중환자실 간호사를 위한 자기주장훈련의 효과 (Effects of Assertiveness Training for ICU Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of assertiveness training on Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses' assertive behavior, job stress, communication conflict, and self-esteem toward improving their communication skills and coping. Methods: The assertiveness training program was developed to a 10-hour program consisting of 3 sessions. The goals were to understand assertive behavior and learn how to practice assertive communication in general conflict situations and/or a difficult conflict situation in the ICU. Participants were 65 nurses recruited from a tertiary teaching hospital and of these, 27 nurses completed the program. Data were collected from Jan. 30th to Mar. 28th, 2009 using a questionnaire which included demographic characteristics, assertive behaviour scale, job stress scale, communication conflict inventory-specific, and self-esteem scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS v. 14.0 for $x^2$ test and t-test. Results: ICU nurses in the experimental group had a significant increase in aspects of assertive behavior and a decrease in job stress. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that assertiveness training is effective in increasing ICU nurses' assertive behavior and decreasing job stress through reinforcement of assertiveness behavior.

말리 내 정세분석을 통해 보는 사헬지대 테러집단 활동 양상과 시사점 (The Aspects and Prospects of Terrorist Group Activities in the Sahel Area through the Changes in the Situation in Mali)

  • 연구목적: 지난 10년간 말리 내전이 어떻게 진행되었는지 분석해봄으로써 사헬 지대 내 테러집단의 활동 양상을 예측해보고 시사점을 도출해보고자 한다. 연구방법:기존 사헬 지대와 테러 양상에 대한 연구와 더불어 프랑스어권 언론을 통해 진행 경과를 파악했다. 연구결과: 민족 갈등의 심화, 이슬람 극단주의의 확산 그리고 군사 쿠데타의 지속성 등 복합적인 요인으로 인해 말리는 내전이 지속되고 있음을 알수 있다. 결론: 프랑스의 철수와 러시아의 개입 등 국제사회의 영향력이 약화되고 있는 현 상황에서 말리 내전이 장기화될 수 있음을 시사한다.

교사-유아관계와 유아의 사회적 능력과의 관계 (Relationship of Children with Their Teachers and Children's Social Competence)

  • This study was designed to examine the relationships between three distinct dimensions of teacher-child relationship(closeness, conflict, and dependency) and various aspects of children's social competence. The subjects were 101 children at their ages of five to six years old (56 keys, 45 girls) in Jeonju city. The data were collected through preschool teachers by using self-administered questionnaire method. The results showed that teacher-child relationship was significantly associated with their social competence in preschool. Specifically, closeness in children's relationship with their teachers was fouled to be strongly correlated with children's social competence, white conflict between children and their teachers was negatively related with children's social competence. Finally, children's dependency on their Coachers was associated with children's problem behaviors.

맞벌이 여성의 성역할 태도가 결혼생활 만족과 일 만족에 미치는 영향 - 일-가정 갈등과 일-가정 강화의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Impacts of Gender Role Attitudes on Marriage Life Satisfaction and Work Satisfaction among Women of Double Income Households: With a Focus on the Mediating Effects of Work-family Conflict and Work-family Enhancement)

  • This study set out to investigate if work-family conflict and work-family enhancement would have mediating effects on the impact of gender role attitudes of women from double income households on their satisfaction of work and marriage. A structural modelof gender role attitudes was set as the independent variable, work-family conflict and work-family enhancement as the mediating variables, and work satisfaction and marriage satisfaction as the dependent variables. The subjects consisted of 2,713 married women from double income households and information was obtained from the first year data of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families (KLoWF) collected by the Korean Women's Development Institute (KWDI). Using SPSS 15.0 software, descriptive statistics were gathered, and frequency and factor analyses were conducted. AMOS 7.0 software was used to analyze both the measurement model and the structural model. The results indicate that work-family conflict and work-family enhancement had partial mediating effects on the impacts of gender role attitudes on work and marriage satisfaction among women from double income households. Notably, work-family enhancement had a greater effect than work-family conflict, which suggests that the elements of work-family enhancement, which are the positive aspects of work on family and family on work, should be promoted. It is, however, also important to make efforts to resolve work-family conflict by increasing the satisfaction level of work and marriage among women from double income households.

