기술창업의 산업구조 기술특성 및 기술마케팅전략이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 기술마케팅 전략 유형 조절변수 (Industry Structure, Technology Characteristics, Technology Marketing and Performance of Technology -Based Start-ups: With Focus on Technology Marketing Strategy)

  • Purpose - This study aims to advance our knowledge about factors influencing technical startup performance through analysing technical startup process empirically. This study was conducted to focus on industry structure(industry growth rate, competitive intensity, and enter barriers), technology characteristics(technical excellence and wide range of technical application), and the performance in the technology-based start-ups. Specifically, analyzing moderating effect of technology-marketing strategy, this studied how moderating variables affect technical startup performance under industry structure. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study was technology-based start-ups company that received technology transfer from public organization. The development of the paper model is based on the literature of the preceding research analysis in technology commercialization, performance of technology-based start-ups, and marketing strategy. This study has a construct that was defined in the previous studies, such that technology marketing strategy was defined into the two ways of being broad or narrow in strategic application. From November 3. 2015 to December 22, 220 questionnaires were distributed with targeting to start-up companies in technology-based. 188 responses were collected for empirical analysis except the missing and wrong value responses. This data were used for structural equation modeling and regression analysis. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, as industry structure variables influencing on performance(technical, financial) of technology-based start-ups, industry growth rate, competitive intensity and enter barriers of variables were verified; high growth rate has more positive effect on performance than low growth rate, competitive low intensity has more positive effect on performance than competitive high intensity, low enter barriers have more positive effect on performance than high enter barriers. Second, as technology characteristics variables influences on the performance(technical, financial) of technology-based start-ups, technical excellence and wide range of technical application of variables were verified ; technical high-excellence has more positive effect on performance than technology low-excellence, wide range of technical application has more positive effect on performance than narrow range of technical application. We also find that technology marketing strategy(broad/narrow) in moderating factors on performance (technical, financial) is as follows. Analyzing the moderating effect depending on technology marketing strategy(broad/narrow), application of technology, and the types of technology strategy(broad/narrow) were revealed that broad marketing strategy had a more significant effect on performance of technology-based start-ups. With AMOS, the relevancy of the study model revealed higher for broad technology-marketing strategy than narrow technology marketing strategy, and the explanatory power revealed to be 6.4% higher in broad marketing strategy than narrow marketing strategy. Conclusions - This study confirmed that industry structure and technology characteristics are important factors influencing the performance of technology-based start-ups. Technology-marketing strategy affects the performance of technology-based start-ups between industry structure and technology characteristics. According to additional analysis, moderating variables and technology-marketing strategy are important factors influencing the performance of technology-based start-ups under industry structure and technology characteristics. Broad type of technology-marketing strategy has more attractive industry structure and excellent technology characteristics than narrow types of technology-marketing.

  • We worried about the technology difference between our company and the advanced company at present motor market and are asked to set up the independent coil insulation system to accumulate insulation technology data. And to export our products at oversee market, we are asked to the evaluation of insulation performance to show our product excellence. In this study, we evaluated the insulation system of our motor, and studied the insulation diagnosis technology systematically to do site diagnosis. We are now accumulating the measured data. And also to reduce the initial insulation failure, we performed the insulation characteristic test and acquired the data to evaluate the initial soundness. We are doing the improvement of the insulation system. And also these data were used to new product development as very useful data, also will be used in the insulation deterioration diagnosis to estimate the remained life time which is very important data for the maintenance management. As the result, we were able to get our product reliability.

  • The entire industry is increasing the use of big data analysis using artificial intelligence technology due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The value of big data is increasing, and the same is true of the production technology. However, small and medium -sized manufacturers with small size are difficult to use for work due to lack of data management ability, and it is difficult to enter smart factories. Therefore, to help small and medium -sized manufacturing companies use big data, we will predict the gross production time through machine learning. In previous studies, machine learning was conducted as a time and quantity factor for production, and the excellence of the ExtraTree Algorithm was confirmed by predicting gross product time. In this study, the worker's proficiency factors were added to the time and quantity factors necessary for production, and the prediction rate of LightGBM Algorithm knowing was the highest. The results of the study will help to enhance the company's competitiveness and enhance the competitiveness of the company by identifying the possibility of data utilization of the MES system and supporting systematic production schedule management.

