Purpose: To overcome the question that depends too much on expert's subjective judgment in traditional risk identification, this paper structure the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model of the risk identification of project, to research the risk identification of the project. Research design, data and methodology: This paper constructs the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. Through iterative algorithm of AHP analysis, make sure the important degree of the sub project in risk analysis, then combine expert's subjective judgment with objective quantitative analysis, and distinguish the risk through identification models. Meanwhile, the concrete method of multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is probed. Using the index weights to analyse project risks is discussed in detail. Results: The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is proposed in the paper, at first the method of fuzzy sets core is used to optimize the fuzzy relation matrix. It improves the capability of the algorithm. Then, the method of entropy weight is used to establish weight vectors. This makes the computation process fair and open. And thereby, the uncertainty of the evaluation result brought by the subjectivity can be avoided effectively and the evaluation result becomes more objective and more reasonable. Conclusions: In this paper, we use an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate a railroad engineering project risk. It can give a more reliable result for a reference of decision making.

As the environmental concerns in Korea have shifted gradually from the environmental pollutions to the quality of life (QOL) enhancement, it has become increasingly important to implement comprehensive assessment of environmental quality as possible. This is the major reason to develop Environmental Assessment Index. This study focuses on indices development of factors in Environmental Impact Statement Preparation Regulation. Environment in this regulation is composed of natural environment, life environment and socio-economic environment, and it is composed of 22 factors. EAI(Environmental Assessment Index)studied in this research is integrated by 16 factors. It will contribute to public participation in Environmental Impact Assessment process and environmental policy.

Much of the work of fire science and fire protection engineering is now explicitly designed to fill gaps or improve accuracy or flexibility In some comprehensive fire hazard or fire risk models.

Noise prediction is required as part of an environmental impact assessment. However, there has not been any comprehensive study or review en the major factors of specific vehicles affecting traffic noise so that there is difficulty when trying to figure out the source of noise. This study was to evaluate the noise effect of specific vehicles passing through a certain road by using noise map.

Sometimes the quantitative evaluation method does not explain students' full capacity in educational fields. In this point of view, performance assessment has been adapted widely since the assessment provides a comprehensive qualitative evaluation as well as quantitative evaluation. Portfolio is one of the most effective methods in performance assessment. However, the portfolio requires longer time in evaluation, physical space for storing data gathered from students. Electronic portfolio can overcome the above disadvantages of the traditional portfolio and increase students' ICT application capacity. The purpose of this study is to develop electronic portfolio assessment processing model and present concrete activities for each stage in the model. Our model consists of four stages, Preparation, Activity, Evaluation, and Application, respectively. Especially, our model is designed to provide different activities for students and teachers in each stage. Our model is expected to provide a good guidance to students, teachers and parents in understanding and utilizing portfolio assessment. Particularly our model will provide the comprehensive guidance to teachers in assessment process.

Speech-language therapist's experiences of their clinical practice offer greater insight to develop the assessment model for resonance disorders appropriate to the clinical setting. In order to investigate their experiences of resonance disorders qualitatively, a semi-structured interview questionnaire was developed on the basis of the review of the literatures about the assessment procedures. From the interviews with 4 speech therapists analysed by using a qualitative, constant-comparative method, 3 main themes were derived: (1) the currently accepted definitions and characteristics of the resonance disorders, (2) the status quo of the assessment procedures, and (3) the needs for the improvement of the assessment procedures. In addition, 15 sub-themes were emerged from the 3 main themes. All themes mentioned by the therapists provide the directions for the development of comprehensive and valid assessment model for the resonance disorders in Korea.

Human sensibility is assessed by measuring and analyzing various physiological signals in an objective way, or by analyzing adjectives chosen by the subjects in a subjective way. The present study aims at developing an integrated human sensibility assessment system that measures changes in a person's objective and subjective sensibility in real-time and analyzes them in an integrative way. The present system is composed of a real-time subjective sensibility assessment system, an automatic subjective sensibility assessment system and a real-time physiological signal measurement and analysis system for sensibility assessment, which are separated from one another. It can be utilized individually, or can be combined as a synthetic sensibility assessment system for comprehensive sensibility assessment.

The purpose of this study is to help teachers and program developers develop comprehensive and authentic assessment models with appropriate ways of using various kinds of assessment tools in college English instruction and assessment. Assessing by traditional discrete tests based on grammar and vocabulary cannot measure the authentic ability for language use in meaningful context in the real world. Currently, the trend in language assessment is changing to performance assessment. Increased use of performance assessments that involve language students in selecting and reflecting on their learning means that language teachers will have a wider range of evidence on which to judge whether students are becoming purposeful and are able to communicate as English users. Also, language programs focused on performance assessment are likely to instil in students authentic skills related to communication in the global world and enable them to evaluate what they learn from their English classes. In this study, the author investigated the theoretical background, the need of change, and several types of performance assessment.

This study aims at establishing master plan for efficient establishment of comprehensive drought management information system as non-structural drought counterplan which provides drought damage in advance. Domestic and abroad research related to drought were surveyed and analyzed through many literature and internet for systematic drought management information system. Long-term master plan for comprehensive drought management information system is divided into 3 steps. In first step, drought monitoring system including development of hydrological drought assessment index, drought outlook analysis method and GIS web based drought monitering system is established. In second step, water supply plan and guideline through water shortage danger assessment by areal characteristics is established. In third step, comprehensive management information system through export system linked to KORSIM and establishment of information shared system between each bureau related to drought. Based on this study, master plan for efficient development and application of drought management information system is proposed, it is expected to be applied as guideline for second and third step of drought management information system.

Reactor vessel internals comprehensive vibration assessment program(RVI CVAP) is one of the necessary tests to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants. RVI CVAP of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Guide 1.20(U.S. NRC R.G. 1.20) consists of the analysis, measurement, and inspection. One of the core technologies of the measurement program for RVI CVAP is to select suitable sensors. We analyzed RVI design data of Palo Verde nuclear generating station(U.S.) and Yonggwang nuclear generating station(Korea) and investigated measuring sensors used in both of them; moreover, we investigated sensors used for measurement of RVI CVAP for the last 20 years throughout the world. Based on these results, we selected the most suitable sensors for RVI CVAP in Advanced Power Reactor 1400(APR1400).
