As customer's needs change rapidly in recent days, the evaluation scale about service quality is changing against the variation of the customer's needs. It is fact that the need of change which established evaluation ways about service quality rise more and more. 6-Sigma activity, called "most innovative management strategy in 20th Century", have many problems apply to service company. The important one between these problems is the problem about Critical To Quality(CTQ) Selection caused from the absence of more precise evaluation system. The objective of this study is the development of methodology for CTQ selection coincide to service company. It is the basic logic that the way to regard MOT mainly effects about total customer satisfaction index(CSI) as CTQ, after the development of the evaluation system based on MOT with customers. Also, the study focused on the case of department store progress to exhibit the reasonableness of this logic.

NSSS Control Systems automatically mitigate transient conditions and leads to a stable plant condition without operator actions when a transient occurs during normal power operation. In this paper, the function and performance of NSSS control systems were examined and evaluated by comparing the predicted results with the measured data for the selected events. Loss of a Main Feedwater Pump and Load Rejection to House Load Operation events were selected for the evaluation among the transient tests peformed during the Power Ascension Test (PAT) of UCN unit 4. The overall schematic control actions of NSSS control systems can be evaluated easily through the observation of these two typical events. The selected events were analyzed by the KISPAC computer code[l] which had been used in developing the control logic and determining the control setpoints during the plant design. Additionally, the performance of FWCS during low power operation was evaluated. The result of evaluation showed that the NSSS control systems were designed properly and the performance of the NSSS control systems was excellent and also the computer code had a good prediction capability.

Corporations are pursuing maximum returns from their R&D investment. They are also interested in sound measures to quantify returns. In fact, they use various measures and criteria for measuring returns from the R&D investment. But the fundamental problem is that there is no generic and widely acceptable measures and criteria. To make things more complicated, measures are very powerful and influential to the people in the corporations. Herbert Simon already indicated that people do many things but people usually do their best for the only tasks which are measured. Many researchers, like Chester(1995), are interested in R&D productivity measures and risks because what the company measures really influence R&D people and output. This article present design concepts of the R&D project selection and evaluation system in POSCO(Pohang Iron & Steel Company). This is an output extract from the 6-month joint activities with POSRI(POSCO Research Institute) researchers and POSCO R&D personnel. Process changes, new organizations and new selection and evaluation criteria are developed to improve R&D performance and to enhance technology management of the POSCO. This article covers new selection and evaluation criteria only. We would like to share our experience about how we redesign the selection and evaluation of R&D projects. We also bring insights how we seamlessly integrate 4 different project selection and evaluation steps as a whole. We hope that this case will give you a clue to improve your R&D management.

본 연구에서는 패밀리 레스토랑 고객의 기업 연상이 서비스 평가 및 기업 평가에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이러한 인과관계에 있어서 서비스 평가가의 매개역할을 고찰하고자 하였다. 자기기 입식 설문 방법으로 총 600명의 패밀리 레스토랑 고객을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 이중 301부를 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 패밀리 레스토랑의 기업 연상 중 능력 연상($\beta$=0.636)과 사회적 책임 연상($\beta$=0.091)은 고객의 인지된 서비스 평가에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 패밀리 레스토랑의 서비스 평가($\beta$=0.567)는 기업 평가에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스 평가의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 패밀리 레스토랑의 기업 연상이 고객의 기업 평가에 영향을 미치는 직접 효과가 전체 효과보다 작기 때문에 패밀리 레스토랑에 대한 기업 연상이 매개변수인 서비스 평가를 통해서 기업에 대한 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 조사되었다.

Since the natural gas air-conditioning not only increases the base load of the gas company but also decreases the summer peak load of the electricity company, it is considerded as an efficient demand-side management program. This paper suggests the economic evaluation method of the gas air-conditioning program from the perspectives of the participants, the pipeline gas company, the local distribution company, the electricity company, and the total resources. The absorption type gas air-conditioning/space-heating is selected as a case study to illustrate the economic analysis of the natural gas air-conditioning.

본 연구는 중국 소비자를 대상으로 소비자와 기업 간의 동일시정도가 한국제품에 대한 평가와 소비자의 행위적 반응에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고 있다. 또한 기업-소비자 동일시에 영향을 미치는 요인들로 기업의 능력과 기업의 사회적 책임이행이라는 두 가지 기업이미지 변수를 선정하고 이들이 기업-소비자 동일시 정도에 미치는 차별적인 영향도 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 함께 분석하고 있다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 능력과 기업의 사회적 책임이행은 전반적으로 기업-소비자 동일시에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국기업에 대한 중국 소비자들의 기업-소비자 동일시는 한국제품에 대한 평가에, 한국제품에 대한 호의적인 평가는 중국 소비자들의 행위적 반응에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 앞으로 중국시장에 진출한 한국기업들이 장기적이고 지속적인 소비자와의 관계를 유지하기 위하여 기업의 능력을 높이는 것도 중요하지만 기업의 사회적 책임을 충실히 이행하는데 더 많은 노력을 기울여야 함을 시사한다.

This study shows the scientific and systematic Evaluation Model using factor analysis and AHP methods for the success of defense Information System R&D projects. The evaluation model was divided into 7 evaluation factors such as Developing support, Developing infrastructure, Developing management and test & evaluation, Support factors for strength, Understanding & developing strategy, Developing technology & organization, and Developing performance. And those were composed of totally 24 low level Evaluation index. The Developed Evaluation Model in the paper could be contributed more to objectively and transparently company selection of defense Information System R&D and other defense R&D Projects in the future.

Port Authority in Korea does not have financial independence nor fair recruitment practices, thus the prospects of the establishment of the Port Authority is not adequate. Therefore independent and effective port administration cannot be achieved. To overcome this situation, this paper examines the port administration system in Korea and identifies its problems. This paper then provides an 'modeling of Analytical Hierarchy structure' for evaluation. An alternative solution is provided by carrying out a public survey, analysing the significance of the evaluation factor using the techniques of the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The significance of profitability was identified. The role of central government is significant when assessing the public service function of port administration; and the role of the private company is significant when assessing the independence. In addition, the private company is significant when assessing profitability. The private company is the alternative for port administration in Korea, based on the evaluation of various alternatives.

Objective evaluation is necessary for the company to know the level of its TQM activity and to improve it. This article proposes self-evaluation model for TQM activity through comparison study of the examination viewpoints for the Deming Prize with criteria of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Proposed self-valuation model consists of three evaluation categories i.e. management system, management performance and survey/audit system. Evaluation on these categories is done for process and performance by using scoring method. This self-evaluation model is useful for checking the progress of TQM and make company recognize the strength and weakness of its TQM activity, namely, positioning analysis.
