance of Non-connection method BLE device is poor and the device can't be controlled by the user. In this paper, a combination-mode BLE device profile design scheme is presented, which combines with the previous two methods, and solves the defaults. And We define a dual purpose advertising package that can be used in a normal environment as well as in a disaster environment. Finally, a unidirectional Control idea is proposed. Through performance evaluation, we found that the device has strong stability and low power consumption.

본 연구에서는 대학정보공시제 사업을 통해 나타난 총괄관리기관과 항목별관리기관간의 자료연계의 문제점을 분석하여 총괄관리기관과 항목별관리기관의 자료연계 내실화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관련된 문제를 규명하고 내실화를 위한 방안들을 도출해 내기 위해서 본 연구에서는 관련된 이전의 연구 자료를 분석하고 항목별관리기관인 한국사학진흥재단 정보공시 항목의 연계현황을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 심층면담을 통하여 항목별연계기관의 자료연계 내실화 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 한 내실화 방안으로 학교 및 학과코드 통합방안, 자료연계 자동화 방안, 정보의 신뢰성 확보 방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 산출된 관리기관간 자료연계 내실화 방안들이 교육과학기술부, 총괄관리기관, 항목별관리기관 및 대학에서 신뢰성 있고 다양한 정보를 제공하는 정보공시사업이 되기 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Bluetooth is the wireless solution which lay emphasis on Short Range, Low Power, Low Cost using a 2.4GHz frequency hopping. And the wireless interface of digital machinery and the various application studies, which are based on that, is making progress lively. This paper provides "Ethernet Connection for Bluetooth Piconet". Ethernet Connection is usually used in our life and can make the Connection of Internet for Bluetooth Piconet. Therefore, this system forms the basis of "Home or Office Remote Control System".

통신 기술 발전 및 네트워크 대중화는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 수요, 요구 및 창조적으로 생산되는 디지털 콘텐츠 수의 증가를 야기하였다. 디지털 콘텐츠는 원 자료 수집 및 생산 시기, 그리고 방법 등에 따라 그 형태가 매우 다양하며 디지털 콘텐츠들 사이에는 많은 연관 관계가 존재한다. 그러나 디지털 콘텐츠를 표준화하기 위한 메타데이터는 많이 있지만 디지털 콘텐츠들 사이에 존재하는 연관 정보 표현은 고려하지 않는다. 본 논문은 디지털 콘텐츠의 연관 정보 표현을 위한 메타데이터를 제안한다. 제안하는 메타데이터는 디지털 콘텐츠의 국제 표준 메타 데이터인 더블린 코어와 호환가능하다. 설계할 메타데이터는 더블린 코어의 관계 요소를 확장하여 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 다양한 직간접적인 연관 관계를 표현할 수 있다 또한 설계된 메타데이터에 기반한 디지털 콘텐츠 연관 정보 관리 시스템을 구축함으로써 더욱 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있음을 보인다.
