Greeting the globalization and information period of 21C, the improvement of the distributional system structure and modernization of publishing distribution are the seriously required periodic assignments for the publishing industry that is a national knowledge and culture industry to be equipped with the core competitiveness. First, it is to found a large distributional organization that is able to provide total logistics services in time that is essential to the publishing company and bookstore. Second, it is to have a logistics service to act up to the variable requirements of customers such as publishing companies and bookstores under the rapidly changing distribution environment. Third, it is to provide the standardized information of publishing distribution. It is needed to establish a total distributional center in collaboration to satisfy the requirements of publishing industry as above. By doing this work, structure of the publishing distribution system can be improved and its constitution can be strengthen, and it is possible not only to construct a stable supply system but also to realize an information-based system in the publishing industry with the construction of information system and its utilization. Furthermore, the application of RFID in the publishing distribution is essentially required to provide the symbolic model and logistics infrastructure into the 'Paju publishing culture information industrial complex'. It could be possible by growing the international recognition regarding distribution environment and strengthening the international competitiveness in the period of the ""Open door".

In recent years, cyber terror that break into major institution's information system and destroy and paralyzed important information occurs frequently. Some countries do dangerous acts such as train hackers and order hackers to hack important industrial confidential documents which are core of national competitiveness to reduce the competitiveness of the country and cause social confusion. In this thesis, it will study problems of cyber terror to help people to use Internet in web environment that safe from cyber terror and to avoid the risk from cyber terror such as malware and DDos. This thesis is organized as following. In second chapter, it will look thorough the research that are related to cyber terror. In third chapter, it will study attack types of cyber terror. In fourth chapter, to defend from cyber violence, it will suggest safe solution. In fifth chapter, it will end with conclusion. Finally, to prevent urgent incidents like North Korean Cyber-attack, every Internet user must indicate their recognition on Internet security and it is significant to make a quick response treatment to create the safe online environment.

Recently, the u-IT applications for plants and livestock become larger and control of livestock farm environment has been used important in the field of industry. We implemented wireless sensor networks and farm environment automatic control system for applying to the breeding barn environment by calculating the THI index. First, we gathered environmental information like livestock object temperature, heart rate and momentum. And we also collected the farm environment data including temperature, humidity and illuminance for calculating the THI index. Then we provide accurate control action roof open and electric fan in of intelligent farm to keep the best state automatically by using collected data. We believed this technology can improve industrial competitiveness through the u-IT based smart integrated management system introduction for industry aversion and dairy industries labor shortages due to hard work and old ageing.

This study suggested the necessity of introducing the future-oriented new industrial complex as a way to enhance the competitiveness of the industrial complex in response to the industrial ecosystem change caused by the 4th industrial revolution. To evaluate the location suitability for the new industrial complex, location indices were developed in this study. The flexibility of location and connectivity to neighboring areas of the future-oriented new industrial complexes were the focused subjects of this study. In-depth expert consultation and Delphi survey were conducted to construct an index system and to measure the indices. Afterwards, the AHP analysis was conducted to elucidate the weighting by indicators. As a result, the indicators of industrial innovation environment were the most important in the major category. In addition, the convenience of workers, especially urban environment, was analyzed as an important factor for success of the future-oriented new industrial complex. The indicators which are closely related to the concept and purpose of the future-oriented new industrial complex turned out to have the higher weight compared to other indicators. From the point of view of the developers of the industrial complexes or tenant companies, the implications for deriving suitable locations for development of industrial complexes among urban under-utilized sites are suggested. Furthermore, It is expected that the government will be able to apply the development system to stimulate the development of these new industrial complexes and to prepare guidelines for selecting locations.

급속하게 확산되어온 ICT 기술과 다양한 산업의 융합은 현대를 살아가는 개개인이 느끼지 못하는 사이에 기존 산업의 패러다임을 허물고 풍요로운 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 해준다. 이는 개인의 삶에 대한 영향뿐만이 아니고 사회와 국가의 수준과 경쟁력을 높여주는 원동력이 되고 있다. 현대 산업사회는 복잡성이 증대되고 있고 필요한 지식의 양은 날로 늘어나고 있으며, ICT 기술은 계속 진화하고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 창출되고 있고 경쟁력 없는 기존의 사업은 자연 도태되며, 기존 산업의 변화 혹은 새로운 산업을 위한 생태계가 구축된다. 최근의 융합 환경에서 시도되는 신규 사업과 경쟁의 질서는 불확실성의 리스크에 노출되기가 쉽다. 이러한 변화는 기존 산업의 몰락을 촉진하거나 새로운 비즈니스 모델의 창출로 이어진다. 변화의 중심에는 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)과 ICT 융합이 있다. 이러한 현상이 가져오는 사회와 산업의 변화를 분석하고 ICT 융합 산업 경쟁력 확보를 위한 발전방향, 전략 및 추진방안에 대하여 연구한다.

