The purpose of this study is to argue that religious maturity is necessary for the healthy life of the aged of Korean churches in the rapidly aging society. It is also to suggest educational method for the formation and development of a positive image of God for relations with God, which is essential factor in religious maturity. To this end, this study argues that the direction and task of senior education should be religious maturity through the search for prior research on church education of senior citizens. This study also looked at the variables involved in how religious maturity affects many areas of human life. To achieve the task of religious maturity, the biblical and theological concept of maturity and religious psychological concepts of maturity are summarized, and the concept of God's image for relations with God, which is important in religious maturity, and the variables related to mature human life are examined. This study was proposed methods of church education for the formation and development of a positive image of God in order to have the right relationship with God for the religious maturity of the elderly on intellectual, emotional and behavioral levels. In the intellectual aspect, it was proposed to educate the concept of biblical and theological God and and to educate the elderly to recognize themselves as beings that need to grow and mature in order to constantly establish relationships with God. In the affective aspect, it was proposed to educate the elderly to reflect on and identify the origin and formation process of God's image and to heal their distorted God's image with an educational counseling approach. In the behavioral aspect, it was suggested to educate their roles of faith education for the next generation as parents and grandparents and to educate using educational methods that induce them to practice their relationship with God to appear in daily life.
'In-Jon(人尊)' is one of a concept which constitute the mainstay of Daesoon thought. To be superficial, the concept is appeared to be limited at a area of anthropology, but In-Jon is a large concept which includes ontology and epistemology. Because the essence of human being is connected with God and the such possibility is related to the mission of human being's subject who exists in world. Advanced researches to analysis of in-jon tend to focus on rise of human status but this study do on universal subject not particular subject. This is to elaborate the point of issue. The point of view as rise of human status overlooks problem of relationship between human entities. who ingenerate hierarchy. In-jon is the universal subject of philosophical subject concepts which western philosophy have taken as main problem since Descartes. So we have to consider In-jon to be conceptual continuity concerning stream of history of ideas and communicate with ideas. A precedent study on 'injon' concept has weak conceptual analysis, which only emphasizes the greatness of mankind as compared with others. But that can't reveal In-jon based on the Daesoon thought. So I try to engraft the concept on development of subject ideas to get academic objectivity. In-jon is great in having universal subject to expand the authority of God to all creation. That is the last goal which subject can reaches through the development. Considering this regard the research direction of this study is very encouraging and significant. Western philosophy has important philosopher of the three, Descartes, Kant, Hegel. Those are a spectrum who show an aspect of subject ideas. The subject idea has become the middle of philosophical system since Descartes in modern. It is the right and necessary process to philosophy because human being has spirit or reason connected with God. So In-jon in Daesoon thought is academic concept comprising ontological and epistemological properties. So I try to analyse In-jon through that and have In-jon join the ranks of mainstream academics in this paper

A novel type of intelligent microcapsule reactor system was prepared. The reactor can recognize pH change in the medea and control reaction rate by itself. For the reactor system, acrylic acid (AA), N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM), and glucose oxidase (GOD) were selected as a pH-responsive device, a gating device according and a reaction device, respectively. Poly(NIPAM-co-AA) (P-NIPAM-co-AA) are known to change its hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity due to pH change. They were integrated in a core-shell microcapsule space. GOD was loaded inside the core space and the pores in the outside shell layer were filled with P-NIPAM-co-AA linear grafted chains as pH-responsive gates by plasma graft filling polymerization method. When P-NIPAM-co-AA gates are hydrophilic at high pH value, this microcapsule permits glucose penetration into the core space and GOD reaction proceeds. However, when P-NIPAM-co-AA gates are hydrophobic at low pH value, this microcapsule forbids glucose penetration and GOD reaction will not occur. The accuracy of this concept was examined.