간호대학생을 위한 대인관계조화 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of an Interpersonal Relationship Harmony Program on Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an interpersonal relationship harmony program and to investigate the effect of interpersonal relationship harmony program on interpersonal relations, conflict resolution methods, interpersonal anxiety, salivary cortisol level for nursing students. Methods: The 8-week interpersonal relationship harmony program was developed based on interpersonal relationship harmony theory. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated using a quasi-experimental design. The participants were 58 third-year nursing students, 29 in the experimental group and 29 in the control group. Data were collected from July 5, 2014 to August 25, 2014 and analyzed through t-test. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher post-test scores in interpersonal relationship harmony, interpersonal relationship ability, active conflict mitigation and significantly lower post-test scores in active conflict intensification, interpersonal relationship anxiety than those of the control group. Conclusion: The interpersonal relationship harmony program improved nursing students' interpersonal skills and conflict resolution methods and reduced interpersonal relationship anxiety through an integrated approach that covered the cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and physical aspects of harmony.

부처간 정책갈등과 조정에 관한 연구 -과학기술기본법 제정과정을 중심으로- (A Study on Inter-Ministerial Policy Conflict and Coordination: Focusing on the Science and Technology Basic Law Making Process in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 1990년 이후 모방형에서 혁신형으로 과학기술정책의 패러다임이 변화되면서 과학기술정책형성을 둘러싸고 다양하게 발생하는 부처간 정책갈등 현상과 그 조정과정을 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 과학기술기본법(기본법) 제정과정을 사례로 선정하고, 연구의 시간적 범위를 '92년부터 '01년까지로 하여, 법률안 태동기, 과도기, 입법기 등 3개의 시기단위로 구분하여 비교 분석하였다. 부처간 정책갈등의 원인과 양상을 부처간 상호작용의 동기를 기준으로 정책 지향적 갈등과 관할권 지향적 갈등으로 구분 분석하였다. 갈등조정 방법의 분석은 수평적 분석적 조정과 수직적 정치적 조정을 그 기준으로 하였다. 연구결과를 부처간 정책 갈등양상, 정책갈등의 특징, 정책갈등의 조정과정, 그리고 참여자들의 특징적 양상 등을 중심으로 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정책갈등은 태동기에는 부처간 정책지향의 차이에 따른 갈등이 관할권 지향에 의한 갈등보다 우위현상을 보였고, 과도기에는 정책 지향과 관할권 지향에 의한 갈등이 복합적으로, 그리고 입법기에는 관할권 지향에 의한 갈등이 지배적인 현상을 보였다. 둘째, 정책갈등에 대한 조정과정은 태동기에는 수평적 분석적 조정이 주류를 이루었고, 과도기에는 수평적 수직적 정치적 조정양상이 다양하게 나타났으며, 입법기에는 수직적 정치적 조정 양상이 두드러지게 나타났다. 셋째, 정책갈등에 대한 조정결과는 참여자들의 특징을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과부처간 정책갈등을 해결하는 데 있어서 국회와 정당이 결정적인 역할을 했음을 보여주었다.

외식 프랜차이즈 본부의 갈등해결행동이 절차와 행동의 질 및 해지의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Food Service Franchisors' Conflict Resolution Activities on Procedure Quality, Behaviour Quality and Dissolution Intention)

  • Purpose - In recent years, research has been conducted on the conflict resolution strategies of the franchise headquarters and the franchisees, but there is a lack of research on the factors of conflict due to the intrinsic structure, such as interdependence or hierarchical relationship, and behavioral analysis to reduce the conflict. In this study, we analyze the relationship between satisfaction and trust formed in the process and result of the business, and the result of action to dissolution intention. Research design, data, methodology - For these purposes, the author developed the proposed model and several hypotheses. In this model, conflict resolution strategies consist of five dimensions such as avoiding, forcing, cooperating, obliging, and compromising strategy. And, this model proposed that onflict resolution strategies are antecedents of procedure quality, behaviour quality and dissolution intention are consequences of conflict resolution strategies. The data were collected from April 1 to April 15, 2013. Because this study examined franchise industries from the franchisee perspective, we contacted franchisee store owner and managers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Interviewers trained contacted a total of 483 franchisees, and 400 franchisees responded. Out of 400 respondents, 2 respondents were deleted due to missing information. Thus, a total of 398 franchisee were used for this study. he data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 24.0 and Amos 23.0 statistical program. Results - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, franchisor conflict resolution activities have significant effects on procedure quality. Second, procedure quality has a significant effect on behavior quality. Finally, behavior quality has a significant effect on dissolution intention. Conclusions - In this study, we investigated the relationship between conflict resolution behavior, procedural quality, behavior quality and dissolution intention. As a result, the franchisers should strive to resolve conflicts not only in solving simple problems with franchisees, but also in a longer term perspective. We also found that the procedural aspects of resolving conflicts should not be ignored. If the trust and satisfaction of each other increase during the process of resolving the conflict, it will positively affect the satisfaction and trust in resolving the conflict. This is also because it serves to lower the intention of termination. However, there is a limitation that it is targeted only to the restaurant franchise, and it is necessary to study the conflict resolution behavior depending on the type of conflict.