  • In this Paper, We proposed important KPI which is very critical problem that all enterprises must send out. We surveyed 50 company which are received Excellence Service Quality Certification by Government and we select KPI. We find critical KPI which is calculated important value by relation knowing KPI and item of SQ Model by using QFD Method. We hope proposed KPI which is being used in the enterprises.

  • In this paper, we developed the new-type digital gyrocompass for ship. This is made of DTG(Dynamically Tuned Gyro) and two accelerometers. The simple structure of two-axis free gimbals and the digital precession by CPU unit are main differences from Sperry or Anschutz type gyrocompass. As experimental results, the developed gyrocompass seeks the true north within 1 hour and support maximum speed 100[knot], maximum latitude $75[^{\circ}]NS$. By the comparison with other company's Products, we show the uniqueness and the excellence of the proposed gyrocompass.

전자조달공고 분석지원 시스템 개발 (Development of Procurement Announcement Analysis Support System)

  • 국내 공공전자조달은 국내외에 우수성을 인정받고 있다. 하지만 수요기관이 발주 시 조달업체가 관련 공고를 일일이 확인하거나, 전체 조달공고현황을 한눈에 파악하기에는 어려움이 있다. 그에 따라 본 논문에서는 효과적인 전자조달시스템의 활용을 위해 빅데이터 기술인 HDFS와 아파치 스파크 기술, 협업필터링 기술을 이용하여, 조달공고 추천서비스와 조달공고 계약 트렌드 분석 서비스 구현을 통한 전자조달공고 분석지원 시스템을 개발하였다. 조달공고 추천서비스는 조달업체의 특성과 성격에 맞는 공고를 추천함에 따라 조달업체가 일일이 공고를 검색하는 수고를 덜어 줄 수 있으며, 조달 공고 계약 트렌드 분석 서비스는 조달 공고/계약 정보를 시각화하여 조달업체와 수요기관에게 전자조달의 분석정보를 한눈에 확인할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

소비자가 제품에서 추구하는 소비자가치: 제품 속성과 가시성에 따른 4가지 제품유형을 중심으로 (Consumer Values Derived from Products by Consumers: Difference among the Four Types of Products Classified with Product Attributes and Visibility)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand consumer values derived from products by the contemporary consumers, as the meaning of a product is extended from the functional utilities to the mediums of fulfilling consumer values. Consumer values have been researched from the marketers' perspectives and, thus, the scales to measure consumer values tend to be too abstract and not always reflective of the consumers' perspectives. Holbrook's typology of consumer values is utilized and the products are classified into four groups according to the product characteristic of the utilitarian versus hedonic, and the consumption spaces of the indoor and outdoor. The findings are as follows. First, the values of efficiency, excellence, ethics, and spirituality are more likely derived from utilitarian products, while the value of play is more likely derived from the hedonic products. Second, the values of efficiency, excellence, and ethics are more likely derived from the indoor products, and values of playfulness, esthetics, status, and respect are more likely derived from the outdoor products. Third, the most frequently mentioned values are the efficiency, playfulness, and status. Fourth, the list of products answered as being representative for four types of products are short to include obvious products such as TV, mobile phone, computer, car, refrigerator, and MP3 player. Both the utilitarian and hedonic values are derived from TV, computer, and mobile phone, while the utilitarian value from refrigerator and car, and the hedonic value from MP3 player, digital camera, and game consoles. The results imply that consumer values should be carefully understood and reflected in developing new products in order to successfully fulfill consumers' underlying needs and requirements.

  • 오늘날 기술적인 차이는 적어지고 기업들이 출시하는 제품이 유사해져감에 따라 경쟁적 우위를 위한 대안으로 기업은 브랜드를 제시한다. 제품의 질적인 우위는 쉽게 다른 경쟁 기업들에게 모방되어질 수 있지만 무형적인 가치를 포괄하는 브랜드는 쉽게 모방되기가 어렵기 때문에 기업의 차별화를 만들어 주고 고객과의 관계를 결정한다는 점에서 글로벌 경쟁 시대에서 더욱 중요해 지고 있다. 또한 디자인이미지는 기업 경쟁력에 있어서 중요한 부분을 차지하는 요소이다. 기업이 내세우는 디자인이미지는 브랜드를 반영하며, 브랜드는 기업이미지와 기업이 갖는 철학을 대변한다. 이에 다양한 제품들이 갖는 디자인이미지는 브랜드가치 향상을 위해 중요한 역할을 한다. 기업은 이러한 디자인이미지의 정체성을 구축함으로써 브랜드를 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서 디자인이미지의 정체성이 없거나 디자인이미지들이 정체성을 갖지 못하고 일탈된 부분에 대한 연구는 중요하다. 본 연구는 기존의 기업경쟁력을 위해서 브랜드를 강화시켜야하며 이를 위해서는 디자인이미지가 브랜드의 정체성에 가깝게 이루어져야 한다는 부분에 초점을 두었다. 선행연구와 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 소비자가 구매하는 제품이 가지고 있는 디자인 이미지를 중심으로 디자인아이덴티티 영역을 찾는 것이다. 먼저 소비자들이 생각하는 디자인이미지의 동질성을 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 이미지들이 나타내는 방향성을 분석하여, 기업의 브랜드 전략에 개선이 될 수 있는 디자인아이덴티티 영역과 브랜드와의 관계를 모색할 것이다.

