Due to the rapid changes occurring in many aspects of contemporary society, the need for a means to actively combat widespread feelings of emptiness and alienation among the public, while satisfying its visual pleasure, is increasing. Thus the need for humorous elements which bring freedom to the human psyche is urgently requested. Of course, the field of fashion cannot be left out in this trend, and humor image design is a good example of this. Humor image in fashion endeavors to release the tension accumulated in the modern world, while trying to find a way to recover the original pureness of mankind. Another aspect currently important is computers. The creation of images in modern visual art relies a lot upon computers. Traditional visual processes such as painting, photography and video are now merged within digital technology. and are now quite symbiotic to each other. With the development of computers came computer art. which uses all applicable functions of a computer to create art. Any artistic action which uses a computer in any stage of its creation can be called computer art. The common factor in humor and computer art in modern fashion can be classified as follows : repetition, deformation and distortion. exaggeration and abridgement. juxtaposition. and Tromp l'oeil. This study has placed its objective on the fusion of humor image fashion and computer art, by manufacturing a work with humor and computers, two important aspects of modern culture. Expanding the field of fashion design while promoting creativity In fashion by finding a verging point between art and science is also necessary. I have designed and made five costumes using the above cited techniques in computer humor images, on a theoretical basis.

강원도 원주시 황둔 마을은 2000년 강원도의 농츤정보화 시범마을로 지정된 곳으로, 마을에 고속통신망이 놓이고 100가구에 컴퓨터가 그리고 66가구에는 인터넷 텔레비전이 보급되었으며, 또한 마을 행정실을 컴퓨터와 주변기기를 갖춘 정보센터로 꾸미게 되었다. 황둔의 정보화사업은 전례가 없던 일로 곧 전국적인 관심을 불러 일으켰고, 전국 농촌 여러 곳에서 엇비슷한 정보화 시범 사업이 필쳐지는 계기가 되었다 본 연구는 황둔 정보화마을의 이러한 전위적 위치에 주목하여. 2001년초에 현지 조사하고 정보화마을 사업이 황둔 마을과 그 주민들에게 어떤 의미를 가지는 것인지를 밝히려고 노력하였다. 특히 컴퓨터와 인터넷 텔레비전 보급가구 및 이용자의 특성, 컴퓨터의 이용 빈도와 내용 및 문제점, 컴퓨터 도입 이후의 마을 변화 등을 중점 조사하였다. 이 글은 이러한 연구의 결과를 설명하고, 학술적 정치적 시사점을 토론하였다.

자바 언어를 이용하여 이질적인 컴퓨팅 자원으로 구성된 컴퓨팅 환경에서 효율적으로 분산 병렬 처리를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 웹컴퓨팅 방법이 제시되었다. 본 연구에서는 인트라넷상의 유휴 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용하는 '협력하는 웹컴퓨팅 환경(Cooperative Web Computing Environment : CWCE)'을 구축하였다. 이 환경은 특히 협력하는 병렬 프로그램을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 한다. CWCE 컴퓨터들 사이의 통신 집중 감소를 위해 복수 개의 매니저 컴퓨터를 운용할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 또한 최적화 된 수행을 지원하기 위해 필요한 매니저 컴퓨터의 개수를 결정할 수 있는 '매니징 레벨 결정 함수'를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 동기화 된 통신을 요구하는 응용 프로그램이 CWCE 환경에서 복수 개의 매니저 컴퓨터를 이용함으로써 보다 효율적으로 수행될 수 있음을 분석과 실험을 통해서 보이도록 하였다.

Computer is a modern day invention integrated with mathematics, engineering, and logics. The purpose of this study is to examine mathematicians' roles and influences on the invention, establishment, and developments of computers, particularly in the areas of hardware and software, and to emphasize the importance of mathematics on the computer sciences. To implement these purposes, this study firstly examines the mathematicians based on the period. Secondly from the mathematicians' roles in the development of programming, the correlation between mathematics and computers has been investigated. Finally, mathematicians who gave influence on establishing the current development of computer science are highlighted.

