증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자설명서 형태소분석을 통한 투자자 보호방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Investor Protection through Morphological Analysis of Equity Crowdfunding Investment Manual)

  • An equity crowdfunding system of Korea has been introduced since January 25, 2016. The crowdfunding has contributed to remove the funding gap for startups in Korea. In the three years since the introduction of the system, the amount issued has been growing annually 31 percent. In 2018, the general investors who participated in equity crowdfunding, account for 93.8% of the total market size. General investors are a large part of equity crowdfunding. Investors, however, are facing the information asymmetry problems. General investors rely heavily on the investment prospectus provided by startups to obtain the information they need to determine their investment decisions. Under these circumstances, startups have the incentive to provide information that is advantageous to them, and investors are likely to be adversely affected by the investment prospectus. In this study, we collected the novel crowdfunding prospectus dataset: a total of 459 investment prospectus and conducted a morphological analysis. The analysis showed that the more positive the word, the higher the success rate of investors' subscriptions. We also compared projects that were heavily invested by general investors with projects that were heavily invested by professional investors. Then, we were able to examine that the success rates of project subscription, which were heavily invested by general investors, were higher than the projects of professional investor type. It can be interpreted as a general investor driven crowdfunding market. Based on these results, we propose three policies. First, the supervisor should be strengthened to provide more detailed information on investment risk factors in the prospectus. Second, the crowdfunding intermediary should monitor information provided by startups. Third, an investor should be asked to add a question to the investment compliance test that allows the investor to recognize the problem in the manual.

음성치료로 호전되지 않는 성대결절 및 성대용종에 대한 연구 (A Study of Vocal Nodule and Vocal Polyp Resistant to Voice Therapy)

  • Background and Objectives : A voice therapy can be used the basic method for the voice improvement of patients with the voice disorders. However, according to each voice disorders, various results of treatments have been reported. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical features of the patients who did not improved after the voice therapy and to explore factors that could affect the results of the voice therapy. Material and Method : There are patients (n=49) diagnosed as the vocal nodule and patients (n=13) diagnosed as the vocal polyp. They received the voice therapy more than 6 times from September, 2000 to August, 2001. Clinical features, stroboscopic findings, esophagographic findings and PNS x-ray findings were compared between the improved and the nonimproved groups. Results : Before the voice therapy, PNS x-ray found two of all patients had the paranasal sinusitis. 14 of the vocal nodule patients (28.6%) and 8 of the vocal polyp (61.5%) had GERD in the esophagogram. However, the recovery rate after the voice therapy had no significant difference in both the vocal nodule and vocal polyp with GERD. In patients with the vocal nodule, 47 of 49 (95.9%) improved after the voice therapy. 6 of them were found the clearly decreased lesion in the stroboscopy. But, in patients with the vocal polyp, 7 of 13 (53.8%) improved after the voice therapy and did not have improvement through the stroboscopy. Conclusion : If the treatment of GERD is given with the voice therapy after the evaluation of GERD, it is helpful to increase the effects of the voice therapy. And, if patients were improved partially or unimproved after voice therapy, it was important to evaluate all factors-motivation, compliance and cooperation-related with patients will. Through this, some factors might be minimized except diseases differences.

경량전철에 대한 차체 및 대차틀의 피로강도평가 (Fatigue Strength Evaluation of Carbody and Bogie Frame for the Light Rail Transit System)

  • In terms of saving costs, energy and materials, the weight of cars has been gradually reduced by optimizing design of structure, which also gives us good performance. In compliance with this, it should satisfy the lifetime of cars for 25 years under the operation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the strength of fatigue using date from strain gauges attached carbody and bogie frame. This dynamic stress can be evaluated using S-N curve based on stress amplitude. Modified S-N curve by CORTON-DOLAN is used for more conservative and substantial evaluation. In addition, !he loadings itself of carbody and bogie frame are considered by calculating the rate of the differences which are occurred between empty car and fuiiy occupied car with passengers. Rainflow cycle counting method is applied to arrange the stress data for the modified S-N curve to predict lifetime of the materials. Conclusively the cumulative damages are not only calculated by Miner's Rule, but the safety factors are also determined by Goodman diagram.

