Middleware offers function that user application program can transmit data independently of network device. Connection management about network connection of module is important for normal service of module base personal robot. Unpredictable network disconnection is influenced to whole robot performance in module base personal robot. For this, Middleware must be offer two important function. The first is function of error detection and reporting about abnormal network disconnection. Therefore, middleware need method for network error detection and module management to consider special quality that each network device has. The second is the function recovering that makes the regular service possible. When the module closed from connection reconnects, as this service reports connection state of the corresponding module, the personal robot resumes the existing service. In this paper proposed method of network connection management for to support fault tolerant about network error of network module based personal robot.

TINA-C에서 정의하고 있는 TINA 체계의 핵심 관리 기능인 연결관리 기능은 통신망 연결 서비스 즉, 연결의 설정, 변경, 그리고 해제 가능을 수행한다. 이는 통신망 사용자의 연결 요구를 처리하는 것은 물론이고, 장애관리가 장애 복구를 위하여 대체경로를 설정하거나 성능관리가 망의 부하 분산을 위하여 연결을 재 설정할 때에도 반드시 필요한 기반 관리 가능이다. 이와 갇은 연결관리 기능에는 연결 요구에 가장 적합한 경로를 계산해 내는 경로 설정 기법이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 TINA 연결관리 기능에 필수적인 경로 설정 기법을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 경로 설정 가법의 구현 방안과 구현 결과를 나다내고, 그 성능을 분석한다.

OBS 망을 위한 GSMP 개방형 인터페이스 도입은 OBS 망의 전달평면과 제어평면의 분리를 실현하여 OBS 스위치의 구현을 단순화시키고, 망의 다양한 융통성을 제공한다. 그러나 GSMP 프로토콜의 실행 오버헤드로 인하여 연결설정이 증가하는 단점이 있다. 또한 GSMP 개방형 인터페이스에서 망 관리의 위치가 제어기인지, 스위치인지 명확하게 규정되어 있지 않으며, OBS에 대한 망 관리의 연구결과는 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 GSMP 개방형 인터페이스 기반의 OBS 망에서 연결설정 지연을 최소화하기 위하여 중앙집중형 연결제어 서버를 이용한 병렬형 연결설정 메커니즘을 제안한다. 또한 GSMP 개방형 인터페이스가 적용된 OBS 망의 연결, 구성, 성능 및 장애관리를 위한 관리객체를 정의하고, 이들 관리 정보가 관리 기능별로 OBS 스위치와 제어기에 분산되어 탑재되는 분산 망 관리 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 병렬형 연결설정 메커니즘 및 분산 망 관리 모델을 이용한 망 관리 기능의 구현을 통하여 OBS 제어 및 망 관리의 실현성을 확인하였다.

멀티미디어 인터넷 망에서 호 라우팅은 번호나 이름을 라우팅 주소로 번역하며 라우팅 주소는 연결 설정을 위해 사용된다. 트래픽 엔지니어링 기능은 트래픽 관리(Traffic Management), 용량 관리(Capacity Management), 그리고 네트워크 계획(Network Planning) 등을 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 트래픽 엔지니어링의 기능 중 트래픽 관리 기능에서 호 라우팅(Call Routing)과 연결/베어러-패스라우팅을 위한 기본 기능을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 대학정보공시제 사업을 통해 나타난 총괄관리기관과 항목별관리기관간의 자료연계의 문제점을 분석하여 총괄관리기관과 항목별관리기관의 자료연계 내실화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관련된 문제를 규명하고 내실화를 위한 방안들을 도출해 내기 위해서 본 연구에서는 관련된 이전의 연구 자료를 분석하고 항목별관리기관인 한국사학진흥재단 정보공시 항목의 연계현황을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 심층면담을 통하여 항목별연계기관의 자료연계 내실화 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 한 내실화 방안으로 학교 및 학과코드 통합방안, 자료연계 자동화 방안, 정보의 신뢰성 확보 방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 산출된 관리기관간 자료연계 내실화 방안들이 교육과학기술부, 총괄관리기관, 항목별관리기관 및 대학에서 신뢰성 있고 다양한 정보를 제공하는 정보공시사업이 되기 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

