외식산업 종사원의 직무 만족도에 관한 연구(서울시내 패밀리 레스토랑을 중심으로 연구) (A Study on the job satisfaction of diner out company employee)

  • In the modern industrial society, the management of human resources is regarded as an area as much important as the management itself. The development of human capacity is required to accomplish upgrading human resources quality. The objective of this study aims to seek the way to solve the problem of the job satisfaction of diner out company employee. The collecting data is analyzed by sass which is one of the computer. programs. This empirical research result shows some facts as follows : First, Significant differences between male and female in regard to job satisfaction were found. Second, No significant differences between unmarried and married in regard to job satisfaction were found. Third, Significant differences were found in the accomplishment and communication factor of job satisfaction according to the age, Fourth, Significant differences were found in the hard work environment and accomplishment factor of job satisfaction according to the education Fifth, Significant differences were found in the hard work environment factor of job satisfaction according to the major. Sixth, Significant differences were found in the wages, accomplishment , communication factor of job satisfaction according to the position. Seventh, Significant differences were found in the accomplishment and affinity factor of job satisfaction according to the period of the job. Eighth, Significant differences were found in the duty trait factor of jobs satisfaction according to the level of the pay. Ninth, Significant differences were found in the duty trait factor of job satisfaction according to the kind of the job. Tenth, Significant differences were found in job satisfaction according to the kind of diner out company.

부모자녀간 의사소통과 관계향상을 위한 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 적용: 중학교 1학년 '가족구성원간의 의사소통' 단원을 중심으로 (Development of a Teaching and Learning Plan for a Communication Unit for Family Members and Its Effect on Teenagers' Functional Communications and Relational Satisfaction with Their Parents)

  • This research explored the importance of conflict resolution in communication between adolescents and their parents. A teaching and learning plan on communication using the Active listening, I-message method and no-lose conflict resolution method was developed and applied to teaching the 'Communication among Family Members' unit in the middle school home economics and technology textbook. The experimental class of 203 students using the active listening, I message and no-lose conflict resolution method in communication was compared with a comparative class of 163 students using only the active listening and I message method, investigating the amounts of communication, conflicts, functional communication and degree of satisfaction the students perceived regarding relationships with their parents via pre and post tests. Both groups showed significant increases in their amounts of communication and functional communication. However, only the experimental class showed an increase in their degree of relationship satisfaction with their parents. Both groups evaluated the lesson positively.

패밀리레스토랑 서비스 제공자의 언어적, 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 고객 신뢰 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Verbal and Nonverbal Communication of Service Providers in the Family Restaurant on the Customers' Trust and Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the interrelationships between the customers' perception of verbal and nonverbal communication, customers' trust and satisfaction in the family restaurant. Based on a total of 310 samples that were obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 2 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, $X^2$=953.126(df=417), p<.001, CMIN/df 2.286, GFI .831, NFI .889, IFI .934, TLI .926, CFI .934. The results showed that employees' verbal communication ($\beta$=.264), paralanguage ($\beta$=.172) and physical appearance ($\beta$=.120) among the nonverbal communications had a significant positive effect on the customers' trust. In addition, the customers' trust ($\beta$=.644) had a significant positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

과업갈등이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 : 커뮤니케이션 만족의 매개효과 (The Effect of Task-Conflict on Job Attitudes : The Mediating Effects of Communication)

