  • An Effect of Website quality on Service Value and Customer Satisfaction in the Internet Banking Internet Banking is very popular in Korea these days. More than 25million are using Internet Banking. This study is to find Quality Factors for Internet Banking Services and relationship among Internet Banking Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Reuse. In this study we found that Service Value is prior to Customer Satisfaction. And also, Service Value and Customer Satisfaction affect customers reuse respectively. This study also found that 7 factors compose Internet Banking Service Quality. They are Convenience Security, Informal ion Providing, Communication, Design, System Correcteness. Convenience, Informal ion Providing, Communication and Design affect Internet Banking Service Value. System, Correcteness and Convenience affect Customer Satisfaction. So we learened that Internet Banking Customers discriminate Service Value from Satisfaction.

환자가 인식한 치과위생사의 의사소통유형에 따른 치료지시이행과 치과서비스 만족도의 관계 (The relations between dental care compliance and service satisfaction of patients depending on dental hygienists' communication patterns perceived by patients)

  • Objectives: This study aims to suggest the future direction to improve dental hygienists' competencies to communicate with patients to increase the compliance and dental service satisfaction, based on the analysis of survey data given to patients on dental hygienists' communication patterns with patients. The findings of this research is aimed to serve as the basic data for future researches on related area. Methods: A survey was conducted to ordinary people with experiences of receiving dental treatment in Gwangju and Jeonnam from July 29th 2017 to September 10th 2017. 224 copies of the questionnaire were used for final analysis. Results: The scores of each communication pattern (informative, friendly, and authoritative patterns) of dental hygienists perceived by research subjects were as follows: $3.76{\pm}0.76$, $3.47{\pm}0.62$, and $2.64{\pm}0.70$ respectively. In the effects of communication patterns on the compliance of patients, it was found that the informative communication pattern (${\beta}=0.227$, p=0.008) and friendly communication pattern (${\beta}=0.216$, p=0.012) had positive (+) effects. Conclusions: Thus, the results of this study verified that dental hygienists' communication patterns are important elements affecting patients' compliance and their satisfaction. For the smooth patient-centered bilateral communications, it will be necessary to continuously develop educational programs related to dental hygienists' communication, and also to have continuous researches targeting patient groups for the comparison to meet dental service satisfaction.

  • Nowadays communication network is steadily changing from a main body of telephone to a network which is creating new services such as multimedia etc. Jhis article introduces a bud of new service and new network which are able to sustain the above service. Including Korea, world advanced countries have been digitatizing their network with N-ISDN (narrowband ISDN) by e.g. 64K b/s and 1.5M b/s. New service by N-ISDN are extraordinary, though it can not solve all kinds of services. To solve these problems, a solving platform should be constituted. B-ISDN(broadband ISDN), as a platform has to be built to deal with almost all uinds of services, whatever the communication speed, communication mode or communication quality may be. Korea Telecommunication Authority(KTA) opened the narrowband ISDN(N-ISDN) at the end of 1993. This was one step previous opening of the broadband ISDN(B-ISDN) service scheduled to be rendered in 2001. B-ISDN, receiving and transmitting by far more information with high speed than the N-NSDN does, is one of G-7 Progects which the Korean government is driving foreward to raise the national scientific power to seven advan ced countries. This is also linked with an extremely high speed information network scheduled to be built by the Ministry of Communications in 2015.

통신서비스 웹사이트 정보불균형이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Information Asymmetry of Telecommunication Service Websites on Intention for Continuous Usage)

  • The communications market can be characterized for its overflow of users, oligopoly business structure, 24/7 open service, incomplete sales, and operation of core platform function. These characteristics have lead users to continuously make complaints and suffer inconveniences, and thus the concept of user protection has come to receive attention. This study aims to propose solutions through communication channeling between businesses and users, based on website construction from the viewpoint of user protection. In particular, a research model was developed to display how the information symmetry of websites can be influential on the satisfaction, reliability, and continuous intention for using communication services. Total of 14 hypotheses were set to measure a significant degree of variables corelation and eight hypotheses were accepted finally. The analysis results showed that information symmetry of telecommunication service websites had a positive effect on intention for continuous usage. Through the research results, it is expected that communication service businesses will be able to consider important factors when constructing websites. Furthermore, the results are expected to be utilized as for ensuring users' continued usage of their communication services.

e-Navigation 대응 해상 데이터통신 시스템 개선 (The improvement of maritime data communication systems for e-Navigation)

  • GMDSS 적용 선박들에 의무적으로 탑재되는 통신장비들의 기능적 한계를 개선하기 위하여 통신 매체별 통신비용, 처리율, 통신 속도, 처리 가능한 서비스, 통신 가능 범위 등에 대한 성능 분석 및 평가를 통하여 e-Navigation 수행에 적합한 데이터통신 시스템의 설계와 구현을 하였다. 제안한 시스템의 실험 결과를 통해, 해상에서 사용할 수 있는 MF/HF 대역은 3600bps 정도의 단문 메시지 송 수신이 유용하고, VHF 대역에서는 9600bps 정도의 이메일 정도의 서비스가 가능하며, 해사위성통신의 Fleet Broadband 서비스의 경우는 수Mbps의 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능함을 확인하였다.

