산업설비 기술수준 평가를 통한 주요업무 도출 및 모델 구축방안 연구 (Establishment of Critical Work Models through the Evaluation of Technology Competitiveness)

  • 산업설비 분야는 건설 산업의 고도화에 따라 산업시설의 비중이 증대되고 있으며, 첨단기술의 접목을 통한 고부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 역동적인 분야임에도 단계별 정보 흐름의 관리와 지식 집약적인 업무 수행이 미흡한 실정이다. 향후 국제 산업설비 시장에서 건설 프로젝트 수요증대, 유지관리 분야의 확대가 예상되며, 이에 대응하여 국내에서는 지속적인 설계기술 및 노하우 축적이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 산업설비의 미흡한 부분을 객관적으로 파악하고, 주요 단계의 업무 모델을 제시하기 위하여 국내 산업설비 현행 업무프로세스로부터 프로젝트 관리 핵심요소를 도출하였다. 이를 해외 산업설비 수준과 비교해 봄으로써 국내공사 기술수준을 파악하고, 산업설비 주요 업무단계에 대한 업무모델을 구축하여 향후 개선된 업무모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 현재 정부의 주요 국정과제는 국토의 균형 있는 발전과 지방분권화 정책이다. 건교부를 포함한 타 부처에서는 이를 위해 많은 전략들을 수립하고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내 건설기술의 경우는 수도권에 집중되어있어 지역특성화가 이루어지고 있지 못한 실정이다. 건설 기술의 지역특성화가 이루어지지 못하면 지방산업경제의 경쟁력이 떨어지고 지방산업 경제의 낙후는 국가 경쟁력을 상실시켜 결국은 국가 경제력도 상실될 것이다. 따라서 건설기술의 지역특성을 맞추어 발전시키는 전략수립이 필요하고 전략을 수립하기에 앞서 지역 특성을 나타내는 건설기술의 도출이 필요하다. 본 연구의 의의는 지역특성화의 의미와 국내외 지역특성화 현황을 통해 알아보고 국가 정책방향과 설문을 통한 기술 수요조사, 기술역량을 조사하여 지역별 특성을 내포하는 건설기술을 도출함으로써 지역별 건설기술 발전을 위한 기초 자료를 확보했다는데 있다.

  • 제조업에 있어 공정의 효율성은 제품의 경쟁력과 직결되는 중요한 요소이다. 특히 최근 여러 국가와 FTA체결로 인해 국내외 제조업이 치열한 경쟁에 직면함에 따라 생산시간을 보다 단축하기 위한 정교한 작업관리 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동작분석 솔루션을 활용하여 제조공정의 효율성을 제고하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 동작분석 솔루션을 활용하여 최적화 검증 후 제조공정을 개선할 경우 추가적인 공정 수정 또는 보완에 소요되는 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 기업의 생산성 향상이라는 실질적 효과를 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 작업현장의 낭비개선, 작업편성효율개선, 기종교체시간 단축, 표준시간 측정 및 작업시스템 표준화 등을 구현할 수 있다.

한복의 소비자 인식에 관한 연구 (Research on Consumer Recognition of Korean Traditional Costume, Hanbok)

  • Hanbok industry is not based on a consumer-oriented market system, which is related to poor competitiveness in various areas, such as product planning, marketing, and flow of raw materials. The purpose of this paper is to design and conduct an empirical study on important aspects of consumers. experiences and perspectives about Hanbok, and thereby aims to provide much-needed guidance about ways to promote the Hanbok market. Out of 1065 questionnaires distributed, a total of 1039 was returned with responses and used for analyses. The respondent sample included consumers of various background characteristics in their residential areas, age, gender, education levels, and income levels. Cronbach's alpha and a factor analysis were employed for the reliability and the construct validation of the survey instrument. One-way ANOVA associated with post-hoc comparison tests was used to investigate differences across different demographic subgroups of consumers. The results show that consumers generally view Hanbok as one of the formal dresses, worn one or two times per year for traditional events or ceremonies. Consumers tend to show negative opinions about the pricing, and the inconvenience in cleaning and wearing Hanbok. However, consumers think very highly of the aesthetic values, the gracious styles, and the iconic identity of nationalism of Hanbok. This study suggests that Hanbok for modern consumers should be considered as clothing for a ritual, rather than clothing to reconstruct to be fitted to modern daily lives. Hanbok should be promoted as part of up-scaled and differentiated traditional cultures, as clothing that represents and enhances the traditional elegance and beauty unique to the Korean people.