기술력 평가모형의 기술금융 활용 적합성 연구 (A Study on Suitability of Technology Appraisal Model in Technology Financing)

  • 본 연구는 금융기관의 여신심사용 기술력 평가모형의 직접 활용 타당성 및 가능성을 검증하기 위해 첫째, 기술력 평가모형이 기업의 경영성과를 반영하고 있는지, 둘째, 현재의 기술등급 분류체계가 적절한지, 셋째, 그렇다면 기술등급 분류체계를 결정하는 중요 평가항목은 무엇인지를 검증하였다. 분석결과 재무적 성과(안정성), 비재무적 성과(기술환경)는 기술등급을 설명하는데 유의한 변수임이 증명되었다. 기술등급 분류체계는 군집 간 모든 평가항목(대항목 2개, 중학목 8개)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 평가항목의 상대적 중요도는 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았지만 기술금융 적합여부와 기술력 우수여부를 결정하는 1순위 변수로는 기술개발능력이 선정되었다. 기술금융 적합여부에 있어 2순위 변수로는 기업 경영관련 지표가, 기술력 우수기업 여부는 기술력 기반의 경쟁력 지표가 선정되었다. 종합하면 기술력 평가모형은 기업의 경영성과와 위험을 일정부분 반영한 모형이며, 기본적으로 기술개발능력을 중심으로 경영능력과 기술진보에 의한 경쟁력을 더하여 기술기반 중소기업의 미래를 예측하는 모형임을 의미한다. 이는 '미래진보성(forward-looking)' 기능의 기술력 평가모형이 기존의 신용평가모형과 결합했을 때 평가모형으로서 예측력과 안정성 개선에 긍정적 요인으로 작용할 수 있는 가능성이 있음을 시사한다.

디지털뱅킹 플랫폼 기반 핀테크 사례 연구: 코스콤 (A Study on Digital Banking Platform-based FinTech Case: Koscom)

  • Recently, in the global financial transaction field, global transactions using computer systems and server hubs between foreign exchanges beyond the one-dimensional offline transactions and two-dimensional online transactions have been actively conducted. In the previous research by Lee Hyung-wook and Lee Min-jae (2018), as the globalization has accelerated following the development of digital technology and the expansion of ubiquitous communication network, the role of companies, the attribute of economic value creation and economic structure are being reorganized. It is said that O2O (Online to Offline) transactions are increasing due to the development. As a result, a new financial transaction paradigm is emerging that solves the inconveniences of existing financial services and enhances speed and convenience. Considering the global network trend and the rapidly developing and evolving digital bank environment, the necessity of utilizing the business platform model is emerging. However, despite this necessity, there are very limited cases in which such an attempt has been applied in practice. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the business platform of the new financial transaction system. Specifically, the case study systematically examines the actual implementation of a unique network connection model with Koscom's global investment bank, which is currently in charge of the domestic financial transaction system, and improves ICT innovation performance and process through this. I would like to suggest a solution. In particular, this study analyzed a variety of business model construction and use cases by pursuing a platform connection with digital banks, which has recently been increasingly in demand. Therefore, this study intends to pursue the original and long-term profitability of the company by utilizing ICT innovation and platform business model, and also analyzes the convenience and excellence of trading for institutional and individual investors using the platform of digital bank. The implications of this study are significant in that it explores and explores the actual cases of ICT innovation and additional digital bank platform-connected business models based on this, and suggests a unique and preemptive business strategy of the company in the future.
