Parks in order to find the inspiration and implication from their construction. The research is focused on a few cross-sectional city wall parks, which are Huangchenggen city wall park, Ming city wall park and Yuandadu city wall park. to come to the conclusion, it defines the generic concept of city wall park, clarifies the transitional process of the city of Beijing, organize the current situation and basis of the construction of the Beijing city wall parks. besides, by analyzing the Beijing city wall parks' specific construction manners including the basis of their planning, the support by government, planning functionality, landscape theme arrangement and gardening arrangement, the research puts forwards their construction characters and drawbacks. through comprehensive analysis on the aspects above, a series of inspirations are obtained for the construction of city wall parks. these include: specialized and legally valid regulation systems need to be setup before planning; government and citizens' proactive support is necessary for the protection of ancient city wall ruins and the construction of the city wall parks; when planning, existing situation should be utilized to the maximum extent, efficiency of space usage should be improved through smooth connection between different spacial locations.

Throughout the agraian society, industrial society, information society, and the knowledge-based society, the word father has become the representation of the law, oder, control, protection, and discipline. This study, with traditional fairy tale "Le petit chaperon rouge", aim to analyze the child readers a notion familly around 'me' and conceiving the father as the unit of the institution; also, in the Korean film , cinema audiences feeling keenly the necessity of the conventional family values and looking for the poster of principal agent of law and order. Generally the father is protector of 'me' and simutaneously, is incorporal being; even if he is inessential, he has, only by the name, great influence with people(law, order, control, discipline, are operating only with the name as the father God does). Our study will show how the signifier father operates and what similarity is between the film and the traditional fairy tale. A father is recognized as a tyrant or criminal, but a man is always realized to undertake a duty of resisting unjust powers and protecting nonperson. Those opposing structures was well represented in epic works such as"Le petit chaperon rouge" and . The father described in children's tale appeared as a symbol of desire and oppression, therefore youngster readers realized around 'Me' the concept of family through the absence of a father and received the father as a unit in the system. A father in a film has been described as a protector of nonperson, and a main part in the institution and order of traditional family. In both genre, the psychological signifiant of father still has been shown based on the symbol of father as a social institution.

This study attempts to redefine the concept of 'fairness' of Korean public broadcasting and tries to build a new model for evaluating the fairness of Korean public broadcasting. The author insists that the fairness in public broadcasting consists of binary components of the public and rightful reporting, and views that the public reporting represents of neutralness, balance and impartiality while the rightful reporting represents of factuality, multiplicity and the protection of social minorities. The author suggests that two criteria of the public and rightful reporting results in four models of 'shepherd', 'acrobat', 'tribune', and 'trumpeter' in accord with its focus on the public and the rightful reporting. Survey toward the professionals in public broadcasting in academia was conducted and addressed the fact that Korean public broadcasting is close to the trumpeter model with some feature of acrobat.

With the development of information and communication technology, online fractional investment platforms have emerged through the convergence of online platform technology and new investment techniques for asset-backed derivatives. In this study, the concept and previous studies of the online fractional investment platform business, commercialization models and service processes, market status, and pending discussions and alternatives were presented. Recently, the Securities and Futures Commission's decision on securitization of split ownership has become an important guide to the stable business sustainability of platform operators, but academic research is needed according to the current status and case analysis. To identify specific market issues, examples of representative online fractional investment securitization platform businesses such as "MusiCow" for music copyright, "Tessa" based on art, "Kasa" for real estate, "Piece" based on real assets, and "BangCow" for Korean beef shipments were analyzed. Through the case analysis of this study, the characteristics of the business model according to the basic assets of the online fractional investment platform were compared and presented. Since most business models are judged to be securitic, they must comply with the provisions of the Capital Markets Act or be recognized as the target of innovative financial services. From a practical point of view, it is meaningful in that it presented improvement directions that online fractional securitization platform operators should consider and organized institutional considerations for investor protection.

This study examines Romalpa clause as an extended or enlarged retention of title clause under SGA. Under a simple retention of title clause, the seller retains title to goods supplied until the goods have been paid. A simple retention of title gives the seller super-priority interest in other creditors of the buyer without registering a charge. Aluminium Industrie Vaassen BV v. Romalpa Aluminium Ltd introduced the concept of 'extended reservation of title(so called 'Romalpa clause') in English law. It is because the Court of Appeal held that under an extended reservation about title clause the seller can trace his title into money which constitutes the proceed of sale by the buyer of goods supplied by the seller. However, since Romalpa case, the courts are reluctant to uphold the seller's extended title. Under Romalpa clause, the seller attempts to extend his protection by laying claims to new products manufactured from his goods or to proceeds of sale by the buyer. Where the seller's goods are lawfully used by the buyer to create new goods, the property in the new goods will generally vest in the buyer. It is because there has been discomfort if the seller gains the windfall profit of the new goods. Moreover, regarding tracing proceeds of sale by the buyer, the courts held that the seller must establish fiduciary relationship with the buyer. If the fiduciary requirement cannot be established, the extended retention of title clause is seen as a charge over the proceeds, and void if not registered. For these reasons, it is difficult that the claims based on the extended retention of title clause would be upheld.

