The purpose of this study was to clarify the concept of LGBT cultural competence in nurses. This study used Walker and Avant's 8 steps of conceptual analysis. The specific steps are: (1) selecting the concept, (2) selecting the purpose of concept analysis, (3) identifying the scope of concept use, (4) identifying the determinant attributes of the concept, (5) presenting model cases, (6) additional cases of the concept (boundary cases, opposite cases, and related cases), (7) identifying antecedents and consequences, and (8) presenting empirical evidence. As a result, five attributes of nurses' LGBT cultural competence were identified in the final 12 articles: cultural experience and cultural acceptance, cultural knowledge, cultural attitude and awareness, and cultural skills. Antecedents included diversification of society, heteronormative healthcare environment, continuing education and training, intercultural understanding, and open-mindedness. Outcomes of cultural competence were identified as reducing LGBT health inequalities and providing quality care. In conclusion, this study contributes to providing a basis for improving the quality of nursing care by providing more culturally appropriate care to the target population through conceptual analysis and understanding of nurses' LGBT cultural competence. Furthermore, it is necessary to continue research on the development of tools to measure nurses' LGBT cultural competence and the development of nursing intervention programmes that can be applied in nursing practice.

A concept is a building block of a theory. The purpose of a concept analysis is to clarify the critical attributes of a concept and identify its real meaning, particularly if the concept is not understood in a clear and accurate manner. This study was conducted to analyze the concept of support, which has been adopted from another discipline and unclearly used in nursing science. For concept analysis of this study, Walker and Avant's method was used. Support is defined as a domain with emotional. informational. material and evaluative aspects. Critical attributes of the concept of support included (1) an experience of support between a support provider and a client, (2) communication, (3) a relationship of mutual interchange of emotional, informational, material, evaluative support, and (4) intention, Cases related to the concept of support included model cases and appendix cases (against. boundary, and related). Antecedents of support were anxiety, depression, and loss of self-esteem, and consequences of support were comfort, increase of self-esteem, and trust. Based on these results, a nursing intervention that can provide a better quality of life for the prevention of diseases, health management, and health promotion may be developed in the future.

도덕과수업은 내용의 이해, 이해의 적용, 적용의 반성이라는 일반적 순서로 전개된다. 수업의 첫 단계인 내용의 이해는 주로 추상적인 도덕적 개념의 이해와 관련된다. 추상적인 도덕적 개념의 이해에 적용될 수 있는 수업모형이 개념분석모형이다. 이 개념분석모형의 이론적 배경은 윌슨의 '개념분석법'에서 찾을 수 있다. 윌슨의 개념분석법은 일상언어의 비형식논리에 근거하여 개념을 분석하는 사고의 기술이다. 이 기술은 개념적 질문을 분리하기, 정답찾기, 전형적 사례 찾기, 반대 사례 찾기, 관련 사례 찾기, 경계 사례 찾기, 가상 사례 찾기, 사회적 맥락 검토하기, 이면의 불안감 검토하기, 현실적 결과 검토하기, 언어적 결과 검토하기로 구성된다. 이러한 기술은 분석할 개념 찾기, 개념 이해를 위한 사례 찾기, 개념 사용의 맥락 검토, 설정된 개념의 타당성 검토의 단계로 적용될 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 개념분석의 기술과 단계의 명칭을 초등학교 학생들이 이해하기는 어렵다. 초등학교 수준에게 분석의 기술과 단계를 적용하기 위해서는 학생들이 이해할 수 있는 용어로 번역하여 제시해야 한다. 또한 학생들이 흥미롭게 탐구할 수 있는 양식으로 제시해야 한다. 본고에서는 개념분석의 기술을 초등학생들이 이해할 수 있는 활동의 명칭으로 바꾸고, 이를 '정직' 개념의 이해를 위한 수업에 반영하는 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic information about the study of model development of sustainable housing area. This study identified the concept of sustainable development and the principles of the Habitat AgendaII. In the context, the 10 items of it were used to constitute the case study framework. This study found the planning characteristics through the case study of sustainable housing areas m Korea. The case for the study were 91 cases of Livable City Making of government and 43 cases of Urban Village Making of citizen group. And this study searched the missing point in the sustainable development concept of the practice cases. The research findings are as follows. First, the most practice cases had the aim of rehabilitation of the village functions. Second, in the cases of Livable City Making, residents practiced the rule as a participant for changing of their village. Third, in the cases of Urban Village Making, the scale were smaller than government's cases, but they tried the residents' health and welfare. Fourth, many cases applied the concept of sustainable development; environmental, social-cultural and economic sustainability, but some cases missed several principles of the Habitat Agenda.

Objectives : Although interest in preventive medicine has increased recently, "Mibyeong", the preventive concept of Korean medicine, is still unfamiliar to the general public. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the concept of Mibyeong and users used on the Internet. Methods : Naver (www.naver.com), which has the highest ranking in terms of market share, number of visitors, search time share, and community category share, has been selected as a search target and jisik-iN Q&A and posts of cafe about Mibyeong were searched for recently approximately 6 years. Results : 105 cases of Jisik-iN Q&A and 283 cases of cafe posts were searched. Overall, the number of Jisik-iN Q&A and cafe posts's Mibyeong term usage was the highest in 2013. In the Internet user category, Mibyeong Term was used most commonly in the Jisik-iN Q&A by Korean medicine related medical personnel (29 cases, 28%) and in the cafe other health-related workers (87cases, 31%). In Mibyeong related cafe classification, Information Exchange (220 cases, 77%) was the most frequent and besides 39 cases (14%) used in Operation of Medical Institutions. And the concept of Mibyeong was often used as symptom-based rather than diagnostic test or disease (Cafe posts 52%, Jisik-iN Q&A 70%), in particular, topic of Mibyeong related Jisik-iN Q&A was used in the order of pain (31 cases, 16%), cancer (17 cases, 9%), fatigue (11 cases, 6%). Conclusions : This study has significance as basic research data of general Internet user group and can be used as fundamental data for awareness promotion, publicity and necessity of Mibyeong.

