Antagonists acting at the glycine site of the NMDA receptor have been gaining safer alternatives for stroke therapy because they have few adverse effect competitive and noncompetitive NMDA antagonists. Therefore, the neuroprotect novel glycine site antagonist KC0244 were evaluated in a rat model of transient comparison with GV150526A in a developmental phase. Middle cerebral artery oc was produced by insertion of a silicone-coated 4-0 nylon monofilament to the o in male Sprague-Dawley rats under isoflurane anesthesia. After 90 or 120 min retracted and the ischemic tissue reperfused. In 90-min MCAO model, GV150526A was administered 30 min before MCAO or immediately after MCAO. In 120-min MC KC0244 or GV150526A (10 mg/kg, i.p.) was administered 1 hr before MCAO or imme MCAO. Infarct volume was measured 24 hr after MCAO using the 2,3,5-triphe chloride staining method. In 90-min MCAO model, treatments with GV1505 significantly reduce infarct volume although they tended to slightly reduce cor approximately 19% compared with the nontreated group. In 120-min MCAO model with GV150526A did not either significantly reduce infarct volume although the reduce total infarct volume by approximately 16% compared with the vehicle-tre However, 1-hr preischemic and immediate treatments with KC0244 reduced total i 39 and 30% (corrected total infarct volume by 44 and 32%), respectively, co vehicle-treated control group. The results suggest that KC0244 can provid against transient focal ischemic damage with greater in vivo potency than GV150

It is necessary to recognize philosophical and scientific depth, contained in traditional culture in a correct fashion, in order to succeed and develop our excellent traditional culture. Some studies on storage, circulation, and package design of traditional food will multiple the added value of traditional culture. So this research was carried out for making packing cases of kinds of Korean dried confectionery using Hanji by traditional manufacturing method, Hanji textile, charcoal Hanji and jade Hanji, and for developing environmental-friendly Korean dried confectionery package as more luxurious packaging papers by putting an exterior design on the surface. The results measured physical properties, air permeability and anti-mold activity of Hanji, and designing Korean dried confectionery are as follows. The physical properties and air permeability used to manufacture Korean dried confectionery package, turned out to be no affection to the food packaging Hanji. In order to avoid the monotonousness of Korean dried confectionery package, it was designed with Hanji textile together with elegant traditional pattern. It is estimated to increase the value of Korean dried food and to make the anti-mold activity of Hanji added charcoal and jade effective. In conclusion, by developing individual properties of traditional food and proper packaging paper as well as packaging design according to circulating situation, it is considered that the taste and the fancy can be maximized. After all, by applying excellent traits contained in our race's culture, it is possible to develop the package cases into competitive ones. And it would be able to increase utilization of Hanji. Namely, production of high quality traditional food package with Hanji is expected for new valuable industry of Hanji.

As an environment-friendly alternative energy resource, ethanol may be used to obtain hydrogen, a clean energy source. Thus, studies on catalytic reactions involving ethanol have been studied to understand the underlying principles in the reaction mechanism using various oxide-supported catalysts. Among them, Au-based catalysts have shown a superior activity in producing hydrogen gas. In the present study, Au/$TiO_2$ catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method to understand their catalytic activities toward ethanol and acetaldehyde with increasing gold loading, especially at the very low Au loading regime. A commercially available $TiO_2$ (Degussa P-25) was employed and the Au loading was varied to 0, 0.1, 0.5, and 1.0 wt% respectively. The catalysts showed characteristic x-ray diffraction (XRD) features at $2{\theta}=78.5^{\circ}$ that could be assigned to the presence of gold nanoparticles. Its reactivity measurements were performed under a constant flow of ethanol and acetaldehyde at a flow rate of ${\sim}0.6{\mu}mol/sec$ and the substrate temperature was slowly raised at a rate of 0.2 K/sec. We observed that the overall reactivity of the catalysts increased with increasing Au loading along with selectivity favoring dehydrogenation to product hydrogen gas. In addition, we disclosed various reaction channels involving competitive reaction paths such as dehydrogenation, dehydration, and condensation. In addition, subsequent reactions of acetaldehyde obtained from dehydrogenation of ethanol, were found to occur and produce butene, crotonaldehyde, furan, and benzene. Based on the results, we proposed overall reaction pathways of such reaction channels.
