Recently, as the global warming by fossil fuels and the steep rise of the oil price become social issues, the interest for renewable energy producing system is increasing rapidly. Among these, the wind turbine is most highlighted because of its economic competitiveness. The tower is one of the main components of wind turbine, which occupying about 20% of overall turbine costs. The tower access door located to base part of the tower, is used to enter the tower. This is the main structural weak points because of door hole, weldment, etc. And so are the weldments between the cans and the flanges. In this study, for the top flange part of the tower, by FEM using ANSYS, we retrieved the maximum von Mises stress on that and carried out fatigue analysis using stresses at such weak points.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement is originally developed quality program in Korea for supplier's quality level-up since 1995. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing quality and delivered goods plus field claim. This Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement program was conducted to realize the anticipated results not only due to management result level's increasing, but also the company's confidence and competitiveness. This study attempted to find the mutual influences on the participation of the constituent members, satisfaction of the constituent members and results of the management from Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement. The reliance analysis for the measurement material on the questionnaire was verified by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Participation of the constituent members, satisfaction of the constituent member and result of the management, the influences upon Single PPM improvement degree level were verified through the structural analysis by using SPSS statistic package. The influence evaluation among the groups was evaluated by the structure equation.

One of main findings of the competitiveness relation is rapid increase of Chinese influence on the southeast Asian market. While Japanese market share is decreasing, Chinese market share is continuously increasing in the market. It is the same regardless of types of production phases. Analysis based on gravity model shows that in general Chinese exports is crowding out Korean and Japanese export to the market. The magnitude of the effects on Korean exports is larger than on Japanese exports. Also, It is found that the directions of the effect of Chinese exports on Korean and Japanese exports are different by production phrases. For all processed goods, increase of Chinese exports decreases both Korean and Japanese exports to the market. However, for some final goods such as transport equipment and food & beverages for household, Chinese exports is increasing Korean and Japanese exports to the market.

The etching with high selectivity of silicon dioxide over silicon nitride is essential in semiconductor fabrication, and gas phase etch (GPE) can increase the competitiveness of the selective dielectric etch. In this work, GPE of plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposited SiO₂ was performed, and the effects of process parameters, such as temperature, partial pressure ratio, and gas supply cycle, are investigated in terms of etch rate and within wafer uniformity. Employing multiple regression analysis, the importance of each parameter elements is analyzed.

The application of cloud computing to many industrial domains is rapidly increasing, and domestic and foreign cloud service providers are actively conducting business. In the domestic cloud market, it is necessary to establish an ecosystem with partner operators that work closely with private cloud service providers. In this paper, to create such an environment, we propose a framework that can evaluate the capabilities of partners required for cloud service providers to establish specific business strategies. The framework proposed in this study establishes criteria for evaluating partners' competencies and applies a decision-making model such as fuzzy AHP for evaluation. Eventually this will help not only to expand the domestic cloud market but also to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic cloud partners through the growth of the domestic cloud market.

Since the 4th Industrial Revolution is implemented based on superintelligence, new insights must be provided through convergence studies with other fields to find optimal solutions to create new ideas. In this paper, we intende to present improvement measures for probability and statistical education, which is an athlete's subject on data analysis and processing in the ICT(Information & Communication Technologies) field in the era of superintelligence of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper aims to strengthen competitiveness through early development and commercialization of new technologies by presenting probabilities and statistical curriculums that require linkage in the ICT field. Second, it is necessary to present an educational system diagram linking probabilities and statistics in the ICT field to prepare a mid- to long-term response strategy for ICT education in response to innovative changes. Third, through a survey, we intend to present an effective educational operation plan linking probability and statistics to ICT major subjects by analyzing the perception of probability, statistical importance, and utilization of majors in this field.