  • 본 연구는 개인차원에서 과업갈등과 직무태도 간의 관계에서 커뮤니케이션 만족의 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 최근 급변하는 경쟁 환경과 다양해지는 인력다양성 상황에서 커뮤니케이션의 중요성은 날로 증대되고 있다. 조직 내에서 발생되는 커뮤니케이션에 대한 관심과 중요성 인식으로 인해 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 커뮤니케이션의 유형을 구분하여 커뮤니케이션의 긍정적인 메커니즘을 차별적으로 분석한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조직 내 커뮤니케이션의 대표적인 유형인 상사와의 커뮤니케이션과 동료와의 커뮤니케이션으로 구분하여 변수들 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 다양화된 인적구성은 조직에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만 대표적으로 갈등을 유발하는 요인으로 작용한다. 과업갈등의 경우 구성원들 간에 업무수행 과정에서 필연적으로 수반된다. 과업갈등의 경우 선행연구들에서 지속적으로 부정적인 영향력을 미치고 있으므로 조직관리적 측면에서 이를 제거하거나 감소시키기 위한 방안을 모색해야 한다. 과업을 수행하거나 과업 수행 중에 발생하는 갈등의 상황에서 구성원들은 자연스럽게 커뮤니케이션 과정을 거치게 된다. 이런 과정 속에서 만족감을 인식한다면 과업갈등의 부정적 영향력을 감소시킬 수 있을 것이다. 이를 규명하기 위해서 국내기업에 종사하는 280명의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0 & AMOS 21.0 통계 패키지를 활용하였으며, 2개 이상의 매개효과를 효율적으로 검증하기 위해 팬텀변수를 활용한 다중매개효과 분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 과업갈등은 직무태도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 상사소통의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 모색하였다.

간호대학생의 임상실습 동안 적용한 SBAR 보고교육이 의사소통명 확성, 의사소통만족도, 보고자신감과 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of SBAR Report Education on Communication Clarity, Communication Satisfaction, Reporting Confidence and Communication competency in Clinical Practice of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 동안 적용한 SBAR 보고교육이 의사소통명확성, 의사소통 만족도, 보고자신감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 자료수집기간은 2019년 12월 1일부터 12월 20일까지이며 2개 대학교에서 임상실습을 6주 이상 완료한 3학년을 편의 추출하였다. 대상자 수는 SBAR 보고교육을 받은 103명과 교육을 받지 않은 113명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient 등으로 분석하였다. 의사소통명확성과 의사소통능력은 양의 상관관계(r=.52, p<.001)가 있었고, 보고자신감은 의사소통만족도와 양의 상관관계(r=.53, p<.001)가 있으며, 의사소통능력은 보고자신감과 양의 상관관계(r=.46, p<.001)가 있었다. 의사소통능력은 의사소통명확성(𝛽=.29, p<.001), 의사소통만족도(𝛽=.43, p<.001), 보고자신감(𝛽=.15, p=.009)이 유의한 영향요인이었으며, 설명력은 49.0%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호대학생에게 임상실습 중 실무능력을 파악하여 보고체계를 강화하기 위한 교육적 제도와 교수방법의 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

처방전달시스템(Order Communication System) 사용자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Related to the Satisfaction of User for the Order Communication System)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the factors related to satisfaction of users for the order communication system (OCS). The subjects of this study were 98 clerks at Chosun university hospital. The instruments used for this study were the conveniency and the practical application of the data developed by Lee, the satisfaction level developed by Sea Seang-mi and Kim in-sook. The data was analyzed by using the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression with SPSS 10.0 program. The mean scores of the conveniency, the practical application of the data and the satisfaction level of user for the OCS was 3.28, 3.29 and 3.34, respectively. In general characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the conveniency of user for the OCS were gender, career and department. In general, characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were gender, career and department. The correlation between the satisfaction level and the practical application of the data were statistically significant. The main factors influencing to the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were the practical application of the data (90.3%). In conclusion, The main factors influencing to the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were the practical application of the data. Therefore, it is recommended that guidebooks of user for the OCS or various OCS programs to promote the satisfaction level of user for the OCS and to improve the satisfaction level of user for the OCS should be developed.

