이 논문은 공동체 아카이브가 가장 활발하게 구축되고 있는 영국의 공동체 아카이브 운동의 현 단계를 분석하고 이로부터 국내 공동체 아카이브 발전을 위한 함의를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 영국의 '독립' 공동체 아카이브는 풀뿌리운동의 일환으로서 공동체 구성원의 아래로부터의 참여, 자율적 통제, 내적 소유권이 요체라 볼 수 있다. 영국은 역사적으로 1960년대에 등장한 공동체 개념으로 시작해 최근 도시재생프로젝트를 거치며 공동체 아카이브가 활성화되는 시기들을 지났다. 최근에는 주류 아카이브 등 공적 영역과의 파트너십에 의해 공동체 아카이브가 거버넌스(협치) 단계에 이르고 있다. 무엇보다 영국형 공동체 아카이브는, 공동체의 내재적 발전의 산물이며 자율적 통제에 기반하여 '그들만의 방식'으로 아카이브를 구축해왔다. 이러한 영국형 공동체 아카이브의 성격은 최근 국내 '마을' 공동체 아카이브 운동과 그 기본적 성격 면에서 많이 닮아 있다. 하지만 영국형 아카이브 모델은, 주류 아카이브에 포획되거나 주도되는 방식이 아니라 공동체 아카이브의 자율성을 기본으로 하면서도 공적 영역의 노하우를 끌어들이며 거버넌스(협치)를 구성하는 방식으로 진화하고 있다. 개방과 협업의 공동체 아카이브 구축을 위한 방법론 모색이 절실한 국내 기록학계에 영국의 최근 변화는 시사하는 바가 크다.

This paper discusses the merits of the community capacity and capacity building concepts, the strategies used for building community capacity and their implications for community health nursing. Community capacity is defined as the interaction of the human capital, organizational resources, and social capital existing within a given community that can be used to improve or maintain the health of the community. Community capacity building is one approach to promoting community health. This approach takes a comprehensive, dynamic, and multidimensional view of community needs and circumstances and places an emphasis on asset development, collaboration among community organizations, and community participation. The major strategies for community capacity building involve activities such as facilitating the development of an asset-based approach to community, developing leadership, establishing partnership, organization development, utilizing community resources, and developing public relations. The implications of community capacity for community health nursing are addressed in terms of the need for community health education and practicum, long-term commitment, partnerships, and a paradigm shift. The author suggests that the concept of community capacity building may be useful for improving the health of both the entire community and its individual residents.

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 지역사회 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 지역사회 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 2012년 단면연구이며, 국가통계포털의 209개의 시군구별 2차 자료를 사용하였다. 기본 틀은 International Council of Science(ICSU)에서 제시한 지역사회 건강결정요인을 바탕으로 구성하였고, 6가지 측면으로 분류하였다. 분석방법은 지역사회 EQ-5D지수와 지역사회 요인들에 다변량 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과로, 흡연율, "양호한" 주관적 건강수준 인식률, 상수 및 하수도 보급률 그리고 재정자립도가 EQ-5D에 통계적으로 유의하게 긍정적인 연관성이 있었다. 순인구이동률, 비만율, 필요서비스 미치료율 그리고 지역사회 유형이 EQ-5D에 통계적으로 유의하게 부정적인 연관성이 있었다. 이 연구는 지역사회 수준의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 지역사회 요인들의 연관성을 확인했으며, 이것은 지역사회 건강 정책 개발에 유용한 증거를 제공할 수 있다.

본 연구는 앤더슨 행동모형을 적용하여 선행요인, 가능요인, 욕구요인이 지역사회복지관의 주민조직화 서비스 이용의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광진구에 위치한 G복지관 관할지역 거주 20세 이상 지역주민 725명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 선행요인에서는 남성에 비해 여성이, 교육연수가 길수록 주민조직화 서비스의 이용의사가 높았고, 가능요인에서는 복지관 인지도가 높을수록, 복지관의 이미지가 좋을수록 이용의사에 긍정적 영향을 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 욕구요인인 복지인식은 지역주민의 복지관의 지역주민조직화 서비스 이용의사에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수로 도출되어, 복지인식이 자유지향적일수록 지역사회 내에서 주민조직화 서비스 이용에 더 적극적인 참여의사를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지역사회 주민조직화 서비스의 활성화를 위해서는 보다 적극적인 복지관홍보 및 지역사회노출에 관심을 기울이고 자유지향적인 복지의식을 활용하는 전략수립이 요구된다.

With the rapid progress of urbanization today, communities among members of society have collapsed. For dealing with the collapse of communities, special laws regarding urban regeneration revitalization and support were enforced and each local government founded community centers to revitalize urban village communities. These community centers were built to play a pivotal role in communities, but they have difficulties managing and supervising. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data for community center planning and revitalization by examining and analyzing the present state of community center spaces for creation of communities among residents and the present state of use so the existing purpose of establishment as a base space of village community revitalization can be achieved in the future. For this study, first, in the literature review, the concepts of village community and community center were established, based on a theoretical consideration, and the need of research was identified through consideration of preceding studies. Second, in relation to the present state of use, the present state of community center spaces, programs, management and supervision, locations and populations was investigated and analyzed, and community center users' basic characteristics, satisfaction and consciousness of community centers were examined and analyzed. Based on this method and analysis, this study is focused on providing basic data for community center revitalization and planning.