With changing software industry structure, the emerging concept called Software Ecosystems (SECO) has various challenges that software engineers have to overcome. In market-driven software product development, they should have the capability to offer high value products to their own business and their customers in order to being competitive. Each stakeholder's perspectives and interests should be reconciled in terms of requirements so that engineers can offer high value products through requirements selection. Existing works have just mentioned the need of requirements negotiation between stakeholders without proposing detailed guidelines or practice. In this work, a systematic Requirements Negotiation process is proposed to resolve conflicts of interests of stakeholders in SECO. The interests of stakeholders are analyzed based on goal-based requirements engineering. The rationale of requirements conflict is structured for management. A stepwise requirements negotiation process aims at resolving requirements conflict by applying game theory concepts based on self-interested behaviors of stakeholders.

Companies have recently become interested in the importance of long-term relationships with customers because business-based marketing ideas of the past have evolved into long-term relationship-based marketing. Establishing a relationship with customers to a company is not a simple method to form a market of consumers and provider; it is now understood as an important factor directly connected to the survival of a company. This study is to help Korean fashion brands in China build an efficient strategy for sales promotion and loyal customers through the analysis of the effect of familiarity with Korean fashion brands on satisfaction and brand loyalty in a rapidly growing Chinese fashion market. An online questionnaire covering Korean fashion brands in China was completed by 377 Chinese male and female customers aged 20 to 39 years old from March 20 to March 27, 2014. Data analysis was performed by factor analysis and path analysis using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS. Both direct experiences and indirect experiences influenced brand familiarity. It showed that brand familiarity had a significant direct effect and an indirect effect through satisfaction on brand loyalty. A competitive advantage in the present Chinese fashion market requires that loyalty builds and that brand loyalty increases by creating a long-term relationship with customers when familiarity about the brand is induced.
As the innovative IT are being developed and applied in the e-business environment, firms are recognizing the fact that amount of customer information is providing care competitive edge. However, sensitive privacy information are abused and misused, and it is affecting the firms to require appropriate measures to protect privacy information and implement security techniques to safeguard carparate resources. This research analyzes the threat of privacy information exposure in the e-business environment, suggest the IPM-Trusted Privacy Policy Model in order to resolve the related problem, and examines 4 key mechanisms (CAM, SPM, RBAC Controller, OCM) focused on privacy protection. The model is analyzed and designed to enable access management and control by assigning user access rights based on privacy information policy and procedures in the e-business environment. Further, this research suggests practical use areas by applying TPM to CRM in e-business environment.
The purpose of this study is to understand the distributions of fashion market and it's characteristics by investigating the attributes and changes of three representative fashion markets i. e. Chungjang Street Market, Underground Shopping arcades, Department Stores in Kwangju Metropolitan city. This study might contribute to the construction of more attractive fashion markets and also to consumer convenience by providing information about fashion. The method of investigation is by direct market visiting and interview from 2000. 7. 11 until 7. 30. The result is as follows; 1. Chungjang Street: This is the most famous and fashionable area, situated mainly on Chungjang street and Hwangkum-dong. The various kind of designer's boutiques, national brands, wedding shops, multi-shops etc. take place. Teenagers and people in their early twenties are the main customers. This point should be born in mind in a strategy of marketing. 2. Underground Shopping arcades: This market is open to customers of all ages and to the passengers crossing the streets and the purposeful visitors, even in rainy or snow days. However it is hard for novices to find it. 3. Department Stores: There are three department stores which are very competitive with each other by granting not only spacious and comfortable shopping areas but also places for children and cultural activities. The strategy of exhibiting unique items unparalleled in it's quality, might be needed with providing a comfortable parking lot, high quality commodes, appropriate sales program and more effective sales managements.
