본 연구는 국내 농촌지도인력 역량모델 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 역량의 정의, 역량모델 개발방법, 인적자원개발을 위한 역량모델 활용 현황에 대한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 역량은 사용되는 상황이나 맥락에 따라서 다양하게 정의되고 있어 사전적인정의와 다양한 연구자들의 역량의 정의에 대한 이론, 특정한 조직이나 직업군에서 사용되고 있는 역량의 정의를 비교 분석하였으며, 결과적으로 역량은 개인의 역할 수행과 직무성과와 상관관계가 있으며 훈련과 개발을 통하여 개선되어질 수 있는 관련된 지식, 기술, 태도의 집합체로 정의하였다. 역량모델을 개발하는 방법도 다양한데, 초기단계에서는 탁월한 직원과 일반직원의 특정한 업무추진사례를 인터뷰와 관찰을 통하여 분석하여 이들 간에 차이를 가져오는 특성이나 행동을 추출하는 직무역량진단법이 주로 활용되었다. 이 방법에는 많은 비용과 시간이 소모되어 이를 간소화한 여러 가지 방법이 개발되었다. 또한 기존 직원 특성 분석보다 다양한 정보원과 미래에 대한 가정을 활용하여 바람직한 직무 결과와 역량, 역할을 추출하는 방법도 개발되었으며 직업이 빠르게 변화하는 시대적인 특성상 이런 방법의 활용이 확대되고 있다. 이런 다양한 방법 중 역량 모델을 활용할 직무나 조직의 특성에 맞는 방법을 선택하여 적용하여야 한다. 역량모델을 활용한 인적자원개발을 통하여 기업뿐만 아니라 정부조직에서도 효율적인 직원 역량 개발, 개인과 조직의 성과 향상 등의 효과가 나타나고 있으며, 앞으로 농촌지도조직에서도 지도인력 역량 개발과 지도사업의 효율성을 향상을 위하여 역량모델을 개발 활용할 필요성이 있다.

In order to adapt to the rapidly changing medical environment, it is important to advance not only the basic medical education in medical schools but also that of residents. The quality of the training environment and educational goals for residency must also be improved for specialists. Although each institute including internal medicine, general surgery, family medicine, etc., strives to standardize, sets educational goals, and develops content to train capable specialists, the education programs focus on special techniques and competency of medical care for patients. The training environment of each residency program is different in each trainee hospital, and hospitals are making an effort to set education goals for the residents and improve their education programs. In Korea, there is no common core education program for residents, while in the United States, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education is responsible for the development and evaluation of a standardized curriculum for residents, and in Canada, CanMEDs presents a basic curriculum to help residents develop competency. Fully capable specialists have more than just clinical competency; they also need a wide range of abilities including professionalism, leadership, communication, cooperation, in addition to taking part in continuous professional development/continuing medical education activities. We need to provide a core curriculum for residency to demonstrate attention to and knowledge about health problems of the community.

The aims of this article were to examine the basic law, contents and concept of educational program for healthy family and provide the jobs and competency of healthy family supporter for educational work. The research objects were 53 healthy family supporters for educational work inclusive of full-time and part-time position. They was analyzed through the survey. The process of research consisted of two parts. One was to suggest their jobs and requirements, the other were to offer their core competency and area for improvement. First, the jobs of healthy family supporters for educational work were the planning and valuation of program. The requirements for the performance of their duties are having a bachelor's degree or a master's degree, career for 1-3years, and a certificate of qualification of healthy family supporters, social worker and family counselor. Second, their competencies were the understanding of education for family life, management for healthy family support center, planning and valuation of educational program, a theory of counsel, community networking, ability of documentation, sociality, communication skill, the ability of solving the problem, the adaptation of various environments, receptiveness, positiveness and so on.

Purpose: The study examines changes in students' self-assessment of their general communication (GC) and medical communication (MC) competencies, as well as perceptions of MC concepts. Methods: Participants included 108 second year medical students enrolled at a Korean medical school studying an MC curriculum. It was divided into three sections, and participants responded to questionnaires before and after completing each section. To assess perceived GC and MC competency, items based on a 7-point Likert scale were employed; a single open-ended item was used to examine students' perceptions of MC. Statistical analysis was conducted to gauge GC and MC competency, whereas semantic network analysis was used to investigate students' perceptions of MC. Results: Students perceived their GC competency to be higher than MC. Perceived MC competency differed significantly across the three sections, whereas no differences were found for GC. There were no statistically significant differences after completing the curriculum's second and third sections; however, the vocabulary students used to describe MC concepts became more scholarly and professional. In the semantic networks, the link structure between MC-related words decreased in linearity and looseness, becoming more complex and clustered. The words 'information' and 'transfer' proved integral to students' perceptions; likewise, 'empathy' and 'communication' became closely connected in a single community from two independent communities. Conclusion: This study differed from prior research by conducting an in-depth analysis of changes in students' perceptions of MC, and its findings can be used to guide curriculum development.

