전력 VDMOSFET의 2차원Computer Simulation (Two Dimensional Computer Simulation of Power VDMOSFET)

  • 본 논문에서는 전력 VDMOSFET를 2차원 수치해석하여 I_V특성을 구할 수 있는 computer program을 작성하였고 이 program에 의해서 전력 수직이중확산형 MOS(VDMOS)의 I-V 분포 특성, 전위 및 전자정공 농도 분포특성이 computer simulation되었다. 또 teansconductance, on-resistance 및 표면 이동도 model이 적용된 I_V특성이 simulation되어 실험값 및 선행연구자의 결과값과 비교되었다. 기본 방정식은 유한차등분법(F.D.M)에 의해서 해석되었고 Gummel이 알고리즘과 Mock의 식이 적용 되었다.

  • An air source heat pump using liquid injection technique, which can be applied for very low temperature climate, has been simulated to examine the design options. Comparison between the simulation and experiment has been carried out to validate the simulation method. Effects of various design parameters such as liquid injection rate and injection pressure are Investigated to optimize the performance of the heat pump. Finally, optimal liquid infection rate and injection pressure to maintain sufficient heating capacity and moderate discharge refrigerant temperature are suggested when the heat pump was operated at very low outdoor temperature.

AMESim을 이용한, GDI 엔진에서 연료의 분사조건 변화에 따른 분사량 변화 예측 (Simulation Injection Mass with Variable Injection Condition in GDI Engine using AMESim)

  • In case of GDI engine, shape of injected fuel and injection mass are one of the most important factors for good fuel efficiency and power. But it should be too inefficient and difficult to acquire injection mass data by experiment because condition in engine vary with temperature, pressure, and so on. So, this paper suggests the AMESim (Advanced Modeling Environment for Simulation of Engineering Systems) as simulation program to calculate injection mass. For both simulation and experiment, n-heptane is used as fuel. In AMESim, I modeled the GDI injector and simulated several cases. In experiment, I acquired the injection mass using Bosch method to apply ambient pressure. The AMESim show reasonable result in comparison with experimental data especially at injection pressure 15 MPa. Other conditions are also in good accord with experimental data but error is a little bit large because the injection mass is so low.

  • 전투지휘훈련의 목적은 컴퓨터 기반의 시뮬레이션 모델을 활용하여 지휘관과 참모들의 지휘통제 및 의사결정 능력을 향상시키는데 있다. 본 연구는 전투지휘훈련을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델에 지휘통제 모델을 포함시키는 방법을 제시한다. 지휘통제 모델을 포함시킴으로써 모델 상에서 모의되는 개별 전투개체 또는 단위부대는 게이머를 통하지 않고 전술적 통제수단으로 구성된 상급부대의 명령을 직접 입력받아 처리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그러한 지휘통제 및 의사결정 과정을 이산사건시스템명세 (DEVS) 형식론을 활용하여 모델로 명세하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 개체단위 기반의 지휘통제 및 의사결정 과정 모델과 현재 연대 및 대대급에서 활용 중인 전투21모델에서의 모의 결과를 비교하여 사례를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 지휘통제 및 의사결정 과정 모델이 갖는 장점 및 기대효과 등을 제시한다.

  • The INM simulation program is used to estimate the condition of the exposed area to the noise near a military airport in Korea. $WECPNL_k$, the evaluation unit of korean airport noise, is different from the ICAO $WECPNL_I$ that is used in the simulation program. Therefore, it is inappropriate to compare these units each other directly. This study presents method of comparison between them by using $LA_{MAX}$. The aircraft events are classified into three classes, as departure, overfly and approach. In result, the measurement and simulation seemed to be similar at departure and approach pattern. However, overfly pattern had higher errors between measurement and simulation. Finally, it is necessary to examine the method to determine flight events and duration for the $WECPNL_k$ application.

삼차원 소성가공 공정 시뮬레이션을 위한 지능형 사면체 요소망 자동생성 (Automated Adaptive Tetrahedral Element Generation for Three-Dimensional Metal Forming Simulation)

  • In this paper, an automated adaptive mesh generation scheme, based on an advancing-front-Delaunay method, is presented fur finite element simulation of three dimensional bulk metal farming processes. Basic approach is introduced in detail, including a surface meshing and volume meshing technique and a mesh density control scheme. The presented approach is applied to automatic forging simulation in order to evaluate the effect of the developed schemes. Comparison shows a good agreement between required mesh density and generated mesh density, implying that the presented approach is appropriate for automatic mesh generation in metal forming simulation.

