In the construction machinery rental market, there are frequent cases of sublease through large-scale rental companies or rental through mediation organizations without legal grounds. In addition, institutional improvement of the construction machine safety management system has been required due to concerns over the internalization of legal inspections due to the lack of type approval data and construction machine history management during the construction machine inspection process. The government is responsible for securing safety of construction machinery and promoting mechanization of construction machinery by efficiently managing the construction machinery market by setting safety management such as type approval, registration, and inspection of construction machinery. In order to efficiently implement this, it is required to establish a platform for renting construction machinery and collecting safety management information. We presented a plan to build a public platform for construction machinery to secure the soundness of the construction machinery rental market and to improve safety management.

It is very important to use appropriate nutrition water for crop growth in hydroponic farming facilities. However, in many cases, the supply of nutrition water is not designed with a precise plan, but is performed in a conventional manner. We proposes a forecasting technique for nutrition water requirements based on a data analysis for optimal strawberry production. To do this, the proposed forecasting technique uses linear regression for correlating strawberry production, soil condition, and environmental parameters with nutrition water demand for the actual two-stage strawberry production soil. Also, it includes predicting the optimal amount of nutrition water requires according to the heterogeneous cultivation environment and variety by comparing the amount of nutrition water needed for the growth and production of different kinds of strawberries. We suggested study uses two types of section beds that are compared to find out the best section bed production of strawberry growth. The dataset includes 233 samples collected from a real strawberry greenhouse, and the four predicted variables consist of the total amounts of nutrition water, average temperature, humidity, and CO₂ in the greenhouse.

As the major information communication infrastructure had been getting more important, 'Act on the Protection of Information and Communications Infrastructure'(APICI) was legislated in Korea 2001. Consequently, the major information system, nationwide monitering service systems and government administration operation & management systems have been registered and managed under the APICI. The authorized organizations related to above service and system, perform vulnerability analysis and evaluation for chief communication infrastructures by themselves or registered agencies. In this research, we propose an advanced model for vulnerability analysis and evaluation and apply it to the main information and communication infrastructures through the case study. We hope each related organization could apply this model for analysis and evaluation of vulnerability in these infrastructures.

Metabus, a three-dimensional virtual environment for digital communication, has gained a lot of attention recently. Even so, there are still many unanswered questions about the user's consciousness and behavior. A difference in nature from conventional digital communication is also unclear. This paper aims to study Metabus on a hypothetical premise by organizing the possibility of Metabus for communication activation based on a research project aimed at using Metabus to support the formation of a community of school dormitories and studio rental residents. After reviewing the establishment process and application cases of Metabus, we focus on the character (avatar) used as the user's alter ego within the metabus, which will allow customization of both form and content different from text-based communication. The "physicality" and the "spatiality" of the metaverse and the "immersion" they bring are among the most important, functional innovations. Based on this summary, a case of using metabuses will be reviewed to describe the research plan aimed at supporting community formation.

Telecommunication network has been constructed and developed to provide voice. data, and simple image communication service in accordance with the demand increase and the various service tendency according to the growth of social economy It is expected that various multimedia services are transmitted and received through a telecommunication media. First of all, for the sake of realization of these schemes in house, it is essential to make the customer premises networks to be higher level. Especially, the demand increment of customer services and the improvement of technology would be expected to be a result of a main-stream strategic industry. This paper briefly describes investigation results concerning technical development and standardization trends of advanced nation, and introduce technical development and standardization plan which the Government is presently carrying out. We also proposes the schedule of technical development and standardization plan related to international standard.

Mobile Agent has been known that it is an efficient communication paradigm for distributed applications and that a mobile agent provides higher flexibility and performance than existing communication paradigms. Despite these benefits, mobile agent is not used widely in the market because it is very vulnerable to a variety of attacks. To be applied to develop distributed applications, a mobile agent paradigm must consider both security and performance. In this paper, we propose and evaluate an improving method of a migration performance for a mobile agent model using ISM(Integrated Security Manager), which provides high-level security services and travel plan guide. In the proposed method. ISM offers the travel plan guide service which replies the accumulated results when a mobile agent has executed all migration plans related the trusted domain to be managed by ISM. Our method improved about $33{\sim}82%$ of total execution time than the existing method.

This research aims to study agricultural dwelling welfare's application plan according to empty house reality condition. Study's subject was empty houses in Yeongwol-gul in year 2013. Data analysis was concentrated on measuring questionnaires and SPSSWIN 16.0 was used for statistics of frequency analysis and average analysis. As a result, first, empty house's background occurrence and environment was investigated. Second, due to dead mine and rural exodus, there was increase in the number of empty houses, which damaged regional scenary. Furthermore, the region became a crime-ridden district, which is a social issue. Third, it was found that plans as empty house remodeling, policy support, various alternatives, systematic management, housing welfare, and continuous promotion were needed. This research will provide implications in solving social issues due to empty houses, and through application plan, there will be improvement in agricultural dwelling welfare and income increase. There also will be improvement in environment, and policy source for inducing city people and original residents to empty houses.

The government has proposed various policies to 'extend the time for teaching information education in elementary schools'. However, in the 2022 revised practical arts (technical·home economics) curriculum, information education is still organized for only 17 hours the same as before, and there is not enough connection with the middle school information subject. In this study, policies related to information education in elementary schools such as National Strategy of Artificial Intelligence, Comprehensive Plan of Information Education, Education Policy Direction and Core Tasks in the Artificial Intelligence Era, and Digital Talent Education Plan were analyzed. In addition, after the '2022 revised national curriculum guidelines' was announced in 2021, the problems of the practical arts curriculum were analyzed by analyzing materials of the draft proposal of the curriculum and comments posted on the Public Participation Communication Channel. Finally, I suggested a plan to link the 2022 revised practical arts (technology·home economic) curriculum to the information subject of middle school in detail, and to expand information education in elementary schools.

This study analyzed the offshore plant industry and related regulations such as ISO, IEC, and Norsok Standards to develop an integrated network management system (INMS) capable of both on-site and remote management and configuration of IP-based network equipment in offshore plants. The INMS was designed based on actual specifications and POS plans, and a plan of management was verified through an offshore plant engineering company. Various modules such as PAGA interface modules, CCTV, IP-PBX, and HF-radio communication modules were developed for system implementation. Protocol and data design and screen design were followed by framework development and introduction of the automatic satellite communication function.
