This study is which sees analyzes the distance perception of the tourist affects in tourist resort selection conduct and this leads and there is the goal provides a fundamental data to the marketing strategic establishment an area tourist resort activation. According to the research result residence of choice there was a difference to psychological distance perception, according to sex and occupation appeared with the fact that is difference to tourist resort selection conduct. The psychological distance perception while tourist resort selection acting was analyzed with the fact that affects in travel ability. The research which sees psychological distance perception affects with the scholastic questionable matter which analyzes the thing a practical questionable matter respects an area tourist resort marketing strategic establishment together in tourist resort selection conduct and provided new fundamental information.

Objectives : This paper aims to suggest alternative interpretations to previous ones of 'Daedong-eo-Hyeobui(大同於協義)' and 'Gakrip-eo-Cheonri(各立於擅利)' in the chapter 'Theories on Nature and Conduct(性命論)' in Donguisusebowon(東醫壽世保元) which have been found to be inadequate. Methods : Previous interpretations were thoroughly examined, then evaluated based on the narrative form and logical probability of the Donguisusebowon(東醫壽世保元). Afterwards, correct interpretations of the contents were suggested based on the context of the chapter 'Theories on Nature and Conduct(性命論).' Results & Conclusions : Of 'Daedong-eo-Hyeobui(大同於協義)', Daedong(大同) should be interpreted as 'to gather largely' instead of 'all the same.' Hyeobui(協義) should be interpreted as 'to submit willingly' and not 'to cooperate to Ui(義).' In the case of 'Gakrip-eo-Cheonri(各立於 擅利)', Gakrip(各立) means for people of same minds to rise against evil individually while Cheonri(擅利) refers to the evil of coveting for gains individually. There are other cases where existing interpretations have been erroneous other than the suggested examples, which prompts thorough re-evaluation of the text.

Objectives：Considerable data indicate that diminished serotonergic activity is related to aggressive behavior. In order to understand the biological etiology in conduct disorder, we studied the relationships of plasma serotonin and 5-HIAA levels in conduct disorders to measures of aggression, violation of rules and oppositional defiant behavior. Methods：Subjects were selected from inpatients and outpatients department of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of Seoul National University Hospital. 41 conduct disorders(18 childhoodonset type, 23 adolescent-onset type) and 23 normal controls were included in this study. For the assessment of aggression, rule violation and oppositional behavior, parents completed the rating scale for conduct disorder and oppositional behavior based on the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria. Plasma serotonin and 5-HIAA levels were determined by HPLC with electrochemical detection. Results：1) Plasma 5-HT and 5-HIAA levels were not significantly different among childhood-onset conduct disorder, adolescent-onset conduct disorder and normal control subjects. 2) No significant correlations were found between plasma 5-HT levels and aggression or rule violation. 3) Plasma 5-HT levels showed significant positive correlations with oppositional behavior both in childhood-onset conduct disorder and adolescent-onset conduct disorder. 4) Age-related changes were not found in plasma 5-HT and 5-HIAA levles. Conclusion：Our findings do not support the hypothesis that dysregulation of serotonergic function may be associated with aggresson. Instead, our data suggest that serotonergic function is more closely related with oppositional behavior than aggression.

United States has extended the extraterritorial application of U.S. Antitrust Law in 1990s. First, The U.S. Federal Supreme Court declared in Hartford Fire Insurance Co. v. California that the extraterritorial application of U.S. Antitrust Law is according to Effect Doctrine. Therefore, U.S. Antirust Division and FTC will continue to base their assertions of juridiction on the test of direct, substantial and foreseeable effects on U.S. interests. Second, U.S. Antitrust Law apply to foreign conduct that such conduct has direct, substantial and reasonably foreseeable effect on U.S. domestic or import commerce and export commerce. Third, United States has extended the extraterritorial application of U.S. Antitrust Law on international licensing contract or international merger. Forth, United States impose criminal responsbility of U.S. Antitrust Law on the foreign anticompetitive conduct. Therefore, our government and industries must consider the corresponding stratigies against the extension of the extraterritorial application of U.S. Antitrust Law.

In this paper, we propose on image encryption method which uses NC(Non-linear Cycle) and 2D CAT(Two-Dimensional Cellular Automata Transform) in sequence to encrypt medical images. In terms of the methodology, we use NC to generate a pseudo noise sequence equal to the size of the original image. We then conduct an XOR operation of the generated sequence with the original image to conduct level 1 NC encryption. Then we set the proper Gateway Values to generate the 2D CAT basis functions. We multiply the generated basis functions by the altered NC encryption image to conduct the 2nd level 2D CAT encryption. Finally, we verify that the proposed method is efficient and extremely safe by conducting an analysis of the key spatial and sensitivity analysis of pixels.

Clausewitz’s theory of war can be divided between the theory of conduct of war and the theory of preparations for war, and the theory of war that Clausewitz means, is the theory of conduct of war. But before Clausewitz, men regarded a theory of preparations for war as the theory of war. The theory of preparations for war concerns generally about the material side of war, but not its spiritual aspect. The activity of war is basically a human spiritual and psychological action. And because the war is dangerous, the anxiety occurs and diverse human feelings, for example courage, have been required. Also the informations in war is normally very uncertain, so an insight of the commander is in war very needed. The Theory of war has to consider this spiritual aspect. To end the war and to acquire the peace, an excellent talent of commander is necessary. And it is a genius. Men who are difficult to move but have strong feelings, these are the men who are best able to be a genius.

According to "structure-conduct-performance" paradigm in IO, market structure (concentration) determines conduct (R&D investments), and conduct yields market performance (ratio of price to marginal cost). Previous empirical studies on Schumpeter Mark I, II assumed that the explanatory variable (market structure) and the disturbance are uncorrelated in the R&D equation. In this situation, Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) estimates of the structural parameters are inconsistent, because the endogeneous variables (R&D and market structure) can be determined simultaneously. So, in this study, full information (or system methods) estimation is used to test Schumpeter hypothesis since joint estimation can as well bring efficiency gains in the seemingly uncorrelated regressions (SUR) setting.