  • 반복이 있는 랜덤화 블록 모형(randomized block design with replications)에서 비모수 다중비교 방법으로는 Mack과 Skillings (Technometrics, 23, 171-177, 1981) 방법이 있다. 이 방법은 각 블록의 처리에서 반복된 관측값 대신 관측값들의 평균을 이용해 순위를 매기기 때문에 정보의 손실이 발생할 가능성이 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 Hodges와 Lehmann (The Annals of Mathematical Statistics, 33, 482-497, 1962)이 제안한 정렬방법과 Chung과 Kim (Communications for Statistical Applications and Methods, 14, 551-560, 2007)이 제안한 결합위치 검정법을 확장하여 반복이 있는 랜덤화 블록 모형에서 새로운 비모수 다중비교 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 몬테카를로 모의실험(Monte Carlo simulation)을 통해 모수적 방법과 기존의 비모수적 방법과의 family wise error rate (FWE)와 검정력을 비교하였다.

  • A study using compare and analyze about differences among three basic pants patterns(shape and size of pattern, fitting and amount of air gap and so on) through 3D simulation. This study use 3D simulation program, DC Suite version 3.0. The results are as a follows: The results of comparison about total pants pattern shape, the ESMOD have two tucks of front and one dart of back and the Secoli and On&on have each dart of front and back. The results of estimation about total appearance, the On&on is the best of all pattern about total silhouette of front and back side and the ESMOD is the worst of all. In a case of the ESMOD, the thigh part has so many spaces between body and pants so it is rated low. When we examine about space between body and pants, amount of air gap of ESMOD is 0.6 at waist circumference and next is On&on(0.07). In case of hip circumference, the Secoli is 0.08 and the ESMOD is 0.14. The ESMOD's amount of air gap is 0.32 at thigh circumference and 0.62 at knee circumference. The Secoli's amount air gap is 0.26 at thigh circumference and 0.59 at knee circumference.

방사선 노출에 따른 3T APS 성능 감소와 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 통한 픽셀 내부 결함의 비교분석 (A Comparison between the Performance Degradation of 3T APS due to Radiation Exposure and the Expected Internal Damage via Monte-Carlo Simulation)

  • The trend of x-ray image sensor has been evolved from an amorphous silicon sensor to a crystal silicon sensor. A crystal silicon X-ray sensor, meaning a X-ray CIS (CMOS image sensor), is consisted of three transistors (Trs), i.e., a Reset Transistor, a Source Follower and a Select Transistor, and a photodiode. They are highly sensitive to radiation exposure. As the frequency of exposure to radiation increases, the quality of the imaging device dramatically decreases. The most well known effects of a X-ray CIS due to the radiation damage are increments in the reset voltage and dark currents. In this study, a pixel array of a X-ray CIS was made of $20{\times}20pixels$ and this pixel array was exposed to a high radiation dose. The radiation source was Co-60 and the total radiation dose was increased from 1 to 9 kGy with a step of 1 kGy. We irradiated the small pixel array to get the increments data of the reset voltage and the dark currents. Also, we simulated the radiation effects of the pixel by MCNP (Monte Carlo N-Particle) simulation. From the comparison of actual data and simulation data, the most affected location could be determined and the cause of the increments of the reset voltage and dark current could be found.

수치적 시뮬레이션과 충격 시험을 통한 수직방향 진동절연 완충기 설계 및 성능 평가 (Design and Performance Evaluation of the Vibration Absorber of Vertical Direction Using Numerical Simulation and Shock Test)

  • Vibration/shock affects biggest taking a train subtraction of vehicle and durability decline. Therefore, absorber is used for vibration/shock isolation and various qualities of the material and design are applied to isolation. This paper proposes vibration/shock absorber that applies 'Disc' spring. Through comparison with 'Disc' spring that has nonlinearity and coil spring that is having linearity, see effect that nonlinearity of isolation gets in vibration/shock Isolation. Coil spring and 'Disc' spring are non-linear numerical analysis and simulation through theory for this, get and investigate comparison result through an experiment finally. Expressed and formulated shock through 'Runge-Kutta' method/impact response to nonlinear-vibration-equation of 1 degree of freedom for numerical analysis. Double half sine pulse of excitation used and analyzed result through spectrum response analysis here. Response of disc spring is compared to response of coil spring by changing $h_o/t$ ratio with computer simulation and the usage of disc spring is increased through analysis of effect of design factors. The purpose of this paper is that the shock response of disc spring is calculated through numerical simulation and to design the optimal absorber under the limited condition. And then, the isolation effect was analyzed through the shock test.
