Method: We reviewed the papers of communication analysis studies in various fields and summarized communication error researches. Results: We proposed perspectives for communication error analysis and explained the need for extended analysis framework using advanced human-machine interfaces, which will cause the change of communication between operation team, including shifted abstraction phenomena. And we describe main concepts and the case study of H-H-S framework and finally introduce current studies of communication analysis in nuclear domain. Conclusion: The goal of communication analysis is common in all industries. We have to share and co-work for event prevention. Application: The results of the communication analysis might help to facilitate the understanding for interested researchers.

Purpose: Nursing communication has become more important than ever before because quality of nursing services largely depends on the quality of communication in a very competitive health care environment. This article was to introduce ways to improve nursing communication using conversation analysis. Methods: This was a review study on conversation analysis, critically examining previous studies in nursing communication and interpersonal relationships. Results: This study provided theoretical backgrounds and basic assumptions of conversation analysis which was influenced by ethnomethodology, phenomenology, and sociolinguistic. In addition, the characteristics and analysis methods of conversation analysis were illustrated in detail. Lastly, how conversation analysis could help improve communication was shown, by examining researches using conversation analysis not only for ordinary conversations but also for extraordinary or difficult conversations such as conversations between patients with dementia and their professional nurses. Conclusion: Conversation analysis can help in improving nursing communication by providing various structures and patterns as well as prototypes of conversation, and by suggesting specific problems and problem-solving strategies in communication.

Most private and public organizations use, for their works, information systems that change their organizational structures. Nowadays, many organizations have team-based structures where typically a cross functional team is in charge of a business process. The effective communication among the members of a team is an important factor of team performance in that communication facilitates trust building, knowledge exchange, change acceptance, and safety improvement. This paper reviews methods for analyzing communication among team members from three aspects such as the content, the amount, and the structure of communication.

Purpose - This study focuses on the quality of nonverbal communication by the flight attendants at the airline, and the factors that contribute to improve customer behavior, thereby providing positive implications for corporate management. Research, design, data, and methodology - For the empirical analysis of this study, reliability analysis and frequency analysis were conducted. T-test and ANOVA analyses were performed. In addition, the effects of nonverbal communication have on customer behavior have regressed analysis. The collected data was empirical suing the SPSS Win 18.0. Results - Among the non-verbal communication qualities were found to significantly influence customer attitudes, and demographic differences in airline flight attendants were also shown to influence their perceptions. Empirical analysis revealed significant differences in demographic characteristics between gender, age and airlines used. Conclusions - All of the non-verbal communication's attributes were found to significantly impact customer attitude. It is used to train the importance of nonverbal communication quality for the role of cabin crew members and to enhance the loyalty of the customers to Airline. This study identifies the relationship between the impact of non-verbal communication quality on customer attitudes and implies the importance of non-verbal communication quality for airline flight attendants. Also, this study suggests that there is a close mechanism between the nonverbal communication and the customer attitudes to airlines.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived parents-adolescent communication style on adoescent’s self-efficacy. The subjexts of this study were 625 students selected at random from first and second grade of high school in Daegu. A questionnaire was used as survey method. Factor analysis, MANOVA and cluster analysis for data analysis and Scheffe test for post-hoc analysis were employed. The man findings were as follows: Firs, there were significant differences in the degree of adolescent’s self-efficacy according to perceive father-adolescent communication style. In case that adolescents perceived their father’s communication style as reasonable, the degree of self-control, self-confidence and attribution were higher than those of other cases such as non-interferential or impulsive communication style. The adolescents who perceived the father’s communication style as reasonable showed higher preference of difficult task than those who perceived it as non-interferential style. The adolescents who perceived father’s communication style as reasonable and non-interferential showed higher attribution than those who perceived it as impulsive style. Second, there were significant differences in the degree of adolescent’s self-efficacy according to perceived mother-adolescent communication style. In case that adolescents perceived their mother’s communication style as reasonable, the degree of self-control was higher than that of other cases such as non-interferential and impulsive communication style. The adolescents who perceived their mother’s communication style as reasonable showed higher self-confidence than those who perceived as impulsive style.