응급실 간호사의 전문직 자율성과 전문직 자아개념이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Professional Autonomy and Professional Self-concept on Job Satisfaction of Emergency Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study to determine the level of professional autonomy, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction of emergency nurses, and to investigate their correlations and verify the effects of professional autonomy and professional self-concept on job satisfaction. Method: The subjects were 189 emergency nurses with a work experience of 1 year or more, in 14 hospitals located in B and U Metropolitan Cities. The study was conducted from July 20, 2014, to August 30, 2014. The measurement instruments for professional autonomy, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction were used as the measurement tools. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Results: Job satisfaction among emergency nurses showed a significant positive correlation with professional autonomy (r=.28, p <.001), and with professional selfconcept (r=.50, p <.001) with sub-areas of professional practice (r=.79, p <.001), satisfaction (r=.64, p <.001), and communication (r=.25, p <.001). Factors affecting job satisfaction were satisfaction (${\beta}$=0.60, p <.001), followed by low professional autonomy (${\beta}$=-0.24, p <.001) and communication (${\beta}$=0.14, p =.008), which accounted in total for 48.3% of the effect. Conclusion: This study suggests that enhancing professional satisfaction, maintaining proper communication, and securing autonomy are required to improve the job satisfaction among emergency nurses.

The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Environment Characteristics Perceived by Organization Members on Job Satisfaction

  • We study empirically analyzed the final 216 copies of the responses from SME organization members in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using statistical programs of SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In other words, the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational culture and job environment characteristics perceived by members of the organization, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is shown as follows. First, the organizational culture of consensus, development, hierarchy, and rationality was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothetical one-man organizational culture was adopted by showing a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, job environment characteristics such as autonomy in job performance, compensation system, physical environment, and human environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the job environment characteristics of hypothesis 2 were adopted as a positive (+) influence relationship on organizational satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was expressed as a positive (+) influence relationship with job performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. As a result of this study, the higher the organizational member's perception of organizational culture and job environment characteristics is, the higher the job satisfaction is, and the improvement in job satisfaction is meaningful in that it provides theoretical and practical implications that indicate job performance.

A Study on the Effect of Satisfaction with R&D Projects on R&D Performance Satisfaction -For SMEs in Jeollanamdo-

  • The purpose of this study is to check whether the satisfaction of the R&D (Research & Development) project directly affects the R&D performance, and to find out whether the satisfaction with regional connectivity and the satisfaction with the R&D operation management significantly mediate the relationship that the satisfaction with the R&D project has on the R&D performance. In order to verify the research hypothesis on this, a total of 51 companies located in Jeollanam-do that actually conducted R&D research projects were surveyed and analyzed. In order to conduct an empirical study based on the collected questionnaire, a survey questionnaire related to the variables of the study model was composed based on a sample of 51 questionnaires. We used the SPSS program to verify the hypotheses in this study, and the hypotheses were verified by analyzing the validity, reliability, correlation, and deflection. As a result, there was a positive (+) significant relationship between R&D project satisfaction and R&D performance. In addition, it was found that the relationship between R&D project satisfaction and R&D performance was significantly mediated by the satisfaction with R&D regional connectivity and satisfaction with R&D project operation management.

시각, 청각, 지적 여성장애인의 양육부담과 부모역할만족도와의 관계 : 자녀와의 의사소통 매개효과 (Correlationship between Satisfaction of Disabled Females with Mental, Visual and Hearing Disability in Raising Children : Mediating Effect of Communication between Parent and Child)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 시각, 청각, 지적 여성장애인의 자녀양육부담과 부모역할만족도의 관계를 살피고 자녀와의 의사소통이 이들 사이를 매개하는지를 검증함으로써 여성장애인의 양육부담을 경감시키고 효과적인 부모역할 수행 방안을 마련하는데 있다. 조사는 서울지역 장애인복지관과 여성장애인 관련 단체의 협조를 통해 총 13개 기관에 300부를 배포하였고, 청각장애 여성은 자기기입방식으로, 시각과 지적장애 여성들은 조사원이 읽어주고 대답하는 방식으로 210부를 회수하여 최종분석에는 187부가 사용되었다. 연구결과 양육부담은 부모역할만족도와 자녀와의 의사소통에 직접적인 부적(-) 관계를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자녀와의 의사소통은 양육부담이 부모역할만족도에 영향을 미치는 관계를 매개하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 여성장애인의 양육부담을 감소시키고 부모역할만족도를 증진시키는 동시에 자녀와의 의사소통 기술을 보다 강화하는 방안을 고려할 필요가 있다.
