자료동화의 영향반경과 동화강도가 복잡지형 기상장 수치모의에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Atmospheric Flow Field According to the Radius Influence and Nudging Coefficient of the Objective Analysis on Complex Area)

  • In order to reduce the uncertainties and improve the air flow field, objective analysis using observational data is chosen as a method that enhances the reality of meteorology. To improve the meteorological components, the radius influence and nudging coefficient of the objective analysis should perform a adequate value on complex area for the objective analysis technique which related to data reliability and error suppression. Several numerical experiments have been undertaken in order to clarify the impacts of the radius influence and nudging coefficient of the objective analysis on meteorological environments. By analyzing practical urban ground conditions, we revealed that there were large differences in the meteorological differences in each case. In order to understand the quantitative impact of each run, the Statistical analysis by estimated by MM5 revealed the differences by the synoptic conditions. The strengthening of the synoptic wind condition tends to be well estimated when using quite a wide radius influence and a small nudging coefficient. On the other hand, the weakening of the synoptic wind is opposite.

지역 허브급 버티포트의 설계 및 운영 연구 (A Research on the Design and Operation of Regional Hub-Level Vertiport)

  • UAM is emerging due to the deepening population concentration in the metropolitan area and the problem of congested ground transportation in urban areas. Accordingly, along with research on eVTOL aircraft for UAM services, interest in vertiport, the interest in vertiports, the infrastructure that allows eVTOLs to take off and land, is also increasing. However, behind the concentration of population in the metropolitan area, aphenomenon of local extinction is occurring in conjunction with the aging population. AAM, which moves quickly through 3D space, can be an effective SOC facility in times of local extinction crisis. In this paper, we introduce a design plan from the perspective of a complex transper center for a regional hub-level vertiport that can connect with local high-speed rail and utilize local airports in compliance with the vertiport design guidelines issued by FAA(Federal Aviation Administration) and EASA(European union Aviation Safety Agency). We would like to present Vertiport's future operation plan.

생활권 개념의 변화에 따른 주거지 계획의 시기별 특성 변화 - 국내 신도시 및 신시가지 계획을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Characteristics of the Transition Trand of the Multi-family Housing Theory by Planning Community Units - Focused on the new town planning in Korea -)

  • A planned access method on constantly-changing-community unit plan changes and develops based on the periodical situation and also plan theory. In this research, it is to present the link between the theory of complex city change and the plan factor of it, and to show how Korean residential complex plan has changed as time passed and how new concept of city plan came up and by applying new methods how can this affect our real world and the past plan. In the phase of analysis, it analyzed the flow of 'community unit plan' and its theory and investigated the factor of compositional space and built a analysis frame. The factors of community unit plan are space structure, size and shape of block, population, distribution of facilities and movement system. It chose the place that can represent the flow of community unit plan trand and that indicates the obvious development leading to Jamsil (1975), Gwa Chun (1980), Mok Dong (1983), Sang Ge (1985), Ilsan (1989), Dong tan (2001) and Eun Jung (2003) total of 7 places. And to compare a similar size of the city, it selected a small community unit. Based on the result of theoretical study and prior research, it can be said that the space composition style has change from a whole complete complex area to a linked-cross over community unit and the access of urban level was on set. Also, a pedestrian walking area was secured and the dense of building structure and pleasant environment wanting need was in balance. For facility plans, the usage of facility and functional change brought change of type, size and disposition. The walking area for pedestrian became a huge matter. Therefore, market, education, public facilities and green system collaborated to co-build a whole community unit and activated the walking environment. Also, public transportation, environment friendly city organization was built.

공동주거단지 개발에 따른 주변지역 거주자의 근린의식 특성에 관한 연구 - 광주광역시 사례를 중심으로 - (Study on the Characteristics of the Residents' Sense of Neighborhood in the Surrounding Area after the Housing Complex Development - Focused on the Cases in Gwang-Ju -)

  • This study aims to examine the characteristics of the changes in residents' perception of neighborhood and sense of neighborhood according to the residential structural changes caused by city renewal projects such as old urban large redevelopment. Research findings benefits of the residential environment changes after the development are environment improvement, convenient traffic, leisure activity increase, and green area increase, whereas their drawbacks are encroachment of sunshine and view, However, with the regard to the relationship with neighbors, paired-sample t-test results showed there were no statistically significant differences between before and after the development. It appeared to be that the community residential complex development did not influence the relationship with neighbors. ANOVA was used to examine the differences in the neighborhood perception among age categories. The results showed that there were no differences between age groups but when there were changes in their life cycle, residents showed differences in their neighborhood perception among age groups. The neighborhood perception was measured on 5-point Likert Scale in four factors of intimacy, participation, reliability, and group identity. The perception decreased somewhat after the development and the group identity, especially, showed a significant difference (p<.001). This was considered to be caused by a sense of incongruity due to the influx of different social-economic groups.

