This case report describes a patient who had a foreign body in transverse sinus. A 35-year-old Korean-Chinese man visited the emergency room with lacerated wound in left eyelid and a foreign body which was stumbled upon in the skull. On examination, there was right side hemianopsia in his left eye, He did not complain any headache or show any abnormal neurological signs, but there was a foreign body at left transverse sinus in computed tomography which was taken at another hospital. There was no intracranial abnormality except the foreign body in computed tomography. Because of the financial problem, additional evaluations were not possible. We herein report a strange case in which the pathway of a foreign body to locate in transverse sinus was ambiguous, and suggest that the foreign body located in transverse sinus might have been the penetrated along the anterior fontanelle and passed through the superior sagittal sinus.

The writer obtained a Conclusion through this thesis as follows: First : There a n.0, ppeared that users, Cognition degree for librarian's Social status is very high. As it were, response for questioning about librarian's scholarly attainments and business type is almost accurate that we anticipate the expectation value for the librarian is very high. Second : The satisfaction degree of information services acquired by the users through public library was very skeptic. Due to the poorness of information media that we wish, and deterioration of data, it losed its qualification as a creation organization for the true information, but lots of people emphasized their opinion it only role as a "study room". Third : A questioning about librarian"s assiduity in the public library, there are lots of users Complain. Main factor of that dissatisfaction is Unkindness, and business like(duplicated) assiduity. Not only this but main desire to the public library in pusan down town by the users is also a n.0, ppeared as Kind Service. Fourth : General Controversial points in public libraries in pusan area indicated by the users who responded to the subjective questions are poor data, lack of kind service attitude and poor facilities.oor facilities.

In the past decades, complain about ground vibration and noise induced by pile driving has been quickly increased. Because of that, auger drilled piling methods have frequently used specially in urban area. However, the present auger drilled piling methods induce inevitable ground disturbance as well as a certain degree of vibration and noise due to the final hammering. For these reasons, a new auger drilled piling method is required to be developed. This paper introduces PDT(Pulse Discharge Technology) piling method and presents the characteristics of bearing capacity. The PDT piling method is to install in-situ piles using electric power so called Pulse. The pile installed by PDT appears to be able to develop shaft and end bearing capacity efficiently.

Background: We had treatment for two cases of Hyperemesis Gravidarum . they had difficulty in taking herbal medcine(Gamibosengtang), because of bitter taste and increased nausea and vomiting. So We used acupuncture treatment for increasing of taking herbal medicine and reduction of nausea and vomiting. Methods: The patients estimated their dgree of chief complain on a visual analogue scale and change of oral intake and change of frequency of vomiting. Result: Herbal treatment andacupuncture treatment was efficacious for Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Conclusion: More study fo herbal medicine is needed because of bitter taste.

This study was interested in dissatisfaction in the service encounter from the service employee's viewpoint by exploring employee dissatisfaction and the problem customers as the causes. The study explored the incidents leading to dissatisfactory service encounters from the service employee's viewpoint, the causes of the dissatisfactory incidents, and the attitudinal, verbal and behavioral expressions of the customers involved in the incidents. Employees of the beauty service business were individually interviewed, and 204 incidents were analyzed. The incidents were categorized to identify the events and related behaviors of customers that caused employee dissatisfaction. Three major groups were classified: the way dissatisfied customers complain; customers' misbehaviors; and customers' no harmful behaviors. Further the major groups were classified into 8 categories. Based on the findings the study provided implications for employee and customer management.

Fourteen cases of funnel deformity, 11 were male and the others female, treated over a eleven-year period, are presented. The overall results with the methods described by the authors, Wada, Shannon, Adkins and Ravitch appear to be excellent. The symmetric depression was more common In children under the age of 12 years and asymmetric one Increased after the age of 12. Six cases of abnormal cardiac auscultatory findings revealed no consistent hemodynamic abnormalities. An 21-year-old female was associated with left lung agenesis and dextroversion of the heart, and a 6-year-old boy with congenital bronchogenic cyst who underwent right upper lobectomy. EKG changes associated with the anomaly were observed in all. Pulmonary function test showed the range from normal to moderate restriction which did not Improve in only one patient after operation, but the patient did not complain any restriction In activity. Some transient complications were developed which resulted in improvement.

Stellate ganglion block (SGB) is a frequently used sympathetic block utilized to diagnose or treat various painful conditions of the cervical regions and the upper extremities. Additionally, RadioFrequency (RF) lesions of the stellate ganglion can be useful in managing sympathetically-maintained pain. Two patients were suffering from pain in the face, neck and the upper extremities were treated with stellate ganglion block. In spite of repeated blocks, the degree and duration of pain did not decrease. However, after performing radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the stellate ganglion under fluroscopy, followed by thermography on the process of treatment with RF stellate ganglion neurolysis, the patients' pain levels were alleviated after the RF lesions of stellate ganglion and the procedure also increased the temperature at the upper extremity on thermogarphy. Additionally, the patients did not complain of any remarkable complications following this procedure.

소프트웨어 개발 인력 양성을 위한 여러 가지 분석과 시도가 있어 왔지만 최근에는 그 질적인 요소에 대한 산업체의 불만이 우려할 만한 수준에 와 있다고 할 것이다. 반면 경력자 위주의 채용 관행이 더욱 심화되어 대졸자의 IT 시장 진입 장벽이 높아져 대학의 불만 역시 만만치 않다. 본 연구는 대학과 산업체 간의 시각차를 최소화하기 위하여 국내 IT 기업에서 필요로 라는 대졸자 수준의 직군별 요소 기술을 분석하고 이를 근거로 최근 3년제로 전환한 전문대학 소프트웨어 학과 교과과정의 표준 안을 제시한다.

Human Factors Engineering (HFE) for Main Control Room (MCR) of Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) has been applied to optimize the design and operation of Man-Machine Interface (MMI) between operators and their equipment in consideration of physical, psychological and cognitive aspects. However, it has been observed that operators complain about environmental discomfort in the MCR since the operators in the MCR experience excessive stress due to the environmental factors such as inappropriate interior and lighting system. Since the HFE is an essential factor for the high fidelity performance of operators in the MCR, the adequate MCR environment design with HFE rules and guidelines is as much important to enhance the operability and reliability of the MCRs. Therefore, there has been a strong need to design a pleasant environment for the MCR to improve human performance of the operators.

The mediastinal lipoma is an extremely rare tumor in children. Since the orininal description by Fothergill in 1781, about 120 cases have been reported in the world literature. Of these, less than 10 have been reported in children below the age of 12. We had experienced a posterior mediastinal lipoma in 3 year old boy. He did not complain of any subjective symptoms. Routine X-ray film revealed a huge round homogenous mass density in the posterior mediastinum. On posterior thoracotomy incision,bright yellow,well encapsulated, partly 1obular adipose mass was found in the posterior mediastinum. The tumor mass was removed easily,being proved to be lipoma on histopathologic examination. His postoperative course was uneventful and discharged on the 12th postoperative day.