차세대 네트워크의 성공적인 추진을 위하여 트래픽 엔지니어링이 보장되는 중앙 집중형 제어 및 관리 기술이 네트워크 제어 플랫폼인 NCP(Network Control Platform)와 서비스 품질을 보장하는 스위치인 QSS(Quality of Service Switch)로 실현되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NCP와 QSS 사이의 SNMP 인터페이스에서 고속의 연결 관리를 위하여 병렬형 기법과 쓰레드 및 객체 풀을 도입하였다. 연결 관리의 테스트-베드를 구축하여 본 논문에서 도입한 고속화 방안을 실험실 환경에서 확인하였으며, 연결 설정의 지연과 완료율을 측정하여 성능을 비교 및 분석하였다. NCP와 QSS 사이의 SNMP 인터페이스에서 연결 관리의 고속화를 위하여 병렬형 방식과 객체 풀의 사용이 중요한 성능 파라미터임을 확인하였다.

차세대 네트워크의 성공적인 추진을 위하여 서비스 품질과 트래픽 엔지니어링을 보장할 수 있는 중앙 집중형 통합망 제어 및 관리 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 전달 평면과 제어 평면이 분리되어 있는 중앙 집중형 서버 기반의 망에서 사용될 수 있는 연결 관리 방식인 SNMP, 웹 서비스 그리고 네트워크 개방형 인터페이스 기반의 연결 관리 방식을 기술하였다. 또한, 이들 각 연결 관리 방식에 대한 플랫폼을 구축하고 각 연결 관리 방식에 대한 연결 설정 지연을 측정하여 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

Network control platform (NCP) and quality of service switch (QSS) are developed to realize centralized control and management technology, which is essential for guaranteeing traffic engineering and service quality in the next generation network. This paper presents high-speed connection management mechanism to enhance connection setup delay of the existing SNMP interface between NCP and QSS. We built up a connection management platform in the laboratory environment to validate the realization of the proposed mechanism.

Recently, organizational workers are complaining of stress due to excessive connection on SNS and are claiming the right to disconnect. If these claims are not properly managed, organizational performance may deteriorate. Therefore, organizations need to approach the issue of the right to disconnect carefully. This study examined the effects of work connection at office, IT hyper-connected environments, and work connection at home on the right to disconnect, and analyzed the effect of this perception on job satisfaction, and then analyzed gender differences in these effects. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the work connection at office lowered the right to disconnect. Second, the deeper IT hyper-connected environment, the higher the right to disconnect. Third, it was found that the work connection at home raises the right to disconnect. Fourth, it was found that the right to disconnect increases job satisfaction to a certain extent, but lowers job satisfaction when it exceeds the appropriate line. Fifth, in the case of men, the effect of the right to disconnect on job satisfaction has sharply increased and sharply reduced. On the other hand, in women, it gradually increased and then decreased slowly. Considering the results of these studies, organizations need to check the current status and appropriate level of the work connection at home for organizational performance management. Organizations need to formulate organizational management measures that take into account the positive and negative functions of the right to disconnect. And organizations need to come up with management measures that take gender into account.

This research focuses on determining the impact of human resource management activities on the compatibility and work results of employees of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) listed companies. The paper includes five parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology, research results, and conclusion and policy implications. The data are collected from the survey of 350 listed companies in HOSE, in which 315 survey notes filled with sufficient information are used for analysis. The paper employs both qualitative method and quantitative method. Group discussion of 10 experts is for qualitative research. Quantitative method performs analysis of Statistics, Cronbach's Alpha, EFA analysis, CFA analysis and SEM model. The results of the research clearly indicate that human resource management (HRM) activities are measured through improving the ability, improving the motivation and improving the opportunity. While compatibility is measured through suitability, connection and sacrifice; whereby HRM activities of ability improvement have a positive effect on the job suitability and connection; HRM activities of motivation improvement have a positive effect on the job suitability, connection and sacrifice; and HRM activities of opportunity improvement have a positive effect on the job suitability, sacrifice and connection; Finally, the job suitability, sacrifice and connection positively affect the work results of employees.