To guarantee safety and reliability, RAMS(Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety) activity for a communication software in train communication network is studied. In this paper, preliminary hazard analysis in RAMS activities is studied for the communication software. Preliminary hazard analysis is done through library for communication software that the specification is defined by IEC 61375. The hazards are defined, then causes and consequence for each hazard are defined. The total 36 preliminary hazards are classified. For high severity hazards are changed to acceptable level by upgrading of system requirement specification.

The purpose of this study is to investigate communication style & communication in the family and marital satisfaction. This study focuses on the following aspects: 1) to find out which variables of background variables(oe, sociodemographic variables & communication styles) have effect on communica-tion and marital satisfaction in the family. 2) to find out the relationships between communication in the family and marital satisfaction. 3) to find out the independent influence of background variables on marital satisfaction. In order to clarify the above problems the data were obtained from questionaires with 72 items. The selected sample is composed of 365 housewives in chong Joo city. SAS pc program was used for th statistical analysis of the data. Data was analyzed by frequency percentage mean F-test Duncan's multiple range test regression analysis path analysis pearson's correlation coefficient. Major findings are as follows: first age of couples education of couples durati n of marriage family life cycle number of children income were variables to have influence on communication in the family, And communication styles were variables to have influence on communication in the family. Second age of couple education of couple duration of marriage family life cycle number of children were variables to have influence on marital satisfaction. And communication styles were variables to have influence on marital satisfaction. Third there were positive relation between communication in the family and marital satisfaction. The higher communication about clothing food housing skill health affection money, time and infstitutional facilities the higher marital satisfaction. Fourth influential variables related to marital satisfaction were communication about clothing affection & money and communication styles(ie, random style, morphogenic style, mophostatic style)

Purpose: In this research, we develop an effectiveness analysis simulation model using Agent Based Modeling with Communication Effects for the development of a new weapon system. Methods: To describe the future battlefield that has more complexity, we develop Agent Based Modeling to describe communication Effects. We use the communication theory (Path-Loss Model) and the real map. Results: We have compared simulation model with real map and simulation model without real map. The Blue Survival Ratio of simulation model with real map is worse than one without real map since the performance of communication gets lower. Conclusion: There are many studies about the effectiveness analysis of a weapon system. Most of previous researches assumed no communication error. In the real world, however, it's not appropriate assumption. Therefore, this study considers the communication error and shows that it is important factor in the effectiveness analysis.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of economic status on the difficulties of family life focusing on the mediating effects of family communication and family ties. A total of 386 people were surveyed, and data from 352 were used for the actual data analysis. For the analysis, technical statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and a Sobel test were conducted. The results were as follows.: First, the correlation analysis confirmed that there are statistically significant correlations among the economic status of households, family communication, family ties, and the difficulties of family life. Second, the economic status of households directly influences the difficulties of family by mediating family communication and family ties. This study identified that family communication and family ties affect the improvement of difficulties in family life. It suggests that improving economic status, promoting communication among family members, and strengthening family ties can help solve the difficulties of family life.

In order to design a real time big data collection and analysis system of manufacturing data in a smart factory, it is important to establish an appropriate wired/wireless communication system and protocol. This paper introduces the latest communication protocol, OPC-UA (Open Platform Communication Unified Architecture) based client/server function, applied user interface technology to configure a network for real-time data collection through IoT Integration. Then, Database is designed in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) based on the analysis table that reflects the user's requirements among the data extracted from the new cutting process automation process, bush inner diameter indentation measurement system and tool monitoring/inspection system. In summary, big data analysis system introduced in this paper performs SPC (statistical Process Control) analysis and visualization analysis with interface of OPC-UA-based wired/wireless communication. Through AI learning modeling with XGBoost (eXtream Gradient Boosting) and LR (Linear Regression) algorithm, quality and visualization analysis is carried out the storage and connection to the cloud.