대안경로 안내용 VMS 퍼지 피드백 제어기법 (Design of VMS Fuzzy Feedback Controller for VMS Routing Information)

  • VMS는 대안경로의 현황정보를 제공하는 정보수단의 역할뿐만 아니라, 경로선택에 영향을 줌으로써 통행 분산효과를 내는 제어 측면의 역할도 수행한다. 그러나 대안경로간 최적의 통행배분을 유도할 수 있는 VMS 제어기 없이, 교통관리 업무를 담당하는 센터 운영자 개인의 경험에 의존하여 대처하고 있는 실정이다. 퍼지 제어는 수학적 모델로 표현되기 어려운 복잡하고 애매한 시스템에 대하여, 전문가의 경헙적 지식이나 실제 실험 데이터에 의해 제어시스템의 규칙 또는 제어알고리즘을 만들 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 이러한 퍼지 제어의 장점을 살려 대안경로간 통행시간 균형을 달성할 수 있는 VMS 피드백 제어기를 설계하고 MATLAB/Simulink를 이용하여 그 성능을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 제어기는 통행시간 균형이라는 제어목표에 수렴하고 있으나, 유출입교통량 증가와 Driver Compliance Rate 감소 등 외란에 민감하게 반응하여 수렴시간 과도하게 증가하는 현상이 나타났다. 이러한 외란에 보다 강한(Robust) 제어기로의 성능개선을 향후과제 남겨두며, 본 연구 결과를 발전시켜 실제 현장의 VMS 운영에 적용한다면 교통운영기술 진일보에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

재해율의 예측에 의한 강구조공사의 중대재해 예방에 관한 연구 (A Study on Prevention of Major Accidents Through Utilization of Fall-Preventing Safety Installations)

  • This study, with a view point to prevent accidents arising from steel structure, construction process, has taken an approach of reviewing related materials and construction safety guidelines, conducting questionnaire surveys and on field surveys. This study has also analyzed and classified accident cases and disclosed elements concerned with those accidents. A comparative analysis of the disclosed elements against the statutory provisions regarding industrial safety and it showed that strict observance of safety rules of the accident prevention measures in industrial safety standards will result in a decrease in accidents. It is concluded, however, that additional accident prevention measures, as suggested below, should be implemented for performing of more practical and positive accident prevention. 1) Thorough review and preparation at pre-working stage at sites : Such elements of fall preventing facilely as supporting ropes and steel fabrications for safety guard rails should be initially reflected on detailed drawings and shop drawings so that they can be installed in advance at fabricating plants. 2) Sets of steel frame stairs for work platform should be installed or secured with priority and temporary installation of such prefabricated platform as scaffolds should be installed in advance with those platform attached to the frame members on the ground whenever possible before they are lifted. 3) A decrease in the rate of accident by more than 10% on Tuesdays and Thursdays, has been shown from the accident analysis so schedule of construction process should consider possible weekday of high risk of accidents such as Tuesday and Thursday. 4) An array of systemized safety activities should be adopted, such as legal installation of safety facilities based on advance safety management plan, maintenance of safety for machinery and construction equipment, and strict compliance of safety rules by workers.

Psychometric Analysis of a Persian Version of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer OG25 Quality of Life Questionnaire in Oesophagogastric Cancer Patients

  • Background: Health-related quality of life (HRQL) is a fundamental outcome in oncology patients and quality of life (QOL) assessment requires clinically relevant questionnaires. The purpose of this study was translation and definition of measurement properties and the clinical validity of Quality of Life Questionnaire (QLQ)-OG25 module in Persian patients with oesophagus, oesophagogastric junction (OGJ) or gastric cancers. Materials and Methods: The translation procedure followed European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) guidelines. Both EORTC QLQ-OG25 and a core questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30) were administered to patients with oesophagus (150), OG junction (93) and gastric (32) cancer undergoing multi-modal treatments. Convergent and discriminant validity, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and known-groups comparisons were used to examine reliability and validity. Results: In all, 275 patients (mean age 62 years) completed both questionnaires. Compliance rate was high and the questionnaire module was well accepted. We found good reliability for multi-item subscales of QLQ-OG25 (Cronbach's alpha coefficients 0.76-0.89). About 73% had TNM staging and scales distinguished between clinically distinct groups of patients. However, patients in palliative group experienced compromised functional status and worse treatment-associated symptoms than those in the potentially curative group. Test-retest scores were consistent. Multi-trait scaling analysis demonstrated good convergent and discriminant validity. Conclusions: Overall, the Persian version of QLQ-OG25 demonstrated psychometric and clinical validity that supports its application as a supplement to the original tool (EORTC QLQ-C30) when assessing HRQL in patients with upper-gastrointestinal (GI) cancer both in curative and palliative phases.