  • 도시공간 활용의 효율화를 통한 도시문제의 해결과 지상개발 억제를 통한 도시경관 및 환경보존의 측면에서 새롭게 부각되고 있는 지하공간은 수요증가가 예상되는 지상 부 도시기능을 지하에 배치함으로써 도시의 서비스, 어메니티, 안정성 등을 증진시킬 수 있으며, 효율적인 도시공간 구조의 구축을 통하여 교통, 도심 복잡화, 토지부족 등의 문제를 해결하는데 효과적인 대응방안이 될 수 있다. 그러나 소극적이고 단편적인 개발에 국한되어 있는 현시점에서는 극히 부정적인 공간으로 인식되고 있으며, 이를 극복하여 쾌적한 환경을 조성해야 하는 필요성에 당면하게 되었다. 이에 지상공간의 공급한계와 이에 따른 지가상승의 문제와 함께 지상환경의 보존이라는 측면에서 지하공간의 개발은 도시변화의 예측을 수반하여 입체적 구성을 위한 장기적인 계힉을 수반하여 입체적 구성을 위한 장기적인 계획이 되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지하공간의 환경디자인 가치를 지하공간에 대한 총체적인 접근을 통해 검증하고, 환경설계 평가에서 다루어지는 기능적 인자, 기술적 인자, 행태 적 인자를 통해 평가모델을 설정함으로써 지하공간 개발 시 고려되어야 할 디자인요소를 추출하고자 한다.

제천시의 방재형 도시 근린공원 조성 계획 (Planning of Neighborhood Parks for the Disaster Prevention in Jecheon City)

  • 급속한 기후변화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 재해 규모의 대형화 및 다양화는 근본적인 해결 방안을 요구하고 있다. 특히 도시 공간은 도시 인구의 증가 현상과 불투수층의 기반시설에 기초하여 재해의 피해와 대응에 대한 복합적 대책을 수립해야 하는 실정이다. 이에 공공 공간인 도시의 녹색공간을 활용하여 방재공간을 확보하고, 재해저감형 공원시스템을 도입함으로써 토지 매입의 경제적 문제와 방재시스템의 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있다. 각 지자체는 최근 발표된 국토교통부의 가이드라인을 통해 재해저감 유형별 시스템과 선도 사업을 선정하여 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시민의 생활 건강과 행복의 녹색 공간인 도보권 근린공원을 대상으로 도시의 물 관리와 소생태계 보전을 함께 갖추는 도시 녹지 공간을 방재형 근린공원의 조성 모델로 제시하는데 있다. 이를 통해 추후 기존 도시 구조 내 생활권 근린공원의 기후변화 적응 모델로 활용하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • This study is conducted to propose urban park utilization and master plan in rural areas. Urban parks designed for the rural areas can be divided into three types: a themed type for rural tourism, a community type for hub regenerations and a waterfront type for using agricultural reservoirs. To use the themes and characteristics of ruralness, these types are required a multi-layered spatial structure. And ecological, cultural and economic networks of local tourism resources have to be integrated by utilizing agricultural reservoirs. Therefore, urban parks in rural areas can be defined as a part of the public benefit project aiming to revitalize the local economy. Also, urban parks are necessary to use attractions and amenities in rural areas. Based on theoretical backgrounds, this study proposed two sustainable master plans as the tourism resource development project for Baelyeonje, Gulye-gun. For ecological and cultural sustainability, this study proposed the environment restoration plan which reinforces the scenic resource of Nogodan in Mt. Jiri by developing the underdevelopment plan with consideration of the local landscape characteristics and resources. For economic sustainability, building the Mt. Jiri tourism complex and economic communities are needed to promote investments for securing mutual economic benefits. To achieve the sustainability, further studies related to the social equity and investment of private capital in rural areas are needed.

프레쉬 킬스 공원 조경설계 (Fresh Kills Park Design, Staten Island, New York)