푸드코트의 물리적 환경이 지각된 혼잡과 감정 및 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Physical Environment of Food Court on Perceived Crowding, Emotion and Behavior Intention)

  • The aim of this study was to identify relationships among the physical environments, perceived crowding of food courts, the influences of the perceived crowding on customers' emotion and behavior intentions to determine more desirable services and physical environments for the customers in order for the food courts to be more competitiveness. This study used a total 335 questionnaires out of 400 ones for statistical analyses. For the analyses in this study, the SPSS program was used to analyze the Cronbach $\alpha$ and factor analysis. In addition structural equation modeling analysis was used to analyze correlations and grade of effectiveness of variables proposed in the research hypothesis utilizing Window AMOS 5.0. This study found that design and people were affected by the perceived crowding among 3 physical factors, and the people were most effect relatively affected by perceived crowding. Also, the perceived crowding had an effect on positive and negative emotion, and then both of positive and negative emotion were affected to the customers' behavior intentions. As a result, this study demonstrates that as a customers' perceived crowding in a food court increases, the centralization of customers causes a further increase in the perceived crowding in a food court. Therefore this work provides an opportunity for managers in the foodservice industry. To accomplish this, appropriate crowding control will be necessary, and they should make customers feel less crowded, which in turn, will make customers make a positive emotion towards food courts. Based on the results of, if the appropriate measures are taken to control crowds, customers will have propose positive behavior intentions such as, an intention to revisit, staying for more time, and positive recommendation.

보건간호사의 조직문화와 업무성과 간의 관계: 셀프 리더십의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Self-leadership in the Relationship between Public Health Nurses' Organizational Culture and Their Job Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to enhance organizational competitiveness of health centers as well as private medical institutions serving as public health and medical institutions. It tries to help them to cope with the requirements from health consumers, to enhance public health nurses' job performance, Methods: After verifying the reliability of the tool, confirmatory factor analysis was used to detect a model, in which valid path coefficients exist among variables. The detected model was then selected as the subject and its validity was verified. Finally, a structural equation model was applied to verify whether the estimate was suitable for the purpose of this research. Results: As for the nursing organizational culture, the public health nurses considered relation-oriented culture the most desirable. As for the self-leadership, they considered self-compensation the most desirable. It was found that mediating effects of self-leadership was partially significant. Conclusion: To enhance job performance, it is necessary to make a transition from the organizational culture to the relation-oriented culture and it is also necessary to develop a program capable of reinforcing self-leadership. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a research to verify whether such a developed self-leadership program is influential on job performance enhancement.

국제경쟁력 강화를 위한 중소규모기업과 대기업간 부실예측 콘텐츠 (Generation of Corporate Risk Contents of Small Firms and Large Firms Using Financial Data for Enhancing International Competitiveness)

  • 기업의 국제화가 심화되면서 회계 및 재무정보 또한 국가경쟁력을 평가하는 주요지표로서 활용되기에 이르렀다. 그러나 아직도 국제사회에서 한국의 재무제표에 대한 신뢰성이 낮고, 결산관련 공시에도 반기보고와 정기 결산보고 등 연간 2회 발표만 있을 뿐이다. 따라서 투자가들은 기업에 관한 실질적인 정보가 없기 때문에 기업의 부도 가능성을 알 수 없고 경영자 자신들도 기업의 재무 상태에 관한 실시간 정보를 파악하기 어려워 금융위기와 같은 돌발 상황이나 급변하는 주요 경제변수들의 움직임에 대처할 능력이 없었다. 따라서 기업들의 부실 가능성을 신속히 예측하기 위하여 주식시장이나 채권시장에 나타난 재무정보를 이용하는 측정모형들이 연구되어 왔으며 이를 시스템으로 개발하고 필요한 콘텐츠를 이용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 기업의 부실을 회계자료에만 의존해서 연구하던 방법에서 해당기업의 재무정보를 이용한 부실예측모형을 이용해 기업의 부실확률을 산출하고, 주요 경제변수 변화에 따른 부실성의 민감도를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구방법으로는 부실확률 산출을 위해 블랙-숄즈 모형을 적용하는 한편, trans-log 함수를 이용하여 주요 경제변수 변화에 따른 기업 부실확률의 민감도분석을 행하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과에 의하면, 부실확률 변화에 미치는 영향에 있어서 오직 기업대출금 변수만이 연구기간(1997-1998)중 일관된 방향성을 유지했으며, 기업부실에 중대한 영향력을 미칠 것으로 예상되었던 경제 변수들의 경우에는 대기업과 중소기업 기업집단에서 상이한 결과를 도출하였다.

