본 연구는 수도권 소재 문화예술회관의 지역별 운영주체별 효율성을 분석한 것이다. 최근 문화산업의 중요성은 커지고 있다. 또한 지역문화산업의 근간으로 문화예술회관의 중요성이 부각되었다. 따라서 문화 산업의 활성화를 위해 문화예술회관의 운영상에 효율성을 재고하여야 한다. 문화예술회관을 객관적으로 분석하기 위해 공공기관 효율성 분석도구인 DEA를 이용하였으며, 이는 운영효율성에 초점을 맞춘 것이다. 분석 결과에 따라 서울, 인천, 경기도의 효율성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 직접운영기관, 공단운영기관, 재단법인기관, 민간위탁기관의 효율성이 나타내는 특징을 확인 할 수 있었다. 지역별로 살펴보면 서울과 경기도 소재의 기관이 효율적으로 운영되는 것을 알 수 있다. 반면, 인천 소재의 문화예술회관은 효율적이지 않았다. 운영주체별로 살펴보면, 직접운영기관과 공단운영기관은 효율적으로 운영되었다. 반면에, 재단법인기관과 민간위탁기관은 상대적으로 비효율적으로 운영되었다.

It is true that the social welfare center influences on the community service. The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the community social welfare center. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community welfare, education culture etc. Education culture magnified, and it is acting role as the community education culture center by various program including cultural desire according to the modern request to the whole local resident. In such sense, this study explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the education culture unit of social welfare center in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and service funtion, the service program, the usage characteristics, the service importance. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. Case study and analysis contents about education culture unit of social welfare center present the basic design data for the space plan of suitable social welfare center in small city.

본 연구는 Hofstede의 문화차원을 기준으로 온라인상에서의 문화적 차이를 사회 네트워크 분석을 통해 비교하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 동양 문화권에 속하는 한국과 영미 문화권에 속하는 미국, 영국의 온라인 커뮤니티에서 수집된 휴대폰 관련 구전 데이터를 활용하여 사회 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 불확실성 회피성향을 반영하는 매개 중앙성을 제외한 모든 사회 네트워크 지표가 오프라인 상에서의 주장과 상반되는 결과를 보였다. 온라인상에서는 네트워크의 밀도와 연결 정도 중앙성, 위세 중앙성이 영미 문화권보다 한국에서 높게 나타나 한국이 영미 문화권보다 개인주의 성향이 강하고, 권력 거리가 작게 나타났다. 커뮤니케이션 속도 또한 한국보다 영미 문화권이 빠를 것으로 예상하였으나, 한국의 커뮤니케이션 속도가 영미 문화권에 비해 더 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 온라인상에서의 문화적 차이가 오프라인과 다르게 나타남을 발견하여 문화권에 대한 고정관념이 온라인 상에 그대로 적용되어서는 안 된다는 점을 확인함과 동시에, 온라인이 일탈의 공간으로써의 역할을 담당할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구는 온라인상에서의 문화는 오프라인과는 다른 차원에서 접근할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

A new movement in forming community villages for better living standards is becoming popular. In order to sustain a proper community, it is essential to design proper community programs and facilities, which can encourage the proactive participation of residents. In this study, detailed aspects of the Mindlre (Dandelion) community (including formation process and management of the village) are investigated. The Mindlre community is a successful community village in Korea concerned with residents' participation and community activities. The community is located in Sancheong, Gyungsangnamdo province in Korea. The study methods are references, field trips, and interviews with residents. Six areas were surveyed and investigated: the physical environment of the Mindlre community and eco-friendly elements, respondents' background and the motivation to join, residents composition, residents' participation in the formation process of the community, self-management systems and common activities, and residents's life satisfaction. The mindlre Community was founded on Christian religions faith. The primary idea of this village was building a new hope for rural areas without discrimination. The size of the village was expanded with housing for teachers and students who were linked with the Mindlre School (substitution school). When the community was founded, existing shapes of the village were preserved. The village was physically renovated based on the original environment, in addition nature friendly materials and methods were used. The residents were proactively involved in the community through regular meetings, self-regulation, and community worship. Although the survey results should that most residents were highly satisfied with living standards, there seemed to be no clear division between community facilities and private houses. A systematic and detailed space planning technique was required. In addition, various community facilities are required due to the expansion of the community.

The purpose of this research is to identify major factors that influence the cognition the elderly in community. There was a significant correlation between the cognitive and visual perceptual skills of the elderly. The subject's cognitive skill was statistically higher for males by gender, for lower age group, and for higher level of education.

