역사적으로 인류는 풍부한 자원과 식수를 제공할 수 있는 수변 공간에 정착하였고, 산업화가 진행되며 도시의 수변 공간은 농업 및 공업 용수의 제공, 교통 수단, 문물의 교역, 산업의 발달 등 도시 발전에 중요한 역할을 담당하였다. 산업 구조의 변화에 따라 지난 수십년간 도시의 수변 공간은 산업과 항만 위주의 기능에서 공공공간의 기능으로 전환되고 있으며, 도시재생의 관점에서 전세계적으로 지속가능한 수변공간 개발에 대한 연구와 설계가 활성화되고 있다. 하지만 수변 공간 인근 지역은 해수면 상승 및 폭우 등 기후변화 인한 자연 재해의 직접적인 영향을 받는 지리적 취약성을 지니고 있기 때문에 시민들의 안전과 공공성 확보를 위한 체계적인 관리 계획 수립이 필수적이다. 미국 뉴욕시는 1990년대부터 도시 단위의 수변공간 관리계획을 수립하고 수변공간의 공공성과 안전성, 형평성을 확보해나가고 있다. 반면, 국내에서는 도시 단위의 수변관리계획에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 뉴욕시 수변종합계획이 발전되어 온 과정과 주요 정책들에 대해 고찰함으로써 국내 수변공간계획에 대한 시사점과 정책적 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

Applicability of LCA in establishing the integrated solid waste management were examined. Data were collected from current waste management system. LCA method was then applied to find environmentally sustainable waste management. The process comprises five steps : (1) collecting data, comparing the data with comprehensive urban planning as well, (2) analyzing the current waste treatment procedure leading to the database establishment, (3) LCA for the waste management system, (4) finding alternative scenarios based on the former steps, (5) establishing the optimum method in Ecopolis, best fitted to the local situation. The results and suggestions in this study are expected to yield comprehensive analysis as to current practices in waste management. More importantly it will be a valuable data in minimizing environmental burdens in connecting with living environments of Ecopolis. Information regarding the urban system and total environmental quality are expected from this study.

This primary study describes some proposition of restoration and rehabilitation of rail station and station impact area for efficient use. Therefore, I reviewed the functions and roles about rail station and other railway facilities related with urban structures and development, and also analysed the case studies about realignment of rail station, and then, suggested primary management plan of efficient railway installation. This study has some bounds and limits owing to the descriptive reviews but not detailed analyses. Hereafter, I am planning to consider the management plan for efficient railway installation use as coinciding with specific city characteristic and comprehensive plan such as rearrangement of the station.

The purpose of this study is to suggest visual resource management methods for the national parks and adjacent areas, where visual impacts by high rise buildings such as hotel, condominium, etc. become serious problems. In this study Soraksan National Park has been selected as a case study for landscape management planning. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Comprehensive landscape management planning for National Parks and adjacent areas is necessary to solve visual impact problems by high rise buldings such as hotel, condominium, etc. 2) It is suggested to investigate visual resources and conceptual landscape management ideas, to select landscape control points and lines, landscape management areas, and to prepare building height control plan for proper landscape management plan. 3) In case of Soraksan national park, the landscape management plan includes three landscape management areas : Landscape preservation area, General landscape management area, and special landscape management area. 4) In the part of special landscape management area, it is necessary to introduce landscape impact assessment system to more effective landscape management.

The two main purposes of this paper are to 1) investigate critical components of university information systems for information resources management, 2) develop a comprehensive framework model of university information systems for e-Business Era. Through a literature review and by employing group decision making techniques with managers of K University, critical components for developing university information systems were identified. The critical components of university information systems are 1) academic affaires. 2) general administration. (3) research administration. (4) information services. (5) management support, (6) cyber education. (7) knowledge management, (8) e-library. (9) mobile service. and (10) IT infrastructures. In the second stage. by employing IT experts in K University and other institutes. a comprehensive framework of university information systems for e-Business era was developed. The comprehensive framework shows that major components for university information resources management are (1) information infrastructure. (2) common operating environments. (3) applications/information services. The results of this study expect to help managers. who are in charge of university information systems. plan to develop information systems based on the framework proposed in this paper.

Recently, the importance of forest landscape as a visual resource has been increased, so it is emphasized that the necessity of forest landscape management through 'Forest landscape management master plan' and 'National Forest landscape belt'. As such, this study aims to suggest a method for forest landscape management plan considering visual landscape analysis and regional landscape resources in case of Sangju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Accordingly, this study has investigated regional landscape resources and surveyed existing forest conditions of target area. In order to analyze the characteristics of visual landscape, landscape control points are selected through viewshed analysis. And, Forest landscape plan is suggested 3 areas considering comprehensive analysis of forest landscape resources survey and characteristics of visual landscape:the landscape resource management area, the landscape resource restoration area and the landscape resources exploit area.

A total of eleven keywords for construction project management engineers to know about safety are as follows. Before the construction, there are two keywords as the safety organization plan and safety management plan, safety compliance, document beach, safety check, safety management fee, hazardous risk prevention plan, safety education, safety accident, seven keywords, There are two keywords of safety inspection comprehensive report, safety management document. It is necessary to understand the keywords well in accordance with the relevant time and to do the best in safety work, and it should be recognized that safety inspection is carried out every month and the safety work should be done faithfully.

The Systems Engineering, as a methodology for engineering and management of today's ever-growing complex system, is a comprehensive and iterative problem-solving process. The process centers on the analysis and management of the stakeholders' needs throughout the entire life-cycle of a system and searches for an optimized system architecture. There are many essential needs and requirements to be met when a system development task is carried out. Systems Engineering Management Plan(SEMP), as a specification for system development process, must be established to satisfy constraints and requirements of stakeholders successfully and to prevent cost overrun and schedule delay. SEMP defines technical management functions and comprehensive plans for managing and controlling the entire system development process, specialty engineering processes, etc. Especially. in the case of a large-scale complex system development program where various disciplinary engineering such as mechanical; electrical; electronics; control; telecommunication; material; civil engineering etc. must be synthesized, it Is essential to develop SEMP to ensure systematic and continuous process improvements for quality and to prevent cost/schedule overruns. This study will enable the process knowledge management on the subject of SEMP as a core systems engineering management effort, that is, definitely defining and continuously managing specification of development process about requirements, functions, and process realization of it using a computer-aided systems engineering software. The paper suggests a systematic SEMP development process and demonstrates a data model and schema for computer-aided systems engineering software, RDD-100, for use in the development and management of SEMP. These are being applied to the systems engineering technology development task for the next-generation high-speed railway systems in progress.

폭염은 과거 하절기에도 있어 왔던 현상이나, 최근 기후변화로 인하여 발생빈도 및 강도가 심화되고 폭염 발생시기의 불확실성이 가중됨에 따라 그 피해는 더욱 커지고 있다. 이에 폭염 대응은 폭염 발생 후 대응뿐만 아니라 사전에 그 피해를 예방할 수 있도록 중장기적 차원의 접근이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 이에 국내 폭염 대응은 현재의 폭염에 대응하는 단기적인 대책에 미래 기후변화를 고려한 사전 예방적 차원의 관련 분야를 망라하는 포괄적 대책, 그리고 이를 중장기적으로 관리함으로써 수정 보완해가는 대책으로 수립되어야 한다. 국내 폭염으로 인한 피해 및 이에 대한 현재의 국내 폭염 대책을 고찰하고 대책통합과 적응관리의 프레임워크를 적용하여 기후변화를 고려한 폭염 대응의 중장기적 적응대책 수립 관리 방안을 제시하였다.