지방자치단체 교육훈련기관의 웹 접근성 평가 (Evaluation of Web Accessibility for the Education and Training Organization of Local Governments)

  • 본 연구는 전국 16개 지방자치단체 교육훈련기관의 웹 접근성 평가를 통해 웹 접근성 향상 방향을 제안하기 위한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 일부 웹사이트를 제외한 14개 교육훈련기관의 웹사이트를 대상으로 평가를 실시하였다. 평가는 Open-WAX를 통한 자동평가와 전문가 3명에 의한 수동평가를 통해 진행하였다. 분석결과 웹 접근성 준수율이 향상되기는 하였으나 아직도 대체 텍스트, 건너뛰기 링크, 마크업 오류 방지 등의 문제점이 발견되었다. 본 연구를 통해 지방자치단체의 웹 접근성 준수와 향후 연구방향에 대하여 제언하고자 한다.

Compliance with Screening Recommendations According to Breast Cancer Risk Levels in Izmir, Turkey

  • Early diagnosis has a major role in improving prognosis of breast cancer. The purpose of this study was to assess the risk status of women 35-69 years of age using risk assessment models and the prevalence of mammography in a community setting. The sample of this cross sectional study consisted of 227 women, 35-69 years of age residing in Izmir, a city located in western region of Turkey. A questionnaire was used to collect data and the Gail and Cuzick-Tyrer models were applied to assess the risk of breast cancer. In this study, 52.7% of women had mammography at least once, and 41.3% of the women over the age of 40 had mammography screening in the last two years. The five years risk for breast cancer was high in 15.8% of women according to the Gail model and ten years risk was high in 21.7% with the Cuzick-Tyrer model. In the present study, the breast cancer risk levels were assessed in a population setting for the first time in Turkey using breast cancer risk level assessment models. Being in 60-69 age group, having low education and not being in menopause were significant risk factors for not having mammography according to logistic regression analysis. Mammography utilization rate was low. Women must be educated about breast cancer screening methods and early diagnosis. The women in the high risk group should be informed on their risk status which may increase their attendance at breast cancer screening.

MOVING-ACTUATOR TYPE 인공심장의 심박출 조절에 대한 자동 제어방법 (Automatic Control System on Cardiac Output Regulation for the Moving Actuator Type Total Artificial Heart)

  • The goal of this study is to develop an effective control system for cardiac output regulation based upon the preload and afterload conditions without any transducers and compliance chambers in the moving actuator type total artificial heart. Motor current waveforms during the actuator movement are used as an input to the automatic control algorithm. While the current waveform analysis is performed, the stroke length and velocity of the actuator are gradually increased up to the maximum pump output level. If the diastolic filling rate of either right or left pump begins to exceed the venous return, atrial collapse will occur. Since the diastolic suction acts as a load to the motor, this critical condition can be detected by analyzing the motor current waveforms. Every time this detection criterion is met, the control algorithm decreases the stroke velocity and length of the actuator step by step just below the critical detection level. Then, they start to increase. In this way the maximum pump output under given venous return can be achieved. Additionally the control algorithm provides some degree of afterload sensitivity. If the aortic pressure is detected to exceed 120 mmHg, the stroke length and velocity decrease in the same way as the response to the preload. Left-right pump output balance is maintained by proper adjustment of the asymmetry of the stroke angle. In the mock circulatory test, this control system worked well and there was a considerable range of stroke volume difference with adjustment of the asymmetry value. Two ovine experiments were performed. It was confirmed that the required cardiac output regulation according to the venous return could be achieved with adequate detection of diastolic function, at least in the in vivo short-term survival cases[2-3 days . We conclude that this control algorithm is a promising method to regulate cardiac output in the moving actuator type total artificial heart.

유리섬유보강재로 외부부착 보강된 교량 바닥판의 구조거동 (Structural Behavior on the Externally Strengthened Bridge Deck with Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer)

  • 교량바닥판의 손상이 구조물의 내구성, 안전성 및 기능에 영향을 미치기 때문에 손상된 바닥판의 성능향상을 위하여 섬유보강재를 사용한 구조물보강 사례가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 최근의 연구들이 구조물의 정적거동에 국한되어 있는 상이며, 피로거동에 대한 연구는 극히 제한적으로 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 쉬트형 유리섬유보강재로 보강된 11개의 바닥판시험체에 대하여 정적 및 피로실험을 실시하여 구조거동을 실험적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 정적실험변수는 보강방향에 따른 보강량을 변수로 하였으며, 정적시험결과로부터 나타난 무보강시험체와 보강시험체의 최대하중에 기초하여 피로시험시의 응력수준을 선정하였다. 시험결과 보강된 바닥판의 경우 균열진전에 대한 저항성이 증진되는 것으로 나타났으며, 응력분배 효과 또한 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 피로시험결과 컴플라이언스 변화정도 역시 무보강바닥판에 비하여 효과적으로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.
