Recent years, being advanced the phenomena of fewness and aging rapidly in rural areas, rural community has been collapsed fastly. This study is aimed for two intentions: the one is identification of the actual conditions of rural diminishing in population, and the other is having a view of real picture of it in future. The major result of this study is summarized as follows. First, as a result of the rural area's shrinking for a long time advanced, the rural community has grown to under the minimum autogenesis level. Futher more this study have a look out in ten years later that rural community will diminish in population to 42% size compared with now, and the number of elder than 80 years old occupy a half of total population in a standard case. Such a consequence of this study implies no doubt that the rural development policy must lay a stress to cope with a serious situation of rural scantiness. And policy conversion calls for having a new understanding of this situation first.

The identification of human remains can be performed visually through families and next-of-kin, but it is not advisable to rely only on visual recognition; instead, it is preferable to conduct a forensic comparison of antemortem and postmortem data for primary identifiers (fingerprints, DNA, and dental data). A dental autopsy is particularly valuable in the identification process of skeletonized, carbonized, saponified, and fragmented human remains. The principal challenge in the identification process is the search and collection of antemortem data. To this end, all dental information held on a missing person can represent a precious source of individualizing information that families should share with the police or investigating agencies after reporting a disappearance.

한강은 수도권의 상수원으로써 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 한강 수계 7개 호수 (파로호, 춘천호, 소양호, 의암호, 청평호, 팔당호, 충주호)의 식물플랑크톤의 역동성과 군집 현황을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 2008년 11월 분류학적 동정에 의해 총 76속 121종이 분석되었다. Cyclotella sp. and Microcystis sp. 는 각각 파로호와 충주호에서 우점종이었다. Aulacoseira granulata 는 춘천호, 팔당호, 청평호에서 우점하였고, Fragilalia crotonesis 는 소양호와 의암호에서 우점종이었다. 같은 샘플의 분자생물학적 방법으로 분석한 결과와 비교해 보았을 때, 분류학적 동정과 분자생물학적 방법은 서로 상호 보완할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In the past four decades, corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues have grown substantially due to the increasing demand for transparency and growing expectations that corporations should manage and improve their social, environmental, and economic performance. As a result, most organizations, companies, and governments provide CSR reports, while a large number of companies are still engaged in defining and integrating CSR into several aspects of their business. CSR is an obligation to society (Lee, 2020). The linkage between CSR and consumer-company identification (CCI) is important under company stakeholders. Consumers who care about those issues often change their shopping habits to bring greater value to the community. They will avoid buying environmentally or socially harmful products, and actively seek the products and services of the companies that carry out social responsibility. Companies conducting CSR activities such as charity works or environmental activities will be easy to associate as a responsible organization for always meeting the necessity of society. Therefore, companies must consider CSR a long-term strategy. The strategic approach to CSR plays an increasingly significant part in the business competitiveness - which helps create companies' values while gains trust and respect from the consumers, partners in particular, and the social community in general. This study is conducted to show evidence from project-based organizations about the CSR factors that influence consumer loyalty and the impact level of those factors on customer loyalty.

Taxonomic identification is fundamental to all microbiology studies. Particularly in metagenomics, which identifies the composition of microorganisms using thousands of sequences, its importance is even greater. Identification is inevitably affected by the choice of database. This study was conducted to evaluate the accuracy of three widely used 16S databases-Greengenes, Silva, and EzBioCloud-and to suggest basic guidelines for selecting reference databases. Using public mock community data, each database was used to assign taxonomy and to test its accuracy. We show that EzBioCloud performs well compared with other existing databases.

Microorganisms play an important role in the geochemical cycles, industry, environmental cleanup, and biotechnology among other fields. Given the high microbial diversity, identification of the microorganism is essential in understanding and managing the processes. One of the most popular and powerful method for microbial identification is comparative 16S rRNA gene analysis. Due to the highly conserved nature of this essential gene, sequencing and later comparison of it against known rRNA databases can provide assignment of the bacteria into the taxonomy, and the identity of its closest relatives. Isolation and sequencing of 16S rRNA genes directly from natural environments (either from DNA or RNA) can also be used to study the structure of the whole microbial community. Nowadays, novel sequencing technologies with massive outputs are giving researchers worldwide the chance to study the microbial world with a depth that was previously too expensive to achieve. In this article we describe commonly used research approaches for the study of individual microorganisms and microbial communities using the tools provided by Ribosomal Database Project website.

