Timely management is an important activity in long running transactions. This can be seen in many Supply Chain scenarios where insufficient time management could lead to expensive compensations. Therefore, effective strategy for timely management in long running transactions is needed. In this paper, we propose our solution to detect and avoid violating deadline based on a comparison strategy of predicted complete time and required deadline. Three approaches are used. Firstly, we build Open Nested Transaction Model (ONTM) where deadline of top-level transactions are managed through a flexible time adjustment of lower level transactions. Secondly, workflow is introduced to WSTransaction framework which supports the algorithm to predict complete time and spot delaying activities. Thirdly, a rule-based coordinator is developed to decide the confirmation or cancelation of participants' ongoing activities. We also discuss a workflow example for implementation.

Purpose: In the past, detection of metabolic abnormalities in plasma amino acid (PAA) and urine organic acid (UOA) has been widely used to diagnose clinical mitochondrial diseases, such as mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with lactic acidosis and stroke-like episodes (MELAS). In this study, the diagnostic values of PAA and UOA were reviewed, and their effectiveness in the diagnosis of MELAS was examined retrospectively. Methods: Blood and urine samples at the time of diagnosis were collected from all clinically diagnosed MELAS patients (n=31), and PAA and UOA tests were performed. All samples were collected in a fasting state to minimize artifacts in the results. The difference in the ratio of abnormal metabolites of PAA and UOA at initial diagnosis was statistically compared between the MELAS with genetic confirmation (n=19, m.3243A>G mutation) and MELAS without genetic confirmation (n=12) groups. The MELAS without genetic confirmation group was used as control. Results: Comparison of PAA and UOA between the two groups revealed that no abnormal metabolites showed characteristic differences between gene-confirmed MELAS patients with and those without genetic confirmation. Conclusions: Abnormal values of metabolites in PAA or UOA might be useful as a screening test but are not sufficient to diagnose MELAS patients.

This study is concerned to the perforation phenomena of the oblique dual-plate by projectile. Experiment and simulation related to that was carried out. the variables considered in this phenomena include the electrolytic zinc coated steel sheet and carbon steel rod. In the former, the confirmation and projectile velocity possible phenomena of real phenomena is done, the latter, the effect of parameter such as time-step and grid space length is analized by using the three-dimensional Lagrangian explicit time-integration finite element code, HEMP. this code use the eight node hexahedral elements and in this study, Von-Mises Criteria is used as the strength model, Mie-Gruneisen is as the Equation of State. the simulation was performed by contrast with the experiment. through the calibration of the parameter of lagrangian code, reasonable result was approached.

We propose and analyse a flexible secure file sharing scheme which can be used for data sharing among members in P2P environment. When a member wants to share data, notification messages are sent to the members with whom the member wants to share data. Each notification message includes one-time password encrypted with the receiver's public key. A member who received the notification message can download the data by using the one-time password. The proposed scheme provides selective sharing, download confirmation and efficient memory management. In terms of security, the proposed scheme supports authentication, entity privacy, replay attack protection and disguise prevention.

A new automatic small target detection and tracking algorithm for the real-time IR surveillance system is presented. The automatic target detection and tracking algorithm of the real-time systems, requires low complexity and robust tracking performance in the cluttered environment. Linear-array and parallel-scan IR systems usually suffer from severe scan noise caused by the detector non-uniformity. After the spatial filtering and thresholding, this scan noise still remains as high amplitude clutter which degrades the target detection rate and tracking performance. In this paper, we propose a new feature which consists of area and validity information of a measurement. By adopting this feature to the measurements selection and track confirmation, we can increase the target detection rate and reduce both the track loss rate and false track rate. From the experimental results, we can validate the feasibility of the proposed method in the noisy IR images.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 스튜디오를 활용하여 스마트폰에서 실시간으로 식당 좌석을 확인하여 예약할 수 있도록 앱 개발을 수행하였다. 개발한 앱에서 제공하는 사용자 전용 APP 기능으로는 회원가입 및 로그인, 가게 정보 확인, 예약 설정이 있다. 또한, 실시간 좌석 정보를 제공하여 사람들이 가게가 만석일 경우 되돌아가는 불편함을 최소화하고, 원하는 시간에 예약을 손쉽게 예약할 수 있도록 하였다. 앱 사용자는 직관적인 인터페이스를 통하여 실시간으로 본인이 원하는 좌석을 예약할 수 있고, 내부적으로 데이터베이스로 회원가입 및 로그인과 식당 정보 저장 과정을 수행하도록 하였다.

