전문가 인식 조사에 의한 공학 설계 능력의 정의 및 하위 영역과 요소 도출 (Abstraction of the Definition of Engineering Design Ability and its Subdivision and Element by the Survey of Experts' Recognition)

  • The purpose of this research is to consider theoretical points of view on a preceding research related to an engineering design and abstract the definition of engineering design ability, its subdivision and element on the basis of experts' recognition. To achieve this goal, various literature researches were carried out by examining domestic and foreign articles in journals, lots of dissertations, and books related to engineering design through theoretical consideration. And to secure the validity on the definition of engineering design ability, its subdivision and element through the theoretical study, a feasibility evaluation method by the experts was applied. And the feasibility evaluation of the experts was conducted through 2 stages. The major conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, based on the experts' recognition on the definition of engineering design ability, its subdivision and element, which were revised through the 1st feasibility evaluation and then utilized in the 2st one, the validity was confirmed, and the subdivisions of the engineering design ability were divided into 5 and the elements of the subdivision ability were 33. Secondly, the engineering design ability was defined as "the one to design a realizable product with consumers' demand fully satisfying, based on a knowledge application ability, thinking ability, communication ability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork ability to solve engineering problems." Thirdly, the subdivisions of the engineering design ability were divided as a knowledge application ability, thinking ability, communication ability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork ability.

영아기 인지·의사소통 발달 관련요인 간의 구조적 관계 분석 (An Analysis of Structural Relationships of the Cognitive and Communication Ability Related Variables on Infants)

  • 본 연구는 영아의 인지능력 및 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 영아기질, 영아-교사상호작용, 모의 양육스트레스 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 S시에 거주하는 만 2세 영아 249명으로 평균월령은 30.21개월이었다. 'K-ASQ', '영아의 기질 평정도구', '부모 스트레스 척도 축소판, '영아교사 상호작용 평가도구'를 사용하여 연구자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률 상관계수와 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영아의 인지 및 의사소통능력과 사회성 기질, 영아-교사 상호작용간의 정적인 상관이 나타났으며, 영아의 인지 및 의사소통 능력과 정서성 기질, 모의 양육스트레스 간의 부적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째 영아의 인지 및 의사소통 능력에 발달을 미치는 관련변인들의 구조적 관계를 살펴본 결과, 사회성 기질은 모의 양육스트레스에 직접적으로 영향을 주지만 모의 양육스트레스를 매개하여 인지능력에 영향을 주기보다는 주로 직접적인 경로로 인지능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 영아의 정서성 기질은 모의 양육스트레스를 매개하여 영아의 인지능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 영아의 기질은 영아-교사의 상호작용에 영향을 주지 않았지만 영아-교사 상호작용은 영아의 인지능력에 직접적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 영아의 의사소통 능력에 관한 경로는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

소상공인 커뮤니케이션 능력과 고객지향적 행동 관계에서 감정노동의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Emotional Labor in the relationships between Communication Ability and Customer Oriented Behaviors: Focusing upon Self-Employed Businessmen)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제주지역 소상공인을 대상으로 소상공인의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 고객지향적 행동의 관계에서 감정노동(표면조절, 심층조절)의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 구체적으로 커뮤니케이션 능력의 고객지향적 행동 및 감정노동(표면조절, 심층조절)에 대한 영향력 관계, 감정노동(표면조절, 심층조절)의 고객지향적 행동의 주효과, 그리고 커뮤니케이션 능력과 고객지향적 행동의 관계에서 감정노동(표면조절, 심층조절)의 매개효과 검증이다. 분석에 활용된 자료는 제주지역의 소상공인 270명으로부터 획득된 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 소상공인 커뮤니케이션 능력은 고객지향적 행동 및 감정노동에 영향을 미치고, 감정노동 가운데 표면조절만이 고객지향적 행동에 영향력이 있으며, 표면조절은 양자관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 소상공인 커뮤니케이션 능력이 서비스접점에서 주요한 능력임을 입증하는 것이며, 서비스 제공자의 커뮤니케이션 연구에 유용한 시사점을 제안하고 있다.