취업모의 직장-가정 역할갈등이 양육태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Working Mother's Work-Family Role Conflict on Child-Rearing Attitudes)

  • 본 연구는 취업모의 양육태도에 영향을 미치는 환경적 요인인 직장과 가정 사이의 역할갈등의 방향적(일${\rightarrow}$가정 역할갈등, 가정${\rightarrow}$일 역할갈등)측면과 유형적측면(시간, 긴장, 행동갈등)을 살펴보고, 취업모의 직장-가정 역할갈등(WFC)과 양육태도의 관계를 분석함으로써 정책적 실천적 함의를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산 울산 지역의 미취학 자녀를 둔 취업모 267명에 대한 설문조사 자료를 토대로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취업모의 직장-가정 역할갈등(WFC)의 방향적 측면과 양육태도를 검증해본 결과, 취업모의 일${\rightarrow}$가정 역할갈등(WIF) 총합이 높을수록 애정적 양육태도에는 부적인 영향을, 거부적 양육태도와 통제적 양육태도에는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 취업모의 가정${\rightarrow}$일 역할갈등(FIW) 총합이 높을수록 자율적 양육태도에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 취업모의 직장-가정 역할갈등(WFC)의 유형적 측면(시간, 긴장, 행동갈등)과 양육태도를 검증해본 결과, 행동갈등과 시간갈등은 양육태도에 영향을 미치지 못하는 반면 긴장갈등은 양육태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 취업모의 일${\rightarrow}$가정 긴장갈등이 높을수록 애정적 양육태도에 부적인 영향을, 거부적 양육태도와 통제적 양육태도에는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 취업모의 가정${\rightarrow}$일 긴장갈등이 높을수록 애정적 양육태도와 자율적 양육태도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 함의와 제언이 제시되었다.

에 나타난 부모와 자녀 캐릭터 사이의 갈등구조 분석 : MBTI 유형역동 이론에 근거하여 (Analysis of Conflict Structure between Parents and Children Character inherent in and : Based on Type Dynamics Theory of MBTI)

  • 본 연구는, 픽사의 에 나타난 부모와 자녀 캐릭터 사이의 갈등구도를, MBTI의 유형역동이라는 관점에서 비교 분석하고자 했다. 이에, 캐릭터의 성격유형과 심리기능의 위계를 추론하고, 유형역동에 의한 갈등과 화해의 구조를 분석하였다. 작품 분석을 통해 도출된 결론은: (1) 부모의 사고기능이 자녀의 직관기능을 구속하는 구조로, '현실과 가능성의 충돌'로 은유됨. (2) 보완 역할 캐릭터의 외향적 심리기능이, 결핍 캐릭터의 미발달된 3차기능을 보완하면서, 유형발달에 기여함. (3) 에서는, 갈등주체에 의한 직접적 단방향의 보완을 이루며, (4) 에서는, 갈등주체가 아닌 거울캐릭터에 의한 간접적 쌍방향의 상호보완을 이루는 방법론의 차이를 보인다.

초등학교 교과전담교사 배정 현상에 대한 경험 탐색 (The Experience Study on Patterns Phenomenology in the Allocation of Subject-specialized Teachers at Elementary Schools)

  • The purpose of the study is to examine various conditions, which are recognized by teachers in the allocation of subject-specialized teachers at elementary schools, into five types of conflicts, in order to offer implications for the operation and allocation of the subject exclusive system henceforth. The study, therefore, categorized the actual allocation process experienced by subject-specialized teachers at elementary schools into five aspects the first is, understanding of students, the second, the ability to teach exclusive subjects, the third, a relationship with students, the fourth, workplace environment at schools, and the fifth, the continuity of subject specialist teachers. Conditions demonstrated in each category are classified into the types that occurred by individual and mutual roles demonstrated through in-depth, where keywords are selected by aspects to suggest conflict conditions. In order to operate the subject exclusive system more efficiently and to boost the effects of positive education, the workplace environment at schools need to be improved urgently, including a variety of training, program development, and financial support. The most vital requirement is to prepare groundwork through mutual understanding and collection of extensive opinions from field teachers based on a consensus that a school is an educational community. The study anticipates that the result could provide a foundation for the preparation of qualitative improvement and development measures for the subject exclusive system at elementary schools.