The Study investigated the contexts and probable difficulties of the teaching of the number of cases and the introduction of probability concept. In our mathematical curriculum, the contexts of the teaching of probability can be classified into five cases. We suggested some intuitive diagrams to be likely to decrease the cognitive complications caused by the equal possibilities of the unit event in the cases, respectively.

트랜스미디어는 뚜렷한 이론과 정의를 가지지 못한 채로 이 순간에도 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 트랜스미디어에 대한 선행연구를 살펴보고 그동안 연구되었던 트랜스미디어 개념을 정리한 뒤 트랜스미디어의 사례인 과 <미생>과 <군도: 민란의 시대>를 분석하고, 이 세 가지 사례가 기존에 논의되었던 트랜스미디어의 개념에 속하는지 검토하였다. 에서 보이는 양상은 기존에 논의되었던 트랜스미디어의 개념과 거의 일치하였으나 <미생>과 <군도:민란의 시대>는 일부에서 제시한 개념과는 조금 다른 양상을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 이 사례들을 통하여 기존의 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링 개념의 한계를 점검하고, 트랜스미디어 개념의 확장의 필요성을 제시한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify trends of nursing concept development in Korean journal papers to improve accurate understanding of nursing concepts. Methods: A systematic review of 216 concept development articles published from 1970 to 2018 that met the inclusion criteria was conducted using Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) databases. Results: The most common method of concept development was Walker and Avant's concept analysis method, identified in 139 (64.3%) of the 216 studies, followed by 48 examples of hybrid models (22.2%) and 15 examples of evolutionary methods (6.9%). Chinn and Kramer's method, Norris's clarification, Wilson's method, and others were also used. The concepts of "spirituality" and "fatigue" were most frequently analyzed. Among the 139 studies that used Walker and Avant's concept analysis method, 127 studies (91.4%) applied all the recommended steps; the others applied the recommended steps partially, omitting description of model cases/additional cases, antecedents/consequences, and empirical indicators. Among the studies using the hybrid model, among two (5.7%) did not describe attributes, three (8.5%) did not provide definitions, and 16 (45.7%) did not present empirical indicators in the final stage. Conclusion: Among concept development studies published in Korean journals, Walker and Avant's concept analysis method is most commonly used. In case of most studies using Walker and Avant's method a suitable concept analysis process is applied, but in case of other studies using the other concept development method, a suitable concept analysis process is not applied. Therefore, a suitable concept analysis process must be applied for concept development in nursing research.

The blur phenomenon, in which the boundaries of fields or roles become vague, has become an important concept of design in the 21st century. In furniture design, the physical boundary between furniture and space and that between space and furniture has been broken down and their meaning tends to be redundant. This concept was begun by a variety of furniture designers who led the trends about 30 years ago. A progressive exhibition titled ${\ulcorner}$Living Tomorrow${\lrcorner}$, which was included in the Koln International Mobelmess from 1968 to 1970, showed that the blur phenomenon in furniture design has never actually been novel. These exhibitions and the works exhibited in the events are still recognized as progressive examples that proposed an avant-garde concept of life. They are in line with the current furniture design based on spatial concepts, which has been created by the blur phenomenon. The purposes of this study are to determine the cases of furniture design that enable the so-called spatial functions beyond the simple functions of seating, use, and display, from those of furniture design and to research their characteristics. In this study, furniture based on spatial concepts means furniture that creates 3D spaces consisting of the floor, walls, and ceiling by the blur phenomenon that occurs from the spaces among these pieces of furniture. The organization of this study is as follows; In Chapter 2, a background on the generation of furniture design based on spatial concepts is described based on the research literature of this socio-cultural phenomena. In Chapter 3, the cases of relevant furniture design redescribed. In Chapter 4, the collected cases are analyzed and their characteristics described. In Chapter 5, Chapter 1 to Chapter 4 are summarized and conclusions are given. In addition, future research is proposed.

The concept of effective control is a crucial element for the acquisition as well as maintenance of territorial title. The general meaning of the concept has been described as 'an intentional display of power and authority over the territory, by the exercise of jurisdiction and State functions, on a continuous and peaceful basis'. The concept has been developed through some significant international cases such as the Island of Palmas case (1928), Legal Status of Eastern Greenland (1933), Minquiers and Ecrehos case (1953), Burkina Faso/Mali case (1986) and Nicaragua/Colombia case (2012). In relation to Dokdo, the concept has an important bearing in regard to Korea's claims of territorial sovereignty over the island. This paper reviews the definition, components and ramifications of the effective control with regard to the acquisition and maintenance of territorial title through analyzing the relevant judgements of international courts and tribunals. Furthermore, it exams the legal ramifications of the current effective control on Dokdo and makes some suggestions for the strengthening of Korea's position on the island.