This study aims to understand the concept of God in Daesoon thought through gods, divine beings, and divine Dao as they are featured in the I Ching. This study also explores analysis by dividing the 'one' from the I Ching into personal subject, metaphysical and fundamental marvel, innate divinity and morality of human beings as being among various concepts of god. Among the terms regarding god, divine Dao is especially clear in its depiction of this concept. In this context, the study looks closely at the characteristics of the concept of God. The divine Dao is actually an order that has been spread throughout the world by Sangje's will and the gods are endowed with His mandate. Through such order, the divine Dao leads to the Dao of divinely empowered humans by the Great Dao of mutual beneficence and natural solution. Divinely empowered humans is a concept which corresponds to the idea that 'Divine affairs are akin to those of humans.' Divine beings have human will and feelings in the afterlife, and due to their close relationship to human beings, they exercise an influence over human beings. They have human will and feelings while alive as well. In addition, they also have grievances and grudges. Such grievances and grudges can be resolved by mutual beneficence. And the divine affairs and activities move in accordance with Taegeuk (the Great Ultimate), Sangje's will, and the divine Dao. Therefore, it is a principle that divine beings should obey and an operational law in theonomy. Sangje's divine Dao and heavenly mandate accord with the Great Ultimate and are thereby revealed. Natural solutions can be reached when Divine beings and human beings gain awareness of this truth. To realize the divine Dao, humans and divine beings should practice the dao of benevolence, justice, propriety, wisdom, and they should rely on one another. Furthermore, this is done to accomplish the dao of heaven and earth.
The Qi(氣) concept in the Orient is the important concept which forms the world-view and thinking structure of the Oriental. The idea of Qi unfolds two ways. The first is the cosmogony that is the theory explaining the creation and change of universe through the change of Qi. The second is the preservation theory that think human body is full of Qi and we can be the immortal by raising Qi inside human body. The canon of Daesoonjinrihoe(大巡眞理會), Jeon-gyung(典經) also says about Qi many times especially in the doctrines about the object of belief and Cheonjigongsalon(天地公事論). This paper is willing to systematize the discussion of Qi in Daesoon(大巡) thought through researching Sangjeguan (上帝觀) and Cheonjigongsalon. The object of religious faith in Daesoonjinrihoe is Gucheon(九天)-yeungwon(應元)-noisung(雷聲)-bohwa(普化)-cheonjon(天尊)-gangsung(姜聖)-sangje(上帝) and Won(元) concept in the explanation of this divinity is deeply related to Wonqi(元氣) thought of the Oriental traditional Qi idea. And the theory of Qi(Qilon, 氣論) in Sangjeguan is related to electricity and the idea that the supreme God governs all things by electricity is the very original interpretation only found in Daesoon thought. The Qilon in Cheonjigongsalon is based on the Qilon of traditional thought that sees Qi is the element of all things and all thing are formed by the change of Qi. And the unique feature of the Qilon is saying that the supreme God, Cheungsan(甑山) operates Qi of universe and arouses the change of Qi. That is to say, God Cheungsan saved the world and all living beings by eliminating and giving and changing and moving and gathering and combining Qi. The characteristics of Qilon in Cheonjigongsalon is that the transcendental existence having human body has the control of the change of Qi in the universe. In conclusion, Qilon of Dasesoon thought tells that Gucheon-Sangje Chengsan governs all things by electricity and he fixed the old world and opened the new world like paradise by conducting the change of Qi.
Purpose: This study was done to clarify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of spirituality. Methods: Rodgers's evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze fifty seven studies from the literature related to spirituality as it appears in systematic literature reviews of theology, medicine, counseling & psychology, social welfare, and nursing. Results: Spirituality was found to consist of two dimensions and eight attributes: 1) vertical dimension: 'intimacy and connectedness with God' and 'holy life and belief', 2) horizontal dimension: 'self-transcendence', 'meaning and purpose in life', 'self-integration', and 'self-creativity' in relationship with self, 'connectedness' and 'trust' in relationship with others neighbors nature. Antecedents of spirituality were socio-demographic, religious, psychological, and health related characteristics. Consequences of spirituality were positive and negative. Being positive included 'life centered on God' in vertical dimension, and among horizontal dimension 'joy', 'hope', 'wellness', 'inner peace', and 'self-actualization' in relationship with self, 'doing in love' and 'extended life toward neighbors and the world' in relationship with others neighbors nature. Being negative was defined as having 'guilt', 'inner conflict', 'loneliness', and 'spiritual distress'. Facilitators of spirituality were stressful life events and experiences. Conclusion: Spirituality is a multidimensional concept. Unchangeable attributes of spirituality are 'connectedness with God', 'self-transcendence', 'meaning of life' and 'connectedness with others nature'. Unchangeable consequences of spirituality are 'joy' and 'hope'. The findings suggest that the dimensional framework of spirituality can be used to assess the current spiritual state of patients. Based on these results, the development of a Korean version of the scale measuring spirituality is recommended.