  • Fresh Kills is the largest landfill in the world located in the west side of Staten Island, New York. The landfill served as a storage area for New York City's trash for more than 50 years. After years of civilian and political pressure, state and local legislation decided its closure of landfill operation in Fresh Kills in March 2001. Soon after, Department of City Planning announced a Fresh Kills international design com-petition: 'Landfill to Landscape'. The winning entry was promised to be outline for the redevelopment of the 2,200 acre site which the size of three times Central Park. Forty-eight teams representing more than 200 offices from around world submitted proposals, from which six finalists that mostly led by landscape architects were selected. In December 2001, a jury of architects, landscape architects and city officials unanimously selected Field Operations as the winner. The plan, named Lifescape, visualizes the gradual 20-year transformation of the whole Staten Island into a 'natural lifestyle island' recognizing that Staten Island is home to coastal wetlands that shelter one of the most diverse ecosystems in the New York metropolitan area. It suggested that an ecologically reconstituted Fresh Kills could become the center of integrated parks and greenways system on the island otherwise fragmented. The project will be one of the largest and most ambitious undertakings in the metropolis in years developing a complex web of habitats and parklands on top of mountain of trash. This study tries to achieve two goals: One is to provide general explanations on the project, Lifescape, breaking down to its background, geographical context, design concepts and phased development plan. Another is to introduce the unique and innovative design approaches by Field Operations that are different from a conventional landscape architectural attitude. Since this project was well published through many magazines and newspapers, main focus will be upon aspects that differentiate this project from usual landscape projects. Conceptually Lifescape brought provocative notions on nature/culture relationship and the role of urban park as an active agency rather than just a green rest area. Also this project introduced pioneering graphics like plan collage, diagrammatic plan, phasing diagram and photo montage as vehicles conveying information, imagination and provocation. Witnessing the influence of the project gradually in the field of academic and practice in the States, this study is intended to become a constructive reference to similar landscape projects dealing with large and complex urban context in conjunction with restructure of contemporary city.

공동주택 층수계획 변화요인 분석과 계획기법 개선에 관한 연구 -계획지표를 중심으로- (The Analysis of Change Factors and Improvement of the Planning techniques on the Number of Floor in Multi Housing Complex Planning -Focus on Planning Index-)

  • 최근 지자체는 난개발과 도시경관 저해, 기존 관련법에 따른 제어한계등의 과제를 해결하기 위해서 각 지역의 특성에 맞는 추진전략을 수립하고 있다. 이를 위해서 사업승인을 위한 별도 기준을 마련하여 경관, 색채, 외관, 층수계획등을 준수하도록 유도하고 있다. 층수계획은 도시경관과 계획밀도 및 외부공간의 질을 결정하는 중요한 인자이고 지구여건에 따라 매우 다른 양상을 나타내는 변화요인이다. 또한 각 지구의 용적률이나 건설호수에 따른 지하주차장 설치비율, 녹지율 등에 따라 매우 다른 경향을 보이는 주요인자이다. 그러나 지자체는 지역특성을 감안하지 않고 일률적으로 저층화 지향의 층수를 규제하여 지구특성을 살리지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지구별 사례분석과 가배치안 검토를 통하여 각 지표간 상관관계를 규명하여 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 첫째, 관련법과 제도에 밀도지표제, 평균층수제, 주거환경성능제 등을 도입해 융통성을 확보하여야 한다. 둘째, 계획초기부터 인접불럭 또는 도시까지 개념을 확대하는 광역적인 계획기법을 개발하여야 한다. 셋째, 지역별 특화전략 수립과 권장형의 규제방안 등 규제완화 조치를 시행하여야 한다.

공업지역 활성화 시범사업에 대한 입주기업 요구사항 분석: 부산 사상공업지역을 중심으로 (Corporate Demands Analyses of Pilot Projects for the Industrial Area Revitalization: Focused on Busan Sasang Industrial Area)

  • 이 연구는 부산광역시 사상공업지역에 입주한 기업의 지식산업혁신거점 조성에 대한 요구를 분석하여 공업지역 활성화를 위한 관련 제도의 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산 사상공업지역의 물리적 현황분석과 입주기업을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 이용하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업물류를 다루는 공업지역임에도 도로율이 낮고, 필지 규모가 작아 대부분의 입주기업이 영세성을 면치 못하고 있다. 둘째, 공업지역 활성화 시범사업의 인지도는 낮지만 공업지역 혁신과 시범사업 필요도, 기대효과는 상대적으로 높았다. 셋째, 시범사업의 혁신거점조성에 대한 기대가 높으며(90.3%), 핵심적 도입기능으로는 연구개발센터 입주를 강하게 희망하고 있다. 이러한 분석에 기초하여, 공업지역 활성화를 위한 법·제도의 시행에 따른 정비계획의 방향을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상지 내 업종 간 연계성, 어떤 업종이 성장우위에 있는지 세부적인 기초조사를 통한 검토가 선행되어야 한다. 둘째, 산업혁신거점 조성은 주변 공업지역에 파급력이 있고 업종별 지원을 할 수 있는 센터로 운영될 수 있도록 조처해야 한다. 셋째, 공업지역의 혁신적인 변화는 주요 이해당사자가 협력하여 활성화 방안을 지속적으로 개발하고 연구함으로써 실행력을 높여야 한다.