관계혜택과 커뮤니케이션이 관계의 질과 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 - 미용서비스 점포를 중심으로 - (The effects of relationship benefits and communication on relationship quality and long-term orientation - Focused on beauty service stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that relation-building factors between beauty service stores and customers have on relationship quality and long-term orientation. Specifically, the influence of relation formation factors (relationship benefits and communication) on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) and long-term orientation was empirically examined. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 402 adults were targeted from Jan. 6 to Jan. 16 in 2014. The results were as follows. First, the relationship benefits of beauty service stores were classified into four dimensions of psychological, social, economic, and informational benefits. It was found that only the dimension of psychological benefits had a significant influence on long-term orientation among the relationship benefits dimensions. Second, it was found that the psychological benefits of beauty service stores had positive effect on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust). It was shown that informational benefits had a significant influence on satisfaction only. Third, it appeared that communication had a positive effect on long-term orientation. Fourth, it was found that communication had a significant influence on relationship quality(satisfaction and trust). Finally, it was shown that relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) had positive effect on long-term orientation. The implications of the research and direction for future study were discussed.

통방 융합 환경에서의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스 모델 (A Service Model for Multimedia Contents in Communication & Broadcasting Converged Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 방송망과 통신망이 연동되어 있는 통신 방소 융합 환경하에서 다양한 이동 통신 단말을 가지고 있는 최종 소비자(End-user)에게 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 서비스 해 주는 서비스 모델을 제시한다. 이 서비스 모델의 특성은 End to End(E2E) media QoS와 소비자 맞춤형 콘텐츠 소비 제공으로써 콘텐츠의 제작에서 적응, 전달, 그리고 최종 소비자에게 맞춤형 콘텐츠 소비를 가능하게 하는 유통 구조를 가지고 있다. 제안된 서비스 모델은 미래의 통방융합 환경에서의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 유통을 위한 참조 모델로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Objectives: The objective of this study is to present the basic data required for effective communication by identifying the effects of communication within the hospital organization on organizational conflict and organizational performance. Methods: For this study 298 medical workers and general administrative staff working in small and medium hospitals were selected. Results: Upward and downward communication had a negative effect on individual conflict and on upward, and horizontal communication between individuals. Likewise, horizontal communication had a negative effect on conflict between groups. Upward, downward, and horizontal communication are defined based on organizational performance. It has been shown to affect. Conclusions: In order to improve conflict management and performance within hospital organizations, effective communication plans appropriate to the situation and targets have to be developed.

PDA에서 운용 가능한 보안 메시지 전송 프로토콜 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Protocol to Transfer Secure Messages for PDA)

  • 본 논문에서는 CDMA무선망을 이용한 PDA기반의 취약한 전송로 상에서도 안전하게 메시지를 전송할 수 있는 서비스 모델과 PDA 특성을 고려한 보안 메시지 전송 프로토콜 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 서비스는 유선 인터넷 망과 오프라인 상태의 클라이언트 단말기를 SMS(Short Message Service)를 이용하여 연결하였다. 단말기는 SMS 메시지 수신 후에 SMS의 데이터를 분석하여 RAS(Remote Access Service)를 통해 데이터 채널을 생성하고 서버 측의 데이터가 PUSH 되도록 구현되었다. 구현된 보안 프로토콜은 SMS와 데이터 채널을 가지는 2채널 방식을 이용하여 각 통신 부문에서 안전한 통신을 보장 할 뿐 아니라, 안전한 세션키 통신을 위한 비표(nonce table)키 방식을 사용하였기 때문에 세션키 전송 시 키 길이도 줄이면서 높은 비트의 암호화를 할 수 있는 효과를 보였다.

  • 최근, RFID 태그와 리더가 장착되고 무선 인터넷이 결합된 휴대전화로 이동통신 인프라를 이용하여 일상생활에 필요한 정보를 얻고 다양한 응용서비스를 이용할 수 있는 모바일 RFID 서비스의 상용화가 눈앞으로 다가오고 있다. 하지만 모바일 RFID 서비스로 인한 새로운 수익이 창출될 것으로 기대되고 있으나 관련 통신업체의 대규모 투자를 이끌어 내기 위해서는 모바일 RFID 서비스 수요에 대한 정확한 예측이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 모바일 RFID 서비스 수요예측을 통해 관련 통신업체의 투자를 확대할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 하였으며, 특히 다양한 모바일 RFID 서비스 모델의 유형에 따라 서비스 수요를 예측함을 통해 관련 통신업체의 서비스 투자 방향에 대한 의사결정에 도움이 되고자 한다.