Recently in the Mongolian wireless marketplace, many E-commerce companies have been making considerable investments in the technological development of M-commerce, taking competitive advantage of new business possibilities offered by Internet-based wireless technologies. In the Mongolian wireless marketplace, this new mobile environment opens the door for new and exciting market opportunities in mobile services and applications. In the near future, these companies will be looking toward M-commerce services as a supplemental source of revenue in the mobile marketplace. This paper examines the roles of M-commerce in the consumers' in order to promote the consumers' loyalty in the booming M-commerce. This paper contains theory that focuses on the basic concepts of the M-commerce environment, its wireless network technologies, and its applications infrastructure. Upon searching for references to assist us in establishing a market hypothesis, we discovered that few comprehensive studies on consumer perspective and behavior related to M-commerce services actually exist in the literature. In the area of M-commerce, many companies neglect the consumer perspective, concentrating only on technological factors only when formulating their market strategies. And, due to technological blindness, many companies were not able to succeed in end-user E-commerce services. Given that fact, this paper formulates a consumer-centric research model. In order to prove the research model, we chose the survey method which allows for the collection of large amounts of data from a sizeable population in a highly economical way. Through the survey, this paper defines consumer's attitudes towards M-commerce services by identifying potential Business-to-Commerce(B2C) applications and its primary target groups in terms of gender and age, and by investigating whether consumers recognize the value proposition of M-commerce applications and services. As shown in the data analysis and results, this research concludes that M-commerce development in Mongolia is still at its infancy, and that the implementation of M-commerce depends not only on technological progress, but also on consumer attitudes and their willingness to adopt M-commerce services. As well, other complex cross-cultural factors-socially, economically, culturally, et cetera-enter strongly into the equation.
The purpose of this study lies in providing the basic materials for wrestlers' control of health and physical strength, the preventive, measure for injury during a practice or a game and the scientific training method for upgrading competitive power in a game. The result of analyzing the occurring tendency and therapeutical actions and attitude of sports injury, taking the 258 wrestlers from a high school, an university and pro-team as the object of study through a questioning sheet are like following. 1. Among every wrestlers' causes of injury, the main cause was a physical collision occupying $\50\%$, and an excessive training occupied $30\%$. on the contrary, the unsatisfied wrestler's cause of injury was a shortage of mental concentration and a burden of weight, occupying each $19\%$ and $17\%$. Therefore in order to prevent the injury, you should take care of especially in time of physical collision in a practice or a grme and prevent an excessive training. 2. The seasion with the most frequent occurrence of injury is the winter$(78\%)$, and in the spring and summer$(5.5\%)$, the frequency of occurrence of injury is very low. In the meantime, considering by occurring time, during a practice$(95\%)$ the injury occurs most frequently and during a game$(5\%)$ occure least frequently. Therefore, in order to reduce the injury, you should warm up sufficiently before the training and the practice and concentrate all of you attention and mind. 3. The injury occurs most highly in the afternoon hours occupying about $80\%$, and a little in the dawn and morning hours but in the contrary rarely in the night. 4. As the wrestler's injury type, the injury on muscles and tendons occupies the most to take $65\%$ of the whole injuries.

Cycling that transform human energy into mechanical energy is one of the man-machine systems out of sports fields. Benchmarking means " improving ourselves by learning from others ", therefore benchmarking toward dominant cyclist is necessary on field. the goals of this study were to provide important factors on multi-disciplines (kinematics, physiology, power, psychology) for a tailored-training program that is suitable to individual characteristics. Two cyclist participated in this study and gave consent to the experimental procedure. one was dominant cyclist (years:21 yrs, height:177 cm, mass:70 kg), and the other was non-dominant cyclist(years:21, height:176, mass:70). Kinematic data were recorded using six infrared cameras (240Hz) and QTM (software). Physiological data (VO2max, AT) were acquired according to graded exercising test with cycle ergometer and power with Wingate test used by Bar-Or et. al ( 1977) and to evaluate muscle function with Cybex. Psychological data were collected with competitive state anxiety inventory (CSAI-2) that were devised by Martens et. al (1990) and with athletes' self-management questionnaire (ASMQ) of Huh (2003). It appears that the dominant's CV(coefficient of variability) was higher than non-dominant's CV in Sports Biomechanics domain, that the dominant's values for all factors ware higher than non-dominant's values in physical, and physiological domain, and their values between cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety were contrary to each other in psychology. Further research on multi-disciplines may lead to the development of tailored-optimal training programs applicable with key factors to enhance athletic performance by means of research including athlete, coach and parents.