생활에 밀착한 일상 속 문화 활동을 강조하는 생활문화는 예술과 일상의 통합과 타자와 소통하는 공동체적 삶을 지향하고 이 과정에서 개인과 사회가 가져야할 가치들을 환기시키고 회복한다. 본 연구는 이렇게 지역문화로서 생활문화의 가치가 발현되는 개별적이고 복잡한 맥락과 과정을 이해하기 위하여, 수원 지역의 '고색전통농악보존회' 생활문화 활동 사례를 분석한다. 이를 통해 실제 현장에서 예술과 일상이 어떻게 통합되며 공동체적 삶을 회복시키고 있는지 진단한다. 문헌자료와 참여관찰, 인터뷰를 통한 현상학적 연구를 수행하여 개인, 공동체, 지역영향으로 생활문화 활동과 공적지원의 사회적 영향을 범주화하였다. 연구결과 생활문화 공적 지원으로 늘어난 활동경험은 공동체의 예술적 발전과 인적 상호작용을 활성화시키고 더불어 개인은 예술적 본성을 찾고 지역사회에 영향을 주는 문화예술의 주체이자 실천가로 거듭나고 있었다. 또한 지역주민도 함께 참여하는 생활문화 활동의 과정에서 참여자들의 지역사회 일원으로서의 정체성이 강화되고 있음을 확인하였다.

Recently, the concept of web site stickiness receives attention as a measure of strategy to influence user's visit and behavior on web sites. Web site stickiness means site visit frequency and stay duration. This study investigates the moderating effect of espoused national cultural values on Internet community stickiness with the assumption that dimensional values of national culture can be internalized as individual’s espoused values. Espoused values (i.e., espoused national cultural values) are defined as the degree to which an individual embraces the values of his or her national culture. Our findings can be summarized as follows. First, femininity and power distance moderate the influence of user participation on Internet community stickiness. Second, uncertainty avoidance and power distance moderates the effect of social influence on Internet community stickiness. However, femininity and collectivism do not moderate the effect of social influence on Internet community stickiness. Third, uncertainty avoidance, femininity, and collectivism moderate the influence of network effect on Internet community stickiness. Fourth, masculinity does not moderate the influence of usefulness on Internet community stickiness.

The principal purpose of this study is to analyze school organizational culture in secondary school in Busan. This study measures background variables such as gender, teaching experience, classification of school, grade of school, and scale of school. The results of the study are as follows : First, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on gender, female teachers have a stronger sense of professionalism, community spirit and consideration than male teachers. Second, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of teaching experience, teachers who have more than 21 years of teaching experience have a more positive perception on decision-making and consideration than those who have 11~20 years of teaching experience. Third, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture according to classification of school, public schools have a more positive perception on every item such as professionalism, decision-making, community spirit, and consideration than private school. Fourth, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of classification of schools, secondary schools have a more positive perception on professionalism and community spirit than high schools. Lastly, as it is seen in the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on scale of school, schools which have 13~35 classes have a more positive perception on professionalism than others.

본 논문은 한국 커뮤니티 시네마 운동의 변화 과정과 특징에 관한 연구이다. 2010년대 이후 활발해지는 커뮤니티 시네마 운동은 한국 영화문화 운동의 전환점이라 할 수 있다. 하지만 커뮤니티 시네마 운동에 대한 학술적·정책적 정의와 연구는 극히 미흡하고, 몇몇 세미나나 정책 연구보고서에 등장할 뿐이다. 본 연구는 한국 커뮤니티 시네마 운동 특징들을 한국 대안상영 운동의 흐름 속에서 발견하고자 한다. 한국 대안상영 운동에 대한 통시적 접근과 커뮤니티 시네마 사례에 관한 비교분석 연구를 진행하여 한국 커뮤니티 시네마의 특징을 파악하고, 아직 지원 체계가 준비되지 못한 커뮤니티시네마 정책 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

The main purpose of this paper Is to analyze the characteristics of the Korean language used as a major communication means within the Korean community in Chenguoz District of Harbin, Heirungjiang Province, China, in terms of its phonology, morphology and syntax. The study focuses on how a variety of languages and dialects including Chinese, the Standard Chinese Korean adopted as a means of teaching in Korean schools, and Kyongsang Dialect of Korean have influenced the language of the community. It also deals as background information with the history of the community, the attitude of the community members toward Korean and Chinese, and their proficiencies of Korean and Chinese, to obtain the general picture of the bilingualism of this community. This specific region was studied since this region and most of the Korean communities in the Heirungjiang province were formed by descendents of the immigrants from the southern provinces of the Korean Peninsula, which allows the comparison between the language used today and the language their ancestors used before moving to this area. Due to the industrialization and innovation brought about by the opening of the Chinese society, the fast outward flow of youths to urban areas, and greater assimilation threats from the embedding Chinese culture, we are not too sure if the Korean language will continue to be used in the future. Given these circumstances, we consider this research most opportune in that it provides a look into the Korean community that developed its distinctive culture and language within an isolated cultural environment.