영유아 교사의 의사소통능력과 교사효능감이 어린이집 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 (Study on Influence of Communication Ability and Early Childhood Teachers' Sense of Efficacy on Organizational Effectiveness of Child Care Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of early childhood teachers' communication ability, teacher efficacy, and organizational effectiveness of child care centers. The subjects of this study were 397 teachers working at child care centers. The results of this study were as follows. First, differences in the organization effectiveness of child care centers were detected according to teachers' age, career, type of child care center where they were affiliated, and marriage status. Second, the relative effects of the teachers' communication ability and teacher efficacy on the organizational effectiveness of early-childhood educational institutions differed significantly according to each sub-factor; teachers' communication ability's sub-factors - response, analysis, and evaluation - and teacher efficacy's sub-factors - general efficacy and personal efficacy - had partial effects on the organizational effectiveness of child care centers. Of these, personal efficacy had the greatest effects on all sub-factors of organizational effectiveness. This study is significant since it identifies the variables that could affect the organizational effectiveness of child care centers.

만 1세 영아의 비언어적 의사소통 능력과 교사의 민감성이 영아의 어린이집 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nonverbal Communication Ability in One-year-olds' and Teachers' Sensitivity on the Adjustment of Infants to Child Care Centers)

  • Objective: This study controlled the SES(Socio Economic Status) in order to compare the influence of infants' nonverbal communication ability and teachers' sensitivity on the infants' adjustment to child care centers. Methods: For this study, data was collected 115 mothers with one-year-olds'(58 boys, 57 girls) and from 115 teachers from fourty-eight child care centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Provincet data. The collected data were analyzed by correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. Results: First, infants' adjustment to child care centers showed a statistically significant relationship with infants' nonverbal communication ability and teachers' sensitivity. Second, among the variables explaining infants' adjustment to child care centers, the effect of teachers' sensitivity was higher than the effect of infants' nonverbal communication ability. Conclusion/Implications: This study confirmed that teachers' sensitivity is a strong factor explaining infants' adjustment to child care centers. We also emphasized the importance of the role of teachers, providing basic data on the development of education for child care teachers and education for improving sensitivity.

수술실간호사와 병동간호사의 의료진과의 의사소통 능력 및 대인관계 능력 비교 (Comparison of Operating Room Nurses and General Ward Nurses on Communicative Competence and Interpersonal Relationship Ability within the Medical Team)

  • Purpose: The purpose was to compare operating room (OR) nurses and general ward nurses on their communication competence and interpersonal relationship ability within the medical team. Methods: Participants were 276 nurses (OR 122, ward 154) working in one of 4 university hospitals located in I and K areas. Data were collected using a questionnaire and data collection was done in June, 2013. Comparisons between OR nurses and general ward nurses on communication competence and interpersonal relationship ability were analyzed using ANCOVA. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in communication competence (F=11.96, p=.001) with average score for OR nurses at 3.37 points and ward nurses at 3.53 points. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in interpersonal relationship ability (F=15.51, p<.001) with the average score for OR nurses at 3.30 points and ward nurses at 3.50 points. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to develop a variety of programs to promote communication competence in OR nurses and to enhance the openness of interpersonal relationship ability in human resource management.

어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 놀이성 및 의사소통능력 : 다문화가정과 일반가정 비교 (Mothers Parenting behaviors and Children's Playfulness and Communication Ability : A Comparison of Multi-cultural Families and General Families)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate whether there are differences in mother's parenting behaviors and children's playfulness and communication abilities according to the type of family and to determine the relationships among these variables. A total of 154 pairs consisting of 77 pairs of children and their mothers from multi-cultural families and 77 pairs of children and mothers from general families along with 76 teachers in charge of the children participated in this study. We found that there was a difference in the children's playfulness and communication ability according to the family type. Moreover, the relationship between the mothers' parenting behaviors and their children's playfulness and communication ability levels differed according to family type. Therefore, to understand children's playfulness and communication ability in general and multicultural families, it is necessary to consider each child's environment.