본 연구는 대학에서 창의적 교수법의 필요도와 중요도에 대한 인식과 핵심역량과의 관련성을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 네이버 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 자발적으로 연구 참여에 동의한 총 142명을 최종 연구대상자로 선정하여 조사하였다. 창의적 교수법의 중요도, 핵심역량의 하위요인인 현장실무역량, 문제해결역량, 융복합역량, 의사소통역량, 직업윤리, 공동체의식과 창의적 교수법 필요도와 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학교육은 현장에서 실제 할 수 있는 능력인 핵심역량 향상에 초점을 맞추어 액션러닝, PBL 등과 같은 창의적 교수법을 적극적으로 도입하여 적용해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 가정과 교사들의 교수 능력 개선에 대한 일반적인 인식을 조사하고 선행 연구에서 규명된 가정과 교사들의 교수 능력에 대한 인식에 기초하여 가정과 교사의 교수 능력에 관한 교육 요구를 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 조사 자료는 전국의 중ㆍ고등학교 가정과 교사들을 모집단으로 하였으며, 지역과 학교 급별, 학교 규모 등을 고려한 유층 표집 방법으로 1,104개교를 선정하였다. 분석에는 417개교로부터 접수된 설문조사 자료 616 부가 활용되었으며. 조사 도구는 중요도와 수행 정도를 각각 7단계, 5단계 리커트 척도로 구성되었다. 가정과 교사들이 인식한 교수 능력에 대한 중요도와 수행 정도를 기초로 교수 능력 향상에 필요한 교육 요구를 분석한 결과 7가지 영역 중 ‘지역 사회 및 다양한 인적 자원과의 연계 능력’, ‘학습 공간 및 학습 자료 구성 관리 능력’, ‘다양한 수업 전개 및 평가 능력’ 등 세 영역에서 교육 요구가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 가정과 교사들의 교수 능력 개선을 위한 일반적인 인식으로는 ‘가정과 교사 양성 프로그램 개선(4.13)’보다 ‘현직 가정과 교사 연수 프로그램의 다양화 및 전문화(4.50)’에 대한 동의 정도가 높았다. 가정과 교사들은 이들 두 가지 요구에 대하여 교직 경력과 학교 설립 유형에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타냈다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to define the concept of the community dental hygiene process of care and to develop competency-based learning goals applying the community dental hygiene process of care. Methods: Based on 12 references, the concept of community dental hygiene process of care was defined, and 393 learning objectives were derived to carry out the first and second categorization process. The 57 learning goals were classified according to the 15-week learning subject (once a week) for project learning. To evaluate the validity of the developed learning subjects and goals, 80 community dental hygiene professors were surveyed. The final learning subjects and goals were created by going through the process of collecting opinions from the 35 validity evaluation results received as responses, and opinions from 10 community dental hygiene professors. Results: The first and second validity surveys on the operational definition of community dental hygiene process of care showed 4.32 points and 4.60 points, respectively. As a result of the evaluation of the validity of the learning subjects and goals for 1~15 weeks, the average validity of the learning subjects was 4.44 points, and of learning goals was 4.32 points. Conclusions: The learning subjects and goals developed by applying the theoretical framework for community dental hygiene process of care defined in this study can be used as a learning guideline for learners to understand the theory of community dental hygiene area and to derive the standards of competence in the field of practice.

인적자원의 질은 사회 운용의 효율을 높이는 핵심 요소이다. 세계 각국은 국가 직무능력표준을 개발하고 이를 인적자원관리에 활용하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 발맞춰 기록관리분야 역시 직무능력표준을 개발하고 이를 중심에 두는 인적자원개발체제를 구축해갈 필요가 있다. 각급기관에 기록물관리전문요원이 배치되고 기록관 조직이 운용되고는 있으나 직무상 성장 발전이 요구되고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 상황에서 기록관리 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 직무능력을 규명하고 이를 활용하는 것은 전문요원의 전문성 강화의 측면에서나 기록관 업무의 정상화의 측면에서나 의미 있는 일이다. 본 연구에서는 공공영역과 민간영역의 기록관리 전 분야에 활용가능한 직무능력표준을 개발하는 절차와 방법론을 제시하였다. 그리고 표준의 설계과정에 대한 예시를 보여줌으로써 기록관리분야의 직무능력표준 개발의 가능성과 타당성, 활용성 등을 확인하고자 하였다. 또한 기록관리분야의 직무능력모형과 각 능력 단위별 요소들을 제시하였다. 최근 이슈로 부각된 기록관리의 전문성을 입증하기 위한 방법론을 마련하고 기록관리분야의 인적자원개발시스템을 도입하는데 본 연구가 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대해 본다.

This research has an intention of developing a professional development program. We proposed an alternative mathematics teacher training model based on the situated learning theory, community of practice, and reflective practitioner. The developed mathematics teacher professional development program recruited participation unit that was consisted of 3 or 4 teachers in same school and total of 28 teachers from 9 schools. Also, there were 18 mentors to support each school. In this sense, it can be called multi-tired teacher community professional development program. Through the program, the teachers improve their teaching competency. Also, the operation ability of teacher learning community was improved. Learning community culture has been formed in each school. It shows ability that the explorative learning community can be operated voluntarily although the program finished. Furthermore, community shared corporate responsibility about open class. They recognize open class as a new method to improve community teaching ability than a tool to evaluate individual teaching ability.
