  • In this study e-map component was designed and developed to possibly overlay with all kinds of thematic maps in various scales and provide the all detailed information by using high-resolution satellite image and GIS. Also, this system has powerful map composition tool to display map such as legend, scale bar, index map and so on. For this, this e-map component was designed by using UML and developed based on Windows 2000 and implemented by using Visual Basic 6.0 as development programming language, Map Objects 2.1 of ESRI as GIS component. Through this system, the forest officials could generate more detailed topography and desired thematic map. In addition, the data consistency in DBMS could be maintained by using SDE (Spatial Database Engine) for their job and share the standard forest database with others in real time.

  • This paper described some applications using Open GIS Component that was called MapBase. There were 4 applications : KSDI(Korea Spatial Data Infrastructure) funded by MOIC(Ministry of Information and Communication), National Plants Resource Management System supported by Korea Forest Service, 7-Underground Facilities Management System of Cheongju funded by MOCT(Ministry of Construction and Transportation), and National Disaster Management System supported by MOGAHA(Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs. Because they wanted to access heterogeneous spatial database, it was necessary to select MapBase as their base methodology. The main feature of MapBase was component S/W which provided the interoperability and reusability among GIS applications as well as non-GIS information system through common specification. In this paper, we showed some applications' architectures and functions to increase understanding MapBase. That would help you to make application using MapBase.

  • 본 연구에서는 축척방법에 의한 구성품 성능선도의 부정확성을 개선하기 위해 실험을 통하여 획득한 데이터를 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithms)으로 압축기 성능전도를 생성하는 방법을 제안하였고, 유전자 알고리즘만 이용할 경우 압축기 성능선도 생성시 서지점들과 쵸크점들을 예측하는데 불분명한 단점이 있어 기존의 구성품 성능선도 생성에 널리 사용하는 스케일링 기법을 보완적으로 이용하여 보다 정확한 구성품 성능선도의 예측을 시도하였다.

Developing application system of forest information using digital photogrammetry and GIS

  • Recently in order to process forest official task more effectively and scientifically the previous of that which is focused on document and inventory, should be applied with the spatial information technology. Especially, the forest information remote sensing system has to be developed using digital photogrammetry and GIS. In this study the forest information remote sensing system is implemented to manage forest resource and forest official effectively especially by constructing database of forest environment information and cadastral information, overlaying various thematic maps, and performing spatial analysis using GIS and aerial photograph. For this, the attribute data and spatial data of aerial photograph, digital topography map, forest cadastral map, forest type map, forest use map should be reprocessed and stored in Oracle. Also, the user interface is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2.1 of ESRI based on CBD(Component Based Development).

동적계획법을 이용한 자작 하이브리드 자동차의 용량 매칭 (Component Sizing for the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) of Our Own Making Using Dynamic Programming)

  • Generally, the fuel economy of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is effected by the size of each component. In this study the fuel economy for HEV of our own making is evaluated using backward simulator, where dynamic programming is applied. In a competition, the vehicle is running through the road course that includes many speed bumps and steep grade. Therefore, the new driving cycle including road grade is developed for the simulation. The backward simulator is also developed through modeling each component. A performance map of engine and motor for component sizing is made from the existing engine map and motor map adapted to the HEV of our own making. For optimal component sizing, the feasible region is defined by restricting the power range of power sources. Optimal component size for best fuel economy is obtained within the feasible region through the backward simulation.

경도 알츠하이머 치매환자와 보호자를 위한 가정기반 다요인 활동 프로그램(Home-based Multi-component Activities Program: Home-MAP)의 효과 (Effect of Home-based Multi-Component Activity Program (Home-MAP) for mild Alzheimer's Disease Patients and Caregivers)

  • Objective : The aim of this study was to examine the effects of the Home-based Multi-component Activity Program (Home-MAP) for the maintenance activities of daily living (ADL) for patients with mild Alzheimer's disease (AD) and on caregiver burden for caregivers. Methods : Nine mild AD patients and family caregivers. The Home-MAP was performed 1d/wk, for a total of 10 times over 10 weeks. Results : After the 10 sessions, participants' motor and process skills scores on the AMPS were found to have significantly improved (p=.028 and p=.028, respectively). The BPSD frequency score on the R-MBPC was found to be significantly reduced (p=.017). The BPSD symptoms related to caregiver reaction score on the R-MBPC and distress score on the NPI-Q were significantly reduced (p=.039 and p=.018, respectively). Conclusions : The Home-MAP appears to have contributed to the improvement of patients' capabilities in performing in ADL, to a reduction of BPSD, and to a reduction of burden related to BPSD.

  • 본 연구에서는 실험데이터와 유전자 알고리즘으로 압축기 성능선도를 생성하는 방법을 제안하였다. 다수의 실험을 통해 엔진의 성능 데이터를 획득하고 회전수에 따른 유량함수, 압력비, 효율의 함수관계를 3차 방정식으로 유도한 후 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 미계수를 구하여 압축기 성능선도를 생성하였다. 새롭게 생성한 압축기 성능선도를 이용하여 상용 성능해석 프로그램인 GASTURB로 정상상태 성능해석을 수행하여 검증데이터와 비교하였다.

  • A new reference point location method using the cosine component is proposed, where an edge map is defined and used to find the reference point. Because all processes used in the proposed method are performed at the block level, less processing time is required. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively detect the reference point with higher speed and accuracy for all types of fingerprints.

후판 압연공정에서 선단부 굽힘 예측을 위한 롤 바이트 형상맵 기법에 관한 연구 (A Roll-Bite Profile Map Approach for the Prediction of Front End Bending in Plate Rolling)

  • The front end bending(FEB) behavior of material that usually occurs in plate rolling is investigated. In this paper, a rollbite profile map approach that systematically predicts the FEB slope is presented. It is based on the concurrent use of shape factors and reduction ratios to ensure an accurate value of the FEB and its slope. In order to obtain the unit roll-bite profile map, the FEB slope model was decomposed into a temperature deviation component and a roll-velocity deviation component. By mapping the results of a series of finite element analyses to the unit functions of the roll-bite profile map, it was possible to obtain a realistic prediction of the FEB slope applicable to an actual plate rolling process. Thereby, the usefulness of the present approach is clearly demonstrated.

인공지능 및 성능덱 데이터를 이용한 압축기 성능도 식별에 관한 연구 (A Study on Compressor Map Identification using Artificial Intelligent Technique and Performance Deck Data)

  • 가스터번 엔진의 성능을 예측하기 위해서는 자신의 성능 특성을 포함한 구성품 성능도가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 압축기 성능도를 제작사에서 제공한 성능덱으로부터 역으로 식별하는 방법을 제안하였다. 알고리즘은 경사 로터 방식 스마트 UAV를 위한 PW206C 터보축 엔진에 적용하였다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위하여 새롭게 만들어진 압축기 성능도를 이용한 해석 결과와 제작사에서 제공한 EEPP(Estimated Engine Performance Program) 덱(deck)을 이용한 해석 결과를 비교하였다. 또한 기존의 스케일링 방법을 이용하여 얻어진 구성품 성능도를 이용한 해석결과와도 비교하였다. 그 결과 운용 영역이 설계점에서 멀어질수록 기존의 스케일링 방법을 이용한 구성품 성능도를 사용한 경우 오차가 크게 증가하였다. 반면 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 생성된 압축기 성능도를 사용한 경우 EEPP의 해석결과에 더 근접함을 확인할 수 있었다.