본 연구는 온라인 공동체에서 구성원들 간에 신뢰가 어떻게 형성 발전되는지를 살펴보기 위한 연구이다. 신뢰형성에 주요한 요인에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 본 연구는 사회적정체성과 지속적인 커뮤니케이션 활동을 주요한 요인으로 설정하고 이들과 신뢰(Trust)에 이르기 위한 매개변인들인 신뢰성 (Trustworthiness) 요소-Integrity (규범공유성), 선의(Benevolence), 개방성(Openness)-와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 이들 관계를 실증적으로 밝히기 위해서 본 연구는 국내 주요 온라인 사이트의 커뮤니티 구성원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 사회적정체성과 지속적인 커뮤니케이션이 신뢰성 (Trustworthiness)에 유의미한 영향을 주고 있었으며 신뢰성의 세 가지 변인(Integrity, Benevolence, Openness) 등은 기존의 연구와 유사하게 신뢰에 주요한 요소들임이 밝혀졌다.

Post-harvest handling and hygienic level of aquatic products significantly affect the quality and level of safety. Cold chain control is one of the determining factors for the quality of fish and the bacterial community that grows on the fish. Identification of spoilage bacteria and pathogens in aquatic products must be made because it will determine the physical and chemical quality. A molecular identification method with high sensitivity is the solution. This study aims to identify the quality of fish and bacterial communities that grow. The research procedures included sample collection, pH measurement, drip loss measurement, transportation and cold storage treatment, DNA extraction, DNA sequencing, sequence analysis, and bioinformatics analysis. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the simulation of the cold chain system applied to eastern little tuna does not significantly affect changes in the water activity value, pH, and drip loss. The insignificant change indicates that the eastern little tuna samples are still in good quality. The bioinformatics analysis showed the highest diversity and abundance of the bacterial community came from the Gammaproteobacterial class.

Purpose : This qualitative study aimed to determine the health problems and thoughts regarding health promotion of residents of the community. Method : Eighteen residents living in S-gu (local area) located in Busan city and health professionals working in health-related workplaces in the area were selected as participants. Focus groups were extracted and composed, and a focus group interview was conducted for six months from November 2015 to April 2016. Data were analyzed using a phenomenological method outlined by Colaizzi. Result : There were 187 significant statements derived from the data obtained from focus group interviews. These statements were categorized into 33 meaning units based on the researcher's interpretation. Thirteen themes were derived from the derived meaning units and finally categorized into five theme clusters: "People who are trapped in," "Health is what you make yourself," "Pathetic health problems in our community," "Finding solutions to health problems," and "Shortcuts to healthy community." Conclusion : The study results can be applied to the identification of a community health problem and the construction of a long-term health promotion system. In future research, it will be necessary to conduct an experimental study on various programs and approaches for promoting community health, which reflects the solutions to the health problems in the community.

Purpose This study aims to identify the factors that form the social identity of metaverse community users and to investigate the processes that influence engagement behavior. Specifically, this study is to verify the structural relationship between socio-technical factors and social identity of metaverse community. Furthermore, we would figure out the role of psychological ownership and virtual assets in engagement of metaverse community members. Design/methodology/approach Hypotheses were derived through literature research and a survey was conducted for users of the metaverse community. 357 collected responses were analyzed for the structural equitation modeling(SEM) with AMOS 24.0. Findings As a result of the study, all of the proposed hypotheses were supported. As a result, it was found that technical and social perceptions of the metaverse community platform had a positive effect on social identity. Social identity affects the intention to engage in the metaverse community through psychological ownership, and its influence is reinforced by the perceived value of virtual assets.
