프로그래밍형 자동화기기를 위한 실시간 메카니즘 제어언어의 설계 및 구현기법 (Design and implementation technique of real-time mechanism control language for programmable automation equipment)

  • As the trend of the automation is increasing, the usage of the programmable automation equipments like programmable controller(PC), numerical controller(NC), distributed control systems(DCS) and robot controller is greatly expanding in the area of the industrial equipments. But the development of the programing language for the programmable automatic equipment is rarely accomplished. In this paper, we propose design and implementation technique of the real-time mechanism control language by adding time constraint constructs and timing analysis constructs ot conditional statement and iteration statement of a programming language. Moreover, we made it possible to predict plausibility of time constraint constructs of a real time application program at compilation time and developing execution time analysiss technique.

Dependence assessment in human reliability analysis under uncertain and dynamic situations

  • Since reliability and security of man-machine system increasingly depend on reliability of human, human reliability analysis (HRA) has attracted a lot of attention in many fields especially in nuclear engineering. Dependence assessment among human tasks is a important part in HRA which contributes to an appropriate evaluation result. Most of methods in HRA are based on experts' opinions which are subjective and uncertain. Also, the dependence influencing factors are usually considered to be constant, which is unrealistic. In this paper, a new model based on Dempster-Shafer evidence theory (DSET) and fuzzy number is proposed to handle the dependence between two tasks in HRA under uncertain and dynamic situations. First, the dependence influencing factors are identified and the judgments on the factors are represented as basic belief assignments (BBAs). Second, the BBAs of the factors that varying with time are reconstructed based on the correction BBA derived from time value. Then, BBAs of all factors are combined to gain the fused BBA. Finally, conditional human error probability (CHEP) is derived based on the fused BBA. The proposed method can deal with uncertainties in the judgments and dynamics of the dependence influencing factors. A case study is illustrated to show the effectiveness and the flexibility of the proposed method.

Using Predictive Analytics to Profile Potential Adopters of Autonomous Vehicles

  • Technological advances are bringing autonomous vehicles to the ever-evolving transportation system. Anticipating adoption of these technologies by users is essential to vehicle manufacturers for making more precise production and marketing strategies. The research investigates regulatory focus and consumer innovativeness with consumers' adoption of autonomous vehicles (AVs) and to consumers' subsequent willingness to pay for AVs. An online questionnaire was fielded to confirm predictions, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the model's validity. The results show that a promotion focus does not have a significantly positive effect on the automation level at which consumers will adopt AVs, but a prevention focus has a significantly positive effect on conditional AV adoption. Consumer innovativeness, consumers' novelty-seeking have a significantly positive relationship with high and full AV adoption, and consumers' independent decision-making has a significantly positive effect on full AV adoption. The higher the level of automation at which a consumer adopts AVs, the higher the willingness to pay for them. Finally, using a neural network and decision tree analyses, we show methods with which to describe three categories for potential adopters of AVs.

  • Multi-valued decision making for transitional stochastic events was newly derived based on conditional probability of knowledge database which included experts'knowledge and experience. The proposed multi-valued decision making was successfully adopted to the determination of the five levels of the vigilance of a subject during the EEG (electroencephalogram) recording; awake stage (stage W), and sleep stages (stage REM (rapid eye movement), stage 1, stage 2, stage $\sfrac{3}{4}$). Innovative feature of the proposed method is that the algorithm of decision making can be constructed only by use of the knowledge database, inspected by experts. The proposed multi-valued decision making with a mathematical background of the probability can also be applicable widely, in industries and in other medical fields for purposes of the multi-valued decision making.

  • This study is concerned with development of 3-Dimensional simulator of a biped robot that has a prismatic balancing weight or a revolute balancing weight. The dynamic stability equation of a biped robot which have a prismatic balancing weight is conditional linear but a walking robot's stability equation with a revolute balancing weight is nonlinear. To get a stable gait of a biped robot, stabilization equations with ZMP (Zero Moment Point) are modeled as non-homogeneous second order differential equations for each balancing weight type. A trajectory of balancing weight can be directly calculated with the FDM (Finite Difference Method) solution of the linearized differential equation. In this paper, the 3-Dimensional graphic simulator is programmed to get and calculate the desired ZMP and the actual ZMP. Walking of 4 steps was simulated and verified. This balancing system will be applied to a biped humanoid robot, which consist Begs and upper body, at future work.

Air-Data Estimation for Air-Breathing Hypersonic Vehicles

  • An air-data estimator for generic air-breathing hypersonic vehicles (AHSVs) is developed and demonstrated with an example vehicle configuration. The AHSV air-data estimation strategy emphasized improvement of the angle of attack estimate accuracy to a degree necessitated by the stringent operational requirements of the air-breathing propulsion. the resulting estimation problem involves highly nonlinear diffusion process (propagation); consequently, significant distortion of a posteriori conditional density is suspected. A simulation based statistical analysis tool is developed to characterize the nonlinear diffusion process. The statistical analysis results indicate that the diffusion process preserves the symmetry and unimodality of initial probability density shape state variables, and provide the basis for applicability of an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF). An EKF is designed for the AHSV air-data system and the air data estimation capabilities are demonstrated.

  • 제어권 전환 안정화 시간(Stabilization time of take-over)은 제어권 전환 이후 운전이 안정화 될 때까지의 시간을 의미한다. 자율주행시스템(autonomated driving system)의 제어권 전환 요청(take-over request) 직후, 운전자는 도로의 주행환경을 인지하고 수동운전을 수행해야하기 때문에 주행환경과 제어권 전환 안정화 시간의 관계를 명확히 규명하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 반면, 제어권 전환 안정화 시간에 대해 특정하여 수행된 기존 연구는 드물었으며, 주행환경을 고려한 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 이 점에 기인하여 본 연구는 드라이빙 시뮬레이터를 활용한 제어권 전환 실험을 수행하고, 실험 결과를 선형혼합모형(linear mixed model)을 통해 분석하여 제어권 전환 안정화 시간에 영향을 미치는 주행환경 요소를 정량적으로 도출하였으며, 각 영향요인에 따른 제어권 전환 안정화 계수를 도출하였다.

  • Currently drilling investigation and the SPT in parallel not only organization and peculation sincerity quality historian of test to be old the data was abundant with the site ground investigation test which is representative and the research of empirical formula in compliance with many scholar was accomplished and was come. The data which is like this wide is used with geotechnical engineering data of plan and space-time of the field which is various. SPT with tentative voluntary skillful degree record method of variety and technical expert of equipment, according to site conditional is consistent the quality of ground condition but cannot be made to show there is a tendency and specially the point whose is difficult actually accurately to follow the interval which decides in quality as a matter of tentative standard of drill and the test in parallel and a tentative method exists. From the research which sees consequently also the skill of variety and technical expert of equipment of SPT, strong point of the SPT automation logger will be able to complement the problem point of quality etc. of site condition under comparison analyzing should have been boiled about SPT of existing and tentative methods and N-value.