Recently performing arts pursue a new rootage of the collective intelligence that seeks experimental thinking and diversity in creative convergence. Understanding in this way the concept of artist's horizontal creation structure and individual communication of the public, this study tries to analyze ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$, an example of convergent performing art. The result of analysis is as follows. The convergence in performing art could be approached through experiential thinking and diachronic of artists by genre, and the interpretation and its value of the result of work be shared horizontally. ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$ express a dynamic communication and meaning of poetic image, and shows the experimental creation of convergence and the individual communication ability of collective intelligence as a new value of convergence.
In this paper we introduce three kinds of theory on the origin of the world, the formation theory, the emanation theory and the creation of nothing. Especially through Augustinus, great scholar of patristic philosophy in the Middle Ages, how the relationship between the God and the creature was shown with the concept of the infinity and the finite.
This thesis comparatively looks into folklore faiths, expecially child-birth gods related to child-birth customs and aims to find out both nations' faith in child-birth gods and their features. It looks into birth gods protecting delivering mothers and babies by appearing at the delivery sites at time of delivery and child-rearing gods intervening in growth of babies after they are born. In both nations, many gods are believed in for selection of babies, safe delivery and their healthy growth but those appearing at delivery sites are only birth goddesses called Samsinhalmony and Obugami. What make this phenomenon appear in both nations' folklore faiths? Seeing the reason in the fact that common negative concept regarding childbirth exists in both nations' established faiths, the writer comparatively analyzed various cases of delivery-related defilement in both nations' delivery customs. Its result showed that Japan is stronger in delivery-related defilement concept than Korea is. For instance, Japan regard child birth-related defilement more horrible than that related to funeral. Pursuantly, in Japan stricter regulations on childbirth rooms and stricter taboos for babies have been passed down. Besides, in the process of its comparative study on both nations' divine images and appearances, the writer paid attention to the fact that unlike Japan's mountain gods and restroom goddesses appearing at delivery sites, they don't get involved in childbirth in Korea and discussed Japan's theory of reincarnation and its mountain goddess' marginal nature working behind the curtain. I also discussed the phenomenon that both nations' childbirth gods are passed down as Three gods, which means that their faith in childbirth gods has to be seen as a result of the faith in childbirth gods interacting with the faith in Three gods or the Three-gods theory, accordingly I indicated that it is worth re-consideration to see the Three-God Theory as the core of the faith in Samsinhalmoni. Lastly, though in both nations' childbirth faith underlies their fear for divine beings, the faith in childbirth gods, strongly coupled with death heritages, is distributed throughout the nation, which is because Japan's childbirth gods intervening in birth and growth of a new life also actually involve themselves deeply in the sphere of death as well.

This article compares the concepts of divine incarnation as expounded in Daesoon Thought and in Christianity and questions the essence of the divinity in both traditions. In Daesoon Thought, The Supreme God, Sangje, saw major disorganization leading to extreme violence and doom and decided to incarnate on earth under the human form of Kang Jeungsan (1871-1909). Then the living God taught the solution to human suffering through the revelations he sent in 1917 to Jo Cheol-Je, or Jo Jeongsan (1895-1958) and the revelations were passed on to Dojeon Park Wudang who in 1969 founded Daesoon Thought. In Christianity, God incarnated in his son, Jesus Christ, who allowed for the radical transformation of the condition of man through his physical sacrifice. Daesoon differs in that Sangje did not offer himself as sacrifice when he came on earth but reorganized the world and taught how to apply benevolence to establish the Earthly Paradise. The affirmation that Daesoon Jinrihoe is both monotheistic and polytheistic is then analyzed. If the concept of monotheism seems to differ vastly between the two traditions, it appears that biblical monotheism is itself relatively young in the history of world religions so that Christianity has ancient roots germane to those of Daesoon Jinrihoe. The article concludes on the originality of this religion: though it is built on Daoism, Buddhism and Confucianism, it has transformed their vision of the deity and of its message in a most convincing manner.