When facing the global severe competition, the enterprises all try their best to upgrade the quality, reduce the costs to reach the goal of customer satisfaction. Motorola was the earliest firm creating the term Six Sigma (6 ${\sigma}$); GE was the enterprise successfully fulfilling Six Sigma. The success of these two firms revealed the prominent effects and became the world-class model enterprises. The main purpose of promoting Six Sigma activity was to reduce the possible defects in the business process to the least through designing and monitoring business process in order to reach the goals such as the best quality and efficiency, the lowest costs, the shortest circular process time, maximum profits and customer satisfaction. This research used the Six Sigma technique to improve the business process of ceramics manufacturing plant and find out the major factors of slower core task time by the analytical process of Process Mapping, Pareto Chart, Simu18 simulation software and figures and proposed the improvement measures. Through the confirmation of the case companies, it successfully reduced the core process time and the organizational costs and increased the capacity.

The purpose of this study was to classify college women according to the general life style, to examine the differences in the characteristics of time consumption, and clothing purchasing behavior, and ultimately to verify the importance of the time variable in life style analysis. 449 subjects were gathered through convenience sampling method and, frequency, precentage, average, $x^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis were conducted for data analysis. Results of the study were as follows : 1. College women were classified into five subgroups by cluster analysis : fashion-pursuit group, home-intended group, outer-intended group, conservative-economy group, and passive-inactive group. 2. In case of time consumption patterns, significant differences were found according to the different groups in patronage of library and extra off-campus educational programs, participation in household duties, consumption patterns of leisure time and participation in clubs. 3. In case of clothing purchasing behavior, significant differences were found according to the different groups in clothing purchasing motives, information sources, purchasing plan, the number of visited stores, and the confirmation of labels.

This study empirically examined the moderated mediation effect of volunteer time in the effect of school maladjustment on juvenile delinquency through depression as negative emotions. For empirical confirmation, 7,052 individuals were collected by stratified multi-stage cluster sampling among 4th to 6th grade elementary school, 1st to 3rd grade junior high school, and 1st to 3rd grade high school students in May 2015. This data was used for analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, school maladjustment directly affects juvenile delinquency and indirectly influences juvenile delinquency through depression. In other words, the higher the school maladjustment, the higher the juvenile delinquency. Also, the higher the school maladjustment, the higher the depression, and the higher the depression, the higher the juvenile delinquency. Second, the volunteer time has a significant effect on juvenile delinquency through interaction with the depression. In other words, it was proved that the moderated mediation effect of volunteer time in the effect of school maladjustment on juvenile delinquency through depression as negative emotions. Based on this, policy implications were examined.

PICC are dealing with form requirements of international commercial contract under writings in confirmation, conclusion of contract dependent on agreement on specific matters or in a particular form, contract with terms deliberately left open, merger clauses, modification in a particular form. If a writing which is sent within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the contract and which purports to be a confirmation of the contract contains additional or different terms, such terms become part of the contract, unless they materially alter the contract or the recipient, without undue delay, objects to the discrepancy. Where in the course of negotiations one of the parties insists that the contract is not concluded until there is agreement on specific matters or in a particular form, no contract is concluded before agreement is reached on those matters or in that form. If the parties intend to conclude a contract, the fact that they intentionally leave a term to be agreed upon in further negotiations or to be determined by a third person does not prevent a contract from coming into existence. A contract in writing which contains a clause indicating that the writing completely embodies the terms on which the parties have agreed cannot be contradicted or supplemented by evidence of prior statements or agreements. However, such statements or agreements may be used to interpret the writing. A contract in writing which contains a clause requiring any modification or termination by agreement to be in a particular form may not be otherwise modified or terminated.