In order to access to the Business Computer (B/C), the Process Computer(P/C), and the Database Server in one terminal, the Open Man Machine Interface (MMI) System has been developed. The testbed to develop the interface functions for B/C, P/C, DB server, and CCD camera were constructed, which consisted of Workstations and Personal Computers (PC). Graphic display programs Monitoring the process states of Tandem Cold Mill plant were developed using four Graphic User Interface tools: InTouch, FIX32, Open Interface Environment, and ILOG Views. With regard to the CPU utilization and response delay required to open new display, the performance tests have been carried out on each MMI platform.

The small sized telescope can be best used if the control and observation can be made remotely and fully automatically by the aid of computers. We discuss the possible ways of automating the existing telescopes of various designs using personal computers. 'We have specifically designed the parts necessary to automate 16 inch Cassegrain Telescope at Pusan University Observatory. The degree of automation we have set for the present work is the interactive. remote observation including opening and shutting down of dome slit. The observational modes we have in mind are photoelectric photometry and CCD imaging. The basic components of the hardware are interface card for 16 or 32 bit IBM PC family of computers, relay switches for the control of telescope movements, stepping motor controller card for the control of observational equipments, and AID converter unit that accepts signal from sensors for the environment conditions such as temperature, wind speeds, precipitation, etc. We also have designed and built a photoelectric photometer that can be fully controlled by the command of a computer. Such observational equipment is also essential in order that the remote observation can be realized.

기존의 무선 Ad-hoc 네트워크의 연구는 라우팅기법에 중심으로 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 네트워크를 구성하는 각 요소들이 우호적이며 상호 협력적인 상황을 가정하여 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 최근 연구에는 안전한 통신을 보장하기 위한 보안 알고리즘의 필요성에 집중되고 있다. 무선 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서의 악의적인 노드를 식별하는 방안들은 정상적인 노드임에도 불구하고 거짓으로 신고했을 때 확인절차 없이 경로를 재탐색하여 최적의 경로를 변경시킴으로서 최적의 전송환경을 활용하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중경로 기반의 보안경로 탐색 프로토콜인 MP-SAR 프로토콜을 이용하여 보안경로에서는 악의적인 노드를 검증하고, 유효한 최단경로를 통해 데이터전송을 하는 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 기법을 적용함으로써 노드에 대한 신고가 있을 때 확인과정을 거쳐 불필요하게 경로를 재탐색하는 과정을 줄일 수 있다.

It becomes common to use computers to control electronic devices and security facilities in newly constructed buildings and house. There are many home application devices in the market which can be controlled by computers. But they are expensive and managed by specialized companies. This paper is focused on personal computers which are available in most homes and can be used to control home electronic appliances and home security facilities. We implemented a home automation server based on Linux. The standard parallel port of personal computer is used to connect sensors and actuators. Therefore, the cost of the server is very low. Moreover, the server is connected to Internet and anywhere we can control and monitor the home security facilities and home automation systems.

This paper describes a multi-computer system developed for CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system, which combines single board computers and personal computers by using RS422/485 communication and LAN. The system adopts a concept of hot run back up system based on dual CUP system of host and supervisor structure. The dual CPU system and the single board computer are respectively developed using 32 bits microcomputer and 16 bits microprocessor. 8097BH. The multi communication between two types of system is done by using RS 422/485, and also data logging computers are linked with LAN.

This study sought to examine preservice teachers' beliefs about their intent to use computers and Internet resources in mathematics classrooms. Also, web-based instruction on topics in elementary school mathematics was used to foster teachers' confidence and competence in using instructional technology, thereby promoting positive attitudes toward use of computers and Internet resources in the mathematics classroom. The results indicated that students who participated in the web-based instructions exhibited a significantly (p < 0.05) better attitude toward using computers and web-based resources in teaching mathematics than did students in the control group.