Korea has relied on top down development method, in which companies, research and education institutions move into the industrial complexes established by the government. However, to improve local competitiveness, the paradigm is shifting from the government initiated industrial complex to the clusters based on the cooperative network of the region. Representative case is 'Samcheok-si Fire & Emergency industry cluster construction project' that begun in 2007. AHP technique analysis results on first-stage showed that priority was on policy and network elements, and the results of second-stage analysis show that priority was on Policy incentives to internationalize the cluster and strengthen link,. Cluster branding, Sharing of organizational culture to cope with changes in environment, Creation of group learning culture. The subject of this research is limited to Samcheok-si's the Fire and Emergency Industry cluster formation project. Therefore, the research area and standard should be expanded to increase generality in further researches.

A nation's technology policy is based on the broad principles that govern the allocation of its technological resources. But the cost of inadequate investments in technology development is particularly high in today's global1y-competitive environment where continued technological advancements are critical to sustain. This paper presents a methodology for searching the new and /or advanced technologies to promote Korea's technological and economic competitiveness by industrial technology policy. The conceptual framework of industrial technology development, which is the main focus of this Paper, was designed using both Top-down and Bottom-up approach And the technology classification system was modified reviewing the previous it's system. Supporting the technology input are three key technology elements; proprietary technology, generic technology, infratechnology Competitive survival in any advanced economy will depend upon technology-based strategies that emphasize the integration of these elements of industrial technology.

As the uncertainty of technology development and market needs increases due to changes in the global business environment, the interest and demand for R&D activities of individual companies are increasing. To respond to these environmental changes, technology commercialization players are paying great attention to enhancing the qualitative competitiveness of R&D. In particular, R&D companies in the marine and fishery sector face many difficulties compared to other industries. For example, the R&D environment is barren, it is challenging to secure R&D human resources, and it is facing a somewhat more difficult environment compared to other sectors, such as the difficulty in maintaining R&D continuity due to the turnover rate of researchers. In this study, based on the empirical data and patent status of private companies closely related to the R&D technology status, big data analysis, and simulation analysis methods were used to identify the relative position of individual companies' R&D capabilities and industrial perspectives. In this study, based on industrial evidence and patent applications closely related to the R&D technology status, the R&D capabilities of individual companies were evaluated using extensive data analysis and simulation analysis methods, and a statistical test was performed to analyze if there were differences in capabilities from an industrial point of view. At this time, the industries to be analyzed were based on all sectors, the maritime industry, the fisheries industry, and the maritime industry integration sector. In conclusion, it was analyzed that there was a certain level of difference in the R&D capabilities of individual companies in each industry sector, Therefore when developing a future R&D capability system, it was confirmed that it was necessary to separate the population for each industry and establish a strategy.

현대 지능정보사회에서 매일 새롭게 만들어지고 유통되는 데이터의 양은 상상을 초월한다. SNS나 인터넷을 통한 데이터로부터 정부나 기업으로부터 창출되는 정보에 이르기까지 다양하다. 이러한 다양한 데이터들이 가공되지 않은 원유와 같이 무한한 가치를 지닌 채 우리 곁에 있다. 축적된 데이터에서 유용한 상관관계를 찾아내고 미래의 불확실성에 대한 예측력을 강화하기 위하여 데이터 마이닝 등을 통한 빅데이터 분석 및 활용은 현대 산업사회에서 모든 영역에 걸쳐 그 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 복잡한 현대사회가 생산해 내는 빅데이터의 효율적 관리 및 활용에 대하여 연구한다. 또한 4차 산업혁명시대에 빅데이터를 기반으로 전반적인 산업 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 전략, 산업 간 시너지 창출 및 비용의 절감과 효과적인 적용방안에 대하여 고찰한다.

With the advent of the '4th Industrial Revolution', digitalization using AI (Artificial Intelligence), big data, IoT (Internet of Things), cloud computing and mobile is accelerating across all industries and global companies have fundamentally reorganized customer experiences, business models, and operations centering on digital transformation. Business innovation drives productivity improvement, process simplification, price, competitiveness and sustainable expansion. Whether digital transformation will be necessary for the current industrial environment is no longer important, and how quickly companies achieve digitalization has emerged as the utmost crucial element in industrial continuity. As non-face-to-face and remote technologies have begun in earnest, and accelerated in the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for ways to provide value, generate profits, improve efficiency, and sustain the future. Compared to other industries, the pharmaceutical-related sectors have shown high interest in digital transformation especially to reduce costs and meet the challenge of delivering products during the pandemic environment.