국가 자부심, 국가 애착이 소비자 자민족주의에 미치는 영향 (Effects of National Pride and National Attachment on Consumer Ethnocentrism)

  • Purpose - In the major global markets, such as US and China, consumer ethnocentrism has been strengtened and there is a growing need for related study. This research aims to investigate the effects of national pride and national attachment on consumer ethnocentrism, using a nationally representative dataset from 2013 Korean General Social Survey. Based on the reviews of literature in social and political sciences, two dimensions of national pride were considered: national society pride which is based on positive evaluations on the nation's democracy condition or social security system, and national achievement pride which is based on positive evaluations regarding the country's achievements in the areas of technology, art, sports, and so on. Research design, data, and methodology - The authors developed a structural model in which two types of national pride, national society and achievement pride, are proposed to affect national attachment, thus influencing consumer ethnocentrism. 1,294 surveys were used for empirical analysis. The hypotheses were tested by utilizing SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0. The unidimensionality of each construct and the nomological validity were supported from the results of factor analyses and correlation analysis. Results - It was found that both national society pride and national achievement pride have significant and positive effects on national attachment. Consumers who show stronger pride on the social systems or the global achievements of Korea are more likely to remain being a citizen of the country and support the country even in wrong. Also, there was a significant and positive relationship between national attachment and consumer ethnocentrism. Korean consumers who have stronger attachment to Korea tend to express higher ethnocentrism to protect Korean labor market and to promote economic development of the country. Conclusions - The findings of this study showed that companies and government need to emphasize the country's advanced social environments or global competitiveness in technology, sports, art, and so on, to boost national attachment. With a deeper understanding on the relationships among national pride, national attachment, and consumer ethnocentrism, the authors expect that both local and foreign companies in Korea will be able to develop more effective marketing strategies and to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

An Impact Study on Successful Export Strategies: Global Supply Modes

  • Purpose - Recognizing the importance of small and medium enterprises and venture enterprises for the domestic economy, the purpose of the present study is to select factor termed export modes from among various export success strategies and factors that can help those enterprises secure export competitiveness in the world market to analyze the effects of export modes on the amounts of exports and periods until export after the foundation of those enterprises. Research design, data, and methodology - A structured questionnaire was used as a tool to derive the purpose of the study, and a questionnaire survey was conducted using a mobile survey technique that facilitated the distribution of questionnaire sheets and the collection of results. The main methodology used is crossover analysis, and the regression analysis technique was applied to verify the study results derived, thereby securing the reliability and validity of the final results derived. Results - Small and medium venture enterprises with shorter periods of time until the first export success after establishment adopted direct export modes more frequently, and those enterprises with larger amounts of the first export after establishment adopted direct export modes more frequently. The results of quantitative analysis, indicating that 66.1% of those enterprises with an export amount exceeding one billion won adopted direct export modes, can be said to support the foregoing. The crossover analysis results derived as such were reanalyzed using the PPML regression analysis technique to quantitatively identify that the amounts of the first export of enterprises that adopted direct export modes were larger than those of enterprises that adopted indirect export modes by 120%. Conclusions - The present study implies differentiated values in three aspects. First, the present study investigated and presented the export success factors and strategies of small and medium venture enterprises in a total of 14 countries in the Asian region, European region, North American region, African region, and South American region. Second, it intensively investigated five export modes to identify and verify that they were affecting the export success of small and medium venture enterprises. Third, based on the results of the investigation, the present study presented two marketing implications in the pragmatic aspect.

대규모 프로스포츠시설 입지에 따른 도시특성요인 비교분석 (Comparing Factors of Urban Characteristics according to Location of Large Professional Sports Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 프로스포츠시설의 입지 유무에 따른 도시특성차이 및 결정요인 분석을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 228개 시군구를 대상으로 도시별 특성을 사회 경제 문화 교통 공간특성으로 구분한 뒤 t-검정 및 이항로지스틱모형을 이용해 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 프로스포츠시설 입지의 주요 결정요인은 경제적 여건, 프로스포츠시설의 운영과 관련된 인구, 교통여건 등으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 입지도시는 교통결절지로 일정한 구매력을 갖춘 청장년층이 많고 입지를 위한 대규모 토지가 형성되어 있다는 특징과 함께 일정수준 이상의 도시로서의 기능을 가지고 있는 곳일 가능성이 더 높아진다는 결론이 도출되었다. 최근 각 지방정부는 관중이 유입됨으로써 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있고, 반영구적인 시설이용을 통해 긍정적인 파급효과를 누릴 수 있으며, 이를 통해 도시경쟁력 향상이 기대될 수 있다는 점에서 대규모 프로스포츠시설 유치에 관심을 두고 있다. 본 연구결과는 도시경쟁력 향상에 대한 대안으로써 대규모 프로스포츠시설 유치정책이 지방정부의 매력적인 선택이 될 수 있다는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.