  • 본 연구는 하브루타 교수-학습법을 대학생들의 전공 수업에 적용하여 의사소통 능력의 효과성 평가와 하위요인의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하는 것이다. 연구 결과 의사소통 능력 점수는 하브루타 교수-학습 전·후에 따라 달라졌으며 하브루타 교수-학습 전보다 하브루타 교수-학습 후가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 경로 효과는 직접 효과에서 해석 능력과 역할수행 능력의 목표설정 능력 간의 관계를 제외한 잠재 변수들 간의 총효과, 직접효과, 간접효과에서 모두 유의미하게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 하브루타 교수-학습 방법은 창의력과 사고력을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 자기 주도적 학습능력도 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 파악하였다. 또한 사회성 발달과 의사소통 능력은 물론 자신과 다른 의견들을 경험해보면서 문제해결 능력을 키울 수 있는 교수-학습법이라는 것을 재확인하였다. 결과적으로 호모마키나 시대에 걸맞은 철저한 학생중심 교수-학습법의 연구는 지속되어야 하고 교육현장에서의 적용이 반드시 실행되어야 될 것이다.

Effects of the 4C Core Competencies on Work Ability among Dental Hygienists

  • Background: This descriptive study aimed to examine the relationship between the 4C core competencies and work ability among dental hygienists. Methods: From November 2018 to January 2019, data were collected-from 190 dental hygienists workong in dental clinics in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam province using structured questionnaires. For the general characteristics of the dental hygienists, frequency and percentage were calculated, and the level of the 4C core competencies and work ability of dental hygienists was calculated using means and standard deviations. A multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effects of the 4C core competencies on work ability. Results: The mean scores for the 4C core competency levels of the dental hygienists were as follows: communication ability 3.34, critical thinking ability 3.41, creative problem-solving 3.40, and collaborative self-efficacy 3.27. Meanwhile the mean score for work ability level was 3.65. The predictive factors influencing work ability were communication ability and cooperative self-efficacy (p<0.001), and the sub-factors of critical thinking ability that affect work ability were sound conferences (p<0.01), intellectual fairness (p<0.05), intellectual enthusiasm (p<0.05), and self-confidence (p<0.001). Finally, the sub-factors of creative problem-solving ability that affect work ability were planning and execution (p<0.01) and performance evaluation (p<0.05). Conclusion: The current study showed that education programs covering the core competencies of dental hygienists, rather than the existing theoretical education program, should be developed and implemented to enhance 4C core competencies that affect work ability.

의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례연구 (A case study on the effect of communication training program on nurse's communication ability, emotional intelligence (EQ), self - esteem and interpersonal ability)

  • 본 연구는 의사소통 훈련을 받은 실험집단과 그렇지 않은 대조집단 사이의 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감과 대인관계능력의 차이를 비교하는 비동등성 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 C시 소재의 D대학병원에 근무하는 21명의 간호사를 실험집단으로, 21명의 간호사를 대조집단으로 구성하여 2017년 4월부터 5월까지, 실험집단에게는 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감 및 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 주 1회 2시간씩 총 4회기를 진행하였고, 연구의 효과성 검정을 위하여 사전, 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS for Window 23을 이용하여 사전사후검사의 평균과 표준편차, 독립표본 Mann-Whitney의 U검증, 대응표본 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험집단과 훈련을 받지 않은 대조집단에서 의사소통능력(Z=-3.361, p<.05), 감성지능(Z=-2.209, p<.05), 자존감(Z=-1.633, p<.05), 대인관계능력(Z=-2.577, p<.05)으로 나타나, 의사소통훈련 프로그램 후 실험집단의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력 점수가 모두 유의하게 증가하였으며, 모든 가설은 지지되었다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 임상현장에서 간호업무 수행 시 의사소통 훈련프로그램을 활용한다면 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력의 향상으로 치료적인 의사소통과 효과적인 간호를 제공하여 환자의 만족감을 높이고 간호의 질 향상에도 기여할 것이다.