The purpose of this paper is to identify factors that influence knowledge sharing and determine the attitudes of quantity surveyors towards knowledge sharing based on the factors. The analysis was based on an online questionnaire survey of Registered Quantity Surveyors from Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Individualism and collectivism were identified as two major factors that influence attitude towards knowledge sharing. Indicators of individualism include individual attitude, competitiveness, care, incentives and rewards; while the indicators of collectivism are trust, social behaviors and motivation. The findings show that the level of attitudes towards knowledge sharing among quantity surveyors is generally high under enabling organizational environment. However, this is a cautious conclusion as the valid sample on which the analysis is based is relatively small. Willingness to share was found to be highest when incentives and rewards are involved as well as when there is a knowledge management system to promote continuous learning and sharing of knowledge.

The purpose of this research is to discuss the development history and future strategy of Geely Automobile Group Co., Ltd. Founded in 1997, Geely Automotive Group has grown from a small workshop to one of China's leading automakers after nearly three decades of development.This paper first reviews the development of Geely Automobile, from the initial small-scale production to the current global layout and diversified product line. Secondly, it analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by Geely Automobile, including the intensification of market competition and the changing demand for technological innovation.And put forward the future development strategy of Geely Automobile, including improving the quality of products, expanding the international market and promoting the development of new energy vehicles. By analyzing the development history and future strategy of Geely Automobile Group Co., Ltd., we can better understand the company's position and future development direction in China's automobile industry.

This study aims to understand the characteristics of Asian OA journals and to identify differences by the countries. 3,103 DOAJ-registered OA journals from 21 Asian countries as of 2020 were selected and analyzed from various perspectives using correspondence and correlation analysis. The results revealed that Indonesia had the most DOAJ-registered open access journals, followed by Iran and India. An APC was not charged by 70% of journals, but this varied greatly by country. Meanwhile, as a result of comparing DOAJ-registered Asian journals with international citation database listed journals, 11% of journals were listed on Scopus and only 2.6% and 0.1% were listed on SCIE and SSCI, which is represents less than half of the global level. In addition, although there are many free to read local journals in China, Japan, and Korea, the number of OA journals registered in DOAJ is relatively small. Therefore, it is difficult to say that the progress of OA in local journals is fast even if the country's global research competitiveness is high.

본 연구는 새만금신항만을 건설함에 있어 국제적인 선사, 화주 및 포워더 유치를 위해 항만경쟁력 중 어떠한 국제경쟁력을 확보해야 새만금신항만의 활성화에 기여할 것인지 그 요인을 선정하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 방법으로 요인분석 및 계층분석적 의사결정방법론(AHP)을 사용하였다. 선행연구를 통하여 짧은 입출입 항로, 주요 인프라 개발추진, 세제감면 및 규제완화를 비롯한 총 11가지의 측정변수를 선정하였고, 요인분석을 통해 '입지 및 시설', '주변 인프라 및 친수성', '지역 정책 및 환경'의 총 3가지의 상위평가 요인들을 그룹핑 하였다. 본 연구에서는 측정변수들의 신뢰성 검증을 요약 분석한 결과 총 11개의 측정변수의 Cronbach alpha 계수가 0.8 이상으로 나타나 신뢰성이 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 또한 일관성 검증 및 상위평가기준 중요도 분석과 측정변수별 중요도 분석을 실시하여 측정변수들의 우선순위를 산정한 결과 '주요 인프라 개발추진'이 가장 우선시 되는 측정변수로 선정되었으며 그 뒤를 이어 '중국 경제특구와의 인접성', '넓은 항만 배후부지', '공항과의 인접성', '국유지로 인한 국책사업의 가능성' 순으로 나타났다. 새만금신항만의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 활성화 방안으로는 새만금신항만을 환황해권 물류중심 허브항으로 건설하고 환경변화에 따른 대형선사를 유치해야 한다. 또한 새만금신항만의 시사점으로서 새만금신항만을 중량물 전용부두로 건설할 것을 제안해 보았다. 본 연구는 향후 개장 될 새만금신항의 국제경쟁력 요인 선정에 있어 중요한 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