It has been widely accepted that the environment is an important determining factor of human health. Appreciating the relationship between the environment and human health, Korean government has begun to deal with issues of environmental health. The government proclaimed the year of 2006 to be the first year of Environmental Health and established "The Environmental Health Plan for the next 10 Year". In order to achieve the goals in the plan, there are necessary considerations such as support systems for environment health related research, investigation, law, institution, administration, and so forth. This study suggests basic principles required to establish a legal regime of environmental health which is to implement the environmental health policies in Korea. Several cases of foreign legislation and policy relevant to environmental health are reviewed. Also, existing related legal system in Korea are analysed considering legal and institutional elements for establishing an effective environmental health policy. The main purpose of amending legal system related environmental health is to protect both public health and the soundness of ecosystem. To reach the goals effectively, the concept of 'environmental health' should be clearly established and presented. In addition, an advanced prevention system, including investigation and prevention of the cause of environmental diseases and risk assessment based on the precautionary principle, are substantial in the environmental health legislation. Also the environmental health law should guarantee public participation in decision making as well as the first consideration of susceptible or vulnerable population. This study concludes that the expected legislation related to environmental health should be a nonnative instrument not only for integrating each environmental protection scheme but also for establishing and implementing the policy.

Currently, the Free Trade Agreement(FTA) promoting regionalism or bilateralism has been increasingly concluded, which is against multilateralism of the WTO. The adoption of the TRS under the FTA carries various issues from the rationale of its existence to its contents. To explain these contradictory issues between the WTO and the FTA, this paper studied on the TRS by analyzing present cases and negotiation results of the TRS under the FTA and comparing them under the WTO. The TRS under the WTO agreement is limited only to antidumping, countervailing duties and safeguard as the agreed concept. When the negotiations of the FTA are on the process, it is necessary to adopt the TRS depending on the negotiating party countries of the FTA after considering fully the economic situations of Korea and the need of protection for the domestic industries. Currently, Korea has entered into the FTA with several countries and most of the agreements with respect to the TRS maintain and observe the right and duty in the WTO agreement and when necessary, in some of the FTA agreements, they have changed parts of the TRS. Consequently, it is needed to establish the basis for application of the TRS. Also, additional application of the SSG provision to some sensitive goods is highly recommended.

Purpose: The number of Cold Storages at home and abroad is on the rise, fires in large Cold Storages have recently occurred. As fires continue to occur and property damage is on the rise every year, the importance of preventing fires in large Cold Storage is growing. Method: Real Cold Storages were investigated on-site and fire cases were analyzed to derive and analyze fire risk, and the ORS, which is emerging as an adaptive fire prevention technology of Cold Storage, was investigated through FDS. Result: oxygen concentration 21, 15.7% and 17.7, 16.7% were analyzed through FDS, and flashover was reached within 3~4 minutes from 21, 17.7, 16.7%, but if oxygen concentration was lowered to 15.7%, it didn't ignite for 13 minutes. Conclusion: This study understood the concept and general part of the ORS, modeled the freezer through FDS, and analyzed the oxygen concentration to analyze the fire protection adaptability of the ORS. In the future, it is expected that large-scale empirical experiments and related regulations will be prepared to provide solutions for fire prevention in Cold Storages in blind spots of fire.

Public Service Advertising(PSA) is the integrated marketing concept including strategy and technology in all its aspects that pursue the changes of community to seek an agreement of its members by the intentional and the target oriented way. PSA to the exclusion of commercial intention reflects the current social flow and subject since it is focused to the social issue. PSA plays an important role in creating the further cultural value, and also affects present cultural value to advertising message. In this aspect, this study is very valuable to design the plan for further effective management of advertisement and to analyze communication strategy of PSA. This study is to make dear the nature of PSA by the analysis of contents of visual image and linguistics' factors in actual produced and broadcasted TV advertising, called 'Protection of environment' In the results, PSA related the environment is working to linguistic-centered persuading message corresponding to visual factor, this intends to educate and instruct the consumers in 1980's. PSA, therefore, shows a non-description nature without story line and a hero(heroin) on it. In contrast, after 1990's, PSA was made up image-centered and maximized the effectiveness public campaign through the activating consumer's judgement and intervention. We are able to know that it contributes to considering and persuading the consumer to suggest the story format through the visual way to deliver the message. This study of relationship between visual image and linguistics is a common trend appeared in all media including today's advertising, and may be a remarkable result to present proper direction of PSA campaign.

As the post-cold war era and globalization go on, national security problems which were not traditional national security problems such as terrorism, crime, environmental disasters, economic crises, cyber-terrorism, diseases, and energy problems threat humanity and nations and demands changes. Also, with the change, the concept of "big government" has emerged as the role of nation expanded. The modern society sees every country change from small government to big government in order to realize the establishment of welfare state. A comprehensive interpretation of security is needed in order to comprehensive protection of citizens beyond outside invasion such as crime, new disaster, terrorism. In Korea, incidents such as Cheonan-Ham, Yeonpeyong-Do, foot-and-mouth disease, Ddos terrorism, pirates hostages, mad cow disease, AI are happening and the humanitarian support for North Korea and the summit of South and North Korea are at a standstill. Also, National emergency management system, comprehensive emergency management center, countrol tower, national security system, cooperation with citizens, establishment of legal and institutional system are needed. The importance of this research is on the reestablishment of new national security and emergency management system according to the comparison between the national security and counter-terrorism system of Korea and that of the United States which is a leading country in this field. Also, the establishment of national emergency management act is needed as a statute for effective function as currently various laws and administrative organizations are dispersed.
