The growth in human has a close relationship with circumstances and there are two different types of form as a method. One of them Is a great influence of which the environment has a certain effect to human and that is called environmental effect. The other one Is a great reaction of human against the environment which is environmental experience. Human's being loved nature and conservation of nature as a living condition have already processed out for a long time. However, in these days, it is different that a special emphasis on the conservation of nature is being destroyed and it Is perceived the principal of the destruction is human itself. The Museum of Natural Environment has no doubt in a relation with conservation of nature. The main subject of this thesis Is to restore the disappearing beauty in natural environment, an importance of resources in general needs and a change in futuristic perceptions against preservation of the species. Therefore, to produce a complexity in a combination with education and entertainment to a water resource as a main theme is now relieved from its original deteriorated public information center with its simpleness. It Is purposed to secure a cultural space for a community activity and regional peculiarities, dams and lakes, localities of rivers as a main theme to specify their details, to maximize its educational space furtherance with a value as a tourist resource in particular.

Purpose: Lately, The mixed use development on railroad site came up in government policy about securing development available land for public rental housing and social cohesion. The Purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial composition characteristic in housing development example of domestic and foreign through the mixed-use development of railway depot. Method: Site cases are as follows: Shimura Depot(Japan), Kowloon Bay Depot(Hongkong), Chai Wan Depot (Hongkong), Tsuen Wan Depot(Hongkong), Montparnasse Station(France), Euralille Depot(France), Sin Jeong Depot (Korea), Tai Wai Depot(Hongkong), Tseung Kwan O Depot(Hongkong) and Rive Gauche(France). Railway Depot caused various problems such as the lacking of the feeling of solidarity of local inhabitants and the sense of community. In the case of Hong Kong and a France development example to solve these problems, the architectural characteristics appears. Result: At first it is located facilities together such as commerce, duties, the culture. Further, the publicity of the house place is strengthened because an open space, a park are developed on the railroad site. And a variety of connection systems appear between the outside space with a house housing complex built on the artificial ground. Particularly, the development example has an approach and convenience, and it was confirmed that publicness was considerably high.

Recently, in rural areas have been occurred closed school due to reduce children of people who consider educational environment. In July 2009 statistic, Closed school are ut to 3,348; sale process(61%), lease(25%), neglect(14%). Closed school are not only local community education, but also to act as cultural and historical role. First of all, it will be utilized public facilities as well as welfare facilities for local residents. In this study suggests the welfare facility where is remodelled as good case so that it will use as a data when closed school need remodeling. The main contents is as follows; it is set the slope next to the school building, a classroom is remodelled 2 triple rooms which are installed Ondol and a toilet, teacher's room is converted into the canteen, corridors are converted into the kitchen. Having good condition in the area, close school is appropriate to use welfare facility and also effective to convert teacher's space into normal space, canteen, kitchen. Finally, developed 2~5 composition type of elderly facility.

The purpose of this study is to identify and compare the range of dwellers and the use of pattern in public common space for dwellers of high-rised apartment of staircase type and gallery type. Also, it is to ascertain the relationship between extent of neighborhood and community awareness. The results were as follows. The term of habitation of most apartment dwellers surveyed were relatively short and most of dwellers had a small family that having a minor children.'Relational association with their neighbor in apartment of staircase type was happened between families that use the same entrance and elevator and it in gaiter type was happened inside the family. But intimacy rate and range of interest were not that high additively, int the case needs a conversation with neighbor, it happened in individual entrance and elevator hall rather than inside the house and exterior area.

Modern cities have been clustered with spaces defined by specific functions, while standardized with well-defined areas. The monopoly of the function reduces the publicity of the space and hinders people's daily communication. Street also be overwhelmed by the function of being a "passage", traditional streets were losing their liminality. In fact, the street was a place of meeting, a place of events, and a place of freedom to broaden the choices of behavior. The freedom to stop or walk on one'sits own, be attracted by unforeseen events that are available on traditional streets, has become rare on the streets of big cities. Life has become dull and monotonous, too, through the modelling of the street system. Cities have become grim as communities are cut off and fragmented. In today's big cities, public attention to the liminality of the traditional streets need to be aroused so that people could gather freely and have a festival time.

Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri find in women's caring/domestic labor a potential for producing affects, relationships, and forms of communication and cooperation in the family and in the community. Caring/domestic labor in their view is biopolitical in that it directly produces social relationship and forms of life. In this way, they contributed in deconstructing the fixed idea that women's caring/domestic labors are confined to the private domain rather than public one. The literary representations of women's caring/ domestic labor, however, have tended to emphasize its repetitive and confining attributes to private domains and the accompanying physical and mental alienation. Doris Lessing's "To Room Nineteen" and James Joyce's "Eveline" are the examples. "To Room Nineteen," an indirect manifestation of Doris Lessing's position as a Communist, criticizes the sexual distinction of domestic labor under Capitalistic ethic and describes the possible extinction of women's subjects who internalize the capitalistic ideology of bourgeois middle class nuclear family. "Eveline," the fourth work of Joyce's Dubliners, is another example to show the negative result of internalization of Catholic orthodox in which women are obligated to care and sacrifice specially through domestic and caring labor.

The purposes of the study were to find out the basic needs of rural people and to get some implications for the integrated rural regional development. The data were gathered from 376 local government officers and change agents in 8 Provinces. Major results of study were as follows ; (1) Average income of rural households meet $90{\sim}100$ present of average income of urban households. (2) Most of respondents replied that average labor inputs should not exceed $7{\sim}8$ hours per a day. (3) Basic requirement of school career for the rural life was high school graduate. (4) Education expenditure should be less then 6 percent of total consumption expenditure. (5) Rural people should be able to access to basic public facilities such as school, hospital and drag store within thirty minitues. (6) Desirable housing space for rural life was $66{\sim}72.5m^2$. (7) Rural people should enjoy $3{\sim}4$ times of cultural activities and $3{\sim}4$ times of tours in a year.

We present our experiences with open-source spatio-temporal database systems for managing and analyzing big astronomical data acquired by wide-field time-domain sky surveys. Considering performance, cost, difficulty, and scalability of the database systems, we conduct comparison studies of open-source spatio-temporal databases such as GeoMesa and PostGIS that are already being used for handling big geographical data. Our experiments include ingesting, indexing, and querying millions or billions of astronomical spatio-temporal data. We choose the public VVV (VISTA Variables in the Via Lactea) catalogs of billions measurements for hundreds of millions objects as the test data. We discuss issues of how these spatio-temporal database systems can be adopted in the astronomy community.

A rural area of Korea is inferior compare to urban areas in physical settlements, and an elderly people of the inhabitant increased and it is not easy to see young people in a rural villages. It comes from income difference between industrial type and area and leaving rural area are the accelerated and repeated, and resident who live in rural area after twenty to thirty years can be an elderly society A settlement of rural area is needed settlement rehabilitation for elderly society as follows first, a model development and public support of settlement rehabilitation for rural areas. Second, village remodeling of farming village for elderly are discussed. The rehabilitate rural villages is expected an immigration from urban area which over crowding, and eco tour as new industry.

The Internet can deliver various information and services at the lowest cost without time and space constraints while targeting the world among all existing means of communication. Unlike traditional media such as TV, newspapers, and radio in the past, promotions through mobile environments allow target customers to use two-way low-cost, high-efficiency promotional strategies regardless of time and place. With the development of the Internet, social media has developed into a place to acquire information about favorite companies and their products. Social media greatly contributes to the production of text, photos, videos, and various networks, and has expanded global communication and communication media through the interaction and sharing of various information. In addition, through social media, users can communicate in various ways, reveal themselves, and share and exchange information such as knowledge and personal thoughts. In line with these changes, corporate marketers and sellers are striving to provide consumers with appropriate information more quickly. We aims to find out about social media marketing strategies useful for companies.