Being able to enjoy leisure time for adolescents is a necessary activity, for it helps them relieve their anxiety and stress and develop their potential. It is necessary to incorporate such spaces in the housing plans in advance and support diverse community activities. The current living spaces do not hold proper spaces and facilities for community activities appropriate for adolescents. Community facilities should be planned so as to reflect the needs of these adolescents, based on a clear survey in advance. The current study has conducted a survey to find out about the level of satisfaction and requests from adolescents on the leisure facilities their current living spaces hold. Based on this prior research, this study looks for solutions that could solve the issue at hand. The current community facilities are not convenient to support a diversity of leisure activities to the adolescents. The community facilities should be able to supplement information on the various activities put in place for the youth and widely supply the programs in demand. Furthermore, the adolescents wanted to form their own community within the facilities to practice their leisurely activities. We can safely assume that the youth's desire for more community amenities will increase for their own development.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the changing process of work activities of community health practitioners in medically vulnerable areas. Methods: For the study an historical research method was used, based on literature data and collected literature data related to the work of community health practitioners from 1940 to 2013. Results: There were 45 records according to the literature data about the work activities of the practitioners. Analysis of the process of work activities by time period was based on the historical records: first, the introduction period (1940~1980) saw the "community health practitioners begin their work activities"; second, the development period (1981~1997) involved "provision of comprehensive health and medical service"; third, the stagnation period (1998~2005) characterized by "attempts at new role changes in a crisis"; fourth, the expansion period (2006~2011) "focused on the work of health promotion"; and finally, the stable period (2012~the present) observed "work activities of community health practitioners recognized." Conclusion: Results showed five topics in the process of work activities of community health practitioners by time period. The results offer basic data to investigate work activities of these practitioners and enable discussions about the future of community healthcare.

This study examines the current status on the supply of community facilities based on the supply criteria of present welfare facilities. Analyzing satisfaction of residents about community facilities based on physical supply criteria. The study sets up the concept and proposed trend of the related studies and distinction through the examination of previous researches. Next, the present systematical supply criteria, was used to make indication in order to propose the promotion of improvement on supply criteria for community facilities. Multi dimensional analyzing system and the satisfaction level of the community facility was used to analyze the relationship between the two. The direction of policy improvement according to the analysis is as per the following. First, it is necessary to improve supply criteria of household to guarantee the minimal amount of space. Second, specification of the minimum distance of community facility to residential area in the complex is needed. Also, the presentation of bottom boundary line of the formation area size to expand the size up to minimal level of size is needed. Third, resident exercise facility supply criteria among the community facility supply criteria need to be improved from the number of household base to the size for each household base. Forth, resident resting facility criteria among the community facility supply criteria should be changed from the present criteria of one facility per five hundred households.

Customers who show high level of brand loyalty are one of the most important corporate assets. Accordingly, customers' brand loyalty has been addressed as a critical issue for the business success. In today's business environment where business channels to customers have expanded and diversified continuously, especially the use of social network services (SNSs) have drawn a lot of attention as an effective channel to promote customers' brand loyalty. This study, thus, analyzes the impact of the virtual brand community identity on customers' brand loyalty, focusing on the role of the sense of communities as mediators. The analysis was conducted by using the data collected from 239 users of Chinese virtual brand communities. The results show that both virtual brand community identity and the sense of communities significantly influence on customers' brand loyalty. Furthermore, the results reveal that both of the community belongingness and community trust composing the sense of community partially mediate virtual brand community and brand loyalty as hypothesized. Based on the results, the strategic implications are suggested and discussed, focusing on improving the customers' brand loyalty in the context of SNSs. Our findings and discussions can help companies develop their customer strategies for utilizing the virtual communities to strengthen customers' brand loyalty.

Chunchoen Community Home Nursing Program (CCHNP) sponsored by Chuncheon City and Gangwondo Nurses Association was the first trial of community based home health nursing in Korea. The services have started since 1996. The purpose of the study was the evaluation CCHNP to establish standard of community based nursing program in Korea. The methods of evaluation were quantitative and Qualitative approaches. Evaluation for organization and management were conducted by the American Community Health Accreditation Program Standards With the result. several recommendations were suggested : It is necessary to expand the program to all the Gangwondo cities. And the liaison system is necessary between medical care facilities and community nursing home agency to establish the continuity of health care delivery system in home nursing program. Also it is necessary to set up the supporting system between community home nursing care agency and hospital home nursing department. Finally, the National Health Insurance should cover the cost of community home nursing care.
